Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tantangan dan peluang dalam pembelajaran bahasa Inggris di sekolah dasar, dengan fokus pada metode pengajaran yang diterapkan serta faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi proses pembelajaran. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan dokumentasi di beberapa sekolah dasar. Informan penelitian terdiri dari guru bahasa Inggris, siswa, dan kepala sekolah, yang memberikan wawasan tentang pengalaman mereka dalam mengimplementasikan pembelajaran bahasa Inggris. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun terdapat upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran bahasa Inggris dengan menggunakan metode komunikatif, seperti permainan bahasa, role-playing, dan metode berbasis teknologi, kendala yang signifikan tetap ada. Beberapa tantangan utama yang dihadapi adalah keterbatasan fasilitas, seperti kurangnya akses terhadap media pembelajaran interaktif, serta waktu yang terbatas dalam kurikulum untuk memfokuskan pembelajaran bahasa Inggris. Selain itu, keterampilan pedagogik guru dalam mengimplementasikan metode yang inovatif juga seringkali tidak cukup optimal, mengingat terbatasnya pelatihan yang mereka terima. Motivasi siswa juga menjadi faktor penting yang memengaruhi keberhasilan pembelajaran. Banyak siswa merasa canggung dalam berbicara bahasa Inggris karena kurangnya kesempatan untuk berlatih dalam konteks yang nyata atau otentik. Hal ini menciptakan kesenjangan antara teori dan praktik dalam pengajaran bahasa. Di sisi lain, hasil observasi juga menunjukkan adanya antusiasme dari siswa yang lebih muda dalam belajar bahasa Inggris, asalkan pembelajaran dilakukan secara menyenangkan dan sesuai dengan gaya belajar mereka. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran bahasa Inggris di sekolah dasar, diperlukan peningkatan fasilitas pembelajaran, pelatihan guru yang lebih mendalam dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the driving factors of STIBA Makassar campus alumni in developing da'wah in society and analyze the effectiveness of STIBA Makassar campus alumni in developing da'wah in society. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The qualitative descriptive method is a research method that aims to create a systematic, factual and accurate description of a social phenomenon or natural phenomenon. Qualitative methods are research procedures that will produce qualitative data in the form of written or spoken words from people or from an observed process. The results of this research are as follows: First, it was found that there are six driving factors that make STIBA Makassar alumni enthusiastic about developing da'wah in society, namely: factors of religious obligation and responsibility, dissemination of knowledge and da'wah, rewards and priorities, improvement of community conditions, self-development , and personal motivation. Second, the role of alumni in developing da'wah in society has a quite effective impact. The effectiveness of the da'wah of STIBA Makassar alumni is measured by producing a positive image/trend from the input, process, and output of the development of programs and da'wah activities of STIBA Makassar alumni in the community in the form of their contributions as preachers, preachers, murabbi, murabbiyah, administrators of the Wahdah Islamiyah organization, to a small extent as a religious instructor and leader. There are also changes in society with the strengthening of scientific values, muamalah, worship, morals, acceleration of the quality and quantity of Wahdah Islamiyah cadres

Abstract

This research aims to teach Arabic about understanding the meaning of prayer readings for residents of the Manggala Makassar Governorate Housing Complex. The problem raised in this research is the extent of the public's understanding regarding prayer reading and the solution, namely the form of implementing an Arabic language training program. This type of research is qualitative research using interview and participant observation methods, starting with observing the conditions of the Manggala Makassar Governorate Housing community using SOAR analysis which then produces work programs and activities. The results of the activities show that the implementation of this research was carried out for two months with an agenda of pre-test, implementation of activities and post-test. Before attending this training, most of the participants did not know the meaning of prayer readings and a small number knew little of the meaning of prayer readings. After attending this training, participants will be able to know the meaning of prayer readings. The post test with a written test instrument from the participants showed very satisfactory grades/scores, namely that they passed the test with a minimum score of 60 to 100. Participants felt there was a significant change in their prayers. The implication of this activity is that it is recommended that activities like this should be continued in other places in general and especially around the Manggala Makassar sub-district and collaborate with religious institutions and government support.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether there is an increase in learning independence by using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning method assisted by Interactive Video Media in class X Accounting and Financial Institution (AKL) students at SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. This research uses a quasi-experimental design with a nonequivalent control group design research model. The population in this study were class X AKL students at SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. Samples were taken using cluster sampling. The samples in this study were students in class The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and observation. Data analysis uses Normality Test, Homogeneity Test, and Independent Sample t-test. The results of this research show that there is an increase in learning independence using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) method assisted by interactive video media for students at SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo as proven by the t-test with Sig. (2-tailed) is 0.000 < 0.05. Learning independence using PBL assisted by interactive video media is higher than learning independence using PBL assisted PPT. This is proven by the posttest results of the experimental and control classes with the majority of the experimental class being in the interval 158 - 162, while the majority of the control class is in the interval 115 - 124. Abstract

