Abstract

This study aims to thoroughly examine the analysis of debt purchase transactions (take over) at Indonesian Islamic banks (a case study of Islamic banks at the Adam Malik Medan branch office). This study uses a qualitative approach with the method of library research (library research). The main analysis the researcher did was on the pattern of Debt Transfer transactions, then the researcher linked it to various literature that discussed each contract and the impacts that arose afterward. The results of this study note that the implementation of Take Over uses Qardh and murabahah contracts in its implementation at Bank BSI KC Adam Malik Medan. The debt financing contract (take over) implemented by Bank BSI KC Adam Malik Medan is appropriate and refers to the DSN-MUI fatwa No: 31/DSN-MUI/VI/2002 concerning debts. Furthermore, there are several factors behind customers taking over from conventional banks to Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Adam Malik, including: customers wanting to be sharia in transactions, installment payments with a fixed system, differences in margins from existing conventional Islamic banks. Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of convenience perception and cashback on Islamic consumption behavior on shopeepay users, especially in the Z Generation of Mojokerto Regency. Islamic consumption behavior is measured by five basic principles of Islamic consumption behavior. The research method is associative quantitative. The sample in this research are 100 respondents of generation Z in Mojokerto Regency who are shopeepay users by using the Hair formula. Data collection uses a questionnaire distributed via google form by using a purposive sampling method and using a Likert scale. Data processing uses the help of SmartPLS version 4.0 software with the SEM-PLS analysis method. The results of the research show that perceived convenience and cashback have an influence on the consumption behavior of Z Generation in using Shopeepay.

Abstract

The Population Administration Service during the COVID – 19 pandemic has not been achieved optimally because the state apparatus has been carrying out population administration services to carry out health protocols to the community. The existence of restrictions on services to the community with health protocols has an impact on community satisfaction with the services they receive. In addition, there must be a limitation on the number of people in the service room, this means that the number of serving officers and the service waiting room needs to be increased. The purpose of this study is 1) to determine the effect of service quality on community satisfaction 2) to determine what service quality factors have the most dominant influence on community satisfaction. This research was conducted on people who need population administration services at the Bumi Laweyan Village Office, Surakarta. Based on the number of visits during the pandemic, namely in 2022, a population of 6,338 people was obtained. The samples were taken as many as 65 people. The results of the study found that service quality had a significant positive effect on community satisfaction. Service quality factors consist of: direct evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Direct evidence is the factor with the most dominant influence on community satisfaction. Abstract

This research aims to examine whether Problem Based Learning approach is able to increase the creativity of fourth grade elementary school students.? (2) How to improve the process of student creativity through problem based learning in grade IV elementary school students?. This is a qualitative research in a Classroom Action Research (CAR) type. This research was conducted on the four grade learners at Public Elementary School Bogor city, West Java Province. The result shows that: First, learning outcomes or conceptual understanding on the use of natural resources in Indonesia, for Fourth grade, semester II before applying the Problem Based Learning (PBL) Learning Model in Social Science Subjects (IPS) is still low. Second, the application of the PBL Model in point one is carried out in two cycles. Third, Student learning outcomes in point one after implementing the Problem Based Learning (PBL) Learning Model were proven to increase the students’ creativity in social studies learning, for example in cycle I, the average student learning outcomes were 68, then in Cycle II it increased to 78. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of store atmosphere, brand ambassadors and service quality on purchasing decisions at the Naavagreen Beauty Clinic, Kartasura Branch. Quantitative approach used in this research. The population in this study is Naavagreen Natural Skincare customers who have purchased products and used treatment services at the Naavagreen Clinic at least 2 times. The population in this study is not known with certainty. The sample in this study was 100 respondents, and the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. With the help of SPSS statistics 25, data analysis in this study included classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity), multiple linear analysis, model feasibility test (F test), t test and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study show that partially the store atmosphere, brand ambassador and service quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, whereas in the t test brand ambassadors do not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Store atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions Keywords : Purchase decision, store atmosphere, brand ambassador and service quality

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh modal usaha, pencatatan akuntansi, jam kerja, dan lokasi usaha terhadap pendapatan pedagang pasar Sunggingan Boyolali. Penlitian ini menggunkan kuantitatif sebagai jenis penelitannya. Populasi yang digunakan berasal dari pedagang kios di pasar Sunggingan Boyolali sudah terdaftar di Kantor Pasar sunggingan Boyolali dengan metode puposive sampling didapatkan 59 sampel. Kuesioner sebagai pengambilan data dengan oleh data menggunakan SPSS 25. Analisis yang di uji yaitu uji instrumen data, uji asumsi klasik, analisis linier berganda dan uji hipotesis. Didapatkan hasil penelitian jika modal usaha dan pencatatan akuntansi tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan pedagang pasar Sunggingan Boyolali, sedangkan jam kerja dan lokasi usaha mempunayi pengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan pedagang pasar Sunggingan Boyolali.

