Abstract

The development of science and technology requires people to make the changes so that they can keep abreast of the times. The role of knowledge is significant for any society that wants to improve its ability to follow the competitive rivalry in the multidimensional crisis. Thus, Wiraraja University as a Higher Education institution has a task that is noteasy, it needs a good management system. This is so that educational institutions become one of the services in the field of education that has contributed to the development of the Nation and State. This research aims to analyzes the factors supporting and inhibiting factors as well as the concept of Marketing Mix to increase interest in new students at the University Wiraraja Sumenep. This research is descriptive quantitative research, the technique used in data collection are interviews, observation, Documentation and the questionnaire.The results of the group of dataare analyzed using methodsForce Field Analysis. Marketing Mix in the University Wiraraja in an effort to increase student interest in new approaches 7 P yaituProduct (products), Price (price), people (human resources), Place (location / place), Promotion (promotion), Physical Evidence (Physical Infrastructure) , Proces (Service) has not run optimally. Need for strategy development to increase interest in new students, skill soft equip the students, increased educational qualifications for lecturers, do not raise the cost of education, the provision of entrepreneurial provision for students. And to increase the number of new students is required new student recruitment agency aims to increase the number of new students.

Abstract

The use of financial information through financial statements as a result of anaccounting process in a company is important information in analyzing the long-terminvestment returns. Through this analysis, investors will be able to assess the company'sprofitability, quality of management performance, and prospects of the company. Thetype of data used in this study is panel data, which is a combination of cross section andtime series, financial report data of 45 companies that become the research sample forthe period 2010 to 2013. The data sources used in this study are secondary data, namelydata in the form of documents and information related to the object of research publishedby the Indonesia Stock Exchange through the authority of the Capital Market InformationCenter accessed from the official website of the IDX After the data is collected, the data isanalyzed using the EVIEWS program for the panel data type. Beginning with the analysisof model selection, then proceed with the classical assumption test. Research resultsVariable X1 Price Earning Ratio (PER), has no effect on variable Y (stock return),Variable X2 Price to Book Value (PBV) is having a significant impact on variable Y(stock return), Variable X3 Return on Assets (ROA) has a significant effect on variable Y(stock return). Simultaneously the variables PER, PBV, ROA have a significant impact onthe level of α = 10%

Abstract

Online sales (E-Commerce) in Indonesia are experiencing very rapiddevelopment. One of the factors that increasingly increases online sales is themarketplace that has high trust and credibility in the minds of consumers. Marketplaceplayers in Indonesia from domestic and abroad. From within the country who have beensuccessful as start ups who have reached the Unicorn level, namely Tokopedia andBukalapak. At present consumer behavior in shopping has undergone many changes.This study aims to analyze differences in buying interest in Tokopedia and Bukalapak.This research method is descriptive with comparative research types. The technique usedin sampling is accidental sampling. Independent Sample t-Test to determine differences inbuying interest. The results showed that the Tokopedia and Bukalapak marketplaces hadno difference in buying interest.

Abstract

This research aim to analyze how big contribution of 9 beachinto "Visit Sumenep2018". Reaserch method in this study is a qualitative method, data collection methodsusing Taylor and Bodgan Theorys while data analysis using miles and hubberman theory.The results of this reaserch indicate that 9 beach give some contribution to succeed theVisit Sumenep 2018 program is divided into some kinds, the first is contribution ineconomic development like transportation, and new jobs like tour guide and more shopswho sells food and souvenir. But this contribution is still low and un optimally becausenothing local wisdom souvenir and food who selling. While the allocation of village fundissued for the development of 9 beach is since 2018, since 9 beach belongs to BUMDes.The government's participation in involving 9 beach is by incorporating it into a flattourist destination visit sumenep 2018.

Abstract

Learning innovation is learning by using new ideas, methods and models toachieve learning goals. The Entreprenurship Study Program improves students' soft skillswith a joint business group model. Where this business group is used as a place ofpractice for students to apply the learning process in the classroom. The aim is toincrease student creativity in carrying out their business ideas. The implementation ofKUB model learning uses a qualitative approach, where data is obtained by means ofinterviews and observations. KUB will be managed by students, while lecturers superviseand provide direction.

