Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of capital structure, firm size, agency cost and liquidity on company performance. Researchers found differences in results between previous studies which are strong reasons why this research is feasible. The sample includes 8 banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the period 2015-2019. In this study, capital structure is proxied by using the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), company size is proxied by using (Size), agency cost is proxied by using Free Cash Flaw (FCF), and liquidity is proxied by the current ratio. The method of analysis in this research is descriptive statistical test, classical assumption test and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS application. The results showed that the independent variables, namely capital structure, agency cost have a positive and significant effect on company performance, while the independent variables, namely company size and liquidity, have a negative and significant effect on company performance. Abstract

: The research aims to find out and describe the influence of simultaneously or partial attitude, life style and usefulness perception towards repurchase interest in Luwes Gentan Sukoharjo. This methodology research using quantitative descriptive research. The population was all consumer Luwes Gentan Sukoharjo unknown number. The number of samples was determined with the formula Lemeshow and the result 100 respondents. Sampling method using convenience sampling. The questionnaire used for data retrieval. Data analysis technique used was statistic analysis is multiple linier regression, F test, t test and determination coefficient. This test results the attitude, life style and usefulness perception simultaneously and significance effect on repurchase interest in Luwes Gentan Sukoharjo. Attitude influential positive and significance effect against the repurchase interest in Luwes Gentan Sukoharjo. Life style influential positive and significance effect against the repurchase interest in Luwes Gentan Sukoharjo. Usefulness perception influential positive and significance effect against the repurchase interest in Luwes Gentan Sukoharjo. Abstract

This study aims to analyze external and internal factors in the form of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the development of Linjuang tourism objects in Lubuk Sikaping, Pasaman Regency, West Sumatra. After the analysis is carried out, a development strategy is formulated by minimizing weaknesses and threats and then maximizing the existing strengths and opportunities. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method using SWOT analysis tools (Strengths, Weaknes, Opportunities, Threats). Data collection techniques through literature study, observation and interviews with owners, communities and visitors of Linjuang tourism objects. Based on the results of the study, it is concluded that the strategy for developing Linjuang tourism objects, among others, is by completing facilities and markets such as toilets, prayer rooms and parking locations as well as maintenance of tourist attraction areas, then promoting tourism objects through online and print media and involving the government, private sector and the community in management. tourist attraction. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a significant influence between the innovation variable, price, and brand image on purchasing decisions. In addition, it is also to determine whether there is a significant simultaneous influence and which variable is the most dominant in influencing purchasing decisions on the Toyota Calya Car at Nasmoco Slamet Riyadi Surakarta. The method used is descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study amounted to 75 consumers and the sample used was 75, where the sampling technique used saturated sampling (census). The data used are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques: observation, questionnaires, interviews, documentation and literature study. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear tests. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of product quality, service quality and web design on customer satisfaction. The sample used in this study is Shopee consumers who are students of the Faculty of Economics, University of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa. Sampling using purposive sampling method and obtained as many as 110 respondents. This study uses multiple regression analysis. The results showed that product quality had a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality has no effect on customer satisfaction. Abstract

Decision The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the website on Shopee and service quality at Shopee on customer loyalty. The sampling technique in this study used a questionnaire distribution technique. And the object in this study is Shopee users (students) at the Faculty of Economics, University of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta with a sample size of 100 respondents. This object is a Shopee user who accidentally meets the researcher and the object is in accordance with the researchers' criteria to be used as a data source. The data obtained were then analyzed using the SPSS version 22 software application. The test was carried out with a hypothesis to determine whether there was an effect of variable X1 and variable X2 on variable Y with the intervening variable User Satisfaction. The results of this study prove that Website Quality and E-Service Quality on E-Loyalty through User Satisfaction in FE students at UST Yogyakarta, shopee customers and E-Service Quality have a positive effect on E-Loyalty is rejected.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Product Quality, Brand Awareness and Celebrity Endorsement on the Opposition of Buying Oppo Smartphones on Students of the Faculty of Economics, UNIBA Surakarta. This type of research uses quantitative methods, the population taken in this study were students of Surakarta Samples used in this study were 80 people sampling techniques using Convenience sampling techniques. Data analysis techniques in this study used multiple Linear analysis techniques. F test results state that Product Quality, Brand Awarenesss and Celebrity Endorsement simultaneously and significantly influence the Oppo Smartphone Interest in the Faculty of Economics, UNIBA Surakarta. while based on the t test stated that partially the quality of the product had a positive significant effect on the Purchase Oppo Smartphone Interest in the Faculty of Economics UNIBA Surakarta. Brand Awareness partially influences positively and significantly the interest in buying Oppo Smartphones in UNIBA Surakarta Faculty of Economics Students. Celebrity Endorsement partially has a positive and significant influence on the Oppo Smartphone Interest in UNIBA Surakarta Faculty of Economics Students. Abstract

The problems presented relate to teacher competence, school environment and Spiritual Activities affect student achievement at SMP Batik Surakarta. This research method using research design is a survey research. This research was conducted at SMP Batik Surakarta in February 2020 - July 2020. The research reason was that learning achievement needs to be improved so that SMP Batik Surakarta students are able to obtain optimal learning achievement. The object of this study of Surakarta SMP Batik Surakarta, then of this research the population is totaling 303 students. The total population was 262 students from the total population, so in this study of C class is 33 students. Abstract

Upaya pemerintah dalam mengentaskan kemiskinan dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat adalah salah satunya melalui Program Dana Amanah Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (DAPM). Program ini merupakan kelanjutan dari program PNPM MP. Program DAPM dikelola oleh Unit Pengelola Kegiatan (UPK) Kecamatan, di mana UPK mengelola dana bergulir dari pemerintah untuk dapat dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat. Guna mengetahui bagaimana peran UPK DAPM Kecamatan Weru dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, maka dilakukan penelitian yang dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Weru, Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yaitu penelitian yang berusaha menggambarkan objek yang diteliti berdasarkan fakta yang ada di lapangan. Data yang disajikan menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder melalui wawancara terstruktur, observasi, dan dokumentasi yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini, kemudian teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif, yakni penyusunan data untuk kemudian dijelaskan dan dianalisis serta dilakukan bersamaan dengan pengumpulan data. Penggunaan keabsahan data menggunakan uji keabsahan data dengan triangulasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran Unit Pengelola Kegiatan (UPK) DAPM Kecamatan Weru dalam membantu meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat sangat berpengaruh. Melalui program ini, masyarakat dapat mengembangkan potensi usaha yang ada sehingga lebih produktif. Sementara itu, UPK DAPM Kecamatan Weru dalam mengelola perputaran dana bergulir dari pemerintah masih belum maksimal, sehingga perlu ditingkatkan agar mencapai target anggaran yang telah ditetapkan.
