Abstract

North Sumatra Province has the fourth largest population in Indonesia after the Provinces of West Java, East Java, and Central Java. In 2022, the population of North Sumatra will reach 15,372,437 people. This means that North Sumatra Province has many vehicles, one of which is motorized vehicles. This makes the community do a lot of services related to motor vehicle tax at Samsat Outlets. Ease of information about the locations of Samsat Outlets is also a mandatory need for the community. The use of internet technology to develop geographic information systems is expected to provide convenience for the public in obtaining information on the location of Samsat Outlets. This system utilizes Google Maps to process and visualize the location of Samsat Outlets. The system is designed using the Rapid Application Development software development method. It is hoped that the public will more easily obtain information about the location of Samsat

Abstract

Kucing Persia salah satu ras sering digemari selain kucing domestik. Beberapa orang berpikir bahwa pertumbuhan dan perkembangan kucing itu penting, dan bisa terjadi ketidakseimbangan nutrisi pada tubuh kucing. Untuk membantu memastikan kucing tetap sehat, body score kucing Persia diperlukan. Informasi ini akan tersedia bagi pemilik kucing sehingga mereka dapat memastikan hewan peliharaannya mendapatkan jumlah nutrisi yang tepat, dalam hal ini potensi terjadinya dampak yang merugikan kucing peliharaan akan berdampak juga pada pemilik kucing maka dengan adanya e-health website yang memberikan informasi tentang pentingnya indeks tubuh yang sehat untuk kucing Persia akan bermanfaat. Dengan menggunakan metode Tsukamoto yang akan memberikan solusi bagi permasalahan yang maknanya penengah, dengan menggunakan operasi nilai minimum sampai mendapatkan hasil predikat α, dalam penelitian ini menghitung nilai variabel umur, ras, tulang punggung. Sehingga dari hasil tersebut akan menggambarkan pergerakan grafik indeks massa tubuh kucing atau body score dengan 5 skala ketetapan.

Abstract

The development of technology today plays a very important role in people's lives. Technology that has developed from time to time is expected to be a supporting tool to help manage and solve problems in the Mangtas Notary office. In this office, when analyzing and collecting data, a problem was found, namely that the employee activity system in the Mangatas Notary office still uses a manual system that has not been digitized. Therefore, the Android-based employee activity reminder app in Mangatas Notary Office is designed to help make it easier to convey information faster and more accurately. This study uses a data collection method through interviews and literature studies, while the system development method uses the Waterfall Method. The purpose of this application is to provide information about every activity that employees will do. This application was created to influence the progress at the Mangatas Notary Office in Technology Development

Abstract

The North Sumatra Province Youth and Sports Service is one of the government agencies that oversees the fields of youth services, partnership services and sports services in North Sumatra. Previously, the process of collecting contract documents and procurement of goods was carried out by manually inputting all transactions using the Microsoft Excel program. Bootstrap is a framework used to build responsive and attractive websites and is built by applying database development methods via phpMyAdmin, building program websites via Visual Studio Code using HTML, CSS, PHP, and Xampp. The system creation stage consists of analysis, UML design, database design, and the implementation. So that the Web-Based Information System for Disporasu Facilities, which was built using the Bootstrap framework, can process data smoothly, quickly, with minimal errors, and the information needed about contract documents and sporting goods can be obtained easily.

Abstract

The North Sumatra Youth and Sports Service is one of the government agencies responsible for youth services, partnership services, sports services and supporting services as regulated by law in North Sumatra Province. Therefore, this research was conducted with the aim of modeling and mapping the business processes of the North Sumatra Youth and Sports Department in accordance with Minister of Youth and Sports Regulation. By using Business Process Model Notation (BPMN) for business process notation and flowcharts for notation in compiling SOP documents. This research begins with assessing SOP needs, planning and preparing business processes, developing business processes, then verifying the business processes created, compiling SOPs and carrying out SOP verification and SOP validation. The results of this research are in the form of an optimum and efficient event business process model, as well as recommendations for improvements that can be implemented by the Youth and Sports Department.

