Abstract

Profitabilitya has significance for theecompany because it is one of the bases for evaluating the condition of a company. The level off profitability describes the ecompany's performance as seen from the company's ability to generate profits. Profitability in this study is calculated by return on assets (ROA) because it can show how the company's performance is nseenn from the overall use of assets owned by the company in generating profits. Thissstudyyaims to examine the leverage, liquidity, and size off thee company yaffect the eprofitability. The ssampling ttechniqueu used in this study wass purposivee samplingg, which issaa sample technique ethat uses certain ncriteria.. There earee16 companies ethat are sampled in this sstudy.mThe nanalysiss techniquee usedd is multiplee linearr regressionn using SPSS version 22. Abstract

Currently, the absorption power of students is still good because most students are under 17 years. Moreover, their memory is still very good because the students still imitate the styles and behavior patterns of older people. This happens because they are still unstable depending on the person who brought them. The existence of pesantren in an era that has begun to advance and is starting to put aside traditional practices is a new challenge for a boarding school. With the entry of the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, digitization of various elements is feared by students for imitatating negative influences. Therefore, researchers are interested in further researching to find out the strategy of Islamic boarding schools in shaping the character of students in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0., how is the strategy of the pesantren in shaping the character of students in the era of industrial revolution 4.0. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is a significant influence between Lifestyle variables, reference groups and product innovations on Purchasing Decisions. In addition, it is also to find out whether there is a significant simultaneous effect and which variable is the most dominant in influencing Purchase Decisions on Surakarta Online Minions Bike Modern Seller. The method used is quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study amounted to more than 100 consumers, and the number of samples used was 100, where the sampling technique used purposive sampling. The data used are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques: observation, questionnaire, interview. Data analysis techniques in this study used multiple linear tests. Abstract

This research was conducted based on the phenomenon that exists in SMPN 1 Bataguh which shows that there are students who have low assertive behavior. Through the group guidance service, it is hoped that students' assertive behavior can be improved. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which the field of personal guidance on Adolescent Psychology can improve assertive behavior in class IX students of SMPN 1 Bataguh. The type of research used in this research is Guidance and Counseling Action Research by carrying out three cycles. The subjects of this study were 18 students of class IX of SMPN 1 Bataguh who had low assertive behavior. Data collection methods used were interviews, observation and questionnaires. While the data analysis technique used descriptive percentage and qualitative analysis. The results showed that prior to the application of the Adolescent Psychology material, the percentage of students who showed assertive behavior was 0%. After learning cycle 1, the percentage increased to 35%. And after giving learning in cycles II and III the increase in assertive behavior became 89%.This shows that group guidance services can improve assertive behavior in class IX students of SMPN 1 Bataguh. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that before applying the Adolescent Psychology material, the percentage of successful application of assertiveness was 0%. After the first cycle of learning, there was an increase in the percentage to 35%. And after the provision of learning cycles II and III increased to 89% of students who managed to improve their assertiveness. This means that assertiveness can be improved by providing group guidance with youth psychology material. Suggestions that can be given are that the supervising teacher should further develop group guidance services to help improve students' assertive behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Word of Mouth, Service Quality, Security, and Trust on Consumer Decisions using GrabBike Online Transportation Services in Surakarta City. From distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents, results show that Word of Mouth, Service Quality, and Trust have a significant effect on consumer decisions while security has no significant effect on consumer decisions. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel transformasi perusahaan, kompetensi, dan perilaku inovatif terhadap keunggulan kompetitif. Selain itu juga untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh secara simultan yang signifikan dan variabel mana yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi keunggulan kompetitif pada Pemilik Usaha Kampung Batik Laweyan Surakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 92 perusahaan dan sample yang digunakan bejumlah 92, dimana teknik samplingnya mempergunakan sampling jenuh (sensus). Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder dengan teknik pengumpulan data:observasi, kuesioner, wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji linier berganda. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa : Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa : 1) Ada pengaruh Transformasi perusahaan, kompetensi, dan perilaku inovatif berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap keunggulan kompetitif pada Pemilik Usaha Kampung Batik Laweyan Surakarta, 2) Ada pengaruh transformasi perusahaan terhadap keunggulan kompetitif pada Pemilik Usaha Kampung Batik Laweyan Surakarta, 3) Ada pengaruh kompetensi keunggulan kompetitif pada Pemilik Usaha Kampung Batik Laweyan Surakarta, 4) Ada pengaruh perilaku inovatif terhadap keunggulan kompetitif pada Pemilik Usaha Kampung Batik Laweyan Surakarta. Abstract

This study aims to test whether there is an effect of the implementation of Government Regulation no. 23 of 2018 of taxpayer compliance for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. This research method using quantitative descriptive method and primary data using a questionnaire. This study took a sample of 37 respondents taxpayer compliance for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises at the Ruteng Pratama Tax Office, Manggarai, East Nusa Tenggara. The sampling technique was using purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires in the form of google. The results showed that the implementation of PP 23 2018 has a positive effect on tax compliance of micro, small and medium enterprises.

