Abstract

This study explains how to create and implement a web-based application for Certificate of Introduction to Diplomas (SKPI) using the Laravel framework and the Extreme Programming (XP) method. With SKPI as a confirmation of competency after graduation, this application aims to record student competency during the course. The XP method is used to ensure flexibility, collaboration and sustainability in application development. The Laravel framework was chosen for its ease of use and strength in backend/API creation, which allows integration with other applications. The research results show that the SKPI application was successfully created with features that meet the need for recording and verifying student competency. This research contributes to a practical understanding of web-based application development with a focus on student competency track records

Abstract

The data is recapitulated into a report to the institution. PPN Karangantu is an institution tasked with managing data on fisheries caught by fishermen. As an employee in the fisheries catch data management section, he is tasked with managing fishermen's catch data, starting from fishing vessel data, number of catches, types of catches, and recap reports. In this activity, the Enumerator had problems with the capture fisheries data management process. Based on the existing problems, employees to carry out rework so that the time required is longer. this paper uses the Waterfall method as a system development method, system modeling uses Unified Modeling Language (UML), as well as a system display design that provides a general description of the system being created. The result of this research is that the Fisheries Data Information System can assist the Karangantu PPN agency in reporting recap activities and managing fishing data.

Abstract

The Indonesian Red Cross in Serang City has a command post that serves as an information center for disaster events in Serang City. The recording of disaster data carried out by the Command Post is usually by entering it into a .doc format, which makes data storage and presentation less effective. The reports are offline, making them difficult to access for people who want to know about disaster events. The above problem is solved by designing a web-based geographic information system application (web GIS) that can record and present disaster event information. The data collection method used in this research is direct observation and documentation to get the right data. The methodology used in designing this system is the waterfall method. This disaster geographic information system facilitates the preparation of disaster event reports containing coordinates and disaster coverage areas.

Abstract

Marketing media for products and services is not only print and electronic media but also internet media. But creating an internet site that is visited a lot is not easy because it requires optimization in searching for the website address. Optimization on websites is better known as SEO (Search Engine Optimization) by applying Site Audit, On Page Optimization and Off Page Optimization as well as SEM (Search Engine Marketing) by applying Search Strategy, Keywords and Site Backlinks as well as Social Media which are important rules so that Internet sites are easier to search. It is proven that in the last three months after using SEO and SEM in October, November to December 2021, there was an increase in web visits by 1027% Unique Visitors, 666% Number Of Visits, 1157% Pages and 3166% Hits and an increase in sales of 38%

Abstract

CV Setia Cepti is engaged in processing plastic waste from raw materials into semi-finished materials. Plastic collected from collectors is crushed into small pieces and stored according to the type of plastic waste. So far, recording transactions for purchasing raw materials from collectors and selling semi-finished materials is still done manually, namely by recording them in books. This creates new problems, namely that sometimes recapitulating all these transactions requires relatively long work and is prone to errors. Apart from that, stock updating errors often occur between the recording and the physical, this happens because officers often miss updating stock because it is still done manually. In developing this system, the author uses the Waterfall method, where system development must be carried out in stages.

Abstract

Tri Sandha Megantara is a company engaged in the field of manpower distribution which focuses on the services of security unit experts or what can be called SATPAM, in this case the data processing of each field must be organized. In the previous year PT. Tri Sandha Megantara uses the manual method in processing data within the company, so that in its implementation it is inflexible and takes a very long time to process, cannot manage data, monitors security guards in real time, so that in processing reports it is often late which has an impact on reporting to superiors. One solution to overcome this is to create an attendance system where attendance can be done mobile so that in monitoring security guards more quickly and efficiently, a security guard attendance application is needed. This study aims to design an attendance application as a medium to make it easier to record absences using the absence application on the Android Platform as an optimization of learning media with the waterfall method. With this application, it is hoped that it will make it easier to carry out, manage, monitor, and report absences so that reporting to superiors is faster and more efficient.

