Abstract

Pentingnya implementasi prinsip prudential dalam industry perbankan tidak dapat dipandang remeh, terutama dalam konteks produk tabungan. Penelitian ini membahas Upaya implementasi prinsip prudential banking pada produk tabungan easy mudharabah dengan tujuan meningkatkan kepercayaan nasabah. Prinsip prudential, yang mencakup pengelolaan risiko, kepatuhan, dan transparansi, dianggap sebagai fondasi yang krusial dalam memastikan kestabilan sector perbankan. Tabungan easy mudharabah, sebagai produk berbasis prinsip ekonomi islam, menawarkan pendekatan berbagi keuntungan dan kerugian antara bank dan nasabah. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penerapan prinsip prudential untuk memitigasi risiko yang mungkin timbul akibat fluktuasi pasar atau perubahan kondisi ekonomi. Kepercayaan nasabah, sebagai elemen utama dalam hubungan perbankan, menjadi focus utama dalam penelitian ini. Dengan mengintegrasikan prinsip prudential banking pada tabungan easy mudharabah, diharapkan dapat memperkuat dasar kepercayaan nasabah terhadap produk ini. Ketersediaan informasi yang jelas dan akurat mengenai kebijakan perbankan, manajemen risiko yang baik, dan kepatuhan terhadap prinsip-prinsip ekonomi islam dapat menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih transparan dan dapat diandalkan nasabah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implementasi prinsip-prinsip prudential banking pada produk tabungan easy mudharabah dengan focus pada peningkatan kepercayaan nasabah. Dalam menghadapi kompleksitas lingkungan perbankan syariah, penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif untuk memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang bagaimana prinsip-prinsip tersebut diterapkan dan dampaknya terhadap kepercayaan nasabah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami sejauh mana prinsip-prinsip tesebut dapat memberikan keuntungan dan membangun kepercayaan nasabah terhadap produk tabungan berbasis mudharabah. Penelitian ini memberikan pandangan holistic tentang bagaimana penerapan prinsip-prinsip prudential banking dapat menjadi pendorong penting dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan nasabah terhadap produk tabungan easy mudharabah, sementara juga memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan praktik keuangan islam yang lebih inklusif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Abstract This research evaluates Indonesia's strategy in respecting refugee rights, particularly through the policy implementation of the Task Force for Foreign Refugee Handling (Satgas PPLN) in Sidoarjo, in response to challenges arising from not ratifying the 1951 Refugee Convention. A qualitative methodology was employed for an in-depth exploration of phenomena within their real-life context, including extensive interviews with stakeholders directly involved in refugee management, field observations at refugee accommodations like Puspa Agro Apartment and Hotel Green Bamboo, and document analysis including government regulations and reports from UNHCR and IOM. Findings reveal Indonesia’s strategic engagement in fulfilling basic human rights for refugees, such as shelter and healthcare, while facing challenges in non-formal work participation and the absence of formal education and work permits for refugees. Through the establishment of Satgas PPLN and collaboration with international bodies, Indonesia demonstrates a commitment to humanitarian principles, despite legal and economic framework limitations. This study concludes that Indonesia’s approach contributes to the global discourse on refugee management by showcasing how a country can engage in refugee protection without being bound by international refugee convention laws. It highlights the importance of local initiatives and international cooperation in addressing refugee needs and suggests the necessity for more inclusive policies facilitating social and economic integration of refugees. Practical implications include recommendations for enhanced surveillance and investigation to prevent refugee exploitation by smuggling syndicates and the dissemination of legal information to refugees to reduce illegal entry and stay. Keywords: immigration, collaborative governance, refugees, UNHCR Abstrak Penelitian ini mengevaluasi strategi Indonesia dalam menghormati hak pengungsi, khususnya melalui implementasi kebijakan Satgas PPLN di Sidoarjo, sebagai respons terhadap tantangan yang muncul akibat tidak meratifikasi Konvensi Pengungsi 1951. Metodologi kualitatif digunakan untuk eksplorasi mendetail fenomena dalam konteks kehidupan nyatanya, meliputi wawancara mendalam dengan pemangku kepentingan yang langsung terlibat dalam manajemen pengungsi, observasi lapangan di akomodasi pengungsi seperti Apartemen Puspa Agro dan Hotel Green Bamboo, dan analisis dokumen termasuk regulasi pemerintah dan laporan dari UNHCR dan IOM. Temuan mengungkapkan keterlibatan strategis Indonesia dalam memenuhi hak dasar manusia bagi pengungsi, seperti tempat berlindung dan perawatan kesehatan, tantangan partisipasi kerja non-formal dan absennya pendidikan formal serta izin kerja untuk pengungsi. Melalui pembentukan Satgas PPLN dan kolaborasi dengan badan internasional, Indonesia menunjukkan komitmen terhadap prinsip-prinsip kemanusiaan, meskipun dalam batasan kerangka hukum dan ekonominya. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa pendekatan Indonesia memberikan kontribusi pada diskursus global tentang manajemen pengungsi dengan menunjukkan contoh bagaimana negara dapat terlibat dalam perlindungan pengungsi tanpa terikat oleh hukum konvensi pengungsi internasional. Hal ini menyoroti pentingnya inisiatif lokal dan kerja sama internasional dalam mengatasi kebutuhan pengungsi dan menyarankan kebutuhan untuk kebijakan yang lebih inklusif yang memfasilitasi integrasi sosial dan ekonomi pengungsi. Implikasi praktis meliputi rekomendasi untuk peningkatan mekanisme pengawasan dan penyelidikan guna mencegah eksploitasi pengungsi oleh sindikat penyelundupan dan penyebaran informasi hukum kepada pengungsi untuk mengurangi masuk dan tinggal secara tidak sah. Abstract