Mahar merupakan pemberian yang tulus dari calon suami kepada calon istri. Mahar itu bisa berupa uang, barang atau jasa tergantung kesepakatan kedua belah pihak. Mahar adalah salah satu kewajiban yang harus dipenuhi oleh suami kepada istri. Mahar merupakan hak istri. Besar kecilnya mahar sangat ditentukan kemampuan calon suami, serta adat dan kebiasaan suatu masyarakat. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah mahar seluruh harta diperboleh dalam Islam. Sebagaimana telah terjadi pemberian mahar seluruh harta dalam kasus pernikahan Nur Hidayat dengan pasangan pilihan hatinya Sukatin, dengan mahar seluruh harta bendanya yaitu rumah dan tanah kebun. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengkaji literature-literatur yang terkait dengan judul penelitian. Selanjutnya melakukan analisis diskriptif. Hasil dari dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa tidak ada batas maksimun mahar yang diberikan oleh calon suami. Jika calon suami mempunyai kemampuan untuk memberikan mahar tertinggi, tidak ada larangan dalam syariat Agama, bahkan dengan seluruh harta yang dimilikinya. Agama membolehkan pemberian mahar dengan seluruh harta dengan dasar sukarela tidak ada paksaan dan disetujui kedua belah pihak. Akan tetapi Islam mengajarkan kemudahan kepada umatnya tentang memberikan mahar kepada istri. Ajaran Islam yang dibawa Nabi Muhammad SAW memudahkan tidak menyulitkan untuk beribadah kepada Allah SWT. Nikah adalah wujud ibadah. Rasul meminta umatnya untuk memberikan mahar yang meringankan.Kata Kunci: Mahar, Seluruh Harta, Hukum Islam

Abstract

This research examines the family resilience crisis which originates from weak personality resilience factors resulting in very worrying decline.The presence of the STIFIn personality concept that collaborates sacred messages, psychology, neuroscience, fingerprint biometrics and uses advances in digitalisation technology is an alternative as a means of entry to identify the individual personalities of family members consisting of husbands, wives and children as a primary source of information that is very important to be used as the basis for strategic solutions to improve self-personality transformation to create family resilience. So that the purpose of family in line with the will of shari'ah (maqashid ash-syari'ah) which includes hifzu al-din, hifzu al-nafs, hifzu al-'aql, hifzu al-nasb and hifzu al-mal can be realised. This research wants to reveal the correlation of the STIFIn Personality concept that is simple, accurate and applicable and scientific to determine the transformation of one's personality in family members and face efforts to increase family resilience. To realise this goal, this research uses qualitative research methods with a library research approach and explores information, data and supporting facts from relevant primary and secondary sources. Furthermore, it is analysed descriptively. The results show that the concept of STIFIn personality is very effective and relevant to determine a person's personality and deserves to be used as a strategic method for solving the family resilience crisis that starts from personality factors in accordance with the maqashid ash-shariah frame.

