Abstract

Poverty remains a major issue in Indonesia, including Malacca Regency, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT), despite the region’s strong natural resource potential. Cassava is one of Malacca Regency’s key commodities with significant potential to support local economic growth, yet cassava farmers generally remain poor and require targeted intervention. This study aims to examine the cassava supply chain management (SCM) system in Malacca Regency in order to identify an ideal management model that can support economic development and community welfare. The research uses a mixed-method sequential explanatory approach (Creswell, 2014), conducted in three phases, beginning with a preliminary survey to understand the characteristics of the cassava supply chain. The findings show that the cassava supply chain involves seven main actors: farmers, collector traders, small agents, large agents, retailers, modern markets, and consumers. The SCM system has generally operated effectively, with integrated relationships and good collaboration among actors from upstream to downstream, ensuring efficient distribution to consumers. However, farmers’ profits remain limited due to the long supply chain. The cassava supply chain includes three main flows—goods, money, and information—and overall has functioned well, enabling sustainable, long-term relationships among stakeholders.

Abstract

Managing the energy transition in the land transport sector is a critical managerial challenge for achieving Indonesia's 2060 Net Zero Emission target. This study aims to identify, synthesize, and evaluate global green energy policies, and to formulate their policy and socio-economic implications for Indonesia's road and railway sectors. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology, based on the PRISMA 2020 protocol and CASP quality appraisal, was applied to 35 relevant studies published between 2015 and 2025. Thematic analysis identified three primary policy pillars: (1) economic incentives, (2) regulatory mandates, and (3) infrastructure development. This review concludes that effective transition management requires an adaptive hybrid policy framework. The novelty of this research is an evidence-based synthesis that recommends a a multi-modal approach considering socio-economic impacts, prioritizing electrification for light-duty and urban transport while utilizing biofuels for heavy-duty freight and long-haul logistics.

Abstract

Indonesia's maritime logistics, particularly its vital mining barging and general cargo sectors, face a critical tension between economic growth and environmental sustainability. While green port strategies are a national priority, a holistic synthesis connecting global principles to Indonesia’s unique archipelagic context is absent. This study bridges that gap via a systematic literature review, adhering to PRISMA guidelines. A rigorous analysis of 37 high-quality articles (2015-2025), appraised via the CASP checklist, reveals a persistent "policy-practice gap" and an "implementation chasm." Findings confirm that while implementation is driven by regulatory compliance, it is severely constrained by prohibitive capital investment, fragmented governance, and challenging economic feasibility. In response, this review delivers the first integrated synthesis for these non-containerized sectors, proposing a novel conceptual framework that models the interplay of drivers and barriers. It also establishes a targeted research agenda focused on context-specific techno-economic models. This study provides a foundational, evidence-based roadmap for Indonesian stakeholders to foster a resilient and genuinely sustainable maritime logistics ecosystem.

Abstract

With organizational identity serving as a mediator, this study seeks to investigate the impact of information justice on knowledge hiding behavior. Using a census approach (saturated sample), the study population consisted of all workers of the Yogyakarta Main Post Office. Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was used to examine data obtained from a 1–5 Likert scale questionnaire. Before evaluating the hypothesis, validity and reliability were carried out. To assess the suggested model, we used model fit, R-square, effect size (f²), and bootstrapping. The findings reveal that information justice exerts a significant positive effect on organizational identification and a significant negative effect on knowledge hiding behavior. Moreover, organizational identification demonstrates a significant negative effect on knowledge hiding behavior and effectively mediates the association between information justice and knowledge hiding behavior. The results show that when information justice is implemented, it decreases the inclination to participate in knowledge-hiding behavior both directly and indirectly, and it boosts organizational identity among employees. This demonstrates the importance of transparent, consistent, and honest communication practices in building a collaborative organizational climate and minimizing barriers to knowledge sharing. Consequently, organizations are encouraged to build a culture of openness to minimize knowledge hoarding.

Abstract

Urban logistics contributes significantly to environmental degradation, challenging the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals. Concurrently, the green mining industry has developed robust technological innovations with potential applicability in urban contexts, yet this cross-sectoral knowledge transfer remains underexplored. This study aims to bridge this gap through a systematic literature review of 30 peer-reviewed articles to identify transferable technologies and the determinants influencing their implementation. The methodology followed the PRISMA guidelines, analyzing literature from Scopus and Web of Science and assessing their quality using the CASP checklist. Results reveal three key transferable domains: (1) fleet electrification, (2) autonomous systems, and (3) circular economy models. Key enablers include policy incentives and long-term economic benefits, while high initial capital expenditure and regulatory uncertainty are primary barriers. The primary contribution of this research is a novel conceptual framework that provides an actionable roadmap for policymakers to accelerate the decarbonization of urban freight by leveraging proven industrial innovations. This study offers significant practical implications for enhancing urban sustainability.
