Abstract

The utilization of information technology in the event organizer industry is crucial for enhancing the efficiency and quality of ticketing services. This research explores the implementation of a responsive and adaptive Online Ticketing Service Information System for the FEST Event Organizer. The objective of this study is to improve the system's responsiveness in handling high user volumes and ensuring its adaptability to changing needs in the event industry. Through the implementation of a responsive and adaptive Online Ticketing Service Information System, the aim is to enhance the efficiency of the online ticket sales process, elevate customer satisfaction, and assist the FEST Event Organizer in managing various aspects of their activities more effectively. This research contributes positively to the development of information technology in the field of online ticketing services and can serve as a reference for other event organizers in the industry.

Abstract

The Dempster-Shafer (DS) method is a method in trust theory that is used to overcome uncertainty in decision making. An expert system that utilizes the Dempster-Shafer method can be used to diagnose tuberculosis (TB). Application of the Dempster-Shafer method in an expert system for TB requires a good understanding of the medical domain and the ability to correctly combine evidence from multiple sources. In addition, collaboration with medical experts in developing this system will increase the accuracy and usefulness of the expert system. At the Wonokromo Community Health Center, the use of websites to diagnose tuberculosis is still lacking, therefore the aim of using this website is to help the community know more about tuberculosis. In the design process, this system uses a user interface, and is equipped with HTML, CSS, Boostrap, and Java Script. The result of this research is a website-based expert system application using the website-based Dempster Shafer method, and is able to overcome the problems that exist at the Wonokromo Community Health Center. The black box testing results show that the module configuration functions well and meets user needs.

Abstract

This thesis discusses the challenges encountered by the Mutiara Farmer Group during the corn crop production process. The group faces field-related factors that affect corn production. To estimate crop yields, the group still relies on a manual prediction method, which often leads to estimation errors that can harm its members. Additionally, the lack of planning and preparation in managing corn crops poses a significant problem. This research presents a web-based program for estimating corn crop yields using the Tsukamoto Fuzzy method. The program utilizes factors in the field to assist farmer groups in planning corn planting with expected results. The results indicate that the system can predict crop yields with a high degree of accuracy, as demonstrated by a MAPE(Mean Absolute Percentage Error) value of 15.92%.

Abstract

The Solar Power Plant converts light into electricity using photovoltaic. It uses an inverter to convert DC to AC electricity to be connected to an AC load. Along with the increasing use of solar panel, inverter use has also increased. In fact, the inverter can produce disturbances at frequency between 9-150kHz. Based on this matter, this study is focused on observing the disturbance characteristics of photovoltaic system due to variations in irradiation and inductive load in the frequency range from 9 - 150 kHz. It is expected that the output of this observations can be a reference for research in analyzing, predicting and knowing the effects on the electric power system. First, this observation provide inductive type of load then observe it in at least two different solar irradiation conditions. Based on observations obtained, in general there are three frequencies of dominant disturbances, namely the range 19-29kHz, 69-79Khz, and 140-149kHz.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the constraints of the community when communicating with people with disabilities, with the aim of implementing computer vision to translate SIBI sign language to text through Android applications. Data collection involved interviews and literature studies, as well as system development using agile methods. The front-end was created with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose, while the back-end used TensorFlow models in .tflite format. The model training results alone achieved 88% accuracy. The application was tested by comparing the results of manual translation. The test showed 81.48% accuracy in bright rooms, 76.92% in dim rooms, and 80.77% outdoors. Suggestions for future research to improve accuracy in dimly lit places by processing images into negatives or adding features to turn on the flashlight.

Abstract

In nowadays digital era, social media, especially YouTube, has become a source of information that is easily accessible just from smartphone. YouTube has a lot of video content on display and there are often positive and negative reviews of the 2022 G20 Summit that are irrelevant. The 2022 G20 Summit addresses global issues. The research method in this study used Naive Bayes with a total of 19,215 comment data and Cross Validation with 5 -fold validation. The outcome of this research could determine the accuracy, precision, recall, f1-score of Naive Bayes. The outcome could be enable sentiment predictions in the future using the model that has been built.

