Abstract

Mengetahui bagaimana reaksi pelanggan, persepsi merek, dan daya tarik mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian di Alfamart Buana Impian Batam menjadi tujuan penelitian ini. Teknik kuantitatif eksploratif dari penelitian sebelumnya digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Pelanggan Alfamart Buana Impian 2 Kelurahan Tembesi Kecamatan Sagulung Kota Batam menjadi populasi penelitian dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 204 orang. analisis. Karena besarnya populasi tidak dapat dipastikan, pengambilan sampel bergantung pada gagasan Jacob Cohen. Pertanyaan langsung terhadap responden digunakan dalam pengumpulan data. Program SPSS v.26 akan digunakan untuk membantu dalam pengolahan data yang diperoleh. Keputusan pembelian Alfamart Buana Impian Batam dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh daya tanggap pelanggan, daya tarik, dan citra merek, hal ini dibuktikan dengan kesimpulan penelitian dan hasil uji f sebesar 110,014. Nilai thitung variabel respon pelanggan sebesar 2,823 > 1,971 dengan nilai sig berdasarkan temuan uji t. 0,002 < 0,05, menandakan diterimanya hipotesis H1. Dengan ambang batas signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, maka nilai t hitung untuk variabel citra merek adalah 6,603 < 1,971, sehingga hipotesis H2 diterima. Nilai t hitung variabel daya tarik sebesar 3,396 > 1,971 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 menunjukkan diterimanya hipotesis H3. Adapun hasil uji koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,718, didapatkan daya tarik dan citra merek mempunyai pengaruh sebesar 71,8% terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Alfamart Buana Impian Batam.

Abstract

Perkembangan ekonomi kreatif saat ini menjadi peluang bagi daerah untuk meningkatkan ekonomi skala kecil dan menengah. Salah satu industri kreatif yang berasal dari Lampung adalah kain tapis, yang dibuat dengan menenun benang kapas, perak, atau emas. Ini adalah busana tradisional yang identik dengan orang Lampung. Saat ini, ekonomi kreatif menawarkan peluang bagi wilayah untuk meningkatkan ekonomi skala kecil dan menengah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaru Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan, Kreativitas, dan Perilaku Kewirausahaan terhadap keberhasilan Usaha kain Tapis Lampung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adala para pengrajin kain tapis lampung yang berada di Kampung Tapis, desa Katon kecamatan Pesawaran sebanyak 267 pengrajin. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin ditemukan hasil sebnyak 163 sampel pengrajin. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan data Primer dengan cara menyebarkan Kusioner melalui googleform. Analisis data menggunakan Teknik analisis deskriptif dan menggunakan alat analisis Sem PLS 3.0

