Abstract

This study aims to analyze workload management strategies, constraints in workload management strategies and planning and development of air traffic integration workload management strategies at Perum LPPNPI. Research data is data collected from interviews, literature studies and data observations obtained from the directorate of operations of the Perum LPPNPI office and evaluation of air navigation over a period of years to years. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study that has a complete picture of a phenomenon or event that occurs according to its purpose. The method used by researchers in analyzing data is data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion. Subjects in this study were 5 (five) sources as officials on duty at Perum LPPNPI. The results of this study indicate that the air traffic workload management strategy at Perum LPPNPI is in fulfilling the number of human resources and needs, restructuring air space, managing ATFM (Air Traffic Flow Management), paying more attention to FRMS (Fatigue Risk Management System).

Abstract

The success of an entrepreneur orientation from an Islamic perspective is not only measured in material success but also in a growing business. Muslimah entrepreneur needs passion and alertness in entrepreneurship to help to shape an entrepreneurial optimism and make decisions as well as business development efforts. The aims of the research are (1). Analyzing the influence of entrepreneurial passion on entrepreneurial alertness (2). Analyzing the influence of entrepreneurial alertness on Islamic entrepreneurial orientation (3). Analyzing the influence of entrepreneurial passion on Islamic entrepreneurial orientation. Data were collected from a sample of 86 Muslimah entrepreneurs from the Association of Muslimah Entrepreneurs in Jambi Province. Data collection is carried out using a questionnaire as the instrument research. Moreover, path analysis is used to analyze the influence of each variable studied. The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence between: entrepreneurial passion on entrepreneurial alertness, entrepreneurial alertness on Islamic entrepreneurial orientation, and entrepreneurial passion on the Islamic entrepreneurial orientation of Muslimah entrepreneurs. Research implementation will enhance the passion and alertness of Muslimah entrepreneurs and it suggests further studies to strengthen the model of research particularly in terms of Islamic entrepreneurship perspective.

Abstract

This research had goal to discover those impact from Brand Image, Sales Promotion, Service Quality on Customer Loyalty with Customer Satisfaction as intervening variable which occured at X Department Store Kota Kasablanka Jakarta. The number of respondents was 100 respondents which obtained by simple random sampling technique. This research used path analysis with assist of IBM SPSS Statistics version 25 program. The results had shown that brand image, sales promotion, service quality had significant positive impact on customer loyalty by customer satisfaction as intervening variable at X Department Store in Kota Kasablanka Jakarta.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluated and analyzed those influence of career development and work environment towards turnover intention which mediated by employee work satisfaction at PT. Sinar Antjol 1942. This research was conducted from October 2019 to April 2020 at PT Sinar Antjol Jakarta. Research data was questionnaire that calculated by Slovin formula with sample of 120 respondents out of 170 employees who had standard error of 5%. Data were analyzed by SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) method with path analysis application SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) version 3.2.9 Windows. The results showed that career development and work environment had negative impact over turnover intention. Meanwhile, work satisfaction has succeeded in mediated between career development and work environment towards turnover intention.

Abstract

The implementation of Work From Home also has an impact on the trend of buying interest online. The trend of buying interest online is usually carried out by young consumers or can be called as millenials because they are the ones who use online facilities to fulfill their needs even though they are not in a Covid-19 condition. Interest in buying online is influenced by price perception and level of consumer trust. Aim of this research for find out the influence of price perceptions and consumer trust on online buying interest during the Covid-19 pandemic in millennial consumers in West Java. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that millennial consumers' online purchase interest during the COVID-19 outbreak was influenced by product price perceptions and millennial consumer confidence. These results indicate that efforts to increase interest in buying online can be done by first increasing millennial consumer confidence.