Abstract

One of the issues of food today has spread throughout society is the issue ofhalal. In general, indicating the label of halal in the food products is on the package orthe label of the product that was officially published by Majelis Ulama Indonesia, MUI(The Indonesia Ulema Council). The role of the mother in child food product purchasingdecision is huge, especially for mothers who have children ages 1-12 years. At the age ofthe child, mother tends to be protective in buying children's meals because of securityconcerns from religious or health aspects for a Muslim. It is one of district in Maduraisland with a majority Muslim population, is Sumenep. This research aims to know themother's understanding on halal label on the food product packaging and theidentification of its influence on the purchase of food products, with the dependentvariables consists of understanding the mother against halal label, price and productquality in children's meals and independent variables in the form of purchase decisions.Instrument research using enclosed questionnaires. The indicators used in determiningthe level of understanding of mothers towards halal labels refer to the halal definitionbased on LPPOM-MUI, the official halal logo issued by MUI. The data were analyzedusing descriptive analysis of the characteristics of respondents and multiple linearregression analysis. The results showed that mother enough understand about children'sfood products labeled halal, considered the understanding is already good. Variablesthat have a significant influence on the selection of a child's food product are halal labelvariables. The halal label, price and product quality are the main factors that influencemothers in deciding to buy children's food products in Sumenep.

Abstract

The quality of local government financial reports is a reflection of good localgovernment governance, as a tool to realize transparent and accountable financialaccountability. Internal and external factors can influence quality financial reports. Thequantitative method was chosen as a tool to solve this problem, by distributingquestionnaires to 33 SOPD in Sumenep Regency. Data analysis using multiple linearregressions. The results showed that the use of information technology, human resourcecompetence, regional financial supervision, internal control, implementation of SAP,good governance affected the quality of local government financial reports, both partiallyand simultaneously. 70% of the quality of local government financial reports can beinfluenced by variables X1, X2, X3, X4, X5, and X6.

Abstract

Corporate social responsibility is very important to maintain the image andsustainability of the business in order to maintain cooperation with the community,besides that TJP carried out by Santos must be supported by community participation inthe development that will be carried out.The purpose of this study is to find out thecontribution of TJP Santos (Madura Offshore) Pty. Ltd. in the perspective of thecommunity group, Giligenting District, Sumenep District. The research method usedis qualitative descriptive.The results of this study indicate that the contribution of TJPSantos (Madura Offshore) Pty. Ltd. in the perspective of the community group,Giligenting District, Sumenep District. This can be indicated by four activities followedby community groups ranging from participating in decision making so that the financialassistance provided is in accordance with the needs of the community, participation inthe implementation of activities by participating in the development process undertaken,participation in monitoring and evaluation of development carried out by BISMA inoverseeing the development of assistance provided, besides that the community groupwas also active in providing information to the BISMA related to the development carriedout.

Abstract

They are seeing the development of internet users in Indonesia which is growing rapidly. This is the basis for the emergence of applications that can facilitate the community in doing their work. One of them is doing work in terms of finding a homestay, especially in the student segment. The phenomenon found, the information offered is incomplete and the absence of services to help move goods. This study aims to determine the consumer profile which includes perceptions and expectations for the homestay application customer segment, namely students, so that it can be a reference for creating value propositions that are relevant for homestay applications. The study uses a qualitative approach that is descriptive. Data collection techniques used include interviews, observation, and documentation. In this study, the design of a consumer profile consists of three parts, namely customer jobs, customer science, and customer gains in the Value Proposition Design taken from Alexander Osterwalder and Yves Pigneur. In this study, generated perceptions and expectations of consumers of boarding room applications, among others, requires complete information, a lot of boarding references, there are features of ratting, booking, and chat forums, as well as there are goods transport services.

Abstract

This paper tries to reveal the relationship of interpersonal relation and work environment toward job satisfaction of employees in ma'had Muhammadiyah Daarul Ulum Majenang Cilacap. This research was carried out on all existing active employee, which are 50 people. This study utilizes the instrument test and hypothesis test through SPSS 16.0 for Windows. The findings show that based on the t test, the value of tcount is 3.147> t table 1.299 and the significant value is 0.003 <0.05. Therefore, it can be claimed that partially interpersonal relations (X1) significantly influence employee job satisfaction. While the work environment variable tcount 10.390> ttable 1.299 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Consequently, it can be claimed that partially work environment consist of a substantial influence on employee job satisfaction. Based on the F test, Fcount 194.06> Ftable 3.19. Hence, it proved that interpersonal relations and work environment jointly influence job contentment. Furthermore, the analysis of determination shows a significant contribution from interpersonal relations and work environment on employee job contentment, as obtained R square (R2) of 0.892. Thus, 89.2% of employee job satisfaction is influenced by interpersonal relations and work environment, while the remaining 10.8% is affected by different variables which is not executed in this study.
