Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational arrangements and work motivation on employee performance with intervening variables of work satisfaction in the directorate of high schools, the ministry of education and culture. Quantitative research approach. In instrument testing using validity and reliability tests, data analysis is used using Path Analysis using spss version 23 applications. The results showed that: 1) there is an indirect influence of organizational arrangements on employee performance with intervening variables of job satisfaction, 2) there is an indirect influence of work motivation on employee performance with variable intervening job satisfaction, 3) there is an indirect influence of organizational arrangement and work motivation together on employee performance with intervening variables of job satisfaction, 4) there is no direct influence of organizational arrangements on employee performance, 5) there is a direct influence of work motivation on employee performance in the Directorate of High School, 6) there is a direct influence of job satisfaction on employee performance, and 7) there is a direct influence of organizational arrangement and work motivation together on employee performance with intervening variables of job satisfaction in the Directorate of Senior Secondary Education, Ministry of Education and Culture.

Abstract

The laboratory is an important facility for education, research, service, quality testing or quality control as well as to support the learning process in schools or universities. The use of laboratories to be effective requires the best management.. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of the Biology laborator. This research is a descriptive quantitative research. This study uses observation techniques, completeness of documents (document study), interviews, and questionnaires in collecting data. The population used in this study were students majoring in Biology education and Biology majoring, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences UAD, while the samples taken were 82 students by random sampling. The results showed that the use of the Biology laboratory of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences UAD in planning practicum activities was in the good category of 67.67%, the use of the biology laboratory was in the good category of 74.7% and the evaluation results of practicum activities were in the good category of 71.01%. The effectiveness of student success in participating in biology practicum is in the effective category with an average overall score of 70.22, The use of good laboratory management and improvement of laboratory facilities and infrastructure are expected to increase the use of laboratories more effectively

Abstract

The emergence of the corona virus in 2020 has devastated the economy in Indonesia, making the strength of MSMEs re-examined. The decline in turnover in the non-culinary sector reached 30-35% due to restrictions on activities that made it difficult for business actors to make face-to-face sales. Therefore, SMEs must be able to master digital marketing. Utilizing the marketing concept through the use of digital technology, it is hoped that MSMEs will be able to develop and become the center of economic power. The current era of technology is indeed unavoidable, through digital marketing it is possible for MSME actors to market their products online, offer and make online banking system payment transactions. This study aims to analyze the entrepreneurial marketing model through digital marketing as a moderating variable in improving sales performance. in MSMEs in Semarang City. The population in this study were MSME actors who were registered at the Cooperatives and MSMEs Service in the city of Semarang. The sampling technique used by the author in conducting this research is using simple random sampling, namely taking samples from the population randomly, using the Slovin formula, obtained 98 samples. The method of data analysis was carried out by testing instrument validity and reliability, testing classical assumptions, testing hypotheses and testing moderating variables using MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis). The results showed a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial marketing in increasing the sales volume of MSMEs in Semarang City, but the effect of digital marketing as a moderating on sales volume in the first output had a significant effect and the interaction effect on the second output had no significant effect, meaning digital marketing as a moderating variable in the relationship between the method of marketing performance is a predictor moderator. Abstract

This study discusses the Development of Pottery Entrepreneurship, Malo District, Bojonegoro Regency. The problem in this research is how is the marketing strategy used in developing the pottery craft business so that it can survive in the midst of intense competition in other handicraft businesses that exist today. The type of research used is qualitative research in the form of applied research, which takes place in the center of the pottery industry, Rendeng Village, Malo District, Bojonegoro Regency. The analysis in this study was carried out using inductive analysis techniques using interactive analysis models and the preparation of community empowerment strategies with SWOT analysis using cross strategies, namely the strategy of utilizing all strengths to seize opportunities, strategies for overcoming weaknesses to seize opportunities, strategies for utilizing all strengths to overcome threats and strategies to overcome weaknesses and threats. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, eight strategies were produced for the pottery industry in Rendeng Village, Malo District, Bojonegoro Regency, (1) Opening new outlets, (2) Utilizing social media to sell products, (3) Activating promotions, (4) Adding capital to increase sales. production capacity, (5) Improving the quality of products and services, (6) Developing new products, (7) Improving managerial capabilities, (8) Improving the quality of human resources. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan (bersamaan) maupun secara parsial variabel kompetensi pemasar, fasilitas dan brand image terhadap keputusan menginap pada Hotel Ramada Suites by Wyndham di Surakarta. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi tamu yang menginap di Hotel Ramada Suites by Wyndham selama 3 bulan dari bulan Januari 2021 sampai dengan Maret 2021 sebanyak 4231 orang tamu. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik Probability Sampling dengan jumlah sampel 61 responden. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan analisis statistik yaitu uji regresi linear berganda, uji F, uji t, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi pemasar, fasilitas dan brand image secara simultan dan signifikan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan menginap pada Hotel Ramada Suites by Wyndham di Surakarta. Variabel bahwa kompetensi pemasar, fasilitas dan brand image berpengaruh terhadap keputusan menginap sebesar 0,749 atau 74,9% sedangkan 25,1% dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak diteliti, seperti harga, kualitas produk, lokasi dan lain-lain. Saran dari penelitian ini, Hotel Ramada Suites by Wyndham di Surakarta terus meningkatkan kompetensi pemasar, fasilitas dan brand image yang ada, sehingga akan membuat keputusan menginap dari konsumen juga akan semakin meningkat dan menjadi lebih baik dari sebelumnya. Abstract

