Abstract

Abstract In a large city, there are many congestion problems, so the selection of the fastest route to reach the destination is needed. The city of Bandung is one of the big cities in Indonesia which has a fairly crowded traffic density and tends to be a lot of congestion in it. So we need a study that can discuss the path of independence. In the study to determine the shortest path there are several algorithm options to solve it. This research was conducted using the Bellman Ford algorithm to try to solve the problem of selecting the fastest path. The case that will be focused on in this study covers the route that starts from Ir. H. Juanda street and ends at the Leuwipanjang bus terminal. The road node that will be passed is taken from several main points that will be passed. Calculation of coordinates will be calculated using the concept of graph and haversine formula. The impact of this research is that it can be known the fastest path needed using the Bellman Ford algorithm. Keywords: Algoritm, Bellman Ford, Graph, Haversine Formula, Shortest Path. Abstrak Dalam sebuah kota besar saat ini banyak sekali permasalahan kemacetan, maka dibutuhkan pemilihan rute jalan yang tercepat untuk mencapai tujuan. Kota Bandung merupakan salah satu kota besar di Indonesia yang memiliki kepadatan lalu lintas cukup ramai dan cenderung banyak terjadi kemacetan didalamnya. Maka diperlukan sebuah penelitian yang dapat membahas mengenai jalur tependek. Dalam kajian untuk menentukan jalur terpendek terdapat beberapa pilihan algoritma untuk menyelesaikannya. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan algoritma Bellman Ford untuk mencoba menyelesaikan masalah pemilihan jalur tercepat. Kasus yang akan difokuskan dalam penelitian ini mencangkup rute yang dimulai dari jalan Ir.H.Djuanda dan berakhir di terminal bis Leuwipanjang. Simpul jalan yang akan dilalui diambil dari beberapa titik utama yang akan dapat dilewati. Perhitungan koordinat akan dihitung menggunakan konsep graf dan haversine formula. Dampak dari penelitian ini yaitu dapat diketahuinya jalur tercepat yang dibutuhkan menggunakan algoritma Bellman Ford. Kata kunci: Algoritma, Bellman Ford, Graf, Haversine Formula, Shortest Path.

Abstract

Abstract Big cities in Indonesia always experience a lot of congestion, especially during holidays. It needs the right route to reach the tourist destination. Bandung city will be the location of this study, which every holiday it always happens congestion in this city. Therefore, a solution should be carried out that can provide solutions in finding independent pathways that can help government to manage the traffic. In determining the shortest path there are several choices of algorithms. This study uses one of the shortest path algorithms, namely the Dijktra algorithm to calculate the shortest path. The case area in this study is the road in Bandung city which starts from the road Ir. H. Juanda to Leuwipanjang. The road points passed are obtained from several main road nodes that are often used. The coordinate calculation of each node will be calculated by the concept of graph and haversine formula. The results of this study are the shortest route through the use of the Dijktra algorithm. Keywords: Algorithm Graph, Shortest Path, Dijktra, Haversine Formula. Abstrak Kota-kota besar di Indonesia saat ini banyak mengalami masalah kemacetan, terutama ketika masa-masa liburan. Dibutuhkan rute jalan yang tepat untuk mencapai tempat wisata tujuan. Kota Bandung akan menjadi lokasi penelitian ini, dimana setiap masa liburan selalu terjadi kemacetan. Perlu penelitian untuk memberikan solusi dalam mencari jalur tependek yang dapat membantu dinas terkait dalam mengelola lalu-lintas. Dalam menentukan jalur terpendek ada beberapa pilihan algoritma penyelesaian, salah satunya digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu algoritma Dijktra, salah satu algoritma shortest path untuk menghitung jalur terpendek. Kasus yang diambil dalam penelitian ini yaitu rute jalan di Kota Bandung yang bermula dari jalan Ir.H.Djuanda hingga di jalan Leuwipanjang. Titk-titik jalan yang dilalui didapatkan dari beberapa simpul jalan utama yang sering digunakan. Perhitungan koordinat setiap simpul akan dihitung dengan konsep graf dan rumus haversine formula. Rute jalur terpendek terbukti dapat ditemukan menggunakan perhitungan algoritma Dijktra. Kata kunci: Algoritma Graf, Jalur Terpendek, Dijktra, Formula Haversine