Getting good learning is a very meaningful part in giving birth to a generation that is ready to take over the task of building the future from the previous generation. Learning achievement is the result achieved by children in understanding tasks or topics obtained within a certain period of time. Learning is everyone's duty. The purpose of this research is to examine whether the results obtained are the same as previous studies. So, the researcher is interested in further research about "The Impact of Parenting Patterns on Student Achievement at the Faculty of Islamic Religion. By using a qualitative descriptive percentage approach. The case study involved 34 students of the Faculty of Islamic Religion from Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta and the distribution of questionnaires via the Google form. The results obtained with the educational background of parents; the different jobs of parents produce different parenting effects. In this study, the impact of parenting that stood out was authoritarian parenting with a percentage of 318.4%, and the results obtained from the impact of different parenting styles found the highest results in the category of good grades, totalling 16 (45.7%) students.

Abstract

There are several factors that become the reason for tourists to visit a tourist destination, including destination image, attractiveness and accessibility. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of destination image, tourist attraction and accessibility on visitor satisfaction at Pijar Park Kudus tourist attraction. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The population of this study were all visitors who had come to Pijar Park Kudus Tourism. The sampling method uses nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling technique used as a strategy in selecting respondents. Sample measurement using the slovin formula where a sample of 98.5 people was obtained and rounded up to 100 people. The data analysis used in this research is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing using SPSS version 25. The results showed that destination image has a positive effect on visitor satisfaction at Pijar Park tourist attraction, attractiveness has a positive effect on visitor satisfaction at Pijar Park tourist attraction and accessibility has a positive effect on visitor satisfaction at Pijar Park Kudus Tourism Object. Destination image has the highest influence, so it can be said that destination image is the most dominant variable in influencing visitor satisfaction. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work environment, compensation, and workload on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variabel for Kopi Nuri employees. This research is included in quantitative research because the approach used for research proposals, processes, hypotheses, fieldwork, data analysis, and conclusions up to writing uses aspects of measurement, calculation, formulas, and certainty of numerical data. The population in this study was all Kopi Nuri employees. While the sampel in this study was all Kopi Nuri employees, totaling 96 employees. These results indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, the workload has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, the work environment has no significant effect on employee performance, compensation has no significant effect on employee performance, the workload has a positive and significant effect on performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work environment on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction, compensation on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction, the workload on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction.

Abstract

The use of homestead land has a vital role in increasing local food production and is an important strategy in maximizing the use of this land, such as good planning and crop diversification. Apart from that, the role of the Women Farmers Group (KWT) in providing education and training to local communities to manage their homesteads effectively is the focus of the research. The main objective of this research is to understand effective strategies for maximizing homestead productivity, with a focus on careful planning and crop diversification. In addition, this research considers the application of social capital as a key factor in increasing access to information, technology and other resources. The research method used is a qualitative type with library research measuring instruments. The research results highlight the need for empowerment through KWT and the use of social capital to support sustainable agriculture and improve community welfare through better agricultural efficiency.

