Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) in a multireligious school environment, with a case study at SMA Semen Gresik. This qualitative research employed a case study approach through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that the implementation of IRE at SMA Semen Gresik is effective and inclusive through three approaches: directive, participatory, and constructive. The application of Islamic values in school life extends beyond the cognitive domain to include affective and psychomotor aspects, as reflected in students’ attitudes of tolerance, cooperation, and respect for differences. The school has successfully fostered a harmonious learning environment without discrimination against non-Muslim students, through inclusive religious instruction, the provision of worship facilities for all religions, and the active involvement of all students in social and religious activities. This demonstrates that Islamic Religious Education can serve as an effective medium to promote moderation and tolerance amid religious diversity in schools.

Abstract

Teacher personality competence is a competency related to the behavior of the teacher's personality that has noble values and is a role model for students. However, there are teachers who sometimes lack exemplary attitudes and behaviors that make students less respectful and make teachers as role models. The purpose of this study is to describe (1) forms of social interaction, (2) teacher personality competence, and (3) teacher personality competence in strengthening social interaction. The method used in this research is qualitative research. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results showed that (1) forms of social interaction, namely associative and dissociative (2) teacher personality competencies, namely acting in accordance with religious, legal, social and Indonesian national cultural norms, presenting themselves as honest, noble, and role models for students and society, presenting themselves as stable, mature, wise and authoritative, stable, mature, wise and authoritative, showing work ethic, high responsibility, pride in being a teacher and self-confidence, and upholding the code of ethics of the teaching profession and (3) teacher personality competence in strengthening social interactions, namely through fair behavior, polite behavior, communication, cooperation, and accommodation. The conclusion of this study is that there are forms of social interaction in the MAN 1 Jombang environment, one of which is cooperation. The personality competence of teachers at MAN 1 Jombang is having an authoritative, wise, and noble personality. Teacher personality competence in strengthening social interactions in the MAN 1 Jombang environment, one of which is polite behavior and communication.

Abstract

Indonesia is a highly multicultural nation, with diverse ethnic, religious, and cultural groups. Managing this richness to build collaboration and prevent destructive conflict is a significant challenge, requiring strong tolerance and mutual respect. Education, including within pondok pesantren, is crucial role for fostering understanding and cultivating multicultural values as prerequsite for sinergic collaboration. This study investigates Pondok Pesantren Ngalah, founded by Kiai Sholeh, known for his tolerance. The research specifically examines how santri construct the meaning of Kiai Sholeh's multicultural leadership, essential for evaluating the success of instilling these values. Using a qualitative phenomenological approach, data was gathered via interviews, observation, and documentation. Findings indicate santri perceive Kiai Sholeh's leadership as an ideal model, grounded in his exemplary behaviour, inclusive theological interpretations, moderate fiqh, focus on positive human potential, and multicultural activities. This integrated construction underpins the cultivation of multicultural values, recommending emulation for other institutions

Abstract

Konflik dalam rumah tangga merupakan hal lumrah, terutama dalam keluarga Muslim yang menghadapi tantangan komunikasi, perbedaan latar belakang, tekanan ekonomi, hingga campur tangan pihak ketiga. Jika tidak dikelola dengan baik, konflik ini dapat berkembang menjadi perselisihan berkepanjangan yang berujung pada perceraian. Penelitian ini bertujuan memahami manajemen konflik dalam keluarga Muslim serta mengkaji efektivitas pendekatan konseling berbasis hukum Islam dalam menyelesaikan konflik rumah tangga di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui metode studi pustaka (library research). Data diperoleh dari sumber primer seperti Al-Qur’an, Hadis, dan kitab fiqh, serta sumber sekunder berupa buku, jurnal ilmiah, dan data statistik perceraian dari lembaga resmi. Analisis dilakukan dengan metode analisis isi (content analysis) untuk menemukan pola penyelesaian konflik dalam konteks keluarga Muslim. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Islam menawarkan penyelesaian konflik yang bertahap dan bijaksana, mulai dari nasihat (mau’izhah hasanah), musyawarah (syura), hingga mediasi keluarga (QS. An-Nisa: 35). Konseling berbasis hukum Islam telah diimplementasikan melalui layanan Badan Penasihatan, Pembinaan, dan Pelestarian Perkawinan (BP4), serta konseling dan mediasi di pengadilan agama. Meskipun tingkat keberhasilan mediasi masih terbatas, pendekatan ini menunjukkan kontribusi positif dalam menjaga keutuhan rumah tangga. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan layanan konseling pascapernikahan berbasis nilai-nilai Islam. Dukungan dari pemerintah, tokoh agama, dan masyarakat diperlukan untuk memperkuat manajemen konflik rumah tangga, guna mewujudkan keluarga sakinah, mawaddah, dan rahmah secara berkelanjutan. Abstract

