Abstract

The construction industry involves many parties with various competencies and is related to the role of human resources in construction service companies. Human resource governance has contributed to the success and smooth operation of construction service companies. Human resources must be managed properly. Various management policy actions seek to utilize humans as a driver for the realization of organizational goals. Employee performance is an indication of the achievement of company goals. Supervision, compensation system, and organizational commitment are elements that affect employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of supervision, compensation system, and organizational commitment on employee performance. The research was conducted in a construction service company in Surabaya involving 61 employees as respondents. The study used multiple linear regression analysis involving t test and F test as an analytical tool. The results of this study prove that partially and simultaneously the three independent variables have a significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

This research has aim to tell the reader about describing the way of using pictures in the teaching of English language in Culinary major of study in STP Sahid Surakarta. Based on the lesson plan, The class activities consisted of four steps. They are: First activity is called apperception; it is the step to make students like to learn the material and it is as the step to introduce the materials about culinary. Second is delivering materials by using pictures as visual media. The activity iof this step including learning four skills; listening, writing, speaking and reading. Third step is practicing the skill that has benn learned. It is used to dig the students’ progress after the activities. Fourth is the assessment; it is used to asses the understanding of the students about the material and the way of the writer in the teaching of english the students by using picture. The writer get the very significant effects after using pictures when the writer teaches. These effect are gotten by the writers are: teaching using pictures can increase the interest of the students about english language, teaching using picture can make the students pay attention to the material more than before, teaching using picture can help students to memorize the english vocabulary, Teaching using of pictures can create a happy situation for the students in teaching and learning activity. The last, The pictures can enrich the technique of English teaching in Culinary Study program at STP Sahid of Surakarta.

Abstract

The demographic dividend is a strategic opportunity for Indonesia to accelerate economic development, with the availability of human resources by productive age in significant numbers. However, the low quality of existing education makes the demographic dividend cannot be reaped optimally. One of the reasons for this indication is the high inequality in education, which reflects the quality of human resources. Besides, one of the indicators for analyzing educational inequality is the Index of Regional Education Advantage (IERA), which comprehensively analyzes educational inequality through Amartya Sen's capability approach. The dimensions used comprise enrolment, attainment, and provision. In this regard, the province with the highest IREA score is DKI Jakarta, whereas the province with the lowest IREA score is Papua. The high IREA score means the better the quality of education, the better the results of achieving basic education indicators, and the stronger the human resources. The study results revealed a fairly high educational disparity between the western and eastern regions of Indonesia, which was analyzed from the distribution of the IREA value of each province. Abstract

This study aims to analyze and discuss the effect of halal, taste, product variation on product purchasing decisions at Arabians Kebab UMS Surakarta. The research used is descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study were the customers of Arabians Kebab UMS Surakarta. The sample consisted of 100 respondents using accidental sampling technique. The data analysis technique used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The F test results show that halal, taste, and product variations simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. While the t test results show that partially halal has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, taste partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions and also product variations partially have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Arabians Kebab UMS Surakarta. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of poverty and Gross Regional Domestic Product partially on the Human Development Index (HDI) in Bojonegoro Regency in 2015-2019; to determine the effect of poverty and Gross Regional Domestic Product simultaneously on the Human Development Index (IPM) in Bojonegoro Regency in 2015-2019; and to find out the dominant variables affecting the Human Development Index (HDI) in Bojonegoro Regency in 2015-2019. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The method used is multiple linear regression using time series data and the analysis technique used is the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) model. In processing the data, the author uses Eviews 10 software. The results of the analysis in this study are the Poverty variable has a significant negative effect on the Human Development Index in Bojonegoro Regency and the Gross Regional Domestic Product variable has a positive and insignificant effect on the Human Development Index in Bojonegoro Regency. The dominant variable affecting the Human Development Index in Bojonegoro district is poverty.

Abstract

Dewasa ini di tengah pandemi Covid-19 yang belum usai banyak sekali para pelaku usaha tumbang karena kondisi perekonomian yang tak menentu. Utamanya para pelaku usaha berkategori mikro kecil. Namun dengan adanya mengubah mindset tantangan diubah menjadi sebuah kesempatan emas, banyak pelaku usaha yang mampu bertahan dengan melakukan beberapa kiat demi perubahan organisasi salah satunya CV. Candi Karya. Dengam mengkonstruksi komunikasi organisasi dan menejemen kinerja yang ada dalam organisasinya, mampu terbentuk perubahan organisasi yang bisa melayani konsumennya meski di tengah pandemi. Komunikasi organisasi merupakan salah satu strategi yang bisa dikembangkan oleh para pelaku usaha di tengah pandemi seperti saat ini untuk bisa terjadi perubahan organisasi sehingga operasional perusahaan mampu bertahan. Kategori keefektifan komunikasi organisasi yang dimaksud adalah bukan yang kaku melainkan yang fleksibel diimplementasikan semua organism yang terlibat dalam sebuah organisasi, baik pimpinan, karyawan dan lintas saluran. Sehingga simpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan yang cukup yaitu sebesar 0.475 antara komunikasi organisasi (variable X1) dan manajemen kinerja baru (variable X2) secara bersama-sama pada kegiatan perubahan organisasi (variable Y). Berdasarkan penelitian di atas juga didapatkan hasil bahwa jika variabel X1, X2 meningkat, maka variabel Y juga ikut meningkat (korelasi positif). Besarnya tingkat efektivitas komunikasi organisasi dan manajemen kinerja baru dalam penelitian ini adalah 42,1%, sedangkan sisanya 57,9% disebabkan oleh faktor-faktor lain di luar penelitian ini.

