Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of profitability, liquidity and leverage on the value of food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2019. The population used in this study was a food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2019 which amounted to 28 companies. Based on sampling techniques used purposive sampling obtained samples as many as 12 companies. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS application tools. The results of this study show that: (1) Profitability has a significant positive effect on the Company's Value. (2) Liquidity has no effect on the Company's Value. (3) Leverage has no effect on the Company's Value. (4) Profitability, Liquidity and Leverage simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the Company's Value. Abstract

This study was structured to see and determine the average difference in Risk and Return between conventional stocks in the LQ45 index and Islamic stocks I the Jakarta Islamic Index in 2015-2019. Risk and return is something that investors need to know, especially. This type of research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The sample used in this study amounted to 8 conventional stocks and 8 islamic stocks which were taken from the monthly stock price data during the study period. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test is used to determine whether the different test will use parametric or nonparametric statistics. The results of the analysis show that the risk in islamic stocks is higher than the risk of conventional stocks. As for return, conventional stocks have a higher return when compared to islamic stocks returns. In statistical tests using the Independent t-test with a significance level of 5%, the results obtained for risk and return are not the difference between conventional stocks and islamic stocks. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan membuktikan baik secara simultan maupun parsial pengaruh Citra Merek, Kualitas Pelayanan dan Word of Mouth terhadap Keputusan Menggunakan Jasa Kirim Lion Parcel Cab Karanganyar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini 135 konsumen yang melakukan pengiriman barang di Lion Parcel cab Karanganyar. Pengambilan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama bulan November 2019 sampai Maret 2020. Hasil uji F membuktikan bahwa Citra Merek, Kualitas Pelayanan dan Word of Mouth berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan menggunakan jasa kirim Lion Parcel cab Karanganyar. Citra merek secara parsial berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap keputusan menggunakan jasa kirim Lion Parcel cab Karanganyar. Kualitas pelayanan secara parsial berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap keputusan menggunakan jasa kirim Lion Parcel cab Karanganyar. Word of mouth secara parsial berpengaruh tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan menggunakan jasa kirim Lion Parcel cab Karanganyar. Proporsi variabel dependen (keputusan pembelian) yang dijelaskan variabel independen (citra merek, kualitas pelayanan dan word of mouth) sebesar 55,6%. Selain itu proporsi variabel independen lainnya sebesar 44,4% dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak ada dalam penelitian ini. Abstract

This study aims to examine whether academic ability, perceptions of the public accounting profession, labor market considerations and application of Tri Nga affect the interest of accounting students in choosing careers as public accountants. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method with primary data using a questionnaire. This study took a sample of 140 accounting students from 3 universities in Yogyakarta, i.e. Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University, Sanata Dharma University and Indonesian Islamic University. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires via google form. The number of questionnaires processed was 140 questionnaires. Data processing was performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that perceptions of the public accounting profession and labor market considerations have a positive effect on the interest of accounting students in choosing careers as public accountants, while academic ability and application of Tri Nga have no effect on the interest of accounting students in choosing careers as public accountants. Abstract

The research aims to find out and describe the influence of simultaneously or partial service, brand image, facility and security towards Garuda Indonesia consumer satisfaction in Surakarta. This methodology research using quantitative descriptive research. The population was all Garuda Indonesia consumers in Surakarta are unknown number. The number of samples was determined with the formula Lemeshow and the result 100 respondents. Sampling method using convenience sampling. The questionnaire used for data retrieval. Data analysis technique used was statistic analysis. This test results the service, brand image, facility and security simultaneously and significance effect on Garuda Indonesia consumer satisfaction in Surakarta. Service influential positive and significance effect against the Garuda Indonesia consumer satisfaction in Surakarta. Brand image influential positive and significance effect against the Garuda Indonesia consumer satisfaction in Surakarta. Abstract