RSUD Cibinong is a government agency in the field of health services type B shade Bogor Regency, which is responsible for serving the community in the field of health. One of the problems faced by the medical record unit is the low performance of employees allegedly affected by various causal factors, such as leadership style, competence and work discipline. In order to analyze the problem, the method used a double linear regression analysis using SPSS 23 program. This study was conducted in 120 respondents. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of leadership style, cooperation and work discipline on the employee's performance and to analyze among the three dependent variables that have the most dominant influence on the employee's performance in the medical record unit of RSUD Cibinong. From regression test results, the dominant factors affecting employee performance in RSUD Cibinong are the leadership style variables, this can be seen from the beta coefficient value of the leadership style variable of 0.515, followed by competence with a beta coefficient of 0.321 and working discipline with a beta coefficient of 0.143 value. The conclusion is that employees' performance is influenced by leadership styles, competencies and work disciplines. Leaders should have a flexible attitude towards their employees, not only choosing people who are only close personally without having competent competence and work discipline. But the leader must embrace all its employees to achieve the objectives of the Organization in the team so that the results do not make the employees feel uncomfortable working with his own leadership and small value for the community who found the service At RSUD Cibinong. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze whether the board of commissioners is independent, komiteaudit, institutional ownership, managerial ownership which is a component of corporate governance towards profit management with moderation of profitability (Study on Transportation Companies in Indonesia Year 2017-2019). Sampling techniques using motedo purpose sampling. This study used 78 transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019.The method used in this study was simple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study are:1) the independent board of commissioners has an influence on profit management, 2) the audit committee has no influence on profit management, 3) institutional ownership has no effect on profit management, 4) managerial ownership affects profit management practices, 5) profitability cannnot moderate the influence of the independent board of commissioners on profit management, 6) profitability cannot moderate the influence of the audit committee on profit management, 7) profitability cannot moderate the influence of institutional ownership on profit management, 8) profitability cannot moderate the influence of managerial ownership on profit management. Abstract

Timeliness of financial reporting is a condition in which issuers submit their financial reports to the IDX according to the time limit determined by the OJK, which is March 31, unless otherwise determined by the OJK. Examine and analyze the relationship between profitability and timeliness of financial reporting which is moderated by company size in terms of the purpose of the research. There were 16 samples from 29 food and beverage companies listed on the IDX during 2018-2020 which were obtained with the help of purposive sampling. The analytical technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS) with the SmartPLS version 3.0 tool. The research results prove that profitability does not affect the timeliness of financial reporting, moderated profitability by company size also does not affect the timeliness of financial reporting. There are a few components that can affect the presentation of financial statements as quickly as possible to the public.

Abstract

Wingko is a special snack that comes from Babat, Lamongan. In its development wingko spread in various areas in Lamongan and surrounding areas. The wingko tripe industry in 2010 was able to produce up to 1.500 wingko each day, while in 2020 it decreased to 1.000 wingko/day. The competition that occurs makes production unstable, even decreased. Therefore, research is needed on the strategy of wingko Babat industrial development. This research aims to design a wingko Babat industrial development strategy to develop and open jobs for the surrounding residents and increase the original income of the Lamongan regency. This research was conducted in January-May 2021 on wingko Babat industry players using Fred R David's Strategy Formulation Framework method that combines External Factor Evaluation (EFE) and Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) data, then conducted SWOT and Grand Strategy analysis. The results of this study show that several strategies must be carried out by the wingko Babat industry; maintaining product quality, product development, taking care of halal permits, marketing with online media, product diversification, improving business management systems, and establishing cooperation with local governments. Therefore, wingko Babat industry players are expected to be able to implement some of these strategies to be able to compete, especially during the covid-19 pandemic.
