Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the partial influence of Locus of Control on self-efficacy incentives on the effectiveness of employee performance job satisfaction on self-efficacy. with the population of employees of PT. Harapan Sejahtera Karya Utama has 69 employees. This study uses a sampling technique using a total sampling technique with a total of 69 respondents. Data analysis techniques used are primary data obtained from questionnaires that are distributed, while secondary data are sourced from articles,journals,and books that are references to this research. Based on the results of the study, it was found that Locus of Control has a positive and significant influence on the effectiveness of employee performance of PT. Harapan Sejahtera Karya Utama . Incentives have a positive and significant influence on the effectiveness of employee performance PT. Harapan Sejahtera Karya Utama. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on the self-efficacy of PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of work discipline and work motivation simultaneously on the satisfaction of contract employees CV. Kibar Sandang Nusantara, to determine the influence of work discipline on the job satisfaction of contract employees CV. Kibar Sandang Nusantara, to determine the influence of work motivation on the satisfaction of contract employees CV. Kibar Sandang Nusantara. The population in this study is 32 contract employees. The sample taken was all contract employees. The method used in this study is descriptive with a quantitative approach using classical assumption tests, multiple regression and hypothesis tests. Data processing was carried out using SPSS version 26. The results of the study showed that work discipline and work motivation had an effect on the job satisfaction of contract employees CV. Kibar Sandang Nusantara. Then the results of further research show that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of contract employees CV. Kibar Sandang Nusantara. Furthermore, the results of data processing showed that work motivation had a positive effect on the job satisfaction of contract employees CV. Kibar Sandang Nusantara.

Abstract

This study explores the application of the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) Model in the Village Deliberation in Walesi District, Jayawijaya Regency, Papua Pegunungan Province, with a focus on community participation in local decision making. Qualitative methods were used to explore how PRA influenced the policy formulation process in four villages: Jagara, Tulima, Apenas, and Pawekama. This research was carried out involving District Heads, Village Heads and community leaders as the main informants. The data collection process used in-depth interviews and participatory observation, with the aim of identifying patterns of community participation in the Village Consultation Conference, as well as observing the impact of PRA implementation on local decisions. The collected data was analyzed thematically to explore the challenges faced in implementing PRA and understand the extent to which communities are involved in various stages of planning, implementation, utilization of results, and evaluation of local policies. The results of this research indicate that PRA has the potential to strengthen community participation in decision making. Public participation can be seen from the perspective of Arnstein's ladder of participation, which distinguishes various levels of participation ranging from simple information to full control over policy. These findings provide in-depth insight into how PRA can be used as a tool to improve the quality of community participation in the context of decentralization policy in Papua Pegunungan Province. Practically, this research provides recommendations for local governments and non-government organizations in increasing the effectiveness of the Village Deliberation through the PRA approach. These recommendations include increasing capacity and understanding of PRA for local stakeholders, strengthening communication mechanisms between stakeholders, and increasing transparency and accountability in the decision-making process. Thus, this research not only contributes to the literature on community participation in decision making, but also provides practical guidance for implementing participatory policies in remote areas such as Jayawijaya Regency, Papua Pegunungan Province.

Abstract

With an emphasis on how these elements collectively effect the value added of coffee in Kerinci District, Jambi, Indonesia, this study investigates how a blockchain model is established inside the distribution logistics system and how it affects farmer participation and product quality monitoring. The sample of 185 diverse participants who offered their viewpoints included coffee producers, wholesalers, processors, and consumers. Using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS), the study assessed the model's effectiveness. Results reveal a well-rounded demographic profile with positive attitudes on the blockchain model, distribution logistics, product quality tracking, and farmer involvement. Although significant positive correlations were found in the structural model, the measurement model demonstrated strong validity and reliability. Based on the overall goodness-of-fit indices, which indicate a satisfactory fit, the model accounts for 61% of the variance in the value added of coffee. By highlighting the critical role that technological breakthroughs, efficient logistics, quality control, and farmer involvement have in increasing total value, the results add to the body of knowledge on coffee supply chains. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra perusahaan, E-Wom, dan persepsi harga terhadap minat Beli Maskapai Garuda Indonesia (studi kasus pada masyarakat di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 105 responden. Penelitian ini mengambil data melalui kuesioner yang telah dibagikan kepada warga beirpeinghasilan di wilayah Kabupatein Sidoarjo. Variabel penelitian ini menggunakan variabel independen yaitu citra perusahaan (X1), electronic word of mouth (e-WoM) (X2), harga (X3), dan minat beli konsumen (Y). Alat analisis yang dipakai pada penelitian ini adalah dengan model Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik penerapan citra perusahaan, electronic word of mouth (e-WoM), harga semakin tingi minat beli pada Maskapai Garuda Indonesia di masyarakat Kabupaten Sidoarjo.