Abstract

This article is based on the results of library research (library research) which aims to understand the trade ethos from the perspective of Javanese Muslim thought as stated in Serat Darmalaksita, one of Mangkunegara IV's works. The method of analysis through socio-historical and normative, normative ethics as well as meta-ethics can understand the theoretical construction of the Javanese Muslim trade ethos as a system of Islamic objectification through three ways of being kind: being respectful and caring for everything, being respectful and harmonious and caring for anyone and according to the culture or religious experience of Javanese Muslims in that condition. These three ways of being kind were practiced during Mangkunegara IV. On the one hand, the practice of his trading ethic is proven, even though it is different from the morals of capitalism. However, on the other hand, it was able to achieve humane progress in various fields of life so that the Mangkunegaran kingdom was known as Kala Sumbaga (prosperous era). Therefore this theoretical construction might be an alternative thought as an ethical vision in the field of trade at the regional or national level. Abstract

The purpose of this study aims to determine the effect of brand ambassador, halal labels and brand loyalty on consumer satisfaction with Natasha Skin care product in Sidoarjo. Research using quantitative methods using descriptive research types. Sampling in this study used the Random Sampling method with a total sample of 96 respondents, This study uses data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linier regression analysis using the SPSS Statistic 25 statistical tool. The results of this study indicate that Brand Ambassador have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, Label halals and Brand Loyalty have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction on products Natasha Skin Care in Sidoarjo city.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis-jenis tanaman pangan yang dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan pangan Di Desa Lawe Loning Sepakat Kecamatan Lawe Sigala-gala Kabupaten Aceh Tenggara. Pengambilan suatu objek yang dilakukan disawah, dikebun, dan dipekarangan rumah. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dilakukan sejak sebelum memasuki lapangan, selama dilapangan, dan setelah selesai dilapangan yang disajikan dalam bentuk tabel, grafik batang, dan gambar. Berdasarkan hasil kesimpulan jenis tanaman pangan yang ditemukan disekitar Desa Lawe Loning Sepakat Kecamatan Lawe Sigala-gala Kabupaten Aceh Tenggara ada 8 jenis, yaitu : Padi (Oryza sativa L,), Jagung ( Zea mays L,), Kelapa (Cocos nucifera L,), Ubi kayu (Manihot utilissima,), Bayam (Amarathus Sp,),Pisang Barangan (Musa acuminate), Pepaya (Colla, Carica papaya L,), Mangga (Mangifera indica), dan manfaat tanaman pangan yang sering dikonsumsi di Desa Lawe Loning Sepakat yaitu Padi (Oryza sativa L.) manfaatnya sebagai sumber energi yang mengandung karbohidrat, tanaman kelapa (Cocos nucifera L,) mengandung banyak mineral yang dapat mengatur tekanan darah, mengobati cacingan,dan demam berdarah, selanjutnya manfaat tanaman ubi kayu (Manihot utilissima,) mengandung lemak, protein, karbohidrat, dan kalsium.

Abstract

Capital and lack of access to banks are problems often faced by MSMEs. So it is necessary to have the role of Islamic microfinance institutions in providing convenience for MSME actors through murabaha financing to improve their business. However, in maintaining or increasing the business, an attitude of independence is also needed, because with independence, MSME actors can survive and not depend on other people or financing. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of KSPPS BMT Nurul Jannah Gresik murabahah financing on the improvement and business independence of MSME actors. With the method used, namely a quantitative approach with simple random sampling technique, and the results obtained were 60 samples through the Slovin formula. The data was collected through a questionnaire, then analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS) technique to test the measurement and structural models, with the analytical tool used, namely SmartPLS 3.0. This study provides the results that KSPPS BMT Nurul Janah Gresik murabahah financing has a significant effect on increasing business and business independence of MSME actors. This study provides implications for the research object institution to conduct market research regarding the margins charged on financing to customers by other institutions, because the amount of margin can be one of the determining factors for customers to choose the intended institution.
