Abstract

The purpose of this study aims to determine whether Brand Ambassador, Brand Image and Price affect the purchase intention of Samsung products. The method used by the author is a quantitative method. The sample used in this study is a purposive sampling method with an unlimited population. Samsung and ARMY users (BTS fans) who are 15-50 years old and domiciled in Solo Raya are the criteria in this study. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, T test, R test and R2 test. Based on the data processing, it was found that the Brand Ambassador variable had a positive and insignificant effect on buying interest. And the Brand Image and Price variables have a positive and significant influence on buying interest.Suggestions from the results of this research, Samsung should consider more about the Brand Ambassador that you want to partner with to increase sales and be consistent in considering Samsung's brand image and price according to the quality and features available. Abstract

Along with the development of the economy and increasingly advanced technology, companies are required to further increase production yields and product quality. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Competitive Advantage, Market Orientation and Entrepreneurship Orientation on Marketing Performance at the shuttlecock industry center in Sukoharjo Regency. This research is a quantitative research. The approach method in this study uses a quantitative survey approach, namely survey research that has the nature of pairing and is generally used to draw conclusions on the population so that it uses hypotheses and statistical tools in data analysis. The population and sample in this study were 37 players in the shuttlecock industry, data taken from the Central Bureau of Statistics of Gadingan village. The sampling technique used is the census method, which is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. The results in this study are Competitive Advantage, Market Orientation, Entrepreneurship Orientation affect the Marketing Performance of the Shuttlecock Industrial Center in Sukoharjo Regency. ABSTRAK Seiring perkembangan perekonomian dan teknologi yang semakin maju, perusahaan dituntut agar lebih meningkatkan hasil produksi dan mutu produk yang dihasilkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Keunggulan Bersaing, Orientasi Pasar dan Orientasi Kewirausahaan terhadap Kinerja Pemasaran pada sentra industri shuttlecock di Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Metode pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif survei, yaitu penelitian survei yang memiliki sifat pemairan dan umumnya digunakan untuk menarik kesimpulan terhadap populasi sehingga menggunakan hipotesis dan alat statistik dalam analisis data. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 37 pelaku industri shuttlecock, data diambil dari Badan Pusat Statistik desa Gadingan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan metode sensus, yaitu teknik penentuan sampel bila semua anggota populsi digunakan sebagai sampel. Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah Keunggulan Bersaing, Orientasi Pasar, Orientasi Kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pemasaran Sentra Industri Shuttlecock di Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Abstract

Globalization presents a number of challenges related to human resource management.The type of research in this study uses qualitative research and is a case study.The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis technique. The liquidity ratio can be seen by the SAIP current ratio of 155.30%, the SAIP quick ratio of 93.27%. The debt to equity ratio solvency ratio, both companies are not good, while the solvency ratio consisting of debt to total assets ratio FASW is quite good from SAIP which is 63.609%. The ratio of total asset turnover activity, financial performance of paper companies is not good because the average total asset turnover is more than 1, namely SAIP of 0.149% and FASW of 0.821%. receivable turn over FASW of 7.603%. When viewed from the comparison of profitability ratios consisting of profit margin, Return On Assets and Return On Equity FASW has the best financial performance.

Abstract

Companies in carrying out their activities must have goals to be achieved. In realizing this goal, every company must have a precise strategy. One of the strategic targets in achieving goals is human resources. This is important because human resources are the key of a company to success reach. The purpose of study is to sees the effect of environment, discipline , and motivation, and on the productivity of UD Prima Jaya Surakarta employees. Descriptive quantitative is used in study. Primary data and secondary data are used in this study. The sampling technique used is the non-probability sampling technique with the saturated sample method. The results of this study from SPSS software is known if the environment, discipline, and motivation, have a positive effect on the productivity of UD Prima Jaya Surakarta employees. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Islam Batik Surakarta. mata kuliah kewirausahaan menjadi wajib dan hampir seluruhnya mengikuti pelatihan wirausaha kreatif yang secara rutin diadakan. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan memantik jiwa wirausaha pada setiap diri mahasiswa serta menjelaskan peran penting wirausaha dalam menciptakan kemandirian dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi bangsa dan dalam rangka meningkatkan mutu lulusan Universitas sehingga perlu diteliti kefektifan mata kuliah kewirausahaan terhadap minat mahasiswa untuk berwirausaha. Penelitian ini menjawab pertanyaan apakah pemberian mata kuliah kewirasusahaan tersebut dapat meningkatkan minat wirausaha mereka di bidang ekonomi kreatif. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Mata kuliah kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap minat wirausaha kreatif mahasiswa. 2) Pelatihan wirausaha berpengaruh positif terhadap minat wirausaha kreatif mahasiswa Universitas Islam Batik Surakarta. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana pelaksanaan Kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler Terhadap Sikap Disiplin Siswa di SD Negeri 60 Banda Aceh.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini meliputi kepala sekolah, Guru Kelas Pembina Ekstrakulikuler, dan siswa yang mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler sikap Disiplin siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 60 Banda Aceh pada bulan Maret-Mei 2017. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen utama adalah peneliti dengan mengunakan alat bantu berupa pedoman observasi, wawancara. Data dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yaitu reduksi data penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan ekstrakurikuler terhadap sikap Displin Siswa secara keseluruhan berjalan maksimal. Dari pihak sekolah sebenarnya memberikan beberapa faktor pendukung dalam pelaksanaan ekstrakurikuler terhadap sikap disiplin, diantaranya adanya program, tersedia sarana prasarana, dan sekolah menyediakan dana yang berasal dari Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS). Selain dari pihak sekolah faktor lain adalah dukungan siswa dalam pelaksanaannya.

