Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, work environment and discipline on employee performance at PT. Cokro Supertirta Klaten. Research data obtained from questionnaires with the number of respondents 42 respondents who are employees of PT. Cokro Supertirta Klaten. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The equation model is processed using the SPSS for windows version 1.6 application. The results showed that the leadership, work environment and work discipline simultaneously had a significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. Cokro Supertirta Klaten. Leadership, work environment and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Cokro Supertirta Klaten. The results of the coefficient of determination can be concluded that the variables of motivation, discipline and work environment provide a positive contribution of 66.1% to the dependent variable, while the remaining 33.9% is influenced by other factors outside the variables studied, such as providing incentives or educational level or factors. other. Abstract

This research took place at the Surakarta Batik Education Foundation. This type of research is a quality or correlational relationship which will explain the asymmetrical relationship between the variables studied. The research sample was 74 teachers of the Surakarta Batik Education Foundation. Collecting data using questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used multiple regression test, F test, t test, and determination test (R2). The results showed: 1) There is an effect of leadership quality, workload, communication and teacher competence together on the teacher performance of the Surakarta Batik Education Foundation. Thus, the better the quality of leadership, workload, communication and teacher competence, the better the performance of teachers at the Surakarta Batik Education Foundation. 2) There is an effect of leadership quality on teacher performance. Thus, the better the quality of leadership, the higher the performance of teachers at the Surakarta Batik Education Foundation. 3) There is an effect of workload on teacher performance. Thus, the better the level of workload, the higher the performance of teachers at the Surakarta Batik Education Foundation. 4) There is an effect of communication on teacher performance. Thus, the better the level of communication, the higher the performance of teachers at the Surakarta Batik Education Foundation. 5) There is an effect of competence on teacher performance. Thus, the better the level of competence, the higher the performance of teachers at the Surakarta Batik Education Foundation. Abstract

The use of the internet not only for communication and finding information, but also for online transaction. One of e-commerce that is developing in Indonesia is JD.id. However, Indonesian people's interest in JD.id is still relatively low, where in Q2 2020 JD.id was ranked sixth, which means JD.id is still not the main choice of Indonesian people in using e-commerce. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze how much effect of trust, security and ease of use of the application have on repurchase interest in JD.id. The sample in this study were 100 consumers who had used JD.id determined by purposive sampling technique. This research is a quantitative research with survey method, where this research is causal associative. The method of data collection in this research is using the method of distributing questionnaires through social media. The data analysis technique used in this research is path analysis using the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results of the study found that trust, security and ease of use of the application partially and simultaneously had a significant positive effect on repurchase interest in JD.ID.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the interest of new students in STMIK Agamua Wamena of 2020 towards computers. This is a descriptive research with survey method. The type of data collection from this research is distributing questionnaires using a list of questions that have been prepared previously and used as a guide in digging up data. The questionnaire instrument consists of 10 (ten) statements. The questionnaire was tested for validity and reliability using SPSS. The questionnaire was prepared using a Likert scale of 1-4 (4 = strongly agree; 3 = agree; 2 = disagree; 1 = strongly disagree). The analytical method used is simple statistical analysis, by accumulating the number of points for each parameter that is visualized into a graph. The results of this study are the interest or interest of new students towards computers is quite large, as seen from the number of percentages who agree and strongly agree more than those who strongly disagree and disagree. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of return on equity (roe), earnings per share (EPS), and price to book value (PBV) on the stock prices of companies in the property and real estate subsector. Sampling using purposive sampling method, the sample used in this study were 18 property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2018-2019 per quarter. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the tools used is the SPSS version 16 program. The results of hypothesis testing are the variables return on equity (roe), earnings per share (eps), and price to book value (pbv) simultaneously or simultaneously have an effect. To share prices in property and real estate sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2019 per quarter. Partially the earnings per share and price to book value variables have a significant positive effect, while the return on equity (roe) variable has a significant negative effect on the stock prices of property and real estate sub-sector companies listed on the IDX in 2018-2019 per quarter. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect ofbeauty vlogger and celebrity endorser on purchasing decisions of Wardah cosmetic products in Kinali society. The number of samples in this study were 96 people. Based on the results of the study, there is an insignificant effect between beauty vloggers on purchasing decisions, as evidenced by the Tvaluearithmetic of 1.455 with a significant value of 0.149 > 0.05. Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of anger, anxiety, overconfidence, herding effect, and self-monitoring. Investment decisions consist of investment experience, predictability of stock trends, investment amount, investment period, investment options, risk and return preferences, investment losses, and investment gains. The object of variable x is anger, anxiety, Overconfidence, Herding Effect, Self-Monitoring and variable y is investment decision. The sample data studied were 60 students of Stikubank University Semarang, the 2017 night class accounting study program, which were sampled and selected randomly. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire method which was distributed directly to all respondents. The results of this study indicate that the variables of anger, anxiety, herding effect, and self-monitoring can have an influence on investment decisions in the S1 accounting study program for the evening class students of Stikubank University Semarang. Meanwhile, the overconfidence variable has no effect on investment decisions for students at Stikubank University Semarang in the 2017 night class accounting study program Keywords: Anger traits, anxiety traits, herding effect, self – monitoring, overconfidence.

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the partial and simultaneous influence of financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, and learning and growth perspective on the performance of Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI). Abstract

This study aims to find out if peak management support can influence the utilization of accounting information systems and whether organizational culture can also influence the utilization of accounting information systems. This research was conducted using quantitative approach and using primary data in the form of questionnaires. Questionnaire using google form and distributed using whattapp application. This study used 87 samples, with respondents users of accounting information systems in klaten district. Sampling techniques use purposive sampling techniques. The results of this study showed that the support of top management has no effect on the utilization of accounting information systems, but the culture of the organization has an influence on the utilization of accounting information systems.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to obtain information and results of banking business developments during the 2019-2020 period of the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia, seeing that the function of banking as an intermediary institution is seen from financial performance, namely capital, assets, management, earnings, and liquidity. Where capital is measured by (CAR), assets is measured by (NPL), management is measured by (ROE), earnings is measured by (BOPO), and liquidity is measured by (LDR) then the implications for the value of banking companies. The sample used in this study were 43 companies with 2 observations in 2019-2020. The data analysis of this research is the dependent sample t test (paired sample t-test) and then develops it with the financial ratio data owned so that it becomes a link between the variables in the study. The results showed: CAR between before and during the pandemic (Ho rejected, H1 accepted). The results of the H2 test show that there is a significant difference in bank performance, as measured by NPL between before and during the pandemic (Ho rejected, H2 accepted). The results of the H3 test show that there is an insignificant difference in bank performance, as measured by ROE between before and during the pandemic (Ho is accepted, H3 is rejected). The results of the H4 test show that there is a significant difference in bank performance, as measured by BOPO between before and during the pandemic (Ho is rejected, H4 is accepted), of course this fourth hypothesis is not accepted if it uses a high level of confidence. And the results of the H5 test show that there is an insignificant difference to bank performance, as measured by LDR between before and during the pandemic (Ho is accepted, H5 is rejected) and the implications for the value of banking companies are that performance affects the value of banking companies.
