Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Return On Equity, Current Ratio, and Debt To Equity Ratio on prices in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this research is food and beverage companies for the period 2016-2019. Samples were taken by purposive sampling technique. The sample that meets the criteria and can be analyzed is 11 companies from 25 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2019, so that the data collected are 44. The data collection method used is documentation. The data analysis technique used classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the proposed test using the t test, the key is that (1) Return on Equity has a significant positive effect on stock prices. (2) Current Ratio has no significant effect on stock prices. (3) Debt to Equity Ratio has no significant effect on stock prices. Keywords : ROE, CR, DER, stock price

Abstract

This study aims to prove the simultaneous and partial effect of Customer Satisfaction in terms of store atmosphere, menu variations and service on Coffee Shop Kapal Kopi Karanganyar. This research is quantitative descriptive. The population is all Coffee Shop Kapal Kopi Karanganyar buyers. The number of samples used by Sugiyono's guidelines, amounting to 100 respondents, the sample was taken by purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis. The concluded of this researched is store atmosphere, menu variations and service significantly towards customer satisfaction for Coffee Shop Kapal Kopi Karanganyar. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the effects of family work conflict, work stress, work load and work performance. The study was conducted at women workers in the acquired garment. Data is processed using the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) which assisted by application program of Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) version 18.0. According to the analysis, it is concluded as the followings: family work conflict has a positive effect on work stress (CR =6,061); work load has a positive effect on work stres (CR = 2,793); family work conflict has a not effect on work performances (CR = -0.899); work load has a negative effect on work performances (CR =-3,123) and work stres has a negative effect on work performances(CR =-3,908) Keyword : Work Conflict, Work Stres, Work Load, Work Performances

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat budaya konsumsi pada masyarakat postmodern seperti saat ini, terutama jika dilihat dari sudut pandang syariah (Islam). Kemajuan dan perkembangan teknologi juga menjadi fokus kajian dalam penelitian ini, hal tersebut dikarenakan peneliti juga ingin melihat pengaruh kemajuan dan perkembangan teknologi terhadap budaya konsumsi pada masyarakat postmodern. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma penelitian intepretif di mana studi fenomenologi transendental menjadi alat analisisnya. Subyek penelitian ini adalah “manusia akuntansi”, yaitu orang-orang yang pernah dan atau sedang mengambil studi akuntansi, di mana mereka pernah memperoleh materi terkait akuntansi dan keuangan. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberi gambaran dan masukan terkait pengembangan teknologi dan pengaruhnya atas budaya konsumsi masyarakat Indonesia yang sebagian besar menganut agama Islam. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the e-SPTPD application in hotel, restaurant, entertainment, and parking tax payments on taxpayer compliance with taxpayer satisfaction as a moderating variable. The sample used in this study is the community of digital payment users in the Special Region of Yogyakarta Province. . The research sample used convenience sampling method and obtained 66 respondents. This research uses SmartPLS 3.3.3 software. The results of this study indicate that the e-SPTPD application has a positive relationship with taxpayer compliance. Satisfaction as a moderating variable cannot strengthen the effect of the e-SPTPD application on taxpayer compliance. Abstract

Penelitian didasarkan pada kenyataan bahwa ada fluktuasi perbedaan yang tajam pada kinerja perusahaan di Bursa Efek Indonesia sehingga memunculkan adanya fenomena gap. Fenomena gap diketahui adanya inkonsistensi pengaruh variabel institutional ownership, managerial ownership, likuiditas, TATO, leverage, dan firm size terhadap ROE dan dampaknya pada nilai perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel institutional ownership, managerial ownership, likuiditas, TATO, leverage, dan firm size, terhadap ROE dan dampaknya pada nilai perusahaan pada industri real estate dan property yang listed di BEI periode Tahun 2016-2020. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan real estate dan property yang listed di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode Tahun 2016-2020. Sampel penelitian menggunakan purposive sampling, dengan kriteria: (1) Perusahaan real estate dan property yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan pengklasifikasian ICMD (Indonesian capital market directory) tahun 2016-2020. (2) Perusahaan real estate dan property yang menerbitkan laporan keuangan secara lengkap dari tahun 2016-2020 berturut-turut, (3) Perusahaan real estate dan property yang memperoleh laba pada periode penelitian tahun 2016-2020. Sampel diambil dari Indonesian Capital Market Directory periode 2016-2020 sejumlah 15 perusahaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regressi. Dari hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa data managerial ownership, likuiditas, TATO, leverage, dan firm size secara parsial signifikan terhadap ROE industri real estate dan property periode 2016-2020 pada level of significance kurang dari 5%, dan institutional ownership, managerial ownership berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan level of significance lebih kurang dari 5%. Implikasi kebijakan yang disarankan agar perusahaan perlu memprioritaskan institutional ownership dalam meningkatkan nilai perusahaan. Abstract

The era of globalization of the business world in Indonesia is growing very rapidly, this is due to the existence of several economic policies that are being launched by the government in the form of deregulation and debureaucracy. Qualitative research methods using SPSS. The population used is 950 and samples taken are 90 respondents using the Slovin formula. The variables in this study consist of independent variables, namely brand, promotion and online marketing, while the dependent variable is consumer loyalty. To determine the effect simultaneously and partially, multiple linear regression analysis is used. The conclusion of this research is that there is a simultaneous and partial influence of brand, promotion and online marketing on consumer loyalty of gamis afifathin. The dominant variable affecting consumer loyalty is brand. Keywords: Brand, Promotion, Online Marketing and Consumer Loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there were differing perceptions of consumers of modern minimarkets (Alfamart) and grocery stores based on price, service,product and location. This research is quantitative research, comparative method by drawing conclusions through statistical analysis. The population in this study are consumers who shop at grocery and Alfamart stores. Samples were taken as manyas 100 respondents. Data needed through documents and questionnaires. The questionnaire was test edusingvalidityandreliability.Thedataanalysistechniqueusedwasmulticollinearitytest,heteroscedastitytest,normalitytest,autocorrelationtest. The results of this study show that: 1) Price (X1) there is a significant differencebetween Alfamart and the grocery store Test t -0.755

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of family, reference groups and perceptions on purchasing decisions for Honda motorcycles in Surakarta City. This research approach uses quantitative research methods, in the form of empirical research with the object of the people of Surakarta City who have Honda motorcycles with 128 respondents as the research sample. All hypotheses in this study were proven, namely that either partially or simultan the Family, Reference Groups and Perceptions Variables had a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the determinants of the success of small and medium enterprises (SME’s) with various types of businesses. Researched as many as 90 SME’s located in Tangerang City. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents who were selected as research samples. The analysis technique uses SEM with Smart PLS devices. The results of this study indicate that (1) product innovation has a positive and significant effect on the success of SMEs; (2) Customer service excellence has a positive and significant impact on the success of SMEs; (3) Delivery has a positive and significant effect on the success of SMEs and (4) Brand reputation has a positive and significant effect on the success of SMEs. The results of the analysis in this study also show that 75% of the variance of SME success is influenced by product innovation, customer service excellence, delivery and brand reputation.