Abstract

Every human being faces different problems in their lives, including the Quarter Life Crisis (QLC), which occurs during the transition to early adulthood. QLC is often characterized by anxiety, career confusion, identity crisis, and psychological distress. In Islam, spirituality is the main solution in dealing with this problem. Spirituality, which includes inner dimensions such as tazkiyatun nafs (purification of the soul) and tashfiyatul qalb (purification of the heart), helps individuals get closer to Allah SWT as an effort to overcome life's challenges. The Qur'an provides guidance in dealing with QLC, including through effort, optimism, prayer, and tawakal to Allah. This approach offers a holistic solution to address the negative impacts of QLC, making it an opportunity for individuals to grow mentally and spiritually. This study aims to explore the relationship between the level of spirituality and the Quarter Life Crisis in early adulthood.

Abstract

The objective of this research is twofold: firstly, to analyze the validity of prenuptial agreements from the perspective of Islamic law and national law; and secondly, to provide a critical understanding of the potential for synchronization between the two.The theoretical study will include an analysis of the concept of akad in fiqh, contract theory in positive law, as well as the views of scholars and the jurisprudence of the Religious Court. The contributions of this research are expected to be significant to the existing body of Islamic family law literature, particularly in terms of providing recommendations for Muslim couples contemplating a prenuptial agreement and for policymakers tasked with harmonizing the applicable legal rules.The research methodology employed is qualitative, with a library research approach. This approach is designed to facilitate an in-depth examination of the concept of the validity of prenuptial agreements within the contexts of Islamic law and positive law. The research employs a descriptive-analytical approach to elucidate the legal framework governing prenuptial agreements in both Islamic law and national law. This includes a meticulous examination of the legal requirements of contracts in fiqh and civil law provisions, a comparative analysis of fiqh and positive law with a focus on the principles underlying the validity of prenuptial agreements in both legal systems, and the identification of potential synchronization and legal conflicts between Islamic law and national law. The research further provides a critical analysis of proposed solutions to address these conflicts. A comparative analysis of the validity of prenuptial agreements in Islamic and national law reveals significant commonalities, particularly with respect to the objective of safeguarding the rights of spouses. However, discrepancies in the formalities and principles of sharia give rise to challenges that necessitate resolution through regulatory harmonization and a more profound comprehension of maqashid sharia

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that hinder inheritance in the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) and understand the challenges of its implementation in society. Inheritance barriers are certain conditions or actions that abort a person's rights as an heir, such as murder of heirs, religious differences, and acts of defamation regulated in Article 173 of the KHI. This study uses a qualitative research method with a literature study approach to examine data from various primary and secondary sources related to Islamic inheritance law. The results of the study show that the provisions of inheritance barriers in the KHI have a strong basis in Islamic law and aim to maintain justice and avoid the abuse of inheritance rights. However, the implementation of these provisions in the field is still faced with various challenges, including a lack of public understanding, differences in legal interpretation among judges, and the influence of local customs that sometimes contradict the provisions of the KHI. This study recommends the need for a more comprehensive approach in the implementation of inheritance barrier rules, including public education, training for law enforcement officials, and increased synergy between religious, cultural, and legal norms in the field. Thus, the principle of justice in the distribution of inheritance as regulated in the KHI can be realized optimally. Abstract

This study explores the complex relationship between language, social status, and education through a sociolinguistic approach. This study uses a literature review approach to collect, analyze, and synthesize existing literature regarding the relationship between language, social status, and education. This approach was chosen to provide a comprehensive understanding based on previously published research and theories. The main sources of data in this literature review are journal articles, books, research reports, and relevant policy documents. The results of this study show that language functions not only as a means of communication but also as a marker of social identity and cultural ownership. Sociolinguistics examines how language and dialect choices reflect and reinforce social hierarchies in society. Social status, often associated with linguistic proficiency in the form of prestigious or standard language, affects access to educational opportunities and socio-economic mobility. Access to quality education, in turn, is closely linked to socioeconomic backgrounds, with children from higher socioeconomic backgrounds generally having greater access to educational resources and better academic outcomes. Policies that recognize and support linguistic diversity in education can promote social justice and strengthen cultural identity in society. Understanding these dynamics is essential for developing inclusive education policies that address social inequalities and ensure equitable access to educational opportunities for all members of society
