Abstract

Along with the number of sales and research on consumers, Astra Daihatsu also compensates with innovation and quality improvement from before consumers buy products to after sales services. The primary objective of the company is to optimize customer satisfaction. This research endeavors to examine the extent of the impact of service quality on customer satisfaction within the after-sales service context at the Astra Daihatsu Setiabudi Bandung branch. The data for this research was gathered through the distribution of questionnaires, employing a quantitative data analysis approach within the framework of descriptive-causal research. Sampling was conducted using a non-probability sampling method, specifically employing the purposive sampling technique. There were 245 samples used and analysed with multiple linear regression. The research revealed that when considered collectively (simultaneously), service quality dimensions such as tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy exhibited a positive and substantial impact on customer satisfaction. However, when analyzed individually (partially), it was observed that only assurance and empathy demonstrated a significant influence, whereas tangibles, reliability, and responsiveness did not exhibit a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Abstract

Analisis ini bertujuan mengkaji pengaruh langsung variabel pertumbuhan ekonomi yang diproksikan sebagai Produk Domestik Regional Bruto dan variabel indeks demokrasi terhadap kemiskinan di provinsi Aceh, dan untuk mengetahu pengaruh pertumbuhan ekonomi yang mediasi oleh variabel indeks demokrasi terhadap kemiskinan di provinsi Aceh. Data dalam penelitian ini termasuk katagori data sekunder yang bersumber dari www.bps.go.id provinsi Aceh dan pengamatan selama rentang waktu 2010-2020. Analisis data pengaruh langsung variabel independen dan variabel mediasi terhadap variabel dependen dilakukan dengan Method Least Squares dan untuk mengetahui kemampuan mediasi dilakukan analisis mempergunakan Sobel Test Method. Hasil analisisnya bahwa variabel pertumbuhan ekonomi berpengaruh tidak signifikan dan variabel indeks demokrasi berpengaruh, serta indeks demokrasi tidak bisa memediasi pengaruh pertumbuhan ekonomi terhadap kemiskinan di provinsi Aceh selama periode 2010-2020. Oleh sebab itu, apabila mau mengentaskan kemiskinan di provinsi Aceh, maka pemangku kepentingan harus mendorong terciptanya demokrasi berjalan dengan baik dan berusaha agar tercipta pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to examine the effects of E-WOM (electronic word-of-mouth), endorser influencer, and e-service quality variables on the decision-making process for online purchases during live streaming sessions on the TikTok platform. TikTok has gained immense popularity as a social media hub, especially for influencers to engage directly with their audience. The primary data for this research were gathered through the administration of a focused questionnaire survey. To active TikTok users involved in live streaming and making purchasing decisions. Purposive sampling, based on specific criteria, was employed to select 120 respondents. The research combines data collected directly through questionnaires and information obtained from a review of existing literature. The outcomes of the data analysis reveal that the variables of E-WOM, endorser influencer, and e-service quality significantly and positively influence decisions related to online purchases. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menyelidiki keterkaitan antara faktor-faktor kontekstual business education dan global mindset terhadap online business intentions dengan variabel mediasi digital technology adoption di kalangan mahasiswa prodi S1 Bisnis Universitas STEKOM. Penelitian terbatas pada mahasiswa Prodi S1 Bisnis serta hanya 55 kuesioner valid dari kembalinya. Penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan survei penyebaran kuesioner. Populasi 245 mahasiswa Prodi S1 Bisnis Angkatan 2020-2021, data responden uji instrument valid dijadikan sampel penelitian 55 responden. Alat analisis menggunakan SmartPLS 3. Abstract

