Abstract

Production activity is an activity to produce goods or services in order to increase the economic value of the goods or services themselves. Production is also an effort to create superior products. This study aims to analyze the palm sugar production model and the way palm sugar farmers maintain the quality of their production process to build an image in the eyes of palm sugar consumers and analyze local wisdom that is used as the basis for palm sugar production in pedawa village, Banjar sub-district, Buleleng Regency, Bali Province. This research is a qualitative research, data collection techniques by observing the palm sugar production process, interviewing farmers and village communities and reviewing supporting documents. Test the validity of the data using persistence of observation, detailed descriptions, Peer de Briefing with observers or researchers and triangulation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study stated that 1) The production model of Pedawa palm sugar starts from the process of making jaka to ngelebengang. 2) In maintaining the quality of the production process, palm sugar farmers are always consistent with the procedures that have been passed down from generation to generation and are standard in nature. 3) In producing palm sugar, basically Pedawa palm sugar farmers still maintain local traditions and are always guided by the spirit of local wisdom.

Abstract

Dengan adanya lembaga keuangan bank dan non-bank yang begitu pesat berkembang serta semakin ketat nya persaingan bisnis yang harus dihadapi oleh perusahaan serta dengan adanya promosi yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan, menjadikan promosi sebagai alat untuk menambah pengetahuan bagi nasabah PT.Pengadaian serta menjadikan promosi berkembang dengan secara baik, perusahaan dituntut untuk meningkatkan jumlah nasabah di setiap promosi yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan tersebut. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh promosi terhadap peningkatan jumlah nasabah pada PT.Pegadaian cabang Cirebonserta apa saja kendala dalam kegiatan promosi pada PT.Pegadaian cabang Cirebon. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini berasal dari data primer dan sekunder. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang yaitu nasabah PT.Pegadaian cabang Cirebon. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, kuisioner, dan3748K9FJD4HSAGFd dokumentasi. Serta metode analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh persamaan regresi Y=3,579 + 0,257X, dapat disimpulkan bahwa promosi memliki pengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan jumlah nasabah pada PT.Pegadaian cabang Cirebon. Hasil uji t menunjukkan promosi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap penongkatan julah nasabah pada PT.Pegadaian cabang Cirebon. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan diketahui dengan nialai thitung (3,860) > ttabel (1,984) dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil determinan (R2) diketahui nilai koefisien determinan atau R square adalah 0,152. Hal ini bahwa kontribusi variabel promosi terhadap variabel peningkatan jumlah nasabah sebear 15,2% sedangkan sisahnya 85,7% yang dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Kata Kunci : Promosi, Peningkatan jumlah nasabah.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors that influence interest in buying green products among students. Attitudes towards green products serve as an intermediary variable in this study, which primarily focuses on product knowledge, consumer perceived effectiveness, and purchase intention. In this quantitative study, which will take place in Indonesia on May 2, 2024, data will be collected from all interested and participating students using a questionnaire. The researchers in this study used the Partial Least Square (PLS) algorithm to conduct their quantitative analysis. The results of the SmartPLS 3.0 analysis demonstrate the following relationships: (1) attitudes are positively affected by product knowledge; (2) attitudes towards green products are positively affected by perceived consumer effectiveness; (3) purchase intention is positively affected by perceived product knowledge; (4) purchasing interest is positively affected by perceived consumer effectiveness; (5) attitudes towards green products are positively affected by purchase intention; (6) product knowledge is positively affected by purchase intention through attitudes towards green products; (7) perceived consumer effectiveness is positively affected by purchase intention through attitudes towards green products.

