Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dampak dari perceived value Fasion Brand terhadap Customer Loyalty yang memediasi hubungan antara Perceived value dan Customer Loyalty terhadap Customer Satisfaction. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Moc Pt. Mega Perintis Di Mds Paragon City Mall Semarang. Dan objek penelitiannya adalah dalam mengenai perceived value, customer loyalty dan customer satisfaction dengan banyaknya sample dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 102 orang penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data penelitian menggunakan skla likert dan menggunakan analisis jalur dengan partial least square. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Customer satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap customer loyalty, Perceived value berpengaruh positif dan perceived value berpengaruh positif terhadap cusstomer satisfaction. Hasil penelitian ini adalah peran Customer satisfacion sebagai variabel memediator ketia Pt Mega Perintis pelanggan mempersepsikan nilai produk yang tinggi dan kepuasan pelanggan juga tinggi sehinnga dapat meningkatkan kesetiaan pelanggan terhadap merek di Pt Mega Perintis. Hal ini sangat penting dalam meningkatkan nilai PT Moc Perintis serta dapat memberikan kepuasan pelanggan. Abstract

The phenomenon of inaccurate information in the business and financial world is a common thing but has an influence on the presentation of precise and accurate information and can be accounted for the truth to information users. Abstract

The Effect of Efficiency, Convenience, and Security on Customer Interest in Using Bank Mandiri Cardless Cash Withdrawal Service. Cardless cash withdrawal is one solution to overcome emergency conditions such as missing a wallet, not carrying cash, or lost or swallowed cards at A.T.M.s. This cardless cash withdrawal service can also be accessed quickly via the Customer’s smartphone. This study aims to empirically examine the effect of efficiency, convenience, and security on customer interest in using cash withdrawal services without bank mandiri cards. This study used quantitative research methods. The sampling technique was accidental sampling. The population and sample were Bank Mandiri K.C.P. Ambon, Pattimura University customers, with 98 respondents. A questionnaire was used to obtain data, and the Likert scale was used as an instrument. Quantitative analysis with S.P.S.S. software version 26.0 was used to analyze data in the preparation of this study. The results of this study are efficiency of providing positive and significant influences, ease of positive and significant influences, security, negative and significant influences, and significant positive influences simultaneously (together) on customer interest in using Bank Mandiri cardless cash withdrawal services.

Abstract

Even now today, organizations almost never use whistleblowing, despite the many dangers that whistleblowers may face. As a result, it can be very difficult to find out about any fraudulent activity taking place within the company. The aim of this research is to identify the variables that influence the decision of KONI Sumsel employees to report violations. The research population consisted of 40 South Sumatra KONI personnel, and 32 people were selected using a non-probability selection method known as saturated sampling to be used as samples. Quantitative research is the research methodology used. A Likert scale was used for data collection, and SPSS version 26 software was used for the multiple linear regression data processing approach. The research findings show that although personal costs, organizational commitment, and compliance pressure do not influence employees' intention to report errors, the organizational support variable has a positive and significant influence.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence teacher performance at SMP Mawar Sharon Christian School Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative approach. The study population was 26 permanent teachers at the SMP Mawar Sharon Christian School Surabaya. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire through the Google form. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression, F test, and t test. Based on the results of the study it is revealed that the work environment influences teacher performance, this shows that the better the work environment, the teacher's performance will still increase. Motivation affects teacher performance, this shows that the more teacher motivation increases, the teacher's performance will still be higher. Leadership affects teacher performance, this shows that the better the leadership of the principal, the higher the teacher's performance. Training has an effect on teacher performance, this shows that the more often training is carried out by teachers, the higher teacher performance will still be.