Abstract

Initially focused as an internet service provider, PT Infomedia Solusi Net expanded its range of services with software development and digital marketing, reflecting adaptability to technological developments and customer needs. Operating in information and communications technology, the company provides WiFiHome solutions with guaranteed fast internet connections, high security, bandwidth management, and access from various devices. Actively involved in the sales and installation of WifiHome, the company is exploring application development to automate the customer data collection process, intending to improve service quality and operational efficiency. This paper was introduced to overcome the risk of human error in managing customer data. Research methods involve observation, interviews, and literature study. Implementing this system is expected to improve operational efficiency, data accuracy, and availability of customer-related information, provide better service, overcome information search challenges, and optimize customer data management effectively.

Abstract

The Meteorological Equipment Park is a park in which there are several tools for observing meteorological parameters. The Tool Garden contains several tools for observing surrounding weather elements. This application aims to increase efficiency in monitoring and management of meteorological and geophysical tools. With a focus on the user interface, this application is designed to provide information regarding what tools are available at the Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) Region 1 Medan. The result of this research is the creation of an Android-based BMKG Region 1 Medan Tool Park Application for the community and BBMKG Region 1 Medan using the stages in the (RAD) method, namely Requirements Planning, Design Workshop, and Implementation.

Abstract

Dalam perkembangan teknologi, implementasi sistem informasi kesehatan, seperti E-HOS di Rumah Sakit Siti Khodijah Muhammadiyah Sepanjang, memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap efisiensi dan akurasi pengelolaan data kesehatan. Namun, kendala praktis seperti nomor antrian ganda dan ketidaksesuaian data pasien muncul selama pengoperasian. Studi ini menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dan kerangka Human, Organization, and Technology-fit (HOT-fit) untuk mengevaluasi penerimaan dan penggunaan E-HOS. Hasil evaluasi diharapkan memberikan wawasan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas penggunaan sistem informasi kesehatan di rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dan Human-Organization-Technology (HOT) Fit Model dalam meningkatkan penerimaan pengguna terhadap implementasi Sistem Informasi Rumah Sakit Siti Khodijah Muhammadiyah Sepanjang. Penelitian ini menggunakan sembilan variabel dari TAM dan HOT Fit Model yaitu, user self-efficacy, compatibility, top management support, project team competency, system quality, information quality, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, dan SIRS acceptance. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 208 pegawai Rumah Sakit Siti Khodijah Muhammadiyah Sepanjang yang menggunakan E-HOS. Penelitian menggunakan SPSS 22 dan WarpPLS 7.0. Hasil dari penelitian menyatakan bahwa hubungan antara HOT Fit Model pada TAM yang bernilai signifikan terdapat pada variabel user self-efficacy, compatibility, system quality, dan information quality terhadap variabel perceived ease of use, serta variabel perceived ease of use dan perceived usefulness terhadap SIRS acceptance. Hal ini ditunjukan dengan nilai p values dari masing-masing variabel <0.05.

Abstract

Diawal pembuatan sistem atau aplikasi selalu dilakukanya perancangan sistem tahap awal ialah dengan membuat prototype. Prototipe merupakan suatu metode pengembangan perangkat lunak atau perangkat lunak yang melakukan proses pembuatan rancangan secara bertahap, memungkinkan calon pengguna untuk mengevaluasinya dengan cepat. Selama proses pembuatan sistem prototipe, interaksi langsung antara pengembang dan klien dapat terjadi melalui pendekatan prototyping. Untuk memahami kebutuhan klien, penting bagi pengembang untuk menjalin kerjasama yang efektif dan berkomunikasi dengan baik guna mengatasi potensi ketidakselarasan. Oleh karena itu, pada akhirnya, prototipe akan menghasilkan rancangan sistem interaktif yang memenuhi persyaratan.. Hasil dari perancangan sistem yang telah dirancang oleh peneliti akan dikembangkan kedepannya menggunakan bahasa pemprograman berbasis mobile
