Abstract

The importance of information technology in the advancement of human resource carriers is gaining momentum in the era of globalization and rapid technological developments today. The impact of information technology on the business environment has resulted in significant changes in the management of human resources in organizations. In the HRD system in a bread flour company, the management of each HRD business process is still done manually using paper as a document and for data storage using Ms. Excel, where HRD still has difficulty in managing employee data. With the method using BPMN, the HRD system business process can be analyzed, and the ASAP method for HRD system optimization using Odoo, the purpose of the study using odoo every business process starting from recruitment, absence, leave, orientation and training, and payroll will facilitate the HRD system in the company because each module is integrated, and data storage already uses a database. Then the results of this study after going through the User Acceptance Testing process using the Black Box Testing technique, the researcher can conclude that the use of Odoo to optimize the HRD system used passes functionally with several notes regarding user access rights that must be adjusted to the jobdesk of each employee.

Abstract

Job management, such as data migration for each division in a retail company, is still carried out separately on different servers. The damage reporting system is also still handled manually by the user. This results in difficulties in monitoring and handling damage to the job server. In this research, a system was implemented to automate monitoring, reporting, as well as unite separate jobs on several servers. The system created is based on Jenkins and integration with Python, Oracle Database, and PostgreSQL on a Google Compute Engine server. The resulting output is an email that is automatically created if an error occurs in running the job server, containing the log that is generated when the job server is running. System testing was carried out on 2 employees from each division according to their roles. The testing stages carried out are to ensure that the job performs according to its objectives, employees can carry out the job, and ensure that the damage job is sent successfully by email. Of all the tasks given, all employees successfully completed the tasks given. It can be concluded that the system has succeeded in meeting the needs of employees from each division, job server damage reports have been successfully standardized and sent automatically

Abstract

Digital Population Identity Application, developed by the Directorate General of Civil Registration of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Indonesia, represents a digitalization initiative for population documents including electronic ID cards (KTP-el), Family Cards, Covid-19 vaccination certificates, tax identification numbers (NPWP), vehicle ownership information, National Civil Service Agency (BKN) data, social security (BPJS), national socioeconomic data (DTKS), and voter lists. Sentiment analysis is crucial to understand user feedback on the application. This study aims to analyze user sentiment toward the Digital Population Identity Application on Google Play Store, categorize sentiments using ISO 9126 standards, and evaluate accuracy using Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithms within the framework of the Cross-Industry Standard Process for Data Mining (CRISP-DM). Research findings indicate positive sentiment from users toward the Digital Population Identity Application, with a primary focus on application functionality in positive reviews. SVM models trained using lexicon-based labeling achieved an accuracy of 80%, while models trained with ISO 9126 labeling achieved 84% accuracy. The conclusion of this study is that the Digital Population Identity Application is well-received by users, providing valuable guidance for developers to improve the quality and future development of the application.

Abstract

Waste banks are an important solution in environmental management, one of which is the NAMPAH application. NAMPAH is an Android-based digitalization innovation. Along with its implementation, several problems were discovered in terms of application use, especially related to the use of application systems and services. Based on this, researchers focus on system evaluation of system success. This research uses the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the DeLone and McLean IS Success Model which aims to evaluate the system regarding system use. Data processing in this research used the Smart PLS 4 tool. From the research results it was found that several variables were determining factors in user satisfaction, including perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, information quality and system quality. However, system quality is not significant to perceived usefulness. Meanwhile, service quality has an average value below the testing standards so it is not significant to user satisfaction and perceived ease of use.

Abstract

Even though the internet is very important for education, currently there is a phenomenon in Indonesia which shows a high interest in internet use by all age groups. Indonesians spend more time on their cell phones than reading newspapers to read popular news. However, the use of social media often has negative content such as hoaxes, hate speech, pornography and violence. To overcome this problem, an FGD (Forum Group Discussion) application called Charum was established. Charum is designed as a group discussion platform for various topics, including programming, job vacancies, politics and games. This application makes it easy to search for topics, search for popular topics, and follow existing threads. In its development, this application uses the Lean UX method with three processes: think, make, and check. At the checking stage, usability testing and usability scales are carried out to ensure that the designs made can solve existing problems.

