Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology, particularly in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI), has had a significant impact across various industries. One increasingly popular implementation is ChatGPT, enabling more intuitive human-computer interactions. Moreover, AI has transformed the landscape of the financial sector, particularly in Credit Scoring. Using Supervised Machine Learning, algorithms like Random Forest and Logistic Regression are employed to enhance accuracy and efficiency in the Credit Scoring process. However, comparing the accuracy between these two algorithms remains a question. Therefore, this research aims to compare the accuracy levels of Random Forest and Logistic Regression in the context of Credit Scoring. From the research that have been conducted got result Random Forest given better AUC score on 0.90 than Logistic Regression which only got 0.89.

Abstract

In the era of business transformation, companies are intensively striving to adapt to the developments in digital technology to enhance operational efficiency and productivity. Pospay application is one form of digital transformation by PT Pos Indonesia, where its presence will impact the improvement of the company's productivity. This research focuses on sentiment analysis of the Pospay application on the PlayStore platform. By applying machine learning methods such as Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Naive Bayes, this study aims to provide solutions to the challenges of data complexity and heterogeneity. The results show a high percentage of accuracy (88% for Naive Bayes and 87% for SVM) in classifying user sentiments with a more dominant negative tendency. These findings provide valuable insights for companies to enhance the quality of their digital services. Keywords: Sentiment, Pospay, Support Vector Machine, Naive Bayes, PlayStore

Abstract

Knowledge management (KM) is a systematic approach that facilitates the development, dissemination, and creation of value from information and knowledge within an organization. Knowledge management is deemed the most valuable asset for many organizations. However, the implementation of a knowledge capturing model is still a challenging task. In this research, a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology is employed to identify and analyze diverse approaches to capturing and utilizing knowledge in various organizational domains. The search process is executed across five databases, namely, Scopus, Science Direct, Emerald Insight, Taylor & Francis Online, and IEEE. The study findings reveal a total of 24 knowledge capture methods employed across diverse organizational contexts and knowledge types. Among these methods, the questionnaire was mentioned in 4 articles, an interview in 2 articles, and an expert interview in two articles. The success factors were classified into 20 types, including common knowledge, organizational capabilities, quality of knowledge, trust and acceptance, leadership capabilities, feedback and learning, performance measurement, reward and recognition, efficiency, knowledge management integration, organizational culture, knowledge managers tools and techniques, effectiveness, motivation, information technology, and knowledge management process, training, knowledge representation, and collaboration. Additionally, the identified trending methods and eight key success factors that influence implementation of various knowledge capture models add a new understanding of the critical elements for success in knowledge capture initiatives. This review, in accordance with PRISMA guidelines, provides a foundation for future research efforts in knowledge acquisition and systematic literature review.

Abstract

Lintas Winongo Waste Bank in Kampung Badran, Jetis, Yogyakarta, has been serving as a community facilitator in addressing waste issues in Kampung Badran since 2009. Despite having numerous customers, the waste bank management is still conducted manually, leading to various service issues such as bookkeeping transactions and waste management that rely on manual processes. The sustainability of using a manual system also poses the potential for data damage and the risk of errors in the data input stage, negatively impacting the overall efficiency and accuracy of waste management. Therefore, an application system for the waste bank is needed to facilitate transactions for both customers and waste bank operators in waste management. This research employs the waterfall method with a focus on the needs of Lintas Winongo Waste Bank. The system testing involves the black box testing method. The results of this study provide convenience for both customers and waste bank operators in every transaction process. The use of this system is expected to simplify and expedite the waste deposit process conducted by customers, aiming to increase community interest in utilizing waste bank services.

Abstract

Vidio is a Subscription video-on-demand (SVOD) platform offering video streaming services. Based on reviews of the Vidio application, it is known that many negative and low reviews related to the services provided have reduced in satisfaction and user acceptance. The aim of this study is to ascertain the extent of user acceptance by measuring the correlation between several variables. The approach to be utilized is Technology Acceptance Model by measuring the variables of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, behavioral intention to use, attitude towards using, and actual use with hypothesis test. The research was conducted on 100 Palembang city residents. Based on this research, there is a very strong positive correlation relationship between attitude towards using and behavioural intention to use. In addition, there is a strong positive correlation between the perceived usefulness variable and other variables except actual use. Overall from the results obtained, in the acceptance of users of the Vidio application, variable exhibits a notable and positive impact on this research.

