Abstract

Purpose - To find out (1) An explanation of employee performance, (2) describing Talent Management, (3) an explanation of Work Motivation, (4) the effect of Talent Management and Work Motivation on Employee Performance. Design / Methodology / Approach – This research was conducted on a sample without random, using descriptive and verification approaches with explanatory research methods and data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. Finding – Talent Management and Work Motivation affect to Employee Performance Originality - The difference is determined in the independent variables, the object and method of the study, the population and research sample, the research period, the measurement instrument and the results of the research, as well as the theoretical sources based on international journals and books and research results.

Abstract

The research performance of S1 Accounting Study Program lecturers in Metropolitan Bandung Raya reached 52.54% from 100%. There is a problem in the research performance of a lecturer. In Metropolitan Bandung Raya, Bandung is section of Metropolitan Bandung Raya. Its mean there is research performance of the lecturer in Bandung too.Blaskova (2014) explained, among others, that research competencies and research publication competencies are competencies that affect lecturers' research performance. This research is a quantitative method of research to find out how much lecturer research competence, publication competency of lecturers' research results and lecturer research performance, and how much influence lecturer research competence and research publication competence on lecturer research performance. Population 365.sample 191. This study proves Research competence and research publication competence of research results affect research performance partially and simultaneously because the value of t arithmetic is greater than the table and the value of F arithmetic> F table. Abstract

This research revealed the model of entrepreneurial marketing, especially on Moslem fashion womenpreneurs. Recently, the opportunity for women in entrepreneurship with micro and small scale businesses (MSMEs) has increase. Womenpreneur also contributes to the field of human resource management, namely empowering women and playing a role in the nation's economy. The main reason is that they want to be independent, followed by the second rank who says that opening a business, especially the Moslem fashion business, as an effort to increase family income. Implementing the concept of entrepreneurial marketing requires supporting factors, namely market orientation, innovation, value creation, and risk-taking. The purpose of this research is to implement the model of entrepreneurial marketing on womenpreneurs. This research used a descriptive survey method through SEM (Structural Equation Models) analysis. Sample of this research is 209 Moslem fashion womenpreneurs with a small business scale in West Java from different characteristics, both shar'i Moslem fashion (veiled), semi-shari'a and trendy. This research has been reduced the dimensions of previous studies, only focus on market orientation, innovation, and value creation, without risk-taking factors because womenpreneurs have been thinking first before they start the business and they have calculated risk factors. that value creation can be formed from market orientation and innovation. As we can say, market orientation and innovation are important factors in the formation of value creation for women entrepreneurs of small scale Moslem fashion in West Java By applying these concepts, it builds an effective entrepreneurial marketing performance for womenpreneur.

The purpose of education is to form character and cultivate good behaviour or attitude and value so that they can interact, communicate, and live together in accordance with the norms of the community. Tangible results seen from students who have undergone study. Through outbound training, it is expected that students can mentally ready, tenacious, confident, caring, helpful and accountable to God Almighty, self, community and nation that are implemented in real life everyday.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine whether the interest rate variables, loan procedures, services, credit guarantees and facilities influence the customer's decision to pledge his goods at the Pegadaian Public Corporation in East Lombok. This research is a descriptive research with research location on the 23rd education road in Aikmel, East Lombok. The data collection method is a sample with a sample of 100 respondents, determined on the basis of unintended samples with the Slovenian formula. Techniques for data collection are observation and interview. Data collection tool is a questionnaire. The type of data used is quantitative data and qualitative data with data sources in the form of primary and secondary data. Based on the factor analysis, it has been found that out of the five factors investigated, four factors influence the customer's decision to pledge the goods, grouped into 3 core factors: the first factor has an own value of 1,703, a combination of variations in credit facilities and guarantees. The second factor has an eigenvalue of 1,022, in particular from the loan procedure variable. The third factor has an eigenvalue of 1.003, which is an interest rate variable. And the factor that has the greatest influence is the first factor because it has the highest self-esteem.

Abstract

The performance of the South Sumatra Provincial Government is reflected in the quality of innovation, program development, public services, and administrative processes related to the task and function of improving people's welfare. Performance productivity is measured by reducing poverty, increasing economic growth, and increasing local income. One of the improvements in performance is the work of middle level management in addition to the work of other levels of top management and low management. This study will answer the question of what factors can significantly to improve the performance of the government of South Sumatra Province. This paper will examine the factors of self-efficacy and affective commitment which are seen as determinants of improving the performance of the government of South Sumatra province, because it is one of the advantages of human resources and is a productive added value. However, previous studies on self-efficacy and affective commitment provide evidence that these two factors produce inconsistent research findings or gaps. Therefore empirically recommends that the effect of self-efficacy and affective commitment to improve performance requires further research to be justified. To resolve the gap of self-efficacy and affective commitment to the performance of the government of South Sumatra province, researchers adopted the theory of goal setting with the concept of competitive leadership with good organizational indicators, applying technology, sustainable work programs, and developing wider networks as a result of efficacy self and affective commitment can henceforth be used to improve organizational performance. The sample was used 108 respondents who held administrative positions with SEM LISREL 9.30 data processing. This conceptual model is expected to prove thatcompetitive shared leadership that is influenced by self-affication and affective commitment significantly improves the performance of the government of South Sumatra province.