Abstract

The study aims to examine and analyze the effect of environmental social governance (ESG), audit quality, and business risk on firm value, with earnings management as a moderating variable. The population of this research is companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and indexed ESG Leaders for the period 2018–2022. Based on the sampling method with purposive samplings in the study period of five years, 20 companies or 100 observation data were obtained. Data collection uses documentation techniques collected from sustainability reports and annual reports. The analysis technique is moderated regression analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that ESG disclosure and audit quality have a positive and significant impact on firm value, but business risk has no significant effect on firm value. Earnings management is able to moderate the ESG and audit quality of firm value, but earnings management has not been proven to moderate business risk; rather, it was an independent predictor of moderation that influenced firm value.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Penghindaran Pajak, profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan melalui Good Corporate Governance sebagai variabel moderasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2016 hingga 2020 dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 193 perusahaan dengan teknk penarikan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, maka diperoleh sampel sebanyak 20 perusahaan dengan data amatan sebanyak 100 data. Teknik analisis data digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah dirumuskan sebelumnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat bantu pengolah data berupa software Wrap Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Penghindaran Pajak tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Good corporate governance tidak dapat memoderasi hubungan antara tax avoidace terhadap nilai perusahaan. Good corporate governance dapat memoderasi dan memperkuat hubungan antara profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of workload and intrinsic motivation on the performance of Simolawang Health Center employees with burnout as a moderating variable. This research uses quantitative approach with survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 46 respondents who are employees at Simolawang Health Center. The sampling technique used purposive judgment sampling. Data analysis was carried out using a Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) to test the research hypothesis. The results showed that workload has a significant negative effect on employee performance, the higher the workload, the lower employee performance will be, the less workload, the employee performance will increase. Intrinsic motivation on employee performance of Simolawang Health Center, the results showed that intrinsic motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance. However, burnout as a moderating variable proved to be not significant and did not play a role in having an impact on the relationship between workload and employee performance, burnout as a moderating variable is not significant and does not have an impact on the relationship between intrinsic motivation and employee performance. This study provides implications in the management of human resources in health centers in the preparation of the main tasks and work functions of employees to create a good and conducive work environment.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of work motivation, co-worker support, and religiosity on job satisfaction of Koppontren Al-Anis Kartasura employees. This study uses probability sampling and 30 respondents who are employees of Koppontren Al-Anis Kartasura. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study was all employees of Koppontren Al-Anis Kartasura, totaling 30 people. The sampling technique is the saturated sampling technique, which is a sample determination technique where all members of the population are sampled, so that the sample for this research consists of 30 people as respondents. The results of this research indicate that partially work motivation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction based on the ttest (3,036) > ttable (1,705). Coworkers support has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction based on the ttest (2.067) > ttable (1.705). Religiosity has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction based on the ttest (2.353) > ttable (1.705). Work motivation, co-worker support, and religiosity have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction simultaneously. Work motivation as the most dominant independent variable affects job satisfaction as the dependent variable.

Abstract

This research aims to improve assertive behavior skills through implementing ADLX-based learning design with a terpadu approach for class VIII D students at SMPIT Abu Bakar Yogyakarta. The research approach uses a classroom action research design carried out in two cycles. The stages in this research consist of 2 cycles, each cycle there are four research steps, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The research instruments were questionnaires and observations. The data analysis technique uses non-parametric quantitative data analysis, using Wilcoxon matched-pair test analysis for paired data. The research results showed that there was an increase in each cycle with initial data by score of 86, cycle 1 increased 102 and cycle 2 increased 112. Pretest was 71.7%, then posttest was 85.0% and posttest 2 was 93.3%. The increase was 13.3% after cycle 1 and cycle 2 have been applied, it increased to 21.7%. The aspect of assertive behavior also increased, namely the aspect of the ability to act based on self-esteem increased by 23%, the aspect of considering other people's points of view by 19%. The aspect of expressing positive thoughts and feelings is 26% and the aspect of controlling actions and being responsible is 13%.