Abstract

PT. A3 Karunia has been generating daily sales data but has not fully optimized its utilization, leading to a buildup of data. Therefore, data mining can be employed to address this issue. One of the data mining applications utilizes the Naïve Bayes method. This research develops a web-based prediction system using PHP and MySQL. The system utilizes 2 years' worth of sales data summarized into quarters. This results in a total of 8 quarters of sales data, which will serve as attributes in the Naive Bayes algorithm. The dataset used consists of 110 records, with 30% (32 records) designated as test classification data. By employing the Naive Bayes algorithm, classification results are obtained. The classification of test data yields an accuracy of 90.62%, with a breakdown of 3 misclassifications and the remaining 29 data points classified correctly.

Abstract

The lack of adhesion bonding of the hydroxyapatite (HA) coating layer on the surface of implant material can cause the coating layer to peel off during implantation and will increase the risk of metallic ion release to human body and may also to increase inflammatory effect and slow down the osseointegration process. In order to increase the adhesion of HA coated Ti-6Al-4V ELI by adding Zirconium Oxide (ZrO2) into the coating layer.The coating process of the HA suspension with addition ZrO2 into Ti-6Al-4V ELI sample surfaces was conducted by using dip-coating method. The samples were then heated at 800, 900, and 950 °C. The improvement of adhesion coating was correlated by calculating the removed area. The low value of removed coating area indicated the adhesion coating is good. The test specimen with the addition of ZrO2, has a removed area fewer than the test specimen without the addition of PVA- ZrO2 has. This shows that the test specimen with the addition of ZrO2 has good coating adhesion.The addition of PVA- ZrO2 to the HA suspension increases adhesion bonding of the coating layer, as indicated by the low removed area as compared to that of without PVA- ZrO2 coating.

Abstract

All business sectors currently including small, medium and large businesses, are taking full advantage of the use of technology. Plastic factory is a factory that processes plastic ore raw materials into various plastic products. The problem is, the arrangements for procuring raw materials and recording stock of goods are still not computerized. As a result, the availability of raw goods is often not on time and lacks quality. Raw material stock management has not been integrated into the system, so production process delays or raw material waste often occur due to inaccurate calculations, resulting in large losses. Reporting is also hampered because manual data reconciliation takes longer and involves a lot of human error. This research aims to develop a desktop-based inventory application using the Waterfall method which consists of five phases, namely Communication, Planning, Modeling, Construction and Deployment. The result of this research is a web-based inventory application that can carry out integrated data recording, and faster reporting processes. Thus, the design of this inventory application can help all parties in managing stock and inventory data in warehouse.

Abstract

Dikarenakan adanya kebutuhan dalam mengatasi permasalahan pada suatu perusahaan, maka perlu adanya penerapan teknologi yang menjadi solusi bagi perusahaan. PT Puncak Prima Lestari merupakan perusahaan ritel yang memiliki berbagai cabang di Pulau Bangka dan Belitung. Masalah pada perusahaan ini yaitu pembelian barang yang dilakukan masih secara manual. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan rancangan sistem pembelian dan analisis barang dagang. Metode pengumpulan data dan analisis data yang digunakan yakni deskriptif kualitatif yang terdiri dari analisis data wawancara dan pengumpulan studi literatur, sedangkan metode pengembangan solusinya yakni metode prototyping, dimana aplikasi yang akan dirancang berbasis desktop, sehingga menggunakan diagram UML untuk perancangan sistemnya. Analisis situasi bisnis dilakukan menggunakan analisis value chain dan porter’s five forces. Hasil penelitian ini berupa rekomendasi terkait sistem pembelian dan analisis barang dagang untuk membantu pihak perusahaan dalam memberikan sistem pembelian yang lebih efisien dan dapat memprediksi tingkat penjualan untuk pertimbangan perencanaan perusahaan dalam riset pasar.