Abstract

This research had purposed to analyzed those Transformation Strategy and Safety Implementation of Culture Change in improving the Occupational Safety and Health from PT Pertamina Drilling Services Indonesia during period 2015-2020. These research data was result from in-dehpt, interview, FGD, primary and secondary data from PT Pertamina Drilling Services Indonesia during these implementation of HSE Work culture change program during period of 2015-2020. Research method used qualitative with type of case study research. Data analysis used Mckensy 7S Framework and The results showed that PT Pertamina Drilling Services Indonesia has a strategic plan for any kind of transformation from HSE Work culture until 2030 through "Salam Lima Jari" program. Through planned and systematic program until 2020, PT Pertamina Drilling Services Indonesia has succeeded in putting HSE Work culture at Proactive level. The ability of PT Pertamina Drilling Serrvices Indonesia to create strategic planning and implement HSE programs should be encouraged by ability to strengthen system and program integration within organization. The Succeed of HSE culture will achieved if there has supported by consistent commitment from management and all related units in established HSE culture as the main lifestyle at organization therefore HSE culture did not stop at cognitive and psychomotor aspects of employees but also its holistically becomes an effective organization.

Abstract

This study on the utilitarian values and hedonic values for women coffee lovers, aims to analyze the role of product attributes to the utilitarian values and hedonic values in shaping positive attitudes and behavior of consumers in deciding the purchase intentions. The design of this study uses descriptive-quantitative research. While the determination of the sample is women’s in West Jakarta who have consumed coffee today by using purposive sampling techniques to 148 women. The results of primary data collection will be analyzed using the SEM-Covariance method. The findings of this study indicate that product attributes have a positive and significant effect on utilitarian values and hedonic values. The utilitarian values and hedonic values have a positive significant effect on repurchase intention.

Abstract

Analysis of the Growth of the Liquidity Ratio, Solvency, and Profitability, the objectives are, namely, the first is to determine the condition of the Growth of the Liquidity Ratio of PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Indonesia for the period 2014-2018. The second is to determine the condition of the Growth of the Solvency Ratio of PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Indonesia for the period 2014-2018. The third is to determine the Growth of the profitability ratio at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Indonesia for the period 2014-2018. And lastly, to determine the condition of the Growth of the Liquidity Ratio, Solvency, and Profitability with a financial performance at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Indonesia for the period 2014-2018. Based on the results of research conducted at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Indonesia it can be concluded that the average growth Liquidity Ratio 2014-2018 period be seen from the Current Ratio approach amounted to 1, 32 %. seen from the average Growth of the Solvency Ratio for the 2014-2018 period of (1) %. And the Growth of the Profitability Ratio for the 2014-2018 period is seen from the average Growth of Net Profit Margin of 140, 04 %. Return On Investment. For an average Growth of 208, 02 %. Return On Equity has an average Growth value of 192, 48 %.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence organizational commitment and organizational commitment and compensation as the independent variable (X) and job satisfaction as an intervening variable (Z). The analytical method used in this research is the path analysis model. Based on it can be concluded that organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on employee turnover intention at PT Intercom Padang (0.000 <0.05). Based on the results of testing the second hypothesis, it was found that compensation had a negative effect on turnover intention (0.000 <0.05). Based on the results of testing the third hypothesis that organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Intercom Padang. (0.000 <0.05). In the fourth hypothesis testing stage, it was found that compensation had a negative effect on job satisfaction. employees at PT Intercom Padang Branch. (0.001 <0.05). while the results of testing the fifth hypothesis found that job satisfaction has a negative effect on turnover intention). With the fulfillment of these requirements, it can be proven that organizational commitment and compensation have an effect on turnover intention after going through job satisfaction as an intervening variable for employees of PT Intercom Padang.

Abstract

The occurrence of the Covid-19 Pandemic around the world has had an impact on changing consumer patterns and behavior. This study aims to analyze the impact of price on the buying interest of Samsung smartphones with Celebrity endorsers as an antecedent variable. The sample in this study were 98 students of the Putra Indonesia University YPTK Padang. This study uses structural equation modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 3 as an analysis tool. The results of the study found that celebrity endorser is a factor that influences price and buying interest. Meanwhile, the price does not influence buying interest, nor does it play a role in strengthening the influence of Celebrity endorsers on buying interest. For this reason, producers must improve the quality of competitive prices while also maintaining the use of celebrity endorsers in supporting the marketing of their products.