Abstract

This study addresses issues of information system integrity in production that impact the company's operational aspects. The aim is to evaluate the achievement of production information system implementation based on the COBIT 2019 framework. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method, with data collected through interviews and analyzed further. Results indicate that the capability level of domain MEA01 is at 70%, but has not yet reached Level 4 standards. GAP analysis reveals a 1-point discrepancy between the expected and current capabilities, indicating the need for system improvements to meet the company's capability targets. The recommended improvements are intended to enhance the company's operational performance, particularly in production, to be more effective and efficient according to COBIT 2019 guidelines.

Abstract

SMK Negeri 3 Ambon manages grades using the Implementation of the Independent Curriculum (IKM) assessment format in Microsoft Excel files. However, managing student grades takes a long time to be processed into report card grades. Therefore, an integrated e-report application is needed to help the school manage student grades more efficiently and effectively. The e-report application will be designed as a website using the requirement engineering method by Loucopoulos and Kanakostas, which follows an iterative requirement engineering process model. This system is designed utilizing RESTful API technology to avoid data redundancy, speed up data exchange, and integrate with other systems in use, such as the Advanced Message Queuing Protocol (AMQP). Usability testing was conducted using the System Usability Scale (SUS) to validate the system design. The results obtained from the testing phase showed a score of 74.26%, which indicates that the system is good and acceptable to users.

Abstract

Here’s the revised abstract in English: The rapid growth of academic publications requires efficient tools for publication data extraction and management, especially from widely used platforms like Google Scholar. To address this need, an automated web-based tool was developed, designed to simplify the processes of data crawling, extraction, and publication data management, allowing researchers to handle large volumes of academic publications more effectively. The tool supports both simple and detailed crawling modes, enabling users to input multiple Google Scholar URLs and neatly organize the extracted data into CSV files. For multiple URLs, the data is compiled into a ZIP file containing separate CSV files for each source, ensuring organized and accessible publication data management. The tool was tested with various dataset sizes. When processing 41 entries, the simple mode completed extraction in 9.054 seconds, while the detailed mode took 71.898 seconds. For smaller datasets of 5 entries, the simple mode executed in 3.283 seconds, while the detailed mode required 11.908 seconds. These results indicate that the tool is efficient and performs well with both small and large datasets. The differences in execution time between the simple and detailed modes offer users flexibility in balancing speed and depth of data extraction according to their research needs. This web-based tool not only automates the data extraction process from Google Scholar but also enhances the organization and accessibility of publication data, making it an asset for researchers and institutions in managing publication data.

Abstract

In the digital era, the internet has become the main source of information for the public, including when searching for hotel information. One platform frequently used for finding hotel information is Google Review, which allows hotel guests to share their experiences. This study aims to analyze sentiments towards hotel reviews, specifically for hotels in Jakarta, through Google Review to help customers choose hotels that meet their needs. The research method uses Serp API in Python to gather review data from Google Review, followed by data preprocessing and labeling with VADER. Sentiment classification is conducted using a stacking ensemble method. The stacking ensemble method in this study employs Naive Bayes, Random Forest, Logistic Regression, Support Vector Machine, K-Nearest Neighbor, and Extra Trees Classifier as base algorithms. The sentiment classification results are then evaluated using precision, F1-score and accuracy metrics. The research findings show that the stacking ensemble method with Naive Bayes, Random Forest, Logistic Regression, Support Vector Machine, K-Nearest Neighbor, and Extra Trees Classifier algorithms performs better than individual models. The precision, F1-Score and accuracy of the stacking ensemble method reach 91%, 97%, 98%, respectively.

Abstract

Technological advances have transformed the face of information media from once static to dynamic. The Internet has become a major catalyst in this change, enabling faster and wider access to information. One of the main forms of dynamic information media is the website, which has undergone significant transformation. The use of frameworks in website development is becoming increasingly important to facilitate dynamic accountability to user needs. One of the most popular web frameworks is the Laravel based PHP programming language supported by the Model View Controller architecture. (MVC). The purpose of this study is to present an analysis of how Laravel works in web development, with MVC architecture. The research method used is with the Waterfall Model based on the System Development Life Cycle or SDLC which covers the process of needs analysis through literature studies, system design design-process, design implementation process to program code, system testing process, and system maintenance
