Abstract

Quizizz is a media in the form of a webtool that is believed to motivate students in learning activities with an attractive menu. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the use of quizizz media on learning outcomes in Arabic subjects, The method used is a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental approach. The sample in this study is 60 people, namely all students in classes XI A and XI H. Data collection techniques with tests. The results of this study are in the effective category. This can be seen from the test results of the N-gain score of 77.16%, the minimum N-gain score of 41.83%, and the maximum N-gain score of 100.00%. So it can be concluded that quizizz learning media is effective in improving student outcomes.

Abstract

The research used in this research is a quantitative research method. The population in this study were employees of the Banyuasin District Health Service with a total of 136 ASN people. The sampling in this research was a saturated sample, with 136 respondents. Data collection techniques were carried out through questionnaires using a Likert scale. The results of this research show that from the F test results the F value is 147.542 with a significance of 0.000. Because Fcount > Ftable (2.673) and sig < 0.05, it can be concluded that simultaneously there is a significant influence of Competency, Discipline and TPP on the performance of Banyuasin District Health Service employees. From the results of the t test, it is known that competence, discipline, and TPP each partially have a positive effect on the performance of Banyuasin District Health Service employees. The Coefficient of Determination (R2) is 76.5%. Performance is influenced by Competency, Discipline and TPP, while the remaining 23.5% is the influence of other factors not studied, including motivation, E-performance system and career development. keywords: Competence, Discipline, Additional Employee Income, Employee Performance

Abstract

The occurrence of the COVID-19 pandemic led to a decline in economic performance both on a micro and macro level, resulting in a higher risk of embedded financial instruments. Therefore, it became necessary to disclose information regarding financial risks associated with financial instruments through financial statements. This study aims to prove that the disclosure of financial risk information in financial instruments is relevant to investors' decisions. The research uses 16 companies in the consumer financing sub-sector as study objects, analyzed using a value relevance model proven through multiple linear regression analysis. This study uses observational data from the COVID-19 period, specifically the years 2020, 2021, and 2022 as the observation period. To measure the disclosure of financial risk information, the study employs a disclosure index based on PSAK 107. The results have shown that the disclosure of financial risk information in financial instruments did not significantly affect the stock prices of companies in the consumer financing sub-sector during the COVID-19 period. Therefore, it can be concluded that the disclosure of financial risk information does not have value relevance for investors' decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran moderasi etika kerja dalam menentukan minat menabung masyarakat Kota Palopo pada perbankan syariah. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan metode survei untuk mengumpulkan data dari responden masyarakat Kota Palopo. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner dengan skala Likert yang mencakup variabel minat menabung, etika kerja, dan faktor-faktor lain yang memengaruhi keputusan menabung. Sampel penelitian diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan software SPSS. Analisis meliputi uji validitas, reliabilitas, regresi linier, dan analisis interaksi untuk menguji peran moderasi etika kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa etika kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan sebagai variabel moderasi dalam hubungan antara faktor-faktor pendorong ekonomi dan minat menabung di perbankan syariah. Selain itu, faktor religiusitas dan kemudahan akses layanan perbankan juga ditemukan berkontribusi positif terhadap minat menabung.Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bahwa perbankan syariah dapat meningkatkan minat menabung masyarakat dengan mempromosikan nilai-nilai etika kerja yang sejalan dengan prinsip syariah. Strategi ini dapat diterapkan melalui kampanye edukasi keuangan dan penguatan layanan berbasis kepercayaan

Abstract

Understanding how service excellence influences pediatric dental patient behavior is critical in formulating effective marketing strategies. This study examines the feelings and actions of patients (parents and children) when they receive excellent service compared to others, using the concept that emotions can be triggered by certain events to understand their impact on patient behavior (affective event theory). In a survey of 136 pediatric dental patients, we analyzed how service excellence affects three types of customer behavior: Customer delight, speaking positively about the product or service (customer advocacy), and patient loyalty. The results showed that excellent service increases (pediatric) patient delight, encouraging them to advocate and return for dental care. However, unexpectedly, our findings also show that the effect of service excellence in increasing patients' customer delight tends to be lower in those with a high tendency to seek attention (attention-seeking motive), due to a lack of authenticity or perceived benefit from the treatment received. Therefore, this study reveals the complex dynamics of service excellence in enhancing patient delight, advocacy, and patient loyalty, while demonstrating the importance of individual differences in influencing these processes.