The research aims to determine and provide empirical evidence of , sales growth inventory turnover, receivables Turnover, and significant cash turnover on profitability in LQ 45 Company on Indonesia Stock Exchange year 2016-2018. The samples in this study used purposive sampling so obtained 21 company samples from 45 LQ 45 company population listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, with 63 observations of financial statements (21 companies x 3 years of financial statements warning). Dependent variables in this study, namely profitability. While independent variables in this study, sales growth namely inventory turnover, turnover receivables, , cash turnover. The data analysis method used is a type of multiple regression test to test the relationship of independent variables with the dependents The results of the research hypothesis testing proved that the turnover of receivables, and cash turnover significantly positively affect profitability. And sales growth has a negative and significant effect on profitability. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out whether applying the problem-based learning model can improve student learning outcomes on the subject of adjusting journals of class XI accounting and financial service companies at SMK Negeri 4 Lahat. The subjects of this study were students of class XI at SMK Negeri 4 Lahat in the 2020/2021 academic year in the subject of practicum accounting for service companies, trade and manufacturing. With a sample of 26 people. In its implementation, each cycle is divided into 4 stages, namely planning the action, implementing the action, observing and interpreting it as well as analyzing and reflecting. The evaluation assessment during the first cycle of students who obtained a score above the KKM was 15 people (65.22%) with a class average of 73.04%. While the evaluation score in cycle II of students who obtained a score above the KKM was 21 people (91.30%) with a class average of 83.91%. In the second cycle the learning outcomes of students increased with a percentage of 91.30% completeness. This is based on the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) that have been fulfilled, namely 75. Based on the learning outcomes of cycle II students are easier to understand the learning material, this is evidenced by the increased learning outcomes of students. In terms of attitude, the application of this learning model provides positive improvements in students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Semi Kualitatif. Dalam mengumpulkan data tersebut menggunakan Wawancara secara langsung ke PT. Peni Regency, Studi Pustaka , Studi Dokumentasi dan Internet Searching, . Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian turun langsung ke PT. Peni Regency untuk memperoleh data secara langsung baik laporan mengenai data yang diperlukan dalam penelitian maupun data yang digunakan untuk wawancara. Menghitung Harga Pokok Produksi dengan metode yang digunakan di PT. Peni Regency dan metode Activity Based Costing dalam penentuan Harga Pokok Produksi. Hasil Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) Perhitungan Harga Pokok Produksi yang digunakan PT. Peni Regency. (2) Perhitungan Harga Pokok Produksi dengan Activity Based Costing pada PT. Peni Regency. (3) Untuk menganalisis perbedaan pada metode yang digunakan di PT. Peni Regency atau dengan metode Activity Based Costing dalam menentukan Harga Pokok Produksi dengan menggunakan Indikator Target Costing. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah Harga Pokok Produksi yang menggunakan metode Activity Based Costing yaitu untuk Type 36/63 Rp 1.123.279,70, untuk type 45/84 yaitu Rp 4.626.470,84, Type 60/120 yaitu Rp 856.726,57 mengalami Under Costing. Type 52/112 yaitu Rp (6.60.6.477,11) mengalami Over Costing. Perbedaan yang terjadi dengan perhitungan harga pokok produksi yang digunakan di PT. Peni Regency dan metode Activity Based Costing terjadi perbedaan karena pembebanan BOP. Pada metode PT. Peni Regency BOP masing-maisng unit hanya dibebankan pada satu cost driver saja yaitu unit pembangunan, yang menyebabkan distorsi BOP, sehingga menimbulkan pembebanan biaya overhead pembangunan yang berasal dari satu pemicu biaya yaitu unit yang di bangun. Dengan adanya Activity Based Costing dapat meningkatkan mutu dalam pengambilan keputusan sehingga dapat membantu pihak manajemen dalam memperbaiki perencanaan strategi. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the variable influence of career development, work motivation and work competence on employee work productivity at Dazzle company in Yogyakarta. This research method uses descriptive survey methods and explanatory surveys. The sample in this study were 50 respondents who were drawn from employees at the company Dazzle Yogyakarta. The data analysis method used in this study was multiple regression analysis. The result of the research is that there is a positive and significant influence on career development variables, work motivation and work competence on work productivity in the company Dazzle Yogyakarta

Abstract

This research is expected to be able to prove the effect of product quality, store atmosphere and brand image on repurchasing at FREMILT HOUSE THAI TEA. This study uses quantitative data types by distributing questionnaires to respondents through purposive sampling techniques. By using multiple regression analysis, the results of this study prove that product quality, store atmosphere, and brand image play a role in consumer repurchases.