Abstract

Marketing has many goals, both short and long. In terms of long-term marketing, it is mainly used to attract customers, especially for new products. This study aims to determine the application of direct selling marketing strategies in increasing sales volume at PT KK Indonesia, Pematangsiantar Branch in 2021-2022. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data is collected by interview, observation and documentation methods. Data analysis uses descriptive techniques with a qualitative approach with the SWOT analysis method using the IFE Matrix and EFE Matrix. The results showed that the application of direct selling marketing strategies at PT KK Indonesia Pematangsiantar Branch had a good impact on increasing sales volume in 2021 of IDR 3,239,228,411, and in 2022 sales increased by 19%, namely IDR 3,858,637,962. From the results of data analysis using the SWOT analysis method, the total score value in the IFE matrix is 2.6 while the EFE matrix is 3.1. These results place PT KK Indonesia Pematangsiantar Branch in Quadrant I, which is a good and very favorable situation for companies to carry out growth strategies. Abstract

Penelitian iini mempunyai tujuan mengetahui serta menganalisisi pengaruh profesionalisme, sertifikasi dosen, komitmen dan kompetensi tehadap kinerja Dosen Universitas Surakarta. Penelitian yang dilakukan selama bulan Agustus, September dan Oktober 2021 ini memiliki populasi sebanyak 169 Dosen dengan jumlah sampeli sebanyak 101 responden. Data iyang digunakan oleh peneliti merupakan data primer dan sekunder. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan oleh penelitian ini adalahi Uji Asumsii Klasik, Ujii Linier Berganda, Uji Kelayakan iModel, Uji iHipotesis dani Uji Determinasi. Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh Kontribusi pengaruh positif dan signifikan profesionalisme, sertifikasi dosen, komitmen dan kompetensi kompetensi dan komitmen organisasi secara ibersama-sama terhadapi kinerja dosen sebesar 49,1% dan temuan lain sebesar 50,9% dipengaruhii oleh variabel lain. Abstract

Planet Ban continues to move more competitively with the increasing number of competitors which encourages Planet Ban to innovate more. One of the efforts made is to invite potential customers to visit the Planet Ban store. PT. Planet Ban implements the concept of Customer Relationship Marketing (CMR), which aims to increase long-term growth in company profitability. This research uses a case study on Planet Tire consumers with the position of PT. As Planet Ban continues to grow, it will certainly maintain its loyalty and relationship with customers. The purpose of this study is to examine the factors that can affect consumer loyalty to Planet Ban Branch, Bangkalan City by taking the theme "The Influence of Promotion, Price, Marketing and Quality of Service on Consumer Loyalty with Consumer Satisfaction as a Mediation Variable (Case Study on PT. Planet Ban Consumers in Bangalore city branch). The results of this study indicate an R square value of 0.918 which means that Promotion, Price, Marketing and Service Quality have an influence of 91.8% on Consumer Satisfaction through Consumer Loyalty. In the output of the first model regression in table 3 it is said that the four variables have no significant effect. The results conclude that Promotion, Price, Marketing and Service Quality have no significant effect on Consumer Loyalty. At the output of the second regression model in table 4 it is said that two variables namely Promotion and Service Quality have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction while Price and Marketing have no significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. The results of the analysis of the partial T test on H1 show that the calculated t value is greater than the t table value. So that the Ho hypothesis is rejected and accepts the H1 hypothesis where promotion, price, marketing and service quality affect consumer satisfaction. The results of the analysis of the partial T test on H2 show that the calculated t value is greater than the t table value. So that the hypothesis Ho is rejected and accepts the hypothesis H2 that promotion, price, marketing and service quality affect consumer loyalty. The results of the partial T test analysis on H3 show that t count is greater than t table. So it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and accepts H3 that customer satisfaction affects consumer loyalty. The results of the analysis of the simultaneous F test that it is known that the calculated F value is greater than the table F value so that it can be concluded to reject Ho and accept H4 that simultaneously the independent variable has a positive effect on the dependent through the intervening variable.