Riset ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan GRC Terintegrasi terhadap Value Creation. Dasar pemikiran penelitian ini adalah masih kurangnya penelitian mengenai penerapan GRC Terintegrasi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dengan sampel seluruh perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2019-2021. Sampel ditentukan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan diperoleh 408 sampel penelitian. GRC diukur dengan indikator GRC Forum Indonesia, sedangkan Value Creation diukur dengan nilai Tobins’q. Riset ini juga mengukur pengaruh Return on Assets (ROA) terhadap Value Creation perusahaan. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa GRC Terintegrasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Value Creation. Riset ini juga menunjukkan bahwa Return on Assets (ROA) sebagai variabel kontrol memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Value Creation.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how fraudulent acts can be detected and evaluated using internal control measures in the inventory cycle. This research was conducted using a descriptive method. Data collection techniques were carried out using a combination of observation, interviews and literature studies. Data processing is done by analyzing the results of interviews related to the area and comparing them with the results of observations. The results of the study show that internal control is very effective in preventing and detecting fraud in the inventory cycle at MSMEs Cirengot Coffee. The risk of fraud can be handled and prevented adequately. Implementation of controls such as increasing physical supervision, separation of functions and authority, strict and written policies on the company can be a solution to prevent fraud in MSMEs Cirengot Coffee.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the service quality variables (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and sure, empathy) affect customer satisfaction at PT Jasa Raharja Representative Surakarta. This research is a survey research with data collection through questionnaires. The population in this study are customers who make claims at PT Jasa Raharja Representative Surakarta, sampling using simple random sampling, amounting to 75 respondents. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The results of this study indicate that the service quality variables on the dimensions of tangible, responsiveness, assurance and empathy have no effect on customer satisfaction. While the service quality variables on the dimensions of reliability and empathy affect customer satisfaction. The independent variables simultaneously influence customer satisfaction at PT Jasa Raharja Representative Surakarta Keywords : service quality, customer satisfaction, customer claims.

Abstract

Abstract This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that relies on any previous research as the main reference, namely research to produce new innovations, namely the addition of the Good Corporate Governance variable in this study. The data used in this article is a type of primary data obtained through direct interviews with employees in the financial sector of Bank Rakyat Indonesia throughout Indonesia which contains 10 question items from three types of themes using a multiple-choice method containing statements strongly agree, agree, normal/so-so, disagree, and strongly disagree. Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of land area, number of workers, and oil palm production on the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of plantation sub-sectors in South Labuhanbatu District, North Sumatra Province. The GDP variable of the plantation sub-sector is used as a dependent variable, while land area, number of workers, and oil palm production are used as independent variables. The data used is secondary data from 2011 to 2021 which is interpolated into quarterly data, with a total of 44 data. The analysis method used is Ordinary Least Square (OLS) regression using Eviews 10.0 software. OLS analysis is a development of multiple regression analysis that describes how much influence the independent variable has on the dependent variable. The results of the analysis show that land area, number of workers, and oil palm production have a positive and significant influence on the GRDP of plantation sub-sectors in South Labuhanbatu Regency both partially and simultaneously. Partially, the regression results show that land area has a coefficient of 11.52384 with a probability value of less than 0.05%, the number of workers has a coefficient of 0.300888 with a probability value of less than 0.05%, and oil palm production has a coefficient of 2.222429 with a probability value of less than 0.05%. Simultaneously, the variables of land area, number of workers, and oil palm production contribute 87% to the variable GDP of the plantation sub-sector in South Labuhanbatu Regency. Abstract

Indonesian Migrant Workers (PMI) carrying out international migration is an alternative chosen by the community to overcome problems in their areas of origin such as poverty, low income, job opportunities that are difficult to obtain. This shows that there is quite a serious problem with employment, namely that the available workforce cannot be properly absorbed in Indonesia. This research aims to determine the influence of per capita income, exchange rate, unemployment, population and remittances on international migration in Indonesia in 2014-2022. This type of research is quantitative research and the method used is a panel data regression model with data taken from 12 countries where Indonesian migrant workers are placed, namely Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, Italy, United Arab Emirates, Qatar , Turkey, and Kuwait (cross section) in the period 2014-2022 (time series). The research results show that the Fix Effect Model (FEM) was chosen as the best model with the exchange rate variable having a positive effect on international migration while the variables per capita income, unemployment, population and remittances have a negative effect on international migration in Indonesia in 2014-2022.
