Abstract

This study aims to describe the practice of village funds planning for tourism village development in Sepakung Village. This research uses descriptive qualitative with the type of data used is primary data. Data acquired by interviews and documentation. Qualitive analysis method used data reduction, data presentation, data comparison and conclusion. The results and discussion of this research indicate that the village funds planning for tourism village development in Sepakung Village is well implemented and corresponding with the applicable regulation from Minister of the Interior Regulation Number 114 of 2014 about Village Development Guidelines and Central Java Governor Regulation Number 53 of 2019 about Guide Intruction of Central Java Local Regulation Number 2 of 2019 about Tourism Village Development in Central Java Province. Altough there are difference in the making of RKPDes that little bit slower approximately 1 month than reccomended time by the goverment. Keywords: village fund, tourism, planning

Abstract

This research aims to determine (1) the partial influence of sales promotion on the development of customer e-satisfaction, (2) the partial influence of brand experience on the development of customer e-satisfaction, as well as (3) the influence of sales promotion and brand experience simultaneously on the development of DANA customer e-satisfaction in Bandung City. Sales Promotion and Brand Experience are two factors that can influence the development of Customer E-Satisfaction. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who are DANA app users, domicile in Bandung City. Researcher was using quantitative method with correlation analysis and multiple linear regression techniques, while for the hypothesis testing researcher was using coefficient of determination test (R2), T test and F test. The results show that there are a partial and simultaneous influences between Sales Promotion and Brand Experience on the development Customer E-satisfaction. Abstract

The purpose of this study if determine the effect of leverage and firm size on firm value with profitability asintervening variable. The population in this study are Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2015-2019 period using a purposive sampling method, 14 companies were selected in the sample. Analysis of the data path analysis and sobel test which is assisted with SPSS 21 software. Based on the result of testing the data determine that leverage and firm size have a significant effect on profitability. Leverage and profitability have a significant effect on firm value but, firm size have not significant effect on firm value. Profitabilit not to be able to mediate the effect of leverage and firm size on firm value. Keyword : Leverage, Firm Size, Firm Value, Profitability

Abstract

The company seeks to improve the quality of human resources. Improving employee performance requires planned activities from the company, improvement and development of a quality culture in order to compete with other companies. This study aims to determine and explain training, commitment and work experience to the performance of employees of PT. Kembang Mas Global Indotrade Surakarta. The study sample was 75 employees and used multiple linear regression methods. The results of this study are the variables of training, commitment and work experience together or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Kembang Mas Global Indotrade Surakarta. Partially, training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work experience has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Employee performance variables can be explained by the variables of training, commitment and work experience of 41.2% and 58.8% influenced by other variables. Abstract

Persaingan bisnis saat ini setiap perusahaan harus mampu merespon keadaan ekonomi dengan cepat dan tepat untuk persaingan bisnis yang bergerak sangat dengan dinamis dan penuh ketidakpastiaan akan persaingan pasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan dan menjelaskan peran program diskon, media iklan dan word of mouth terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Factory Outlet Rown Division Surakarta. Sampel penelitian sampel accidental sampling sebanyak 100 konsumen dengan metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian program diskon, media iklan dan word of mouth secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Factory Outlet Rown Division Surakarta. Kontribusi dari ketiga variabel independen dapat menjelaskan keputusan pembelian sebesar 43,5% dan sisanya dipengaruhi dari variabel lain. Kata kunci: program diskon, media iklan, word of mouth, keputusan pembelian Abstrack Business competition today, every company must be able to respond to economic conditions quickly and precisely for business competition that moves very dynamically and is full of uncertainty about market competition. This study aims to determine and explain the role of discount programs, advertising media and word of mouth on purchasing decisions at Factory Outlet Rown Division Surakarta. The sample research sample is 100 consumers accidental sampling with multiple linear regression method. The results of research on discount programs, advertising media and word of mouth simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Factory Outlet Rown Division Surakarta. The contribution of the three independent variables can explain the purchase decision by 43,5% and the rest is influenced by other variables. Abstract