Abstract

Air transportation is a very important sector in the context of economic and regional development. Aviation has a crucial role in supporting economic growth, global connectivity, and the advancement of other sectors. This research aims to understand and improve the efficiency of Lion Air Balikpapan airline ticket booking process through the application of Business Process Reengineering (BPR) method. This research method involves a series of steps in order to conduct BPR. Testing of throughput efficiency is done based on the calculation of business process performance time using ASME standard. The result of the initial analysis shows that the ticket booking process at Lion Air Balikpapan has a throughput efficiency of 38.42%. However, after making changes and mapping the ASME standard as well as eliminating processes that do not provide added value, the throughput efficiency increased to 90.99%. This shows a significant improvement in efficiency and speed in the ticket booking process. The conclusion shows that the application of BPR method in the ticket booking process of Lion Air Balikpapan airline successfully improves the efficiency and speed of service to customers.

Abstract

IT Support at the company PT Global Loyalty Indonesia is considered to have less effective performance and often does repetitive work, such as several problems that have been resolved before that require a lot of experiments, when the same thing happens on a different day, the time-consuming experimental actions will be carried out again, so that the completion of the work takes a long time, this is because there is no recording of the steps that have previously been carried out. In addition, work requests to IT Support are only done verbally without detailed data collection, besides that ineffective standard operating procedures make IT Support employees confused when problems occur that have never been experienced before, so the work process takes a long time. To overcome these problems, a website system was created using HTML, CSS, React JS and Bootstrap with the Agile development method. After the website was completed and applied to the IT Support section, it was obtained from the results of interviews by the head of IT Support, that the work in the section became more organized, more recorded and easier to monitor by the head of IT Support, besides that it was also stated by the head of IT Support that the website created was very helpful and made IT Support work easier, with an average user acceptance of 86.4% which was calculated using the user acceptance test method

Abstract

Good archival data management can be seen when users make it easier when they need information in the archive. The archives management section at the National Human Rights Commission requires an application for managing archive borrowing, because currently the process of borrowing archives requires a long process, so it becomes ineffective and requires a long data search if there is an error in recording the loan or returning the borrowed archive. The use of a web-based archival lending information system is very necessary, because processing archival lending data makes it very easy to collect loan data and can continue to monitor and control the status of the archival loan data. This web-based archive lending information system is designed by applying the ADDIE version development method (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluate) and the waterfall development model in the system design stage, and the system will be built using the programming languages PHP 7.3, MySQL 5.7, Nginx and PHP-FPM 7.4, Laravel Framework 7 and Bootstrap Template Design 4.0. This system is expected to provide convenience and the best service to internal parts of the institution that need information in the desired archives

Abstract

An expedition or delivery service is a transportation equipment rental service to move goods or people. PT IPP is a company that operates in the field of product packaging printing. In the delivery process, errors often occur in the process of selecting the type of truck to be used. Based on data from July to November 2023, there were several errors in selecting transportation equipment (type of truck). These errors result in several products being delayed, the production process being hampered and can result in employees working overtime, so this research is aimed at selecting the type of transportation used according to the criteria. The criteria required range from weight capacity to product quantity capacity and the selection of expedition services that have the type of transportation equipment that suits the product cubication. Data processing uses the Analytic Network (ANP) method to recommend expedition services to be used in product delivery and the dynamic programming method to fulfill vehicle capacity. The results obtained are that the most dominant criterion is price with the highest percentage value of 24% and the most dominant alternative for selecting expedition services is Barokah Tani with the highest percentage value of 10%. The results of the dynamic programming method are that the largest value of f2(y) is for a truck with a capacity of 54m3 which can load two products, namely products C and B, while for product A you can use a truck with a capacity of 18m3.

Abstract

The official report and certificates of receipt of b3 waste are a single document that must be issued by the waste transporter and collector to be submitted to the waste generating party, when the transporter has transported and placed the waste at a temporary b3 waste collection site. PT. Omega Cipta Kencana, which acts as a transporting party as well as a temporary b3 waste collection site, is required to issue an official report and certificate and hand them over to the party producing the waste. The purpose of making an official report and certificate of B3 waste is to find out that the waste has been received and placed in a temporary B3 waste collection site according to the permits owned, and as a condition for completing company documents as really needed when the company comes for an audit. The method of collecting data in the preparation of the Final Project is the method of observation, interviews and literature study. With the creation of an information system for official reports and certification of acceptance of b3 waste, PT. Omega Cipta Kencana, which acts as the transporting party and as a temporary waste collection site, can issue these documents to the waste generator quickly, precisely and accurately and can save costs in the document delivery process. You can also store these documents safely and neatly in the system.
