Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain data on costs incurred from the production process, and data on farmer income from beekeping. The total revenue data is then used to analyze the feasibility of beekeeping and its contribution to increasing farmers welfare. The research was carried out using a survey with a quantitative method. Respondents were determined by purposive sampling, the members of Sari Puspa Farmers Group domiciled in Sumaja Makmur Village, Gunung Megang, Muara Enim Regency, totaling 20 peoples. Respondents are farmers who also work as beekeepers in their rubber and oil palm plantations. From the results of research on the cash flow of each beekeeper during 2022, a total revenue (TR) of IDR 152,600,000,- and the total cost of production (TC) is IDR 21,900,000.-. So that overall a total income of IDR  130,700,000,- with an average profit of IDR  6,535,000,- per year. Meanwhile, from farming activity, which is the main job of beekeepers, the average annual income per hectare of arable land is IDR  38,400,000,- so that the total income of the farmer's household is IDR  44,935,000,- per year. Income from the beekeping  contributes 14.5%, and is included in the low category. The initial investment value based on financial feasibility analysis is IDR  11.153.600,- While the income for 1 harvest period is IDR. 6,535,000,-. So based on these data the BEP of production is 102 Kg. The bekepers will break even if production reaches or exceeds 102 Kg. Meanwhile, at a BI rate of 5.75%, NPV of IDR  13,564,82,-  is obtained, an IRR value of 55%, B/C ratio value of 1.61 and a Payback period of 1 year 8 months and 8 days. Based on the analysis indicators, the beekeeping at Farmer Group of Sari Puspa is in the feasible category.

Abstract

This study aims to present a comprehensive depiction of the factors influencing the decision-making process regarding the purchase of subsidized housing, focusing specifically on variables such as building quality, strategic location, and price. The research objectives include identifying the key variables impacting the choice of acquiring subsidized housing in the Cileungsi region through a quantitative descriptive approach. Utilizing purposive sampling, the study surveyed one hundred local residents who recently acquired homes through government assistance programs. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) employing variance-based methods or component-based structural equation modeling, specifically Partial Least Squares (PLS), was utilized for data analysis. The anticipated outcomes of this investigation are expected to contribute significantly to understanding consumer behavior in the context of subsidized housing purchases in Cileungsi. Moreover, the application of PLS analysis methods is poised to provide an in-depth comprehension of the interrelationships among variables within the tested model and furnish strategic recommendations for developers of subsidized housing and pertinent stakeholders to enhance product appeal.

Abstract

Consumer demand for speed, comfort, and security in financial transactions is rising along with the globalization of the business. As a result, we require a payment method that is dependable and simple for bank clients. A payment system is a set of arrangements that facilitates the exchange of value between individuals and financial institutions on a national and international level in order to deliver payments. A literature review, or literature review, is the research design used here. A literature review is an explanation of the hypotheses, conclusions, and other research materials that are gleaned from reference works and used as the foundation for further study. The literature review includes summaries, reviews, and the author's observations about a variety of literature sources (books, papers, slides, online material, and so forth) that address the subject under discussion. As it stands, Bitcoin is still the most popular cryptocurrency in terms of user base, market value, and popularity. Though certain altcoins are supported due to their better or more sophisticated features than Bitcoin, virtual currencies like Ethereum and Ripple, which are more commonly utilized as other enterprise solutions, are currently growing in popularity. Based on the current trajectory, cryptocurrencies are here to stay, but as time goes on, only a select handful will stand out as leaders in the face of growing competition and more visibility. The world of cryptocurrency may prove to be quite promising in the future as long as the bitcoin options market continues to gain traction, even with all the drawbacks that accompany it.

Abstract

This study investigates the interaction and impact of key variables in the supply chain, including commodity availability, shipping information, port infrastructure, warehouse integrators, and fuel prices in reverse logistics. Through a deeper understanding of these variables, this study aims to help companies identify challenges, optimize operational performance, and develop adaptive strategies in the face of market and environmental changes. Conduct a thorough literature review of related research in the areas of port infrastructure, warehouse integration, and commodity availability to gain a deep understanding of current issues and trends. This qualitative research contributes to the results of its research for reference and is used by other researchers. By paying attention to all these factors, companies can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their reverse logistics operations and reduce their activities' environmental impact. In addition, further research and proper strategy implementation are essential to achieve optimal results in reverse logistics.

Abstract

In the context of the rapid growth of the fintech industry in Indonesia, the study explores the choice of IT infrastructure in particular between on premise and cloud in digital wallet fintech start-ups to improve cost efficiency. With a lack of detailed information in the literature about the critical role of infrastructure in the development of fintech, the study uses Mixed Methods The Convergent Parallel Design to provide in-depth insights into the impact of infrastructural decisions on operational and financial efficiency. The findings show that the adoption of cloud infrastructure, chosen for its scalability, flexibility, and cost efficiency, is significant in reducing operating and maintenance costs, while strengthening market positions. However, the decision also calls for serious consideration of security aspects, data privacy, and regulatory compliance. The findings provide important contributions for policymakers, regulators, and industry stakeholders in understanding the importance of data security strategies and company-specific needs in selecting IT infrastructures. In conclusion, choosing the right IT infrastructure is key to reducing costs and supporting sustainable growth in the fintech sector, especially for digital wallet start-ups.
