Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi media relation yang digunakan oleh Humas (Hubungan Masyarakat) Akademi Maritim Belawan dalam membangun reputasi kampus. Reputasi kampus menjadi faktor penting dalam meningkatkan citra dan daya tarik institusi pendidikan tinggi di mata masyarakat dan calon mahasiswa. Studi kasus ini dilakukan di Akademi Maritim Belawan, sebuah institusi pendidikan maritim terkemuka yang berlokasi di Belawan, Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam dengan staf Humas kampus, mengumpulkan data dari dokumen dan arsip yang relevan, serta observasi langsung terhadap kegiatan Humas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Akademi Maritim Belawan memiliki strategi media relation yang terstruktur dan terukur. Humas kampus telah berhasil memanfaatkan berbagai saluran media, seperti pers, media sosial, situs web, dan acara publik, untuk memperkuat citra positif kampus. Mereka melakukan kerjasama dengan media massa untuk mempromosikan pencapaian dan kegiatan kampus, serta menjalin hubungan yang baik dengan wartawan melalui kegiatan media gathering dan konferensi pers. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan wawasan bagi institusi pendidikan tinggi lainnya untuk meningkatkan efektivitas komunikasi dan membangun citra yang positif melalui media.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Locus of Control, Emotional Intelligence, Spiritual Intelligence and Intellectual Intelligence on the ethical behavior of accounting students partially or simultaneously. The population in this study were Active Students of the Accounting Study Program Semester 6 and 8 of the Faculty of Economics, Slamet Riyadi University, Surakarta. The sample in this study amounted to 34 obtained from 193 Active Students of the Accounting Study Program in semesters 6 and 8 using the random sampling method. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that Locus of Control, Emotional Intelligence has a negative and insignificant effect on the ethical behavior of Accounting students. While Spiritual Intelligence, intellectual intelligence has a positive and insignificant effect on the ethical behavior of accounting students.

Abstract

Pembinaan dan pendidikan terhadap siswa merupakan hal yang penting dalam meningkatkan pemahaman, penghayatan sekaligus penggunaan nilai-nilai Islam dalam segala aspek kehidupan. Pembahasan ini berjudul “Tugas dan tanggung jawab guru dalam mendidik siswa yang broken home di SMPN 2 Darul Imarah Aceh Besar”. Adapun yang menjadi tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui tugas dan tanggung jawab guru , strategi yang dilakukan oleh guru dan keberhasilan guru dalam membina serta ingin mengetahui kendala yang dihadapi guru dalam mendidik siswa yang broken home di SMP Negeri 2 Darul Imarah. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan field research (penelitiaan lapangan) dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi serta angket kepada siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Tugas dan tanggung jawab guru yaitu meningkatkan pengawasan terhadap siswa dan memberikan sanksi jika terjadi kesalahan serta membimbing siswa. Adapun strategi guru yaitu menanamkan rasa disiplin terhadap siswa, memberikan pengawasan dan perlindungan terhadap siswa, meminta bantuan para ahli (psikolog atau petugas sosial) dan menghargai dan memuji usaha-usaha baik dari siswa serta memprogramkan belajar agar mendorong siswa untuk belajar. Keberhasilan guru dalam mendidik siswa yang broken home ialah dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa melalui pembinaan guru, mengatasi kenakalan remaja dan meningkatkan motivasi anak dalam belajar serta siswa kembali merasa nyaman bersama orang tua dan lingkungan. Kendala yang dihadapi guru dalam mendidik siswa yang broken home ialah siswa menjadi frustasi, brutal dan susah diatur, siswa cenderung agresif atau hiper aktif, siswa jarang masuk sekolah dan malas belajar dan sikap siswa terhadap penyajian materi dan kurang kesadarn dari orang tua.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitiaan ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah peran pemimpin berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada organisasi pemerintahan kec. pantai labu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengungkap kejadian atas fakta keadaan atau fenomena yang terjadi ketika penelitian berlangsung dan menyajikan apa yang sebenarnya terjadi. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh dengan jumlah sampel pada Kantor Camat Medan Timur Kota Medan adalah 20 karyawan yang merupakan karyawan tetap. Dari hasil pengumpulan data yang dilakukan pada organisasi pemerintahan kec. Pantai labu ditemui bahwa peran pemimpinan dalam suatu organisasi sangat berpengaruh dalam pergerakan kinerja karyawan dimana pemimpin yang dapat mengayomi dengan memberi bimbingan dan arahan yang baik kepada karyawan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan tersebut. hal ini dapat dilihat dari pengamatan yang dilakukan oleh peneliti yaitu pada saat pemimpin ada di tempat maka karyawan akan bekerja dengan giat namun jika pemimpin tidak berada ditempat maka karyawan akan bekerja seadanya, dan pengerjaan tugas akan dilakukan pada saat batas terakhir harus diserahkan. Secara garis besar penilaian kinerja yang dilakukan masih bersifat subjektif dan belum mengukur apa yang seharusnya diukur, sehingga setiap bulan hasil penilaian kinerja selalu dalam penilaian yang baik walaupun perilaku yang ditampilkan masih belum. Dari hasil wawancara yang dilakukan diketahui bahwa karyawan mengharapkan pemimpin dapat bekerja lebih lama dari pada karyawan dan memiliki kemampuan yang cukup baik dalam berkomunikasi sehingga tugas yang diberikan dapat didelegasikan dengan jelas. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Service Quality, Store Atmosphere and Price on Consumer Satisfaction of Gacoan Manahan Noodles. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The population in this study were all consumers of Manahan gacoan noodles, amounting to 975 people, the sample in this study was 100 people. The results of this study have a significant influence between Service Quality, Store Atmosphere and Price on Consumer Satisfaction of Gacoan Manahan Noodles. Abstract