Abstract

This study examines the effect of work discipline on employee productivity at PT. BPR Syariah Harum Hikmah Nugraha Leles Garut. Work discipline is one of the important factors that contribute to improving employee performance. The purpose of this study is to understand the extent to which work discipline affects employee productivity in the company. The approach used in this research is quantitative method with descriptive and associative analysis. Quantitative data were collected through distributing questionnaires to employees of PT BPR Syariah Harum Hikmah Nugraha Leles Garut. Data analysis techniques include validity test, reliability test, correlation test, determination test, and hypothesis testing. The results showed a strong correlation between work discipline and work productivity. Work discipline is proven to have a positive and significant influence on employee work productivity. Based on these findings, the management of PT BPR Syariah Harum Hikmah Nugraha is advised to improve stricter work discipline policies and provide training and development to strengthen work discipline. These steps are expected to encourage an increase in overall work productivity in the company.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a very strategic role in national economic development. The role of MSMEs is very large for economic growth in Indonesia, with a percentage of the number reaching 99% of all business units. Based on data from the Ministry of Cooperatives and MSMEs. Based on data. City opendata.jabarprov.go.id every year there is an increase in the number of MSME business actors, so that competition is increasing and there is a need for excellence. However, there are obstacles experienced, including those related to capital, utilization of social media and online applications in marketing, products that are still monotonous, lack of human resources both in quantity and quality, and constraints in choosing strategic locations. From the problems faced by MSME actors, it causes business actors to have difficulty in developing their businesses. This research was conducted using a survey method using primary data and sampling using the Probability Sampling Method technique. The sample used was 336 respondents, namely MSME business owners in Depok City. The research used path analysis with SPSS application through classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test), hypothesis test (coefficient of determination test, F test, and T test), and sobel test. Based on the research results, the variables of capital facilities and digital literacy affect product innovation. The variables of capital facilities, product innovation, and digital literacy affect business development. The variables of capital facilities and digital literacy have an indirect effect on business development through product innovation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of social media, trust, and brand image on purchase decisions in Bukalapak e-commerce in Batam City. Utilizing an associative method with a quantitative approach, the population under study consists of consumers actively using Bukalapak Nutrition e-commerce in Batam in 2024. The sample size was determined using the Jacob Cohen formula, resulting in 204 respondents selected randomly through purposive sampling. The data analysis process encompasses several stages, including data quality testing, classical assumption testing, influence testing, and hypothesis testing to assess the significance of each variable's influence, all processed using the SPSS program. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis indicate that social media contributes 18.3% to the variability of purchase decisions, trust contributes 40.8%, and brand image contributes 23.5%. The analysis of the coefficient of determination (R²) shows that 72.9% of the variation in purchase decisions is explained by the combined influence of social media, trust, and brand image. Additionally, the t-test results confirm the partial and significant effects of each variable on purchase decisions. Social media has a t-value of 4.216, greater than the t-table value of 1.971, with a significance value of 0.00 (<0.05), indicating a significant effect on purchase decisions. Trust shows a t-value of 9.465, also greater than the t-table value of 1.971, with a significance value of 0.00 (<0.05), confirming its significant impact. Similarly, brand image has a t-value of 6.408, exceeding the t-table value of 1.971, with a significance value of 0.00 (<0.05), demonstrating a significant effect on purchase decisions.

Abstract

In this study, the human resource competency, accounting knowledge, and readiness of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprise (MSME) actors in Bandung Kidul District, Bandung City, are investigated to see how they influence the implementation of SAK EMKM. Quantitative methods were utilised to administer surveys to 115 MSME participants participating in SAK EMKM. During the data analysis process, validation, reliability, normalcy, multicollinearity, t-tests, and F-tests were all included in the considerations. The results indicate that the human resource competency, accounting knowledge, and preparedness of MSME actors significantly impact the implementation of SAK EMKM and that this impact is partially simultaneous. More specifically, the t-count for accounting understanding was 3.410, the t-count for human resource competency was 4.957, and the t-count for MSME actor preparedness was 2.540, with a significance level of 0.012. It was determined that the regression model generated a significant F-count of 27.332 when the significance threshold was set at 0.000. To improve the execution of SAK EMKM, it is essential to strengthen the preparation of MSME players, as well as their competence in human resources and their awareness of accounting rules. According to the study's findings, participants in the MSME sector ought to be provided with specialised training and resources to enable them to improve their financial reporting and conform to the standards presented by SAK EMKM. By addressing these challenges, micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) may be able to adhere to financial standards with greater ease, which will ultimately assist both their expansion and the broader economic development of the district of Bandung Kidul.