Abstract

This research aims to empirically test the influence of structural empowerment and compensation policies on employee performance accountability at the Office of the Regional Financial Management Agency (BPKD) of Wonogiri regency. The study involved 110 respondents through questionnaires that had been distributed. Based on data quality tests, research data is declared to meet validity and reliability. The study used multiple linear regression analyses that had previously been tested on classical assumptions. Based on the results of the study showed that structural differentiation has a positive effect on performance accountability and performance allowance policies have a positive effect on performance accountability. The higher the intensity of local governments in conducting structural empowerment, the higher the level of performance accountability provided by civil servants. In addition, with the performance allowance, the aspect of transparency and accountability of performance provided by civil servants will be higher. Researchers suggest to be consistent in carrying out structural empowerment so that institutions can run optimally.

Abstract

Consumptive behavior is the attitude of people who like to shop and are more concerned with their wants than their needs. The study was conducted to determine whether consumptive behavior can be influenced by financial literacy, lifestyle, electronic money and self-control. The population based on this study were students of the Surakarta Faculty of Economics and obtained a sample of 330 students. The questionnaire in this study is useful for collecting respondent data. Consumptive behavior is partially influenced by lifestyle variables, electronic money, and self-control, in contrast to financial literacy which is stated to affect student consumptive behavior. After being tested simultaneously, the dependent variable is influenced by the independent variables used. The study stated that the consumptive behavior variable (Y) was influenced by 56.6% by the variables of financial literacy (X1), lifestyle (X2), electronic money (X3), and self-control (X4). Then the side of 43.4% is influenced by other factors that were not found in the study

Abstract

Keputusan pembelian merupakan langkah atau tahap awal dalam menetukan pengambilan suatu keputusan dimana konsumen benar-benar melakukan pembelian. Beberapa yang menjadi faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian diantaranya yaitu, gaya hidup sehat, kualitas produk dan brand image. Telah terjadi penigkatan penjulan sepada pada awal tahun 2020 hingga hampir pertengahan tahun 2021 yang disebabkan meningkatnya permintaan konsumen akan kebutuhan bersepeda dalam menyikapi pola hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS) di masa Covid-19. Peningkatan tersebut memberikan dampak besar bagi perusahaan sepeda yang mana sangat antusias dan berlomba-lomba dalam memberikan kulaitas produk sepeda terbaiknya mengingat kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen yang bervariasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gaya hidup sehat, kualitas produk dan brand image terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda merek polygon di Surakarta. penelitian ini menggukan sampel sebanyak 100 responden dengan menggunakan rumus dari Ferdinand. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda yang sebeleumnya telah melalui uji asumsi klasik. Hasil uji t menunjukan bahwa gaya hidup sehat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda merek polygon di Kota Surakarta. Kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda merek polygon di Kota Surakarta. Brand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda merek polygon di Kota Surakarta. Hasil Koefisien determinasi menunjukan variabel gaya hidup sehat, kualitas produk dan brand image memiliki pengaruh sebesar 75% terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian sepeda merek polygon di Kota Surakarta. Kata kunci : Gaya Hidup Sehat, Kualitas Produk, Band Image, Keputusan Pembelian Abstract The purchase decision is the first step or stage in determining making a decision where consumers actually make a purchase. Some of the factors that influence purchasing decisions include a healthy lifestyle, product quality and brand image. There has been an increase in bicycle sales in early 2020 until almost mid 2021 due to increasing consumer demand for cycling needs in response to a clean and healthy lifestyle (PHBS) during the Covid-19 period. This increase has had a major impact on bicycle companies, which are very enthusiastic and competing in providing the best quality bicycle products considering the varied needs and desires of consumers. This study aims to determine a healthy lifestyle, product quality and brand image on purchasing decisions for polygon brand bicycles in Surakarta. This study uses a sample of 100 respondents using the formula from Ferdinand. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis which had previously been through the classical assumption test. The results of the t test show that a healthy lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for polygon brand bicycles in Surakarta City. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for polygon brand bicycles in Surakarta City. Brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for polygon brand bicycles in the city of Surakarta. The result of the coefficient of determination shows that the variables of a healthy lifestyle, product quality and brand image have an influence of 75% on the variable purchasing decisions of polygon brand bicycles in Surakarta City. Abstract

This research was conduted with the aim to analyze the influence of product quality, brand image and brand equity on online purchasing descisions (shopee users in Surakarta). This study uses quantitative deskritive sampling techniques using saltdental sampling methods. Data collection is done with observas, and kuisoner techniques. The population in this study is infinite. The sample in the study was 100 peoples. Data analysis uses classical assumptions and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that product quality, brand image and brand equity influence postively and significantly on online purchasing decisions (shopee users in Surakarta).
