Abstract

This paper is intended to see the meaning of the intention in the words of the poems written by students. The research method used in analyzing the descriptive qualitative research method. From the results of the poetry analysis, the author (student) as a beginner poet is very good at playing words to express the meaning of the poetry he writes. Line by line arranged in the verse is presented in its entirety so that it gives a meaningful message. Poetry text which is the author's thought is presented with easy-to-understand expressions and is packaged in such a way with cohesion and coherence. The poetry text is inseparable from the context and situation so that it makes the poetry more open. This also gives the understanding that poetry text is a form of real expression which is in process. Keywords: literary appreciation, student poetry, meaning of intention or intentionality, and the integrity of the text.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously and partially on consumer buying interest on store atmosphere, taste of food, and word of mouth at Mie Gacoan Solo Raya. The method used is a quantitative method. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The population in this study were consumers of Mie Gacoan Solo Raya. The sampling technique used non-probability techniques with accindental sampling.The data analysis used was validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test, and R2 with the help of SPSS version-20. Based on the results of the data calculation and analysis used, the regression equation is obtained, namely Y = 2.697+ 0.609X1 0.160X2 + 0.126X3 + e. This equation shows that consumer buying interest is influenced by store atmosphere, taste, and word of mouth. The conclusion that can be drawn is: "There is a simultaneous influence of store atmosphere, taste of food, and word of mouth on consumer buying interest at Mie Gacoan Solo Raya" can be accepted. "There is an effect of store atmosphere on consumer purchase interest at Mie Gacoan Solo Raya" is acceptable. "There is an influence of taste of food on consumer buying interest in Mie Gacoan Solo Raya" is acceptable. "There is an effect of word of mouth on consumer buying interest at Mie Gacoan Solo Raya" is acceptable. The result of the coefficient of determination R2 is 0.736, which means that 73.6% of the variation in the purchase interest variable can be explained by the store atmosphere, taste of food, and word of mouth variables, while the rest is explained by other variables not included in this study. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial and macroeconomic ratios on the company's financial distress. In this study, the financial ratios used are the liquidity ratio with the proxy current ratio (CR), the leverage ratio with the proxy debt to assets ratio (DAR), and the profitability ratio with the proxy for return on assets (ROA). Meanwhile, the macro economy is measured by inflation and interest rates. The sample in this study is the food & beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and obtained 17 companies with 5 years of observation so that there were 85 total observations. The analytical method used is logistic regression analysis using the SPSS version 23 program. The results show that the leverage ratio (DAR) has a positive and significant effect on financial distress, the profitability ratio (ROA) has a negative and significant effect on financial distress, while the liquidity ratio (CR) and macroeconomics as measured by inflation and interest rates have a positive but insignificant effect. against financial distress.

Abstract

The purpose of this. study was to analyze the simultaneous and partial influence of the reference group, lifestyle and event marketing on the decision to purchase virtual goods on Mobile Legends: Bang Bang players at the Islamic Batik University Surakarta. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The populationt is all consumers who purchase virtual goods at the Islamic Batik University Surakarta with an unknown amount. The sampling technique in this study was purposive proportional sampling. The sample is 100 studentstfrom the Islamic Batik University Surakarta. Data obtained from questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. F test prove that the reference group, lifestyle and marketing events simultaneously influence the decision to purchase virtual goods on Mobile Legends: Bang Bang players at the Islamic Batik University Surakarta, where Fcount is 37,527 > Ftable is 2,70 with a significance value of 0,000 < 0,05. t test show that the reference group, lifestyle and event marketing have a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase virtual goods on players of Mobile Legends: Bang Bang at the Islamic Batik University Surakarta. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect partially and simultaneously product quality, service and brand image on consumer interest in PO. Rosalia Indah. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study was conducted on 100 respondents spread across the Solo Raya area, namely Solo, Sukoharjo, Karanganyar, Sragen, Wonogiri, Klaten and Boyolali. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling technique. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression, data collection methods by distributing questionnaires. The results of this study indicate a simultaneous and significant effect of product quality, service and brand image on consumer interest in PO. Rosalia Indah with a value of Fcount ≥ Ftable (90.065 ≥ 2.70) and a significance of 0.000 ≤ 0.05. Partially product quality and brand image have a positive and significant effect on consumer interest with ttable value ≤ tcount (1.984 ≤ 4.311) on product quality and ttable value ≤ tcount (1.984 ≤ 2.576) on brand image, while for service variables, ttable value ≤ tcount ( 1,984 ≥ 1,094) and a significance value of 0.277 ≥ 0.05 so that the service variable does not have a positive effect on consumer interest in PO. Abstract