Abstract

The corporate sector faces a significant challenge in employee turnover, notably in Indonesia and other Southeast Asian nations. This article discusses the issue of CV Harmoni Jaya Sentosa, an Indonesian firm, having excessive personnel turnover. A high staff turnover rate and delay are two of the signs associated with this phenomenon. A large amount of employees leave their positions each month, according to the data provided by the organisation. A combination of descriptive and verification procedures, as well as quantitative tools, were utilised in the study. In addition to receiving information from secondary sources, we also obtained information from business records, questionnaires, and in-person interviews. To analyse the data, statistical methods were utilised. Furthermore, the analysis findings, which were based on a significance level of 0.05, indicate that work environment and discipline have a significant relationship with turnover intention. On the other hand, work motivation and turnover intention do not have an important relationship at the level of significance that was specified. The findings of this study give the organisation's management with valuable information regarding how they may regulate the variables that determine the degree to which an employee wishes to resign. Work discipline and the environment of the workplace may be crucial determinants, even though work motivation does not have a substantial impact on the intention to leave the company.

Abstract

TikTok is experiencing rapid growth because it enables users to enjoy content and shop simultaneously on a single platform. The platform's live streaming feature allows users, creators, and businesses to promote and sell products. Not only that, hedonic shopping motivation can increase consumers' desire to continue shopping. Impulse buying made by consumers are also usually motivated by sales promotions such as price discounts. This study attempts to analyze the influence of Live Streaming, Hedonic Shopping Motivation, and Price Discount on Impulse Buying. This study employs quantitative methods by analyzing the outcomes of respondent questionnaires delivered via Google Form. The study focuses on Generation Z individuals who have used the live streaming commerce app (TikTok Shop). Sampling utilized non-probability sampling with a purposive technique, gathering 200 respondents meeting specific criteria measured across 19 indicators using a Likert Scale. Data were analyzed using SPSS Version 26. The research employed data analysis methods such as instrument validation, testing classical assumptions, and conducting hypothesis testing through multiple linear regression. The findings indicate that Live Streaming, Hedonic Shopping Motivation, and Price Discount each have a positive and significant influence, both individually and collectively, on Impulse Buying, contributing to 86.4% of the variance, while the remaining variance is attributed to other factors.

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to explore the influence of brand image, brand trust, and product packaging information on purchasing decisions for Scarlett products in Batam City. This research is descriptive in nature and uses a quantitative approach for data collection and analysis. The population that is the research subject is Scarlett body lotion users in Batam City in 2024. To determine the sample size, the Jacob Cohen formula was used which resulted in a total of 204 respondents selected using the purposive sampling method. This research involves various tests, including data quality tests, classical assumption tests, influence tests, and hypothesis tests. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that brand image contributes 14.2% to purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, brand trust contributed 28.9% to purchasing decisions, and product packaging information contributed 21.3% to purchasing decisions. Analysis of the coefficient of determination (R²) reveals that overall, variance in purchasing decisions can be explained by brand image, brand trust, and product packaging information with a total contribution of 63.3%. The results of the t test and F test show that brand image, brand trust, and product packaging information have a positive and significant influence, both partially and jointly, on purchasing decisions. These findings emphasize the importance of these factors in influencing consumer behavior in the context of purchasing Scarlett products in Batam City.

Abstract

Lazada is an online shopping platform that provides a wide range of products, including electronics, stationery, children's toys and baby equipment, as well as health supplies and travel products. This lesson wants to know the impact of product and service quality to Lazada e commerce customer satisfaction within city Bandung. This lesson applies a descriptive and verifiable approach in a quantitative method. Probability sampling is a sampling technique in wherein element or fellow the population have the commensurate replacement become selected as a sample. The population in this study consists of 16.000,000 Lazada application users with samples 100 answerers. Data analysis approach applied includes data quality checks, classical assumption tests, normality tests, and influence tests. As on hypothesis examine, the t-test and f-test are used support by SPSS application. Outcome reveal lest product quality had a significant influence with a tcal value of 5,008 and a significan level of 0.000. In addition, service quality also own significan clout on customer satisfaction, with a T count value of 2,306 and a significan level of 0.023. Simultaneously, these two factors contribute significantly to customer satisfaction, as evidenced by the f-value of 3,895 and p-value 0.19. That’s possible resume that there is a significant relation among product quality and e-service quality and customer satisfaction. on Lazada Bandung.
