Abstract

Dewasa ini di tengah pandemi Covid-19 yang belum usai banyak sekali para pelaku usaha tumbang karena kondisi perekonomian yang tak menentu. Utamanya para pelaku usaha berkategori mikro kecil. Namun dengan adanya mengubah mindset tantangan diubah menjadi sebuah kesempatan emas, banyak pelaku usaha yang mampu bertahan dengan melakukan beberapa kiat demi perubahan organisasi salah satunya CV. Candi Karya. Dengam mengkonstruksi komunikasi organisasi dan menejemen kinerja yang ada dalam organisasinya, mampu terbentuk perubahan organisasi yang bisa melayani konsumennya meski di tengah pandemi. Komunikasi organisasi merupakan salah satu strategi yang bisa dikembangkan oleh para pelaku usaha di tengah pandemi seperti saat ini untuk bisa terjadi perubahan organisasi sehingga operasional perusahaan mampu bertahan. Kategori keefektifan komunikasi organisasi yang dimaksud adalah bukan yang kaku melainkan yang fleksibel diimplementasikan semua organism yang terlibat dalam sebuah organisasi, baik pimpinan, karyawan dan lintas saluran. Sehingga simpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan yang cukup yaitu sebesar 0.475 antara komunikasi organisasi (variable X1) dan manajemen kinerja baru (variable X2) secara bersama-sama pada kegiatan perubahan organisasi (variable Y). Berdasarkan penelitian di atas juga didapatkan hasil bahwa jika variabel X1, X2 meningkat, maka variabel Y juga ikut meningkat (korelasi positif). Besarnya tingkat efektivitas komunikasi organisasi dan manajemen kinerja baru dalam penelitian ini adalah 42,1%, sedangkan sisanya 57,9% disebabkan oleh faktor-faktor lain di luar penelitian ini.

Abstract

Consumptive behavior is the attitude of people who like to shop and are more concerned with their wants than their needs. The study was conducted to determine whether consumptive behavior can be influenced by financial literacy, lifestyle, electronic money and self-control. The population based on this study were students of the Surakarta Faculty of Economics and obtained a sample of 330 students. The questionnaire in this study is useful for collecting respondent data. Consumptive behavior is partially influenced by lifestyle variables, electronic money, and self-control, in contrast to financial literacy which is stated to affect student consumptive behavior. After being tested simultaneously, the dependent variable is influenced by the independent variables used. The study stated that the consumptive behavior variable (Y) was influenced by 56.6% by the variables of financial literacy (X1), lifestyle (X2), electronic money (X3), and self-control (X4). Then the side of 43.4% is influenced by other factors that were not found in the study

Abstract

Kepala Sekolah adalah pemimpin dalam satuan lembaga pendidikan dengan menggunakan Team work, yang diberi kepercayaan oleh lembaga untuk memimpin sekolah serta memotivasi kerja, mengajar, mengatur, menggerakan dan mengarahkan, demi tercapainya tujuan pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, pendomen wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dan guru MAN 5 Aceh Besar. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan reduksi data, display data dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kepemimpinan kepala MAN 5 Aceh Besar dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru melalui pemberdayaan kegiatan rutin, sesuai dengan bidangnya, (2) Kepala MAN 5 Aceh Besar menggunakan gaya yang situasional, dan upaya yang dilakukan kepada sekolah bisa dilihat dengan adanya rencana Program kerja, melaksanakan Program kerja, mengevaluasi program kerja supervise atau kunjuangan kelas. Membantu dalam pengusulan dan kenaikan pangkat, memberi penghargaan, dan memperhatikan kebutuhan guru, (3) Kepala MAN 5 Aceh Besa memiliki hambatan dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru di sekolah. Hal ini biasa dilihat dengan adanya etos kerja guru yang masih lemah, latar belakang pendidikan berbeda, sehingga kurang menguasai tertib administrasi, baik administrasi guru maupun administrasi kelas.

Abstract

This study aims to carry out Step Operational Field Testing of New Generation Learning Materials at the Universitas Terbuka (UT) in the Geography and Environmental Preservation Course in PIPS. This research was carried out in Conventional, Blended and Fully Online formats referring to steps 12 – 15 of the R & D model developed by Borg, Walter R. and Gall, Meredith D. (1983) for the macro scale, and the R & D model. according to Borg and Gall (2007) for the micro scale. The results of Step 12 Operational Product Revision are editorial improvements, completing pictures, completing study instructions, improving layouts, improving covers and references. The results of Step 13 Operational Field Testing are that the substance does not change, the addition of sources of learning materials in the form of videos and improvements to the appearance of color forms and illustrations from the cover. The result of Step 14 Final Product Revision is on the research activity of New Generation Learning Materials which is focused on printed/conventional materials as the final product. The result of Step 15 Dissemination and Implementation is that dissemination (without implementation) through national or regional seminars with at least 50 participants and stakeholders has not been carried out because they are waiting for leadership policies.