Abstract

Kualitas produk merupakan pertimbangan penting yang dilakukan konsumen dalam membeli suatu produk Selaian kualitas produk, Harga produk juga menjadi acuan Konsumen dalam melakukan pembelian, artinya jika harga yang ditawarkan perusahaan kepada Konsumen sesuai serta sebanding dengan manfaat yang diberikan tentu peluang Konsumen membeli akan jauh lebih besar dibuktikan Dari banyak perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang penyedia perlengkapan Outdoor, EIGER Adventure menjadi salah satu brand yang banyak diminati konsumen terutama pada produk kegiatan berkemah, hal ini dibuktikan dengan peningkatan penjualan EIGER Adventure selama tiga bulan mencapai 6.000 produk. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah membeli produk Eiger Adventue dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 150 responden dengan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kualitas Produk dan Harga termasuk dalam kategori baik dengan pengaruh simultan dan parsial yang signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian produk Eiger Adventure. Variabel Kualitas Produk (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y), dan variabel Harga (X2) juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Eiger Adventure. Nilai koefisien determinan pengaruh variabel independen yaitu Kualitas Produk dan Harga terhadap variabel dependen yaitu Keputusan Pembelian sebesar 42,2%. Sisanya sebesar 57,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Discipline, creativity and responsibility influence employee work performance. The aim of this research is to analyze discipline, creativity and responsibility whose impact on work performance is both partial and simultaneous. Type of explanatory research or level of explanation using census research techniques. Discipline, creativity, and responsibility are the independent variables of this research. This research refers to the entire staff of 134 road construction contractors. Validity and reliability tests, coefficient of determination, t test, and F test were carried out using SPSS calculation tools. The anova test shows that the model is fit, meaning that the independent variables can predict the dependent variable. The results show that all hypotheses are accepted. Research finds that discipline, creativity and responsibility have a significant impact on employee work performance, either partially or simultaneously. Abstract

The development of the current digital era forces businesses to adapt and change so that entrepreneurs turn to online and digital businesses, especially in marketing, providing and shipping products sold. Muslim entrepreneurs must pay attention to ethics in their business activities so that marketing and business promotion activities carried out digitally must align with the values and principles of business ethics in Islam. This qualitative study seeks to illustrate how MSME digital marketing and business ethics values are applied and how their impact increases the competitive advantage of MSMEs in East Kalimantan. The research was conducted on 24 MSMEs in various business fields. The data collection technique uses interviews conducted with MSME actors and several consumers; besides that, data is also supported by observation and documentation. The data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman's model qualitatively. The study's results found: 1) various forms of digital marketing used by MSMEs are Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, Gojek, Grab, and Shopee, 2) The application of Islamic Marketing Ethics to MSME entrepreneurs has been carried out by being friendly to buyers offline and online, being honest (Siddiq) with the products marketed, and there is no fraud mandate in product delivery (Amanah), 3) Applying Islamic marketing ethics to digital marketing makes the business development with an increase in sales, relation and can increase the business's competitiveness.

Abstract

Welfare and health analysis in developed countries is the primary focus of various policies. The poor population health due to chronic diseases emerges as a vulnerability and threat to the country's economic stability. One of the chronic diseases that causes the highest global morbidity and mortality is hypertension. The burden or costs incurred due to hypertension are not only suffered by the patients but also for other household members, including paying for medical expenses. Thus, this study aims to estimate vulnerability due to hypertension using the vulnerability of expected poverty (VEP) method. This study employed data from the fourth and fifth waves of IFLS. The VEP calculation was done using the three-step feasible generalized least squares (FGLS) method. The results showed that households with hypertension tended to have lower consumption expectations than households without hypertension. Therefore, hypertension significantly increases household vulnerability in the future. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the public's perceptions and the underlying ideas regarding physical development to overcome flood problems in Sungai Pinang Dalam Village, Samarinda City. The results of the study show that the community members give their perception that from year to year there has been no change, even though Probebaya has existed. Physical development under the pretext of drainage arrangements and others, in fact only moved the flood point from one point to another. Flood management by the City Government of Samarinda has not been consistent, not integrated, not integrated and not systematic. According to the public's perception, the arrangement should have started from the SKM estuary on the Mahakam River and then moved towards the outskirts and the border of Samarinda City and the Kutai Kartanegara region, both to the north, west, south and east. Furthermore, the basis for people's perceptions in physical development to overcome flooding in Samarinda City is based on a simple understanding, that the laws of physics where water flows from high areas to low areas. Likewise, if the flow of water is blocked or blocked, or due to space narrowing and siltation, it will cause water to overflow and flow in an unspecified and unpredictable direction, in addition to causing inundation within a certain period of time and even quite a long time, which causes flooding.
