Abstract

Revenue-sharing is an oil-producing region allocation is used as the working area of mining. Along with fiscal decentralization and greater regional autonomy lately, the revenue sharing should be used in order to increase the prosperity of oil and gas producing regions through APBD revenue. This study aims to determine the effect of profit sharing funds in the upstream oil and gas industry in Indonesia on the regional budget. This research is associative explanative. Data collected through interviews, questionnaires, observation and literature study. Data were analyzed descriptively, tested assumptions, estimated through path coefficients and confirmatory factor analysis. After that the model is interpreted and modified. The results show that the effect of revenue sharing funds on the regional budget is significant. The greater the revenue sharing funds, the greater the APBD producing regions.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of discipline, job satisfaction, and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Pos Indonesia,Central Jakarta Branch The research methodology used a quantitative method with cross-section data and primary data obtained from questionnaires. Mechanical sampling using a purposive sampling method with the data in 2019. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression to test the validity, reliability test, the test model stability, linearity test, normality test, classic assumption test (multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test) and hypothesis testing t-statistic and f-statistic to examine the effects together with a significance level of 5%. The results of this study showed that in partial variable Motivation of work, Discipline, and Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on the Satisfaction of Employee Performance. Meanwhile, the independent variable of Motivation of work, Discipline, and Job Satisfaction with together have a significant relationship to the dependent variable, Satisfaction of Employee Performance. Coefficient of determination from this study showed 72.03% result, it shows that the variation of the independent variables are Motivation of work, Discipline and Job Satisfaction can explain the rise and fall of the dependent variable variation Satisfaction of Employee Performance is 72.03%, while the remaining 27.97% affected by other independent variables.

Abstract

Health is a major requirement for every resident living in this world, and health development essentially concerns both physical and mental health. The state of health of a person will be influential on the aspects of social life is economic, and the continuity of the life of a nation and a country anywhere in the world, both in countries that have developed and in developing countries such as Indonesia as well as health is a right and an investment for all citizens of Indonesia. The research method uses descriptive analysis and verification analysis. By using a combination of analytical methods can be obtained by generalizing that is comprehensive. Samples taken as many as 100 patients BPJS health center Purbaratu Tasikmalaya City and sampling was done randomly or random sampling. Data analysis used is SEM (Stucture Equation Model). Based on the results of the research can be known that there are degrees of contribution of the variable provision of a service to trust patients through the patient satisfaction. The better the delivery of services provided by the health center Purbaratu Tasikmalaya City the better satisfaction of the patients received that will ultimately have an impact on the increased confidence of the patient to the health center Purbaratu the City of Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate further regarding those influence which come from personal characteristics, motivation and work discipline towards employee performance at PT Hi-Lex Cirebon. The research population was employees from PT Hi-Lex Cirebon, with a total sample of 103 employees. The research method used a quantitative method. The data were processed through Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis by SmartPLS 3.2.7 software. The results showed that the personal characteristics had a positive influence on employee performance, motivation had none relate to employee performance and work discipline had a positive influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Teacher certification is one form of implementation of Law Number 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers by providing teacher certificates to teachers who have met certain requirements, namely having academic qualifications, competence, being physically and mentally healthy, and having the ability to realize national educational goals, followed by an increase in decent welfare. Teacher certification aims to increase knowledge, performance, creativity, and be able to carry out other main tasks and functions related to the teaching and learning process . Based on the background of the problem above, researchers are interested in revealing this phenomenon in a study. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of teacher certification on teacher performance in schools, especially at SMAN 5 Jambi City. This type of research is field research using a qualitative- naturalistic approach . Through this qualitative approach, it is hoped that a picture of the quality, social reality and perceptions of the research objectives will be lifted without being contaminated by formal measurements . The subjects in this study were 60 certified teachers in State Senior High School 5 Jambi City. The required data is obtained through interviews, observation and documentation.

Abstract

Communication is very important in human life, especially in organizations. Certainly, organizationl behaviour involves communication. Without communication within the organization, organizing effort may not run smoothly. The researcher will raise how organizational communication occurs between the government and the people of Pabauran Village to improve its the tourism. In this research, a qualitative method which involved an interpretation process on the condition of the natural subject is used. The strategy of this case study leads to derivative social units with steps starting from collecting data with active participant observation and interviews, then analyzing the organizational communication relationship within the organization in its management with the Village Officials, data processing, and analysis that produces conclusions. The results obtained were Community -Based Tourism (CBT) which is a village that has a culture of harmony between religious communities is needed through implementation of downward communication within the managing officials.

Abstract

This research aims to revealed and look over the impact which caused by the training, compensation and leadership style towards the employee performance at PT. Adhimix RMC Indonesia. This research were in type of causality research with a quantitative research methods. The data collection technique in this research was an explanatory survey method with the population was 1328 people with filtered sample to 100 respondents (Slovin, 10% error tolerance). The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis in way to examine the research hypothesis. The results showed that training, compensation, and leadership style had an influence both partially and simultaneously towards the employees performance at PT. Adhimix RMC Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze financial performance through Current Ratio (CR), Total Asset Turn Over (TATO), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Equity (ROE) and macroeconomic factors through Gross Domestic Product (GDP) to stock returns. The object of research is a food and beverage company on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2019. The analysis data used are financial reports, stock returns and GDP growth. The research sample of 15 companies obtained by purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is Panel Data Regression Analysis with eviews version 9. The results show that Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) have a significant positive effect on stock returns, while Total Asset Turn Over (TATO), Return on Equity (ROE) and Gross Domestic Product (GDP) have no significant effect on stock returns.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate and analyze further relates to the affect which caused by organizational commitment and organizational justice to turnover intention through job satisfaction as its mediator on the employees of PT. Bank XYZ at Regional Office in Jakarta BSD. The criteria of research sample used was permanent employees. The sampling method done by proportional stratified random sampling with a total samples of 154. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. Data analysis method used SEM-PLS. The results showed that the organizational commitment had a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, but had a negative and significant impact on turnover intention. Organizational justice had a negative and significant impact on turnover intention variables, but had a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction had a negative and significant impact on turnover intention. Moreover, job satisfaction in its influence on organizational commitment variable towards turnover intention only resulted on partially mediate and job satisfaction in its influence on the organizational justice variable towards turnover intention also only resulted in partially mediate.

Abstract

Reproductive and sexual health program for prospective brides is one of programs implemented by government where these activities are aimed at women from adolescence before pregnancy prepare women to become healthy pregnant women and ensure health of mothers so that they can give birth to a healthy and quality generation. Purpose: This study aims to determine effectiveness of the implementation of IEC program on sexual and reproductive health of bride and groom at Gunungsari Public Health Center in 2018. Methods: This study was conducted with a cross-sectional design with a case-control approach, sampling technique used was proportional random sampling. Data collection was carried out on 38 primigravida pregnant women who visited the public health center with a history of participating in IEC catin program as observation group and 38 respondents from primigravida mothers with a history of not participating in KIE catin program as control group. Then data were analyzed by using chi-square. Results: Results showed that knowledge of sexual and reproductive health in two groups did not have a difference (p = 1,000), as did catin's attitudes towards sexual and reproductive health in two groups (p = 0.487). IEC and sexual health are less effective in increasing knowledge and attitudes. Discussion: The need for more specific program evaluation to increase outcomes by program objectives. Multiple workflows, standard procedures, and program performance should be reviewed by program objectives to increase success. Also, cooperation with several related parties is necessary as an effort to increase public awareness to actively participate in program.