Abstract

The level of education possessed by employees would be increased or decreased the work performance. Other factors that have influenced employee performance apart from educational background are the competencies obtained by employees and also the discipline that is very necessary in tourism. This research aims to investigated the effects of education level, competency, and work discipline on employee performance at Pramana Watu Kurung Resort Ubud. Specifically, the research will concentrate on identifying the effects of education level, competency, and work discipline. worker. The population consisted of 50 sampling, representing the entire workforce at Pramana Watu Kurung. The validity and reliability tests used on this research are multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumptions, F and t tests, and the coefficient of determination test are among the analyses employed in this study. The study's findings demonstrate that Pramana Watu Kurung employees perform better when they have a higher degree of education, competency, and work discipline all at once. At Pramana Watu Kurung Resort, employee performance is significantly positively impacted by education level. The Pramana Watu Kurung Resort finds that employee performance is significantly improved by competence. At Pramana Watu Kurung Resort, work discipline also significantly improves employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh entrepreneurship, inovasi, dan peluang usaha terhadap kinerja usaha pada wirausaha makanan di Jakarta Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 142 wirausaha makanan. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa entrepreneurship berpengaruh positif secara parsial terhadap kinerja usaha, inovasi berpengaruh positif secara parsial terhadap kinerja usaha, dan peluang usaha tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha. Entrepreneursip, inovasi dan peluang usaha berpengaruh positif secara simultan terhadap kinerja usaha. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan kemampuan entrepreneurship, inovasi, dapat meningkatkan kinerja usaha wirausaha makanan di Jakarta Barat. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya pelatihan dan pengembangan keterampilan entrepreneurship serta dorongan untuk menciptakan inovasi guna meningkatkan kinerja usaha

Abstract

Abstract The type of research used in this study is structural in nature, namely looking for the relationship between discipline and the school environment on the performance of Taebenu 1 Public High School teachers with motivation as the mediating variable. the sample used in this study were 53 teachers. Data were collected by interview, questionnaire and documentation techniques and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics using the Smart PLS 3.8 application. The results of the descriptive statistical analysis show that the variable teacher performance is 77.74%, work discipline is 79.15, school environment is 78.36% and work motivation is 80.05% which is included in the good category. Inferential statistical test results show that 1) the work discipline variable has no significant effect on the performance of Taebenu 1 Public High School teachers with a tcount of 0.006 and a significant value of 0.995. 2) the work discipline variable has a significant effect on the teacher's motivation at SMAN 1 Taebenu with a tcount of 3.918 and a significant value of 0.000. 3) school environment variables have a significant effect on teacher performance at SMAN 1 Taebenu with a tcount of 2.632 and a significant value of 0.009. 4) school environment variables have a significant effect on teacher motivation at SMAN 1 Taebenu with a tcount of 2.205 and a significant value of 0.028. 5) the variable of work motivation has a significant effect on teacher performance at SMAN 1 Taebenu with a tcount of 2.982 and a significant value of 0.003. 6) that the work discipline variable has a significant effect on teacher performance at SMAN 1 Taebenu through the work motivation variable with a tcount of 2.171 and a significant value of 0.030. Direct testing shows that work discipline has 9no significant effect on teacher performance. 7) school environment variables have no significant effect on teacher performance at SMAN 1 Taebenu through work motivation variables with a tcount of 1.710 and a significant value of 0.088. Direct testing shows that the school environment has a significant effect on teacher performance. The coefficient of determination shows that the ability of the work discipline and school environment variables to explain the mediating variable is 40.5% and the remaining 59.5% is contributed by other variables not included in this research model. Furthermore, the ability of work discipline, school environment and work motivation variables in explaining teacher performance variables is 47.7% and the remaining 52.3% is the contribution of other variables not included in this research model. Based on the results of this study, it can be suggested to SMAN 1 Taebenu to improve teacher performance by considering the variables of work discipline, school environment, and work motivation. . Abstract

This research aims to prove the influence of accountability and transparency on the financial performance of regional government organizations in the city of Bengkulu. This research uses a quantitative type of research using primary data. The data collection technique was obtained through a questionnaire, the sampling method used in this research was a sampling census of 30 Regional Apparatus Organizations with representatives of 2 financial employees in each agency. This research uses a multiple linear regression analysis method which is processed using SPSS 25. The research results showed that accountability had a positive and significant effect on financial performance, while transparency had a negative and significant effect on the financial performance of Bengkulu City Regional Apparatus Organizations. It is hoped that this research will have benefits and influence on the development of government agency performance. If the government realizes the importance of an accountable and transparent government on government financial performance.
