Abstract

Financial reports are characterized by timeliness, which implies that the availability of information at the opportune moment influences decision-making processes. This study aims to investigate and analyze the impact of firm size, leverage, profitability, board independence, and audit quality on the timeliness of financial reporting. The population comprises all non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2021-2023 period. A total of 269 companies were selected as samples using the purposive sampling technique. This study employs logistic regression analysis, yielding results that indicate audit quality significantly affects the timeliness of financial reporting. Conversely, firm size, leverage, profitability, and board independence do not exert a significant influence on the timeliness of financial reporting.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), Trade Openness, and Inflation on Economic Growth (GDP). The data used in this research was taken from the World Bank, covering a sample of 5 countries in ASEAN during the period 2014 to 2023 which met the research criteria. The type of data used is secondary data, and the analysis is carried out using panel data regression techniques, which are a combination of time series and cross section data. The research results show that the Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) variable has a significant and positive effect on Economic Growth. On the other hand, the Trade Openness and Inflation variables do not show a significant effect, with a negative direction on economic growth. The coefficient of determination value shows that the combined influence of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), Trade Openness and Inflation on Economic Growth reaches 27.1453%, while the rest can be explained by other variables. To encourage economic growth in the 5 ASEAN countries, it is recommended that the government increase capital flows from foreign investment (FDI). Apart from that, it is important for the government to maintain stability in Export Import and inflation to support sustainable economic growth.

Abstract

Inequality is a more complex problem than poverty. High inequality will gradually become an obstacle to economic growth. Income inequality is a situation where the distribution of people's income shows an unequal situation and is more favorable to certain groups. This research wants to know the effect of fiscal decentralization policies and sectoral shifts on regional original income inequality in South Sumatra. By using econometric methods through panel data equations in the 2015-2023 period, this research finds that fiscal decentralization and shift policies can reduce regional original income inequality.

Abstract

Masalah utama yang terkait dengan sosial demografi, inflasi, dan jumlah uang beredar terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi terletak pada interaksi kompleks antara faktor-faktor ini yang mempengaruhi stabilitas dan kesejahteraan ekonomi. Perubahan struktur sosial demografi, seperti pertumbuhan penduduk atau perubahan usia produktif, dapat mempengaruhi daya beli dan produktivitas. Inflasi yang tinggi dapat mereduksi daya saing ekonomi, sementara jumlah uang beredar yang tidak terkendali dapat menyebabkan ketidakstabilan makroekonomi, yang semuanya berpotensi menghambat pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara sosial demografi, inflasi, jumlah uang beredar terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi pada 5 Negara ASEAN yakni Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Filipina, Thailand. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan dengan sifat penelitian assosiatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berbentuk panel data dengan periode 2014-2023 diperoleh dari Bank Dunia. Analisis menggunakan perangkat lunak Eviews 12. Hasil penelitian memberikan fakta bahwa inflasi berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi sedangkan social demografi dan jumlah uang beredar tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi pada 5 Negara ASEAN yakni Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Filipina, Thailand. Pertumbuhan ekonomi dalam perspektif ekonomi syariah berfokus pada pencapaian kesejahteraan sosial dan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan, tanpa mengabaikan prinsip-prinsip moral dan etika. Dalam ekonomi syariah, pertumbuhan ekonomi tidak hanya diukur dari aspek material, tetapi juga memperhatikan distribusi kekayaan yang adil, penghindaran riba, serta mempromosikan keadilan sosial. Oleh karena itu, pertumbuhan ekonomi dalam ekonomi syariah mengutamakan keseimbangan antara keuntungan ekonomi dan kesejahteraan sosial sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengeksplorasi Tanggapan al-Qur’an Tentang Perilaku Childfree dan untuk mengelaborasi implikasi Perilaku Childfree Terhadap Aspek Kesehatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (Library Research), yang bersifat kualitatif, yaitu penulis meninjau ayat-ayat al-Qur'an yang relevan dengan pembahasan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Teknik dokumentasi, yakni Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menghimpun dan menganalisis dokumen-dokumen, baik dokumen tertulis, gambar dan juga elektronik. Dalam penelitian ini penulis lebih berfokus pada dokumen-dokumen tertulis seperti beberapa kitab tafsir, buku dan jurnal. Adapun langkah-langkah dokumentasi pada penelitian ini diantaranya: membaca beberapa literatur terkait childfree, menganalisis dan menggali beberapa ayat al-quran yang bisa dikaitkan dengan perilaku childfree, kemudian mengkaji pandangan al-qur’an. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini, perilaku childfree akan dibahas secara komprehensif, berdasarkan metode tahlili. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perilaku childfree dalam pandangan al-Qur’an tidak sejalan dengan konsep pernikahan dalam al-Qur’an. Bagaimana al-Qur’an menerangkan kebaikan-kebaikan yang biasa didapatkan dari lahirnya seorang anak sampai alasan-alasan bagi pelaku childfree. Perilaku childfree memiliki resiko yang besar terhadap kesehatan fisik dan kesehatan mental yang buruk dibandingkan wanita yang memiliki anak. Adapun dampak buruk childfree terhadap aspek kesehatan fisik ialah jika wanita yang tidak memilki anak akan mengalami berbagai jenis penyakit. Seperti halnya kanker payudara, kanker ovarium (indung telur), dan endometrium (lapisan dalam Rahim). Sedangkan dampak buruk childfree terhadap aspek kesehatan mental biasanya itu terlihat saat usia pernikahan sudah berjalan cukup lama. Perempuan yang tidak memiliki anak akan mengalami kesepian, depresi, dan tekanan psikologi yang besar pada usia lanjut (tua).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Islamic financial literacy at An-Nikmah School in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation of students representing 30 people divided between grades 8 and 9. The results of the study indicate that Islamic financial literacy in this school is still low due to the lack of education and the lack of teaching materials available in a language that is easy for students to understand. To overcome this, various strategies are carried out such as the integration of Islamic financial literacy into the curriculum, sharia transaction simulations, and wider socialization to students and educators. The conclusion of this study found that there is a great opportunity to improve Islamic financial literacy by utilizing digital technology and support from the local Muslim community. Increasing Islamic financial literacy is expected to help students understand and apply the principles of Islamic finance in everyday life. Abstract