This study aims to prove simultaneously and partially customer loyalty in terms of store atmosphere, convenience and trust in J&T Express Surakarta. This research is descriptive quantitative. The population is all J&T Express Surakarta service users. The number of samples used according to Sugiyono's guidelines, amounting to 100 respondents, the sample was taken by using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion of this study is that store atmosphere, convenience and trust have a significant effect on consumer loyalty of J&T Express Surakarta. Keywords : Store Atmosphere, Convenience, Trust.

Abstract

The village government is one of the organizations in the government structure in Indonesia that has a vital role for the implementation of Government programs. So that the success of the Village Head in carrying out his organization is determined by the performance of village officials in carrying out their duties and functions. In order to improve performance in the organization, many factors influence including leadership, motivation, emotional intelligence and organizational citizenship behavior. This research took place in the village office in all Nguntoronadi District, Wonogiri Regency. Based on the calculation of the Slovin formula, the number of samples used was 88 samples. The data analysis used the t test, F test and R test. The results showed (1) there was a significant influence of leadership on the performance of village officials in Nguntoronadi District, Wonogiri Regency. (2) There is a significant influence of motivation on the performance of village officials in Nguntoronadi District, Wonogiri Regency. (3) There is a significant effect of emotional intelligence on the performance of village officials in Nguntoronadi District, Wonogiri Regency. (4) There is a significant effect of organizational citizenship behavior on the performance of Village Officials in Nguntoronadi District, Wonogiri Regency. (5) There is a significant and simultaneous influence between leadership, motivation, emotional intelligence and organizational citizenship behavior on the performance of village officials in Nguntoronadi District, Wonogiri Regency. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between Informal Communication and Work Effectiveness of Employees in the Career Development Section of the Regional Secretariat of the Regional Secretariat of West Java Province. The problems studied in this study relate to the existence of low employee performance and effectiveness in the Career Development Section of the Regional Secretariat of the Regional Secretariat of West Java Province. The research method used is descriptive analytical method. The data analysis technique used is correlation test using Rank Spearman correlation and hypothesis testing using t-student test. The results of the study, the employee's perception of the Informal Communication Program is "medium". Meanwhile, for shows the employee's perception of the employee's work effectiveness is "high". Informal Communication with Employee Work Effectiveness in the Career Development Section of the Regional Secretariat of West Java Province, in general, is good. However, the organization must further enhance cooperation so that the working relationship can be established properlySo the hypothesis "There is a Positive Relationship between Informal Communication with Employee Work Effectiveness", can be accepted. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of investment decisions, capital structure, and financial performance on company value carried out in the food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2015 - 2019 period. This study took samples from companies in the food and beverage sub-sector with a total population of 26 companies. The technique used in sampling is purposive sampling. Based on these techniques obtained a sample of 12 companies. Based on the results of the partial test research, investment decisions have no significant effect on firm value, capital structure has a significant effect on firm value, and financial performance has a significant effect on firm value. Meanwhile, based on the simultaneous test, the investment decision variables, capital structure and financial performance have a significant effect on firm value. Abstract

Pajak merupakan salah satu sumber pendapatan di Indonesia yang berasal dari masyarakat. Namun, kepatuhan wajib pajak sepenuhnya belum maksimal karena masih adanya ketidakpatuhan dalam membayar pajak. Faktor lain yang dapat menyebabkan adanya penurunan penerimaan pajak yaitu dengan adanya tindakan penghindaran pajak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh karakter eksekutif dan struktur kepemilikan perusahaan terhadap penghindaran pajak dengan komisaris independen sebagai variabel moderasi. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2015-2019. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan diperoleh 44 perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dan Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakter eksekutif dan kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh positif terhadap penghindaran pajak. Kepemilikan keluarga tidak berpengaruh terhadap penghindaran pajak. Komisaris independen tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh karakter eksekutif, kepemilikan keluarga dan kepemilikan institusional terhadap penghindaran pajak.