The study was conducted to obtain empirical evidence related to the effect of good corporate governance mechanisms on the financial performance of banking companies. The population are banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. Total population of registered banking companies is 45 companies. This research uses purposive sampling technique. From the total of population, only 25 conventional general banking companies meet the criteria. After that multiplied by the research period of five years, then there are 125 samples in this study. The analysis technique used is regression analysis which is a method of analyzing research hypotheses with the aim of testing the overall presence or absence of the influence of one variable with another variable. Based on the results of the study "The Effect of Good Corporate Governance Mechanisms on Financial Performance in Conventional Commercial Banks Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2015-2019 " the following conclusions were obtained: The Board of Directors has an effect on the financial performance (Return On Assets) of Conventional Commercial Banks. The Board of Commissioners does not affect the financial performance (Return On Assets) at Conventional Commercial Banks. The Audit Committee has an effect on financial performance (Return On Assets) at Conventional Commercial Banks. Keywords: good corporate governance, financial performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Leverage and Firm Size on Profitability. This research was conducted on metal sub-sector companies and the like on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2015-2019 period. The sampling method used in this study is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique, namely by using specified criteria. Data collected through secondary data. The data used were tested with multiple linear regression data analysis techniques and hypothesis testing with SPSS version 21 as a tool. The results showed that leverage has a negative and insignificant effect on profitability, while firm size has a positive and insignificant effect on profitability. Companies are expected to be careful and take advantage of the use of high debt in the long term, because it can reduce profits for the company. Assets that are used as collateral are also considered to get debt whose value is greater than the return on assets received by the company. In order not to have a high risk of company bankruptcy. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, harga, dan fasilitas terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Ahass Nusantara Sakti Nguter. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini seluruh pelanggan pada Ahass Nusantara Sakti Nguter tahun 2017-2019 yaitu 15.228 orang. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 orang. Dalam penelitian ini teknik penarikan dan pengambilan sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik Convenience Sampling. Teknik analisa yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil pengujian pada variabel kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, harga berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Sedangkan hasil pengujian pada variabel fasilitas menunjukkan tidak. berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Variabel kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Ahass Nusantara Sakti Nguter.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1. Pengaruh pendidikan kewirusahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa pada Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Pasaman, 2. Pengaruh Kepribadian terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa pada Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Pasaman dan 3. Pengaruh pendidikan kewirusahaan dan Kepribadian terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa pada Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Pasaman. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian yang bersifat asosiatif,. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa program studi manajamen Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Pasaman. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode non probability sampling yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel yang tidak memberi peluang/kesempatan sama bagi setiap unsur atau anggota populasi untuk dipilih menjadi sampel. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penentuan sampel dengan teknik ini menggunakan beberapa kriteria yaitu: 1. Mahasiswa minimal semester IV (Empat), 2. Mahasiswa yang telah mengikuti mata kuliah kewirausahaan. Penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus Roscoe, maka jumlah sampelnya adalah 3 x 10 = 30 responden.Uji data yag digunakan yaitu uji validitas dan reliabilitas, teknik analisa data dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1. Pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa pada Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Pasaman dengan nilai t sebesar 1.455 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (0,05). 3. Pendidikan kewirausahaan dan kepribadian berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa pada Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Pasaman dengan nilai F Sebesar 10.401 dan signifikansi uji F adalah 0,000 (

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure, firm size, liquidity, and asset growth on the financial performance of companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for the 2018-2020 period. Total population in this study is 210 companies. The sampling method used purposive sampling with the criteria of companies listed on JII successively during the 2018-2020 period and publishing financial reports on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 2018-2020. Based on these criteria, 117 observational data were obtained. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis method to see the relationship between variables. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that Capital Structure has a significant negative effect on Financial Performance, Firm Size has a significant negative effect on Financial Performance, Liquidity has a negative but not significant effect on Financial Performance, Asset Growth has a significant positive effect on Financial Performance.
