Abstract

This research aims to examine the HR recruitment and selection performance strategy at PT Sumber Bintang Rejeki Semarang Company. The study employs a qualitative approach using direct observation and in-depth interviews. This research focuses on understanding how the company implements its recruitment and selection strategies to obtain qualified human resources.The findings reveal that PT Sumber Bintang Rejeki Semarang implements a structured recruitment and selection process through several key strategies. First, the company conducts a comprehensive analysis of organizational needs before initiating recruitment, particularly when addressing employee resignations or planning new branch openings. Second, the company develops detailed candidate profiles based on technical skills, experience, and specific educational requirements. Third, they implement competency-based interviews to evaluate candidates' capabilities and potential based on past behaviors and relevant experiences. Finally, the company employs a thorough onboarding and integration program to ensure new employees can adapt effectively to the company environment.The research concludes that while PT Sumber Bintang Rejeki Semarang has established a systematic approach to recruitment and selection, they still face challenges in attracting candidates with specific expertise and experience. The study recommends enhancing recruitment strategies by focusing on comprehensive candidate assessment, competency-based selection processes, and effective employee integration programs to improve the quality of recruited personnel.

Abstract

This research examines the employee recruitment and selection process at PT Ungaran Sari Garmen, one of Indonesia's largest export-oriented garment manufacturers. The study aims to analyze the implementation procedures of recruitment and selection, identify the challenges faced, and examine the solutions applied in addressing these challenges. This research employs a qualitative approach with data collection methods through interviews and direct observation of the recruitment and selection process, as well as documentation studies related to company profiles and employee training archives.PT Ungaran Sari Garmen implements a recruitment system that begins with workforce needs identification through a bottom-up mechanism, followed by candidate search processes through formal announcements and informal recommendation systems. A comprehensive three-week training program becomes an integral part of the selection process, with a primary focus on developing sewing skills. In its implementation, the company faces several challenges such as incomplete applicant documentation, candidate disciplinary issues during the interview process, and low interest in sewing training.To overcome these challenges, the company has developed strategic solutions including improving communication quality in requirement delivery, initial verification of candidate availability before interview scheduling, and implementing transparency in training program information. Research findings indicate that a systematic approach to recruitment and selection, supported by structured training programs and effective communication, contributes significantly to building a competent team to support company operations in the export-oriented garment industry.

Abstract

Every activity carried out in an organization requires human resources to run the organization so that it can continue to grow and develop to achieve the goals that have been set. Employees as human resources in an organization, with all their competencies or abilities and knowledge tend to be able to understand their responsibilities to carry out and complete their tasks well. In addition to competence, every organization also needs employees who have good work discipline. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and organizational commitment on work discipline with job satisfaction as a mediator.The method used in this study is explanatory research. The population in this study were employees of PT. Mulya Rezkina Sejahtera totaling 120 people. This study uses Partial Least Square in analyzing the data. The results of this study are that leadership style and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a negative and insignificant effect on work discipline. Leadership style and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on work discipline. Leadership style is moderated by job satisfaction has a negative and insignificant effect on work discipline. Organizational commitment is moderated by job satisfaction has a negative and insignificant effect on work discipline.

Abstract

The surge in online transactions has prompted the development of many innovative technologies in the financial industry, including the online payment application LinkAja Syariah. Several variables impact the choice to utilize the LinkAja Syariah e-wallet, including incentives, service features, and transaction convenience. This study seeks to ascertain the extent of effect that promotion, service features, and transaction convenience exert, both individually and together, on the choice to utilize the LinkAja Syariah e-wallet. This research employs a quantitative strategy utilizing a descriptive approach. A total of 100 respondents were surveyed. Employing the random sampling technique. Data analysis with multiple linear regression utilizing the IBM SPSS 26 software. This study found that promotional factors, service features, and transaction convenience had a favorable and substantial effect, both individually and together, on the choice to utilize the LinkAja Syariah e-wallet.

