Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of influencers and online customer reviews on impulsive purchases of halal cosmetic products at the TikTok Shop. Using primary data sources through distributing questionnaires to TikTok Shop users. The sampling technique used non-probably sampling with purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique in this study used the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the SMART PLS 3.0 application. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between influencers on impulse purchases with a T-statistic value of 5.499 > T-table of 0.05. Then, online customer reviews influence impulsive purchases positively and significantly with a T-statistic value of 7.505 > T-table 0.05.

Abstract

Researchers conducted observations at SMP Batik Surakarta with the object of teacher research as a sample in order to determine the relationship between work motivation, job satisfaction and compensation with teacher performance. The research method is in the form of survey research using quantitative research with a sample size of about 48 teachers. The data collection method used a questionnaire with a saturated sampling technique. Processing of data using the SPSS program using multiple regression equation analysis tools. The results of the analysis can be obtained that the variables of motivation, job satisfaction and compensation have a simultaneous effect on the performance of teachers of SMP Batik Surakarta. Motivation has a significant effect on the performance of teachers in SMP Batik Surakarta. Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on the teacher performance of SMP Batik Surakarta. Compensation has a significant effect on the performance of teachers at SMP Batik Surakarta. The results of the observation show that simultaneously the independent variables which include work motivation, job satisfaction and compensation have a relationship with teacher performance. Abstract

This study aims to find out that Digital Marketing, Product Quality and Price have a significant effect on consumer buying interest. This research uses quantitative methods. Sampling using non-probability sampling technique. There were 96 respondents involved in this study. Data collection uses a questionnaire distributed via google form. As well as processing the data using the SPSS Statistics 25 program. This study obtained the results that Digital Marketing has a significant influence on consumer buying interest, product quality has a significant influence on consumer buying interest, and price has a significant influence on consumer buying interest in Luce Coffee products in Sidoarjo.

Abstract

Jual beli di e-commerse memang sangat menarik. Transaksinya bisa dilakukan melalui gadget atau personal computer dari mana saja dan tidak memerlukan pertemuan langsung antara penjual dan pembeli. selain itu pembeli bisa pindah pindah toko hanya dengan sekali klik. Kegiatan belanja bisa sangat menyenangkan. Namun dari sisi lain jual beli melalui internet atau e-commerse memiliki kekurangan juga yaitu kita tidak bisa melihat dan menyentuh produknya secara langsung sehingga kejahatan seperti penipuan bisa saja terjadi. Kita selaku pembeli harus bisa jadi smart buyer dengan berhati-hati dan waspada ketika berbelanja online melalui internet. Selain itu peran pemerintah juga perlu untuk memberikan regulasi demi kenyamanan dan keamanan berbelanja melalui internet. Tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana transaksi jual beli Mystery Box dalam perspektif etika bisnis. Apakah transaksi ini bisa dikatakan beretika dan bisa dilanjutkan atau sebaliknya. Metode peneltiannya menggunakan deskriptif analisis dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data yang digunakan menggunakan data primer yang diambil dari hasil wawancara dengan seller start-up di marketplace shopee. Sedangkan data sekunder diambil dari beberapa ulasan dari pembeli serta didukung dengan literatur lain. Analisis data menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa jual beli mystery box tidak memenuhi kriteria dari beberapa teori dan prinsip etika bisnis. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa jual beli ini tidak etis.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji bagaimana manajemen laba mempengaruhi pengungkapan CSR dan bagaimana kepemilikan manajerial mempengaruhi pengungkapan CSR. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI antara tahun 2015 sampai dengan tahun 2019. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan nonprobability, dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Informasi tersebut diperoleh dalam bentuk dokumentasi laporan tahunan, yang setiap perusahaan secara rutin terbit setiap tahun. Jumlah sampel yang diterima berjumlah 8 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI. Kepemilikan manajerial didasarkan pada saham yang dimiliki manajemen dan manajemen laba didasarkan pada akrual diskresioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah asumsi klasik dengan menggunakan uji hipotesis regresi linier berganda yang diolah dengan software IBM SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen laba tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengungkapan CSR, dan kepemilikan manajerial berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap pengungkapan CSR.