Abstract

Mathematical literacy is the ability to formulate, use and interpret mathematics in various contexts of daily life problems. Mathematical literacy skills are not only about basic algorithms, formulas, procedures or conventions but are also expected to be able to analyze, think critically and reason, and communicate ideas and be able to solve problems so that they can make life easier. Based on PISA 2015, students' abilities in mathematics in Indonesia are still low compared to other countries. Teachers as educators must instill a positive perception of mathematics in students. For this reason, teachers are required to innovate mathematics learning by choosing learning methods that suit the material and student characteristics so that it will increase student motivation. With such efforts, students will improve their critical thinking skills.

Abstract

Knowledge management (KM) is a systematic approach that facilitates the development, dissemination, and creation of value from information and knowledge within an organization. Knowledge management is deemed the most valuable asset for many organizations. However, the implementation of a knowledge capturing model is still a challenging task. In this research, a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology is employed to identify and analyze diverse approaches to capturing and utilizing knowledge in various organizational domains. The search process is executed across five databases, namely, Scopus, Science Direct, Emerald Insight, Taylor & Francis Online, and IEEE. The study findings reveal a total of 24 knowledge capture methods employed across diverse organizational contexts and knowledge types. Among these methods, the questionnaire was mentioned in 4 articles, an interview in 2 articles, and an expert interview in two articles. The success factors were classified into 20 types, including common knowledge, organizational capabilities, quality of knowledge, trust and acceptance, leadership capabilities, feedback and learning, performance measurement, reward and recognition, efficiency, knowledge management integration, organizational culture, knowledge managers tools and techniques, effectiveness, motivation, information technology, and knowledge management process, training, knowledge representation, and collaboration. Additionally, the identified trending methods and eight key success factors that influence implementation of various knowledge capture models add a new understanding of the critical elements for success in knowledge capture initiatives. This review, in accordance with PRISMA guidelines, provides a foundation for future research efforts in knowledge acquisition and systematic literature review.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the interest in counting of grade IV students in learning at SDN 15 Lolong. This type of research uses qualitative methods. Data collected by observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Teacher's research subject class IV and 2 students in class IV. The results of the study show that students' lack of interest in learning and the lack of teachers using media in learning and the limitations of the media for teaching materials and the lack of parental concern for children's learning process at home, thus causing the weak integrity of students

Abstract

This study aims to see whether Administrative Management in an institution has an effect on the performance of administrative services in an agency. The research approach is qualitative (case study), data sources, data collection techniques through interviews and observations. From this research, it can be concluded: (1) The quality of education cannot be separated from the role of administrative staff. (2) The development of competence and competence of staff is very much needed to improve the performance of administration in administrative services. (3) Evaluation of administrative performance is carried out to measure staff competence. (4) The ability of staff to manage the system in administrative management.

Abstract

Classification algorithms have a very important role in Machine Learning, but not all algorithms have the same performance in every case. Algorithm performance can be affected by the type of data used, differences in problem characteristics, and the parameters used. Additionally, ensemble learning techniques such as Bagging can affect algorithm performance. Therefore, the problem arises of how to choose the most suitable algorithm for a particular classification task and how to optimize the performance of the algorithm. This research aims to carry out a comparative analysis and optimization of classification algorithms in Machine Learning. Classification algorithms that will be evaluated include Support Vector Machine (SVM), Neural Network, Logistic Regression, Decision Tree, and K-Nearest Neighbors (K-NN). Evaluation of the performance of these algorithms will be carried out using the confusion matrix, Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) Curve, and Area Under Curva (AUC). The result of this research is a comparative analysis of the optimization of classification algorithms using the bagging technique. After carrying out the evaluation process using the confusion matrix and ROC curve, it was found that the algorithm optimization using the bagging technique only had an effect on the Decision Tree (DT) and K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) algorithms. . The accuracy of the DT algorithm increased by 0.6% while the accuracy of KNN increased by 1.3%. The AUC value for the DT algorithm increased by 1.4% and the KNN algorithm increased by 0.3%.