The Accounting Information System (AIS) is a subsystem of the Management Information System (MIS). AIS processes transactions related to financial and non-financial data. AIS can also be interpreted as a tool that regulates the overall course of business from upstream to downstream in a company, every part of the insurance company requires an AIS for the decision-making process. One company that has a strong interest in AIS is a life insurance company. Life insurance companies have very complex information. This very complex analysis is due to the different policy periods and insurance benefits according to product and age, so calculations with various models and formulas are needed. The information can be categorized as premiums, claims, underwriting, investment, profitability, technical reserves based on actuary calculations. Based on the results of the analysis and design of the accounting information system for the underwriting cycle, actuarial, technical reserves, and investment already have a separate system in each part, this is considered less effective and efficient, because on the other hand the information and communication system allows company employees to obtain and exchange required information for the continuity of the existing business. Without the use of a management accounting system, the decision-making process has also been confirmed to be manual, this is considered very ineffective and efficient where when the process is running there must be obstacles from internal parties, and the manual reporting process will take up the available time.

Abstract

Reflecting on the aspect of success in achieving goals, effectiveness focuses on the level of achievement of organizational goals, and in terms of timeliness, effectiveness is the achievement of certain predetermined targets on time by using certain resources that have been allocated to carry out various activities. This research needs to determine the objectives to be achieved, namely as follows, that this research is to determine the effect of work competence (X1), leadership style (X2), and work motivation (X3) affecting the job satisfaction variable (Y) Employee Deputy for Sports Culture Ministry of Youth and Sport. This study uses explanatory and descriptive survey methods. 4. Work Competence, Leadership Style, and Work Motivation have a significant effect simultaneously or jointly on Job Satisfaction of employees of the Deputy for Sports Empowerment at the Ministry of Youth and Sports.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the effect of talent management on employee performance with employee retention mediating variables. The population as well as the sample are PD employees. BPR Djoko Tingkir Sragen. The research instrument uses a questionnaire. Data analysis with linear regression and path analysis and Sobel test. Conclusion: talent management and employee retention have a significant positive influence on employee performance. Talent management has a positive effect on employee retention. Employee retention mediates talent management against employee performance. Keywords : employee performance, employee retention, talent management.

Abstract

This study seeks to address key barriers impeding the advancement of tourism villages operated by Village-Owned Enterprises in East Java. It aims to devise efficient strategies for enhancing the management of these tourism villages by employing the Inside-Out Logic Business Strategy. This methodology emphasizes prioritizing obstacles and optimizing decision-making trade-offs. The research methodology integrates Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) and DEMATEL techniques in a two-phase hybrid approach. ISM constructs a hierarchical framework of identified barriers, while DEMATEL quantitatively assesses interrelations among factors. The study's sample comprises 350 purposively selected BUMDes overseeing tourism villages in East Java. Findings reveal critical hurdles like stakeholder coordination deficits, inadequate lodging facilities, and community innovation shortcomings as primary obstacles in the tourism village development ecosystem. Factors like limited access and connectivity are notably influenced by these primary barriers. The hierarchical depiction and interplay analysis of these factors offer strategic decision-making insights. This study presents a novel ISM-DEMATEL model that not only pinpoints key hurdles hindering rural tourism progression but also furnishes an evidence-based decision-making instrument for formulating more effective and sustainable policies.

Abstract

Teachers as one of the resources in schools have an important role in improving the quality of students. For this reason, educational institutions that have special attention to increase job satisfaction and teacher performance. To find out whether transformational leadership is an option for school principals to lead and develop quality schools along with interpersonal communication is the process of delivering and receiving messages between senders and recipients at Barokatul Qodri private MA, Al-falah private MA, and Nidaul Islam private MA. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach, with the type of correlational research. The sampling technique used the Slovin technique and the data collection technique used a questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis used is product moment correlation and multiple correlation. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that, there is a significant relationship between the variables of Interpersonal Communication and Teacher Work at the West Coast Private MA with a very low level of correlation.