Abstract: Climate change is one of the most significant environmental challenges of the 21st century, raising the global urgency of reducing greenhouse gas emissions. In response, new environmental regulations have emerged to encourage transparency and accountability in environmental impact management, particularly in the corporate sector. In this context, attention to carbon emissions disclosure is increasing, especially as an indicator of a company's commitment to sustainability. This study aims to investigate the influence of green intellectual capital (GIC)—which includes green human capital, green structural capital, and green relational capital—on carbon emissions disclosure in annual reports or company sustainability reports. A quantitative approach is used using secondary data from companies listed on the stock exchange, as well as regression analysis to test the relationship between the dimensions of the GIC and the level of carbon emission disclosure. The results of the study are expected to enrich the literature on the role of green intellectual assets in improving sustainable environmental reporting practices. In addition, these findings could provide practical implications for company management in designing knowledge management strategies and external relationships that support sustainability. Thus, this study not only makes a theoretical contribution, but also serves as a reference for stakeholders in driving GIC integration as part of corporate sustainability strategies. Abstract

The Love-Based Curriculum is a transformative educational paradigm that centers on instilling values of compassion, empathy, and spirituality throughout the learning process. Rooted in holistic education, this approach seeks not only to develop cognitive abilities but also to foster emotional intelligence and moral integrity. This article explores the practical implementation of a Love-Based Curriculum in the context of Arabic language instruction within madrasas—Islamic educational institutions that inherently balance religious and academic learning.Employing a descriptive qualitative methodology, this study synthesizes insights from recent scholarly literature, policy documents, and educational best practices published over the last five years. The analysis focuses on the strategies teachers use to internalize love-centered principles within their Arabic language teaching. These strategies include the integration of spiritually rich texts, the use of narrative and dialogical pedagogies, and the cultivation of a learning atmosphere characterized by mutual respect and emotional safety. In many cases, Arabic texts are selected or adapted to contain themes of compassion, justice, and humility—reinforcing both linguistic understanding and ethical awareness.The findings reveal that implementing Love-Based principles in Arabic language learning results in several pedagogical benefits. First, students exhibit heightened intrinsic motivation and sustained interest in the subject matter. Second, classroom interactions become more inclusive and empathetic, shifting the teacher-student relationship toward a more nurturing and dialogic model. Lastly, students demonstrate significant development in character-related domains such as cooperation, patience, and ethical decision-making.This study underscores the relevance of moral-emotional frameworks like the Love-Based Curriculum in shaping meaningful and humanistic learning experiences. By integrating values into linguistic instruction, educators can foster not only language proficiency but also nurture compassionate and reflective learners equipped to navigate both academic and social dimensions of life.

Abstract

This study aims to develop the concept of hifdzi bi'ah in maqasid as-shari'ah and analyze its implications on green financing policies. This study uses the literature study method and document analysis to examine the concept of hifdzi al-bi'ah and its relevance to green financing. The results of the study show that the concept of hifdzi al-bi'ah can be an ethical and moral foundation in the development of sustainable and environmentally friendly green financing policies. This study also found that the implementation of the concept of hifdzi al-bi'ah in green financing can increase awareness and concern for the environment and reduce the negative impact of economic activities on the environment. This study recommends that the concept of hifdzi al-bi'ah can be integrated into green financing policies in sustainable economic development.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the halal certification process in Indonesia from the perspective of maqasid as-shari'ah. This study uses literature study and interview methods to examine the suitability of the halal certification process by applying the principles of maqasid as-shari'ah. The results of the study show that the halal certification process in Indonesia has fulfilled several principles of maqasid as-shari'ah, such as maintaining product purity and safety. However, this study found several challenges in the implementation of halal certification, such as lack of public awareness and lack of resources. This study also recommends that the halal certification process in Indonesia can be improved by considering the principles of Maqasid as-Shari'ah more comprehensively.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji analisis yuridis terhadap potensi pelanggaran keimigrasian oleh mahasiswa asing di Yogyakarta beserta bentuk pengawasan yang diterapkan oleh Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I TPI Yogyakarta. Dengan menggunakan metode yuridis normatif, penelitian ini menganalisis peraturan perundang-undangan terkait yaitu Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2011 tentang Keimigrasian. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi tiga potensi pelanggaran utama yaitu pelanggaran izin tinggal berupa overstay yang disebabkan oleh kelalaian mahasiswa; penyalahgunaan izin tinggal dengan melakukan kegiatan di luar tujuan pendidikan; dan kelalaian dalam melaporkan perubahan data seperti perubahan alamat tempat tinggal. Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I TPI Yogyakarta telah melakukan berbagai upaya untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Pengawasan secara administratif dan lapangan juga telah dilaksanakan. Pembentukan Tim Pengawasan Orang Asing (Timpora) merupakan salah satu pengawasan secara kolaboratif. Selain itu, dilaksanakan sosialisasi kepada universitas terkait peraturan keimigrasian. Upaya ini penting untuk memastikan kepatuhan mahasiswa asing dan menjaga kedaulatan negara.