Abstract

This study aims to see how the impact of the Covid 19 pandemic on investment activities, especially gold investment. The research method used is qualitative research using library research methods and documentation, the data used in this research is primary and secondary data. The subject of this study is the people who invested in gold during the pandemic. The results of this study are expected to provide an overview and input related to the development of gold investment in Indonesian society, which mostly adheres to Islam.

Abstract

This study aims to carry out the Validation and Trial of Learning Materials for the New Generation of Universitas Terbuka (UT) in Geography and Environmental Preservation in PIPS. This research was carried out in Conventional, Blended and Fully Online forms referring to steps 9 – 10 of the R & D model developed by Borg, Walter R. and Gall, Meredith D. (1983) for the macro scale, and the R & D model according to Borg and Gall (2007) for the micro scale. The results of the Preliminary Field Testing consist of input by 1) Content expert validation which includes material should not be used from the web, updated references, HOT question forms and updated material content; 2) Validation of Language Expert Instructional Design which includes more clarified drawing/illustration techniques, presentation of material plus instructions and sentences are good. The results of the Preliminary Product Revision by students (3 people) of UPBJJ-UT Jakarta, namely input in the form of being given instructions/material descriptions in the answer to the exercise. The Main Field Testing results consist of 1) UPBJJ-UT Purwokerto A total of 8 people, namely improvements to Modules 1-9 and each module a concept map is made; 2) UPBJJ-UT Semarang 4 people, namely the material is too broad and TTM Tutorial Guidance is needed; and UPBJJ-UT Jakarta 2 people, namely given instructions on the description of the material in the answers to the exercises.

Abstract

Globalization presents a number of challenges related to human resource management.The type of research in this study uses qualitative research and is a case study.The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis technique. The liquidity ratio can be seen by the SAIP current ratio of 155.30%, the SAIP quick ratio of 93.27%. The debt to equity ratio solvency ratio, both companies are not good, while the solvency ratio consisting of debt to total assets ratio FASW is quite good from SAIP which is 63.609%. The ratio of total asset turnover activity, financial performance of paper companies is not good because the average total asset turnover is more than 1, namely SAIP of 0.149% and FASW of 0.821%. receivable turn over FASW of 7.603%. When viewed from the comparison of profitability ratios consisting of profit margin, Return On Assets and Return On Equity FASW has the best financial performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana pelaksanaan Kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler Terhadap Sikap Disiplin Siswa di SD Negeri 60 Banda Aceh.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini meliputi kepala sekolah, Guru Kelas Pembina Ekstrakulikuler, dan siswa yang mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler sikap Disiplin siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 60 Banda Aceh pada bulan Maret-Mei 2017. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen utama adalah peneliti dengan mengunakan alat bantu berupa pedoman observasi, wawancara. Data dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yaitu reduksi data penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan ekstrakurikuler terhadap sikap Displin Siswa secara keseluruhan berjalan maksimal. Dari pihak sekolah sebenarnya memberikan beberapa faktor pendukung dalam pelaksanaan ekstrakurikuler terhadap sikap disiplin, diantaranya adanya program, tersedia sarana prasarana, dan sekolah menyediakan dana yang berasal dari Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS). Selain dari pihak sekolah faktor lain adalah dukungan siswa dalam pelaksanaannya.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to realize and analyze the Influence of Perceived Service Quality, Perceived Value, Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty of GrabFood Service Users in Solo Raya. The sample in this research was 140 persons with data assembly techniques by questionnaires. Hypothesis tough uses multiple linear regression analysis and then the data is treated with the SPSS 23 suite. The results of this research presented that perceived service quality and perceived value did not have a significant influence on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction has a significant impact on customer loyalty. Keywords: Quality of Service, Value, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

Currently, skincare is a very important mandatory requirement for women because basically every woman always wants to look beautiful. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many activities are carried out at home. This makes not a few people who experience skin problems that look dull and unhealthy. These problems can be overcome by using skincare. The purpose of this research is to find out trust, word of mouth, product quality and lifestyle affect the purchasing decisions. The number of respondents used in this research is 97 with the criteria that consumers have used Scarlett Whitening. Data collection is by means of questionnaires, using multiple linear regression analysis tools. This research shows that trust, word of mouth, product quality and lifestyle have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.
