Abstract

Natural school is one of the new concepts in the world of education. A natural school is basically an alternative form of education that uses the universe as a place of learning, teaching material, and as an object of learning. According to some experts, it is believed that this concept is an effective approach for the realization of activities related to active learning. The aims of this research are to investigate how the management of natural schools works, specifically in planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. This study used a qualitative method with a case study approach. The data were collected through semi-structured interviews, observation, and documentation. The data were then analyzed, described, and interpreted comprehensively. The data revealed that character education and religion are emphasized to the students in the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Organizational Citizenship Behaviour as a mediator, Organizational Culture, and Career Development on employee performance. The object of this research is employees who work at the Satpol PP Province of DKI Jakarta . This research was conducted on 98 respondents from a total population of 5,119 employees. The sampling technique uses Simple Random Sampling technique. Determination of the number of samples for this study using the Slovin Formula and the sample used from the number of 130 questionnaire respondents collected 98 questionnaires mincludes 5 regions which are in the Province DKI Jakarta. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach using a questionnaire and data analysis used is SEM-PLS with SMART-PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis 3.2.7. The results of this study indicate that Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB), Organizational Culture and Career Development have a significant positive effect on employee performance. The results showed the influence of the Organizational Culture variable (X1) had a significant positive effect on the Performance variable (Y). The effect of career development latent variables (X2) on Performance latent variables (Y) is significantly positive. The effect of the latent variable Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) (Z) has a significant positive effect on the latent variable of Performance (Y). Organizational Culture Variable (X1) significantly influences Performance (Y) and there is a significant positive effect on the Career Development latent variable (X2) of the Latent Variable Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) as a mediator (Z).

Abstract

To implement GCG (good corporate governance), companies must have standard limits, namely ethics and regulations to achieve success. Where ethics provides awareness for companies to run businesses that prioritize business ethics when dealing with stakeholders and to avoid conflicts. As for regulations, companies are required to implement and comply with statutory regulations. The purpose of implementing GCG is to conduct business with sound practices, in order to realize the company's goals in achieving its vision and mission by taking into account shareholders and stakeholders. The writing of this article uses descriptive qualitative methods to analyze and compare theories with implementation in the world of work or based on empirical experience so that researchers can identify information as deeply as possible and as carefully as possible to analyze the application of GCG (Good Corporate Govenance) at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia ( Persero) Tbk. The results of this study indicate that the application of GCG in BRI companies applies the principles of GCG (Good Corporate Governance) which include: Accountability, Responsibility, Independence, Transparency, and Fairness.

Abstract

This research aims at knowing the influence of discipline in learning and educational interactions partially and simultaneously on student learning outcomes at SMK Negeri 1 Jambi City. This research used descriptive quantitative method. In terms of data collection, this research used instruments in the form of questionnaires distributed to students and student grades. The population used in this study were 122 students in class XI and 67 students were selected as samples. The sample calculation was done by interpolation, simple random sampling was used in the distribution. This research used simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis as the data analysis techniques. The result shows that: (1) There is a partially significant influence between discipline in learning on the results of 0.444, then Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted; (2) There is a partially significant influence between educational interactions on student learning outcomes of 0.320, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted; and (3) There is a significant simultaneous influence between discipline in learning and educational interaction on student learning outcomes of 0.602. Hence, it can be concluded that discipline in learning and educational interactions both have an influence on student learning outcomes. Researchers suggest that teachers should be able to emerge student discipline in learning, make better interactions, encourage students to actively interact during the learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: 1) The effect of entrepreneurship training on the motivation of micro and small business entrepreneurs in the East Jakarta Small Industrial Area. 2) The effect of entrepreneurship training on the development of micro small and medium enterprises in the East Jakarta Small Industrial Village area 3) The influence of motivation on the development of micro small and medium businesses in the East Jakarta Small Industrial Village area. This research uses a quantitative method using SEM Lisrel 8.8 Program analysis tools. The number of respondents was 253 respondents of micro small and medium enterprises in the East Jakarta Small Industrial Village. The results of the study stated: 1) the influence of entrepreneurship training on the motivation of micro and small business entrepreneurs in the region East Jakarta Small Industrial Village. 2) the influence of entrepreneurship training on the development of micro small and medium enterprises in the East Jakarta Small Industrial Area 3) The influence of motivation on the development of micro small and medium businesses in the East Jakarta Small Industrial Village area.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of E-Wom (Electronical World of Mouth), Product Quality and Price on Purchasing Decisions The type of research used in this study is descriptive associative using a causal approach. The population in this study are Xiaomi consumers who have purchased Xiaomi mobile phones. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling and the type of sampling used is purposive sampling. The method of data collection using questionnaire and analysis technique using SEM (Structural Equational Modeling) wherein there is an inner model and outer model test and the tools used are SmartPLS 3.0. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The results showed that partially electronic variable word of mouth, product quality and price had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop a comprehensive model by measuring the influence of cultural, social, personal and psychological on consumer decisions in purchasing decisions for bancassurance. This research applies a descriptive research design using survey methods. Sampling uses convinient sampling as a sampling technique. This study uses the structural equation modeling approach - Lisrel to test the influence of the significance of the overall model and predetermined pathway. The findings show that cultural and social factors have a positive relationship but do not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for bancassurance. Further findings show that personal and psychological factors have a positive relationship and have a significant influence on purchasing decisions for bancassurance.

Abstract

The In the 21 st century and move on in 4.0 era, it has avery significant impact and influence on marketing trends, not least in the world of education that carries social values (non-profit). Tren marketing trend is shifting and even shifting from conventional (offline) to digital (online). For business people, the concept of digital marketing is very helful for marketing products across regions and countries, from anywhere and anytime through the internet, so with education institutions can market school excellence (brand awareness) trough the internet. Focus of the issues raised are: (1) How brand awareness strategy trough digital marketing is carried out by the integrated Islamic school Syajarul Qur’an (2) What are the obstacles and benefits of implementating digital marketing for integrated Islamic Schools Syajarul Qur’an Gelumbang / Muara Enim. To deepen and reveal the above problems the researcher will use qualitative research which is of course very useful for investigations in order to provide facts and data regarding the implementation of digital marketing barand awareness of integrated Islamic Schools that we meanbove. Then the data obtained will be abalyzed with the groundes theory approach which provides development of the field of reaserch studies. Then the data collection techniques using interview, documentation and observation. Data reduction techniques namely sharping, classifying, directing, organizing, data and removing unnecessary data, verification, data presentation and drawing conclusions. While the theory used in this study is the theory of brand awareness strategy implementation which means how far the implementation of digital marketing for stakeholder satisfaction as well as how far the image formed influences prospective customers decisions. From the results of preliminary research conducted by researchers found that the brand awareness strategy trough digital marketing the school delivered a positioning statement in each facebook post, whatApp and instagram groups and established relationships with customers in a past respond in the medisocial which is used and which is not important is involving a third party (sisko) to deliver school information concerning: Managerial Service: (Teacher Assessment, Education Calender, Library, Inventory and Administration). Finacial Service: (Montly finance, Cash Flow, e-Money, and recep of financial records) Teaching Service: ( Curriculum, Syllabus and RPP, report cards and assement, Guidance Counceling, extracurricular) Communication Service: (Communication Book, Polls, School News, Announcements, Branding tool). The obstacles and benefits of implementating digital marketing related to wifi systems that are less supportive. Suggestions for school managers to continue to run school marketing with conventional (customer centric) and remain consistent in marketing brand awareness through digital marketing developing digital marketing based on clusters (age cluster, domiciles) and other.