Abstract

This studies examines the Influence Of Individual Characteristics, Workload and Employee Status On Employee Perfomance With Motivation As An Intervening Variable. In this observe, the population was personnel at the BBWS Pemali Juana office, totaling 329 employees. Based on the studies that has been accomplished, it is able to be concluded that to enhance the performance of BBWS Pemali Juana personnel it is able to be motivated with the aid of individual characteristics, workload and employee repute. Individual traits, workload and worker reputation will affect work motivation and will in the long run enhance employee performance. Furthermore, for the effects of the hypothesis received as follows, character traits have a fine and massive impact. This way that the higher person characteristics will increase employee overall performance. Workload has a wonderful and tremendous effect. This indicates that workload has a fine however not massive impact. With growing workload does now not have an effect on worker overall performance. This is indicated by way of the workload applied so one can have an effect on the performance of each employee although it isn't always dominant. Employment status has a high quality and great effect. So worker repute does not have an effect on employee performance in sporting out their obligations. Individual traits have a tremendous and considerable effect. This approach that man or woman characteristics greatly influence motivation. Employees have excessive motivation at paintings. Workload has a effective and extensive impact on motivation. Employment fame has a positive and extensive impact on motivation. Motivation has a advantageous and sizable effect on worker performance. Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalsis interaksi infrastruktur public terhadap perekonomian Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan variable yang terdiri dari infrastruktur public, pendidikan, kesehatan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Dari hasil pengujian diperoleh infrastruktur secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap PDRB. Peningkatan infrastruktur memberi pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan perekonomian. Untuk ini diperlukan upaya pembangunan infrastruktur yang merata dan tidak terpusat pada provinsi tertentu. Dengan demikian akan memberi pengaruh terhadap pemerataan pembangunan, peningkatan output barang dan jasa dan konsumsi masyarakat. Peningkatan infrastruktur juga meningkatkan kesempatan kerja dan pengurangan tingkat kemiskinan. Kualitas pendidikan secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap PDRB. Peningkatan pendidikan tidak mengakibatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Hal ini seiring disebabkan pertumbuhan lapangan kerja tidak sebanding dengan pertumbuhan pendidikan. Dalam kondisi ini tingkat pengangguran, justru terjadi pada angka kerja berpendidikan tinggi. Kesehatan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap PDRB. Peningkatan kesehatan berpengaruh terhadap kesempatan bekerja, sehingga meningkatkan pendapatan. Peningkatan pendapatanmengakibatkan daya daya beli masyarakat tinggi. Sehingga memberi pengaru terhadap konsumsi out barang dan jasa. Dalam kondisi ini diperlukan kebijakan pemerintah terkait dengan pemerataan infrastruktur, yang berorientasi pada peningkatan kualitas pendidikan dan kesehatan, sehingga pertumbuhan ekonomi meningkat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Profitability, Liquidity, Capital Structure, and the Covid-19 Pandemic on Firm Value with Dividend Policy as an Intervening Variable. This study used secondary data from 72 companies. It was selected using the sampling method to produce a sample of 20 Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2018-2021. The research data analysis method uses SPSS v.26 software. The results of this study are that profitability, liquidity, and dividend policy significantly affect firm value. Meanwhile, the indirect effect of liquidity significantly affects financial performance (intervening variable). From the calculation of the Sobel test, it is found that the dividend policy can mediate from liquidity to firm value. Abstract

Globalization in the economic and business fields has led to economic development that knows no boundaries between countries. Many transactions between companies are increasing, both between domestic and foreign companies. The flow of goods, services, capital (investment), and labor is easier and smoother between countries. This research was conducted with the aim of obtaining empirical evidence regarding the effect of tax minimization, foreign ownership, and bonuses on transfer pricing. This study used 12 samples of multinational manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. Based on the test results, the following conclusions are obtained: First, the test results show that tax minimization (X1) partially affects transfer pricing (Y), this is evidenced by using the t test with a t value of 2.428 ≥ t table 2.042 with a significance of 0.022 ≤ 0.05. Second The test results show that partially foreign ownership (X2) has no effect on transfer pricing (Y). This is evidenced by using the t test with a t table value of 1.09898 t table 2.042 with a significance of 0.281 ≥ 0.05. Third. The test results show that the bonus (X3) partially has no effect on transfer pricing (Y), this is evidenced by using the t test with the t value 1.293 29 t table 2.042 with a significance of 0.206 ≥ 0.05.