Abstract

The Javanese traditional wedding ceremony is still the community's preference because it includes a series of sacred processions, even though it is complicated since there are so many of them. One of these series, namely the Kembar Mayang, is considered a sign to the ancestors that a wedding ceremony is taking place. Therefore, this study focuses on Kembar Mayang research as a still-preserved culture or custom. This is a field study based on true events that was analyzed using an anthropological perspective; data was collected through observation, interviews, and literature review. This study reveals that residents in Kapanewon Tempel, Sleman, continue to consider the Kembar Mayang tradition, including its complementary series of offerings, janur, and tarub. According to the customs of the people, this tradition has become a necessity for traditional Javanese weddings, as it is believed to facilitate the process and prevent supernatural interference. Despite what might be expected, the Kembar Mayang tradition is not contrary with religion. Likewise, this practice or tradition provides numerous benefits. The people of Kapanewon Tempel, Sleman Regency agree that this ritual is not troublesome, as it has become a habit for every citizen that chooses for Javanese wedding traditions. Abstract

Creating new product brings big impact to be rejected by the market because most of societies have not known yet the brand product. One of the strategies which can be done the manufacturer is by conducting collaboration with other products to attract the public’s interest in buying rate today, instead of other effort. In this case, the researcher intends to conduct a study related to the collaboration with other products which is often done by Oreo Biscuit products. This research deploys the descriptive qualitative approach by applying the case study method. The sample of the research was 33 respondents. The result of this study was collaboration product which was done with Oreo Biscuit product and Blackpink Girl Band, this collaborative working could be accepted successfully in the market especially most of the society who become Black pink Girl Band, they want to get Oreo X Black pink enthusiastically. Not only must a few of consumers wait for getting the product of Oreo X Black pink because this product was sold fast even though products of Oreo X Blackpink were displayed in the shelves of minimarket, supermarket, or social media.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the internal control system conditions of Hospital X on the payroll cycle using COSO control principles and to identify the application of COSO Enterprise Risk Management on Hospital X's payroll cycle. This study used primary data. The research approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. This research method uses Internal Control Questioniomatres, interviews and documentation. In this study, the questionnaire used was specific in the form of an internal control questionnaire. The instruments used in this internal control questionnaire were developed based on COSO's internal control components which consist of seventeen existing principles. The results of this study indicate that both in terms of planning and implementation of internal control at Hospital X is quite good. The policies issued are complete enough as a basic reference, especially for the clinical field of hospitals. However, in the payroll cycle itself, internal control has not gone well. This is indicated by the absence of specific policies made as a reference for the implementation of internal control over the payroll cycle, especially for the two divisions that directly supervise the payroll process, namely the HR department and the finance department. Likewise with the risk management of hospital X. Hospital X has actively developed a risk register that is in accordance with the COSO framework. However, just like the internal control, the risk management payroll cycle has not been carried out.

Abstract

The main raw material costs incurred by PT. Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia Plant 3 Karawang to produce the R-NR engine is a large amount of expenditure because it is the main raw material for the production process. This study is intended to determine and analyze how the cost of ordering and using raw materials for Aluminum Ingots through the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method at PT. Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia Plant 3 Karawang. The type of research applied in the following research is descriptive quantitative, namely the type of research aimed at explaining something using numerical research and carrying out data analysis through statistical procedures. The analytical method applied to the following research is the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) research. The results of this study indicate that the EOQ method in the company can save the total cost of buying raw materials for Aluminum Ingots at PT. Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia Factory 3.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the practice of human resource management which consists of: HR planning, recruitment, training and development, compensation, performance management, employee relations with employee work productivity and working period moderation in relation to MSDM practices and work productivity. This research uses quantitative research methods. data collection using research instruments, data analysis is quantitative or statistical. The sample used in this study were 50 employees who have worked at least 1 year and live in Yogyakarta. The sampling technique was convenience sampling. The data collection method in this research is a questionnaire method (questionaire). Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis and moderate regression analysis (moderate regretion analysis). The results showed that (1) HR Planning has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity, (2) Recruitment has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity, (3) Training and Development has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity, (4) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity. significant impact on work productivity (5) performance management has a positive and significant effect on productivity and (6) Relationships between employees have a positive and significant effect on work productivity and tenure can strengthen the relationship between HR practice and work productivity with a value of 98.2% Keywords: Role Test, Service Period, HRM, Work Productivity