Abstract

The design of an interactive educational application for jogging based on Android, is an application created to make it easier for people to know about the definition of jogging and the health benefits of jogging, this application was created with a smart apps creator and the Canva application which aims to make it easier for writers to create educational applications This interactive, the final result of this interactive educational application design project will use mobile device media, namely Android-based. The author raised this title because the author saw a lack of public awareness about exercising, especially jogging, therefore the author took the initiative to raise the title of creating this interactive educational application so that people know the importance of jogging.

Abstract

Polri Super App merupakan aplikasi mobile terintegrasi yang dapat melakukan banyak hal yang berkaitan dengan kepolisian. Pelayanan kepolisian mencakup berbagai aspek yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat, seperti menangani kasus kriminal, mengatur lalu lintas, mengawasi kegiatan masyarakat, dan lainnya. Seiring dengan penerapan dan meningkatnya penggunaan aplikasi ini, muncul berbagai tanggapan berupa ulasan dari pengguna aplikasi. Untuk dapat memahami tingkat kepuasan dan ekspektasi dari pengguna aplikasi, analisis sentiment dari pengguna aplikasi diperlukan. Dengan menganalisis ulasan dari pengguna aplikasi, maka didapatkan sentimen masyarakat yang diharapkan dapat berguna bagi penyelenggara layanan Polri Super App agar dapat terus meningkatkan kualitas dan layanan aplikasi. Algoritma Random Forest digunakan untuk melakukan klasifikasi terhadap ulasan aplikasi. Hasil pengujian menggunakan confusion matrix menunjukkan bahwa model yang dibentuk memiliki nilai akurasi sebesar 95,87%.

Abstract

The library service process at La-Tahzan Vocational School is still manual, such as data collection and recording written on paper media and not yet managed using an application system. This causes the member registration process to be slow, the process of collecting data on books, the process of borrowing and returning books and making reports is carried out by recording in a special book so that obtaining data and information takes a long time. The solution to overcome this problem is to build a website-based library information system. System development uses the System Development Life Cycle method with the waterfall model. Data collection methods were carried out by observation, interviews and literature study. This information system helps library staff in speeding up the member registration process, the book data collection process, the book search process, the process of borrowing and returning books and the process of making reports.

Abstract

In a company, there are always inbound and outbound goods. To record and track the movement of these goods efficiently, a system is needed. Manual writing is no longer feasible due to the high volume and rapid movement of goods, increasing the likelihood of errors. Therefore, an inventory system that automatically records the movement of goods is necessary to minimize human errors. There are systems for both inbound and outbound goods. All goods entering and leaving the company must be recorded for reporting purposes. For sales and shipment of goods, a shipment system is essential to make deliveries more efficient, timely, and cost-effective. The inventory system aims to record the movement of goods. Additionally, the shipment system cannot track the current status of shipments. The goal of this research is to develop inventory and shipment systems that can assist PT ABC's operations and facilitate its growth.

Abstract

The KNN algorithm with feature selection achieved the highest accuracy of 74.44% and an Area Under the Curve (AUC) of 0.8212. This model showed a balanced accuracy improvement compared to its performance using the dataset with complete features, which had an accuracy of 72.83% and an AUC of 0.8071. Similarly, the Random Forest model with feature selection showed an accuracy of 72.00% and an AUC of 0.7741, compared to an accuracy of 70.52% and an AUC of 0.7672 with all features. The SVM model with feature selection also improved, reaching an accuracy of 72.28% and an AUC of 0.7812, compared to an accuracy of 69.80% and an AUC of 0.774 with all features. Logistic Regression showed minimal change, with an accuracy of 69.14% and an AUC of 0.7644 after feature selection, compared to an accuracy of 69.25% and an AUC of 0.7645 with all features.