Abstract

The aim of this study is analyzed the factors which influence the performance of the state civil servants (ASN / PNS) who work in the Regional Asset and Financial Management Agency in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The object of this study are ASN because their performance was assumed not clearly detected. In this study their performance will be linked to work environment, motivation, discipline and work experience. The ASN who have long work experience, high motivation and high discipline resulted good performance. The study uses a moderation variable testing model. The Work Environment as a moderating variable that moderates the effect of the independent variable (motivation, discipline and work experience) on the dependent variable (performance). Work Environment is a working condition and facility faced by ASN. If the work environment is comfortable, ASN will be motivated to work well, so that performance is also high. Experienced ASNs tend to learn a lot from their experience so that their performance is higher. If the ASN is experienced and in a comfortable work environment, the performance will be higher. Likewise, if the ASN has a high level of motivation and discipline and is in a comfortable work environment, the performance will be even higher. The study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to ASN in the area of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency in all districts and cities of Wilayah DIY. Data obtained using multiple regression. The results of the data analysis show that the work environment has an effect on ASN performance. The work environment variable also moderates the relationship between work experience and performance.

Abstract

The purpose of establishing a company can be divided into two, economic goals and social goals. Economic goals regarding the company's efforts to maintain it’s existence, the company's social goals are expected to meet the desires of investors, employees, providers of factors of production and the wider community. Both of these goals support one another, the company will not be able to realize its social goals if the company has not been able to achieve the company's economic goals. Social Value Added (SVA) which is an adaptation of Economic Value Added (EVA) is one of the tools to assess a company's performance to achieve social goals. The positive SVA shows that the social influence created by the company has yielded results in excess of the capital costs that must be incurred, which will later be proven by obtaining "social profitability". SVA is in line with what scientific progress. is saying that perceptions about company value have changed. which at first a company was judged by its ability to generate profits, but a good company is a company that is able to produce high profitability and high social responsibility as well. Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is intended to create harmony between the interests of the company's management and the interests of its stakeholders. Corporate social responsibility is one of the strategic plans implemented by organizations with regard to suitainable social which companies consider their involvement in social activities, and also decrease the destructive effects of business on society and the natural environment. In Indonesia, corporate social responsibility is no longer voluntary. The company is responsible for holding company activities accountable, but now it is mandatory for some companies to implement them. This is regulated in Act Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies (UU PT), which was passed on July 20, 2007. Based on this, As a novelty, we need a model to evaluate the social responsibility that has been done in order to generate social profit for the company. as well as being a model of how companies can achieve Social Value Added.

Abstract

So far, a lot of research has seen the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in private companies. Like SOEs, Regionally Owned Enterprises (BUMD), although running the same business as private companies, have different characteristics that can cause Agency Problems that can harm stakeholders. This study aims to analyze the quality of GCG implementation at PT Jakarta Propertindo (Perseroda), a BUMD owned by the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta, using a scoring approach from the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard. This study only uses criteria in the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard that can be used to measure a BUMD. This is because the characteristics of BUMD are not exactly the same as pure private companies. The results indicate that PT Jakarta Propertindo (Perseroda) has not fully met all the GCG principles contained in the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard.

Abstract

Technological development is very rapid, many things are very influential with the presence of the internet, many consumers are spoiled by online shopping, with this it will make it easier for transactions between sellers and buyers. Starting from the search for goods, to make payment transactions. But with the internet, in addition to making it easier for buyers and sellers, but also creating new problems, with the convenience, it will make it easier for competitors to do the same. Competitors will more easily seize customers, and customers will also more easily go to other sellers, therefore the question arises, how to make repurchase intention occur. One business player who sees the internet as a new market share in attracting consumers is the online travel agent business. In the beginning, this travel business was only done conventionally. Then the travel business also utilizes technology in marketing activities. With this research will find out whether there is an influence between perceived usefulness, with trust, then whether there is a perceived influence on repurchase intention, and whether there is an influence of trust with repurchase intention. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. Using the Slovin formula, a sample of 100 customers was obtained, the margin of error set was 10% or 0.10. Quantitative analysis methods with SEM analysis tools and Smart PLS and SPSS tools.