Abstract

The research aims to find out and describe the influence of simultaneously or partial green marketing, attitude and product quality towards competitive advantage in Indomilk Surakarta. This methodology research using quantitative descriptive research. The population was all consumers Indomilk Surakarta is unknown number. The number of samples was determined with the formula Lemeshow and the result 100 respondents. Sampling method using convenience sampling. The questionnaire used for data retrieval. Data analysis technique used was statistic analysis is multiple linier regression, F test, t test and determination coefficient. This test results the green marketing, attitude and product quality simultaneously and significance effect on competitive advantage in Indomilk Surakarta. Green marketing influential positive and significance effect against the competitive advantage in Indomilk Surakarta. Attitude influential positive and significance effect against the competitive advantage in Indomilk Surakarta. Abstract

Penelitian tentang kriminologi terhadap Kenakalan Remaja ini dilakukan karena merupakan sebuah perilaku yang menyimpang yang terjadi pada kalangan remaja. Kenakalan remaja menunjuk perilaku remaja yang tidak sesuai dengan norma-norma yang hidup di dalam masyarakatnya. Dari segi hukum kenakalan remaja digolongkan dalam dua kelompok yang berkaitan dengan norma-norma hukum yaitu: (1) kenakalan yang bersifat amoral dan sosial serta tidak diatur dalam undang-undang sehingga tidak dapat atau sulit digolongkan sebagai pelanggaran hukum; (2) kenakalan yang bersifat melanggar hukum dengan penyelesaian sesuai dengan undang-undang dan hukum yang berlaku sama dengan perbuatan melanggar hukum bila dilakukan orang dewasa. Selanjutnya budaya atau kebudayaan berasal dari bahasa Sansekerta yaitu buddhayah, yang merupakan bentuk jamak dari buddhi (budi atau akal) diartikan sebagai hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan budi dan akal manusia. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, aparat penegak hukum benar-benar dapat memahami faktor-faktor penyebab hal tersebut, sehingga dapat merumuskan langkah-langkah yang efektif untuk mencegah agar kasus-kasus kejahatan yang dilakukan remaja tidak bertambah. Berdasarkan dari kasus yang ada di polresta Surakarta pada tahun ini terutama pada peran keluarga dalam mendidik anak pada usia remaja, tingkat kejahatan yang dilakukan oleh remaja masih tergolong rendah, hal ini dikarena peran pemerintah melalui dinas terkait dalam melakukan preventif pembinaan dan penyuluh berjalan dengan lancar dan terjadwal. Polresta Surakarta dalam menanggulangi remaja adalah: (1) Upaya preventif, berupa: (a) Penjagaan di tempat-tempat yang rawan terjadinya tindakan kenakalan remaja, (b) Patroli ke tempat-tempat yang rawan terjadinya kenakalan remaja, (c) Penyuluhan ke sekolah-sekolah, masyarakat, dan karangtaruna, (d) Penyampaian pesan-pesan Kamtibmas (keamanan dan ketertiban masyarakat) kepada para warga, (e) Pengaturan lalu lintas, (f) Latihan Safety Riding. (2) Upaya Represif, berupa: (a) Upaya (b) Penggiringan ke Dinas Sosial bagi para pekerja seks komersial untuk dibina, (c) Penilangan bagi pelanggar lalu lintas, (d) Upaya rehabilitasi bagi para penyalahguna narkoba, (e) Penangkapan para pelaku kenakalan remaja untuk selanjutnya diproses secara hukum Kata kunci : Kriminologi, Kenakalan Remaja, Surakarta

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a significant influence between digital marketing variables, brand trust, and product quality on customer loyalty. In addition, it is also to find out whether there is a significant simultaneous effect and which variable is the most dominant in influencing customer loyalty at the House of Donatello, Solo Branch. The method used is quantitative descriptive method. The research period is March to June 2020. The population in this study is all people who shop at the House of Donatello, Solo Branch and the sample used is 100 respondents, where the sampling technique uses random sampling techniques. The data used are primary data and secondary data with questionnaire data collection techniques. Data analysis techniques in this study used multiple linear tests with SPSS version 21. The results of the study can be concluded that: 1) The influence of digital marketing, brand trust, and product quality on customer loyalty at the House of Donatello Solo Branch, 2) The influence of digital marketing on customer loyalty at the House of Donatello Solo Branch, 3) The influence brand trust on customer loyalty at the House of Donatello Solo Branch, 4) The influence of product quality on customer loyalty at the House of Donatello Solo Branch.