Abstract

The purpose of this studi was to describe a marketing mix based on sharia marketing in increasing visitors to the Kumayan Island tourist attraction, Bengkulu City. This research method uses descriptive qualitative. The results of the research concluded that the Kumayan Island tourist attraction has implemented the 7p marketing mix but there are 2 elements that have not been implemented perfectly, namely the place related to distribution which has not involved third parties to collaborate with tourism managers and physical avidence where the physical facilities provided are not yet adequate. from road access which is often flooded, toilets (WCs) which are only in the parking area, to wooden prayer rooms located above swamps are very vulnerable to use. The marketing carried out by the managers is also carried out in accordance with sharia, starting from the absence of any element of usury in the marketing, in all aspects it is carried out without coercion (consensual), free from defective goods and also free from false promotions. By implementing a sharia marketing mix, managers can increase visitors as proven by visitors who always come to visit more than once.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of leadership style and work environment on job satisfaction, with work motivation as an intervening variable, among educational staff at Sunan Ampel State Islamic University, Surabaya. The method used is quantitative with a path analysis approach to understand the causal relationships between independent, intervening, and dependent variables. The research sample consisted of educational staff selected through proportional stratified random sampling. The results indicate that leadership style significantly influences work motivation and job satisfaction. Furthermore, the work environment also has a significant impact on work motivation and job satisfaction. Work motivation is proven to mediate the relationship between leadership style and the work environment with job satisfaction. Further analysis reveals that a combination of transformational leadership style and a conducive work environment can enhance the work motivation of educational staff, which in turn strengthens their job satisfaction. This research contributes by providing a more comprehensive understanding of the interaction of these variables in the context of Islamic higher education institutions. This study offers practical implications for institutional managers in designing strategies for improving job satisfaction through optimizing leadership style, improving the work environment, and enhancing work motivation. Additionally, this research enriches the literature on human resource management, particularly concerning the role of intervening variables in job satisfaction models.

Abstract

Under the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), one of the key targets is to ensure the availability and sustainable management of water and sanitation for all, with the goal of achieving universal and equitable access to safe and affordable drinking water for the entire global population. To implement the development of ready-to-drink water systems to house connections, it is important to ensure that people are willing to pay the cost. This study aims to evaluate the influence of customer characteristics and satisfaction on Willingness To Pay (WTP) in the development of ready-to-drink water in Perumda Tirtanadi Medan services. WTP analysis is influenced by customer characteristics such as number of family members, type of employment, education level, income, and house size. In addition, customer satisfaction with the quality of drinking water already available in several public facilities in Medan City was also analyzed to understand its influence on Willingness To Pay. Customer satisfaction factors are influenced by average water usage, monthly water account payment fees, clarity, odor, taste, color, water discharge and frequency of water flow. The methodology used included multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption testing, and reliability analysis. The results of the analysis show that WTP is positively and significantly influenced by customer characteristics and customer satisfaction. This analysis is expected to provide guidance for Perumda Tirtanadi in developing ready-to-drink water to house connections in Medan City. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the Dow Jones Islamic Market World Index (DJII), inflation, and political stability on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). Using a quantitative approach with secondary data obtained from various sources, such as BPS, Bank Indonesia, OJK, and IDX, this study covers the time period from 2019 to 2023. The Partial Least Square (PLS) method was used to test the relationship between variables with the help of SmartPLS software version 3.0. The results showed that DJII and inflation do not have a significant influence on JII 70. DJII does not affect JII 70 due to differences in stock composition, different local economic conditions, and investment behavior between global and domestic markets. Meanwhile, inflation is also insignificant to JII 70 because most of the stocks in JII 70 come from sectors that are less sensitive to inflation. In contrast, political stability has a significant influence on the JII 70. Good political stability increases investor confidence and creates a safer investment environment, which in turn increases market liquidity and macroeconomic growth. The findings emphasize the importance of political factors in the analysis of Indonesia's Islamic stock market as well as the implications for investors and policy makers. This research provides important insights for investors in the Indonesian Islamic stock market to pay more attention to domestic factors such as political stability rather than relying solely on global indicators such as the DJII.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of Value Co-Creation on Consumer Brand Engagement within the context of social media marketing for wedding organizer (WO) services. The sample was selected using purposive sampling, with a total of 120 respondents who are WO service users and active on social media. The data analysis technique employed is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the AMOS software, and data was collected through a questionnaire. The findings reveal that five hypotheses have a positive and significant influence: entertainment on value co-creation, interactivity on value co-creation, EWOM on value co-creation, trendiness on value co-creation, and value co-creation on consumer brand engagement . However, one hypothesis, concerning customization's effect on value co-creation, was found to be insignificant.