Abstract

In order to improve Asinan Village, Semarang Regency's tourism appeal, this study examines the critical role that community involvement plays in the administration of sustainable tourism services. Research on the dynamics and results of participatory processes in the context of rural tourism destinations is lacking, despite the growing acceptance of community-based approaches in tourism development. This study examined the strategic development and administration of sustainable tourism amenities in Asinan Village using participatory analytical techniques and a qualitative case study research design. Semi-structured interviews, focus groups, and participant observation were used in the data collection process to capture the various viewpoints and experiences of local government representatives, tourism stakeholders, and community members. By means of interpretive synthesis and theme analysis, this study reveals the intricate connections between community.

Abstract

Assessing financial performance is important for companies to stay competitive and grow sustainably. The Du Pont System evaluates profitability and asset use by analyzing key ratios. This helps identify factors that impact financial success. This research aims to analyze and evaluate the financial success of PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk. over the years 2021-2023 by applying the Du Pont System methodology. Secondary data is utilized for this research. The result is that in 2023 the Return On Asset (ROA) value will be 7.10%, an increase from the previous year's 4.94% and the Return On Equity (ROE) value will be 13.63%, an increase from the previous year's 9.93%. The financial performance of PT has shown positive development. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur tbk. can be considered to be performing well. The factors that need to be considered so that financial performance improves are the control and efficiency of expenses or costs which have an impact on achieving net profit.

Abstract

The aim of this thesis research is to analyze the impact of digital advertising and promotional content on purchase intention through brand image as an intervening variable in Vegan Land's business. The research method used is quantitative, employing non-probability sampling with purposive sampling involving 100 respondents. The results indicate that digital advertising does not have a significant effect on purchase intention, while promotional content has a significant influence on purchase intention. Brand image has a significant impact on purchase intention, and digital advertising significantly affects brand image. However, promotional content does not significantly affect brand image. Digital advertising has a significant impact on purchase intention when brand image serves as the intervening variable, whereas promotional content does not have a significant effect on purchase intention when brand image is the intervening variable

Abstract

Abstract This study is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that relies on a number of previous studies to build a framework that researchers formulate in the hypothesis section and prove it. The data used in this article is primary data that researchers obtained from 350 Superindo employees. The data obtained were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show the Leadership Style variable can have a positive relationship direction and a significant influence on Employee Performance and the Human Resource Information System variable can moderate the influence of the Leadership Style variable on Employee Performance because the P-Values ​​are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.018. In addition, the Human Resource Information System variable can moderate the influence of the Leadership Style variable on Employee Performance because the P-Values ​​are below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.000, more significant than direct testing. Thus it can be concluded that the first and second hypotheses in this article can be proven. Keywords: Leadership Style, Employee Perdormance, Human Resource Information System

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi peran kepemimpinan transformasional dalam mendorong inovasi dan pengembangan bisnis di industri startup. Dengan fokus pada konteks startup, studi ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana kepemimpinan transformasional mempengaruhi budaya inovasi, kreativitas tim, dan pertumbuhan perusahaan. Metode penelitian kualitatif digunakan dengan wawancara mendalam terhadap pemimpin startup yang diakui karena keberhasilan inovasi dan pertumbuhan bisnis mereka. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berperan penting dalam membentuk lingkungan kerja yang mendukung eksperimen, pengambilan risiko yang terkendali, dan kolaborasi antar tim. Penemuan ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi pemimpin startup dan praktisi bisnis untuk mengembangkan strategi kepemimpinan yang efektif dalam merangsang inovasi dan pertumbuhan bisnis di era digital.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of female leadership in developing organizational culture using quantitative methods. The study employs a survey design involving 100 respondents from various organizations in Indonesia. Data werecollected through a questionnaire designed to measure employees perceptions of female leadership styles and their impact onvarious aspects of organizational culture, such as innovation, collaboration, and work ethics. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive and inferential statistics to identify correlations and significance between the independent variable (female leadership) and the dependent variable (organizational culture). The results of the studyindicate that female leadership has a significantly positive impact on the development of organizational culture. Specifically, it was found that inclusive and collaborative female leadership styles significantly contribute to the enhancement of innovation and teamwork within organizations. The implications of these findings highlight the importance of female leadership in creating a more dynamic and productive work environment. This study provides insights for organizational leaders and policymakers to support and encourage the participation of women in leadership positions to strengthen organizational culture.