Abstract

The competitive landscape of modern organizations relies on efficient knowledge utilization and management, underscoring the crucial role of knowledge capture in effective Knowledge Management (KM). This study explores the relationship between knowledge capture, organizational agility, and employee proficiency within KM, pinpointing critical gaps in understanding the optimal utilization of knowledge capture methods within agile-based setups. By addressing these gaps, the study aims to identify effective knowledge capture methods and propose strategies for their seamless integration into agile organizations. The research investigates five hypotheses, affirming the positive impacts of expert interviews, focus groups, interviews, surveys, and questionnaires on the efficiency and effectiveness of knowledge capture processes in agile contexts. Utilizing a mixed-method approach, this study evaluates qualitative and quantitative data derived from interviews and questionnaires. The results highlight the importance of various knowledge capture methods in augmenting the efficiency and efficacy of the knowledge capture process. Additionally, the study outlines implementation strategies customized for each method's application within agile-based organizations. The objective of this research is to provide practical solutions that narrow the disparity between the potential of knowledge capture and the particular needs of agile setups.

Abstract

Saat ini penggunaan teknologi sudah menjadi kebutuhan bagi seluruh sektor. Peran teknologi informasi sangat penting agar pelayanan kantor desa dapat berfungsi dengan baik dan akurat. Desa Margamukti terletak di Kabupaten Sumedang, dalam proses pendataan penduduk masih menggunakan media kertas yang adanya resiko kehilangan dan kerusakan kertas formulir, adanya peluang human error dikarenakan banyaknya tinta coretan sehingga tidak terbaca, dan kurang akuratnya data yang ada dengan kondisi di lapangan. Karena itu diusulkannya untuk merancang sistem informasi berbasis website untuk proses pendataan penduduk yang dapat dilakukan secara berkala untuk mendapatkan data yang akurat. Dalam merancang sistem informasi ini menggunakan model pengembangan Extreme Programmig (XP), Bahasa Pemrograman PHP, Framework Boostrap, Framework CI (CodeIgniter), Database MySQL, dan Perangkat Lunak Visual Studio Code. Tahap pertama yang dilakukan adalah perencanaan sistem dengan  pengumpulan data. Tahap kedua yaitu desain sistem dengan perencanaan UML (Unified Modelling Language) dan database. Tahap ketiga yaitu penulisan code. Tahap terakhir yaitu pengujian dengan Blackbox Testing dan Kuesioner. Hasil yang diharapkan dengan adanya perancangan sistem ini dapat membantu dan memudahkan kantor Desa Margamukti dalam melakukan pendataan penduduk.

Abstract

In the dynamic landscape of software development, effective knowledge sharing is vital for fostering collaboration and innovation among development teams. This study examines the intricate dynamics influencing knowledge sharing among software developers within organizational contexts, focusing on the pivotal factors of organizational culture. Key factors such as communication, trust, leadership, reward systems, and organizational structure are investigated to comprehend their impact on knowledge-sharing behavior. The research model posits hypotheses exploring positive relationships between trust, communication, leadership, organizational structure, reward systems, and knowledge sharing. Data was collected through online surveys completed by 62 software developers in Indonesia, and SmartPLS 3 was used for the analysis. Measurement models were employed to evaluate internal consistency reliability, convergent validity, and discriminant validity, while structural models assessed the explanatory potential. Results indicate that the explanatory power of the model is weak, suggesting a need for further exploration. Leadership and reward systems were found to have a positive influence on knowledge sharing, although the impact of organizational structure remains inconclusive. The study emphasizes the critical roles of reward structures and leadership in encouraging knowledge sharing and presents practical implications for companies aiming to enhance their knowledge management practices. These findings highlight the necessity for organizations to foster leadership and implement effective reward systems to promote a culture of knowledge sharing. Furthermore, the study suggests improvements in assessment techniques and calls for a reevaluation of the connection between organizational structure and knowledge sharing. This research contributes to the understanding of how organizational culture impacts knowledge sharing within the software development community in Indonesia, providing valuable insights for both academic researchers and industry practitioners.
