Abstract

Indonesia is a developing country where the country's income still depends on natural resources. This encourages the Indonesian government to advance the country by improving the quality of human resources to support economic growth based on a knowledge base economy. The form of contribution to the country made by M University as one of the private universities in Indonesia is with its vision of becoming a research and entrepreneurial university and making commercialization policies through three institutions, namely PPM institutions, international cooperation institutions, and science techno park institutions as the end of downstream research. The effectiveness of commercialization policies is an important key to the success of private universities in Indonesia in achieving their vision. The approach of this study is descriptive qualitative where primary data sources come from internal and external sources who know the commercialization process and ecosystem. The result of this study is the information of a new entity that emerged, namely PT. XY is one of the research commercialization downstream institutions. The results of the effectiveness analysis are effective from the point of view of the commercialization policy objectives, namely becoming a Research and Entrepreneurial University. Based on 4 indicators, implementation is classified as effective, but the availability of resources related to the policy is still less effective. Judging from the commercialization process, the commercialization policy cannot be analyzed in terms of its effectiveness target, because policies are still changing, and programs are still adjusting to conditions and situations.

Abstract

One of the determining factors in the performance of a company as a means to achieve company goals is human resources. Therefore, good human resources have the right to get a salary according to their quality. An effective payroll system will affect employee satisfaction at work and will undoubtedly affect their performance. This study aims to determine the implementation of the company's payroll accounting system and to find out how the implementation of the payroll accounting system design can be implemented in the company. The object of this research is the payroll system at PT. Maan Ghodaqo Shiddiq Lestari. The data analysis technique used in this study is case study analysis which aims to understand the organization in depth to help the organization achieve better adjustments so that weaknesses are found. Then based on this analysis, a payroll accounting system design is created that can help overcome weaknesses. Based on this analysis, there are several areas for improvement, including multiple positions in each section. With the creation of the payroll accounting system that has been made, it is hoped that it will help overcome the weaknesses that occur in payroll activities at PT. Maan Ghodaqo

Abstract

The challenge for a number of companies after the Covid-19 Pandemic is to carry out the recovery process to return to normal. During the pandemic and post-pandemic, various strategies are needed for the industry to maintain the level of profitability or at least be able to survive at a safe level of profitability or even survive lest it experience burdensome losses for the continuity of the company. This study will analyze how the receivables strategy can contribute to the profitability of Automotive Industry companies in Indonesia. The analysis was conducted on 14 automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange by examining the effect of receivables turnover on the profitability ratios (ROA, ROE and NPM). The results showed that receivables did not have a significant effect on profitability ratios. This suggests that in the case of the automotive industry, the receivables strategy does not significantly contribute to efforts to sustain profitability in the Indonesian automotive industry. These findings indicate that financial institutions continue to play an important role in supporting sales and facilitating customer credit purchases.

Abstract

Scarcity cues have been widespread in Online Travel Agents (OTA), yet, there is still little research discussing the effect of these scarcity cues. Thus, this study aims to determine the effect of scarcity cues on hotel booking intentions mediated by customers' perception of urgency and value on the Tiket.com platform in Indonesia. The research method used is quantitative and the data are obtained from distributing questionnaires to the residents of Indonesia, aged 18-57 years, and have used Tiket.com. The data are tested using Partial Least Square (PLS) and ANOVA. The result of this study is that scarcity cues can affect perceived scarcity, where the type that combines supply and popularity cues has the most effect. Perceived scarcity also can affect booking intention which is mediated by perceived urgency and value, where the effect is greater when mediated by the customer's perceived value. From the results of this study, researchers suggest Tiket.com increase the number of scarcity cues types that combine supply and popularity cues, and improve the application quality of scarcity cues so that the customer's perceived value is high. Researchers also suggest that future research be able to explore other types of scarcity cues.

Abstract

Upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas suatu perusahaan sangatlah penting, hal ini dimulai dengan memperbaiki dan memastikan seluruh sumber daya manusia yang ada dalam kondisi yang baik, terarah, dan terencana, sehingga dampaknya perusahaan dapat bersaing secara sehat dengan perusahaan lain, karena dimasa depan persaingan antar perusahaan semakin ketat, sehingga dibutuhkan kinerja yang baik dari para karyawan. Kinerja yang terbaik dan maksimal dari seluruh karyawan mutlak diperlukan, motivasi dan kepuasan kerja adalah menjadi hal yang sangat penting dalam diri para karyawan. Oleh sebab itu tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan yang ada di PT Monica Hijau Lestari. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 67 orang karyawan di PT Monica Hijau Lestari Regional 7. Sampel diambil dengan teknik sampel jenuh, yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel berdasarkan populasi total yang ada di PT Monica Hijau Lestari Regional 7. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi dan kepuasan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

TAt Alfamart Cempaka Putih Minimarket, Jakarta, the purpose of this study is to identify and examine the dimensions of human resource quality related to customer satisfaction. The participants in this study were all Alfamart Cempaka Putih Minimarket customers. This indicates that the correlation is quite close and that Ho is rejected at a significant level of 0. On the other hand, H1 indicates that there is a relationship between the quality of human resources and customer satisfaction with an RS value of 0. Abstract

Abstract Digital natives as a generation of humans who were born and developed in the digital era will certainly not be spared from the use of technology, including in business matters. This study aims to examine the effect of perceptions about accounting, education, knowledge of accounting and knowledge of technology on the application of accounting applied to businesses with digital native backgrounds. This research was developed through an understanding of Theory of Planned Behavior. Respondents in this study were business people between the ages of 17-43 years (millennials and gen Z). Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji Pengaruh Corporate Social Responsiblty, Kebijakan Utang, dan Intellectual Capital Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Pada Perusahaan Kimia yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2015-2020. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 10 perusahaan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa Laporan Keuangan Tahunan Perusahaan Dasar dan Kimia yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Corporate Social Responsiblty, Kebijakan Utang, dan Intellectual Capital simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Dasar dan Kimia yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2015-2020. Secara parsial Corporate Social Responsiblty berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, dengan pengaruhnya sebesar 2,819. Kebijakan Utang berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dengan pengaruhnya sebesar 0,858. Intellectual Capital berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan sebesar 0,490.

Abstract

Riset ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran pelatihan, pengembangan karir dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Kepegawaian Daerah (BPPKD). Metode penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasinya seluruh karyawan berjumlah 48 orang, menggunakan pendekatan sensus. Pengumpulan data dengan wawancara dan angket. Alat analisis menggunakan pendekatan analisis regresi linier berganda, serta uji t dan uji F. Temuan penelitian: 1) Pelatihan secara signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. 2) Pengembangan karir juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, 3) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci: kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja, pengembangan karir, pelatihan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of tax knowledge, tax sanctions, tax services, and taxpayer awareness on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance, with tax socialization as a moderating variable. Sampling in this study used the accidental sampling technique by sending questionnaires to motor vehicle taxpayers and obtaining a sample of 100 respondents. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis and the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) test. The data analysis used SPSS version 25. The results showed that tax knowledge, tax sanctions, and taxpayer awareness positively and significantly affected motor vehicle taxpayer compliance. Tax services do not affect motor vehicle taxpayer compliance. Tax socialization is not able to moderate the influence of tax knowledge, tax services, and the awareness of taxpayers on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance. Tax socialization weakens the effect of tax sanctions on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance.