Abstract

Giving credit to customers is a solution that is often done by business actors today, such as companies. By offering credit solutions, companies can attract potential customers and make it easier for customers to make payments. However, being able to provide credit to customers can cause losses for the company when customers are unable to pay their periodic credits. For this reason, in this study an analysis was carried out to categorize customer payment capabilities using the Naïve Bayes Algorithm and the K-Nearest Neighbors Algorithm. The results of the study, obtained the best data mining model to predict the age classification of customer receivables using the KNN algorithm which is optimized with a feature selection algorithm with an accuracy of 99%. Abstract

Saat ini sudah semakin banyak pelaku usaha Barbershop atau Salon Rambut yang terlibat dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen. Kualitas Jasa atau pelayanan bisa menjadi alternatif untuk membedakan Barbershop atau Salon Rambut yang satu dengan yang lainnya. Store atmosphere bisa menjadi alternatif tambahan untuk membedakan Barbershop atau Salon Rambut yang satu dengan yang lainnya. Faktor harga juga sangat penting karena penetapan harga merupakan suatu masalah ketika perusahaan harus menentukan harga untuk pertama kali. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengkaji pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, store atmosphere dan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen dan mengkaji pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, store atmosphere dan harga secara simultan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Hello Barbershop di Karanganyar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode survey dan teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunkan angket kuesioner yang diwujudkan dalam bentuk pernyataan. Metode pengambilan sampel accidental sampling yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel berdasarkan kebetulan, yaitu siapa yang kebetulan bertemu dengan peneliti dapat dijadikan sampel apabila dipandang cocok. Hasil penelitian diuji dengan Uji Validitas dan Uji Reliabilitas, sedang Analisis Statistik Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji Statistik t, Uji Statistik F dan Koefisien Determinasi (Adjusted R2) digunakan untuk menganalisa data hasil penelitian. Dari hasil pengambilan data yang telah penulis lakukan maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Hello Barbershop di Karanganyar. Store atmosphere berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Kualitas pelayanan, store atmosphere, dan harga secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada, hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai Fhitung > Ftabel yaitu (174,806 > 2,74) berarti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dengan demikian dari hipotesis tersebut penelitian ini terbukti kebenarannya. Dari hasil uji Koefisien Determinasi (R2) dapat diketahui bahwa nilai koefisien Determinasi (R2) 0,883 atau 88,3% sedangkan 11,7% sisanya dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak dianalisis dalam penelitian ini. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Economic Value Added, Market Value Added, Earnings Per Share, and Dividend Policy on Stock Returns in publicly listed companies on the IDX. Companies that are the focus of research are manufacturing companies. The data in the study includes the company's financial statements for three years in the 2018-2020 period. The sampling method used purposive sampling method with certain criteria so as to get as many as 55 manufacturing companies from the many manufacturing companies listed on the BEI. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis, with partial hypothesis testing, simultaneous testing, and the coefficient of determination. From the results of the research that has been done, the authors obtain results that show that there is a positive influence of EVA, MVA, EPS, and Dividend Policy on Stock Return. This happens because these manufacturing companies are able to create good performance so that investors can invest in the company with full confidence in both the security of their investment and the expected profit.

Abstract

The aims of this research were (1) to determine the effect of parental guidance patterns on the achievement of low-grade students' cognitive and affective competencies during the study period from home (2) how much the influence of parental guidance patterns have on the achievement of low-grade students' cognitive and affective competencies during learning from home. This study uses quantitative research methods. The population of this study were 1.096 students A sample of 284 students was taken. The research instrument used was a random sampling. The data analysis method used a questionnaire, and data analysis using the Parson model correlation.