Yensinta Puspita Sari (2025), “Marketing Strategy to Increase Tourist Visits to Do Madatu Tourist Attraction, North Toraja Regency” This study aims to design a marketing strategy to increase tourist visits to Do Madatu tourist attraction, North Toraja Regency. The approach used is a Qualitative approach and SWOT analysis to determine the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and threats faced in marketing and tourism management. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the 5A tourism marketing strategy is an important part of increasing tourist visits to Do Madatu tourist attraction, North Toraja Regency. The role of the local government in terms of tourism marketing can also be part of the supporting factors for the development of tourism itself. Abstract

The higher the goal of optimal performance, the higher the obstacles to achieving this performance, so village cadres measure organizational performance by looking at the number of visits by the community, especially the routine activities of Posyandu toddlers and the elderly, seeing how active community visits have not reached the target. The performance of cadres in achieving the target of active visits still needs to be improved. This research aims to test the knowledge sharing variable, motivation, on the performance of cadres with learning organization as an intervening variable. This study uses a quantitative research approach. This research was conducted at Cabean Demak Village Cadres. The research population was all cadres with saturated sampling techniques; all people were sampled. The regression equation in this study is through 2 equations, namely the first equation Y1=0.339X1+0.610 X2 and Equation II Y2=0.331X1+0.293X2+0.376 Y1. So that it can be explained that the variable knowledge sharing, motivation has a positive and significant effect on learning organization and the variables of knowledge sharing, motivation and learning organization have a significant effect on the performance of cadres. In addition, the Sobel test shows that learning organization can mediate knowledge sharing and motivation on cadre performance. Abstract

Teknologi digital memegang peranan penting di dalam dunia pemasaran di era digital saat ini. Indonesia sudah memasuki revolusi industri 4.0 sehingga segala aktivitas dalam dunia industri harus mampu memanfaatkan teknologi digital yang telah ada. Kegiatan pembelian mahasiswa umumnya lebih mengarah pada pemenuhan kebutuhan psikologis. Beberapa E-Commerce situs website belanja online memanfaatkan teknologi digital, yaitu diantaranya Shopee. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada mahasiswa fakultas ekonomi Universitas Semarang. metode yang di gunakan dalam pengambilan sampel yaitu probability sampling dengan menggunkan pendekatan simple random sampling karena setiap orang pada seluruh populasi yang telah ditentukan memiliki kesempatan yang sama untuk dipilih menjadi sampel. Sedangkan untuk menentukan sampel peneliti menggunakan rumus unknow population maka sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 384 responden. Fokus penelitian ini adalah menganalisis bagaimana kesuksesan strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan marketplace shopee dalam upaya mempertahankan dan meningkatkan pengunjung atau pengguna pada marketplace shopee. Hasil penelitian ini akan melaporkan baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi impulse buying dimana hasil penelitian bahwa sales promotion, tagline “gratis ongkir” berpengaruh terhadap flash sale. Sales promotion, tagline “gratis ongkir” dan flash sale berpengaruh terhadap impulse buying. Flash sale mampu menjadi variabel intervening pada pengaruh sales promotion dan tagline “gratis ongkir” terhadap impulse buying. Kata Kunci : Sales Promotion, Gratis Ongkir, Flash Sale, Impulse Buying.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work environment, compensation, and workload on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variabel for Kopi Nuri employees. This research is included in quantitative research because the approach used for research proposals, processes, hypotheses, fieldwork, data analysis, and conclusions up to writing uses aspects of measurement, calculation, formulas, and certainty of numerical data. The population in this study was all Kopi Nuri employees. While the sampel in this study was all Kopi Nuri employees, totaling 96 employees. These results indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, the workload has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, the work environment has no significant effect on employee performance, compensation has no significant effect on employee performance, the workload has a positive and significant effect on performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work environment on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction, compensation on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction, the workload on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction.
