Abstract

Learning Management System (LMS) telah menjadi komponen penting dalam konteks pendidikan tinggi. SPADA adalah salah satu LMS yang sedang digunakan di berbagai institusi pendidikan. Namun, persepsi dosen terhadap penggunaan SPADA sebagai LMS masih kurang dipahami. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi persepsi dosen terhadap penggunaan SPADA, sebuah sistem pengelolaan pembelajaran (LMS) dan sebagai sistem informasi manajemen mutu perkuliahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan wawancara terhadap dosen dari berbagai disiplin ilmu di UWGM. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor seperti kemudahan penggunaan, fungsionalitas, dukungan dan pelatihan, dan efektivitas dalam manajemen mutu perkuliahan berperan penting dalam membentuk persepsi ini.

Abstract

Financial reports for MSME players play a role in ensuring that financial management is running well and as a reference that the business is healthy, marked by smooth financial flows. Many MSMEs are still unfamiliar with financial bookkeeping because it is considered something complicated. Apart from that, quite a few MSME players have implemented financial bookkeeping, even if it is simple. Simple financial bookkeeping still encounters obstacles, so efforts are made to use applications, one of which is the Bukuwarung application which can be accessed via smartphone. This research aims to analyze the application of digital bookkeeping through the Buku Warung application at the Wisma Tani Store. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Data collection was carried out by direct interviews with the owner of the Wisma Tani Agricultural Shop, Ds. Glinggang and documentation for using the BukuWarung application. Data analysis applies the Miles and Hubberman model which includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The Bukuwarung application is a financial recording application used by MSMEs in their financial reporting. According to the Wisma Tani Agricultural Shop UMKM player, using the Bukuwarung application makes it easier to keep book-keeping for his business. Profit and loss statements are easier to understand and recorded neatly. Bukuwarung has a feature, namely recording income and expenses, which ensures that cash flow remains well recorded and provides business bookkeeping reports that can be accessed daily, weekly or monthly, making it easier for business owners to monitor the financial health of their business in real-time.. Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi telah maju dengan pesat dan menyebar ke seluruh pelosok tanah air. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui minat seseorang dalam menggunakan sistem teknologi mobile banking dengan menggunakan teori Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) yang dikembangkan oleh Davis pada tahun 1989 sebagai model penelitian. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna Mobile Banking di Kota Bandung yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik probability sampling: simple random yang berhasil diperoleh sebanyak 220 responden dan tehnik analisis menggunakan Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa Perceived Usefulness dan Perceived Ease of Use berpengaruh terhadap Minat Menggunakan Mobile Banking dengan koefisien jalur sebesar berpengaruh terhadap minat menggunakan Mobile Banking. Keamanan Mampu Memoderasi Perceived Usefulness Terhadap Minat Menggunakan Mobile Banking. Namun Keamanan tidak mampu Memoderasi Perceived Ease of Use Terhadap Minat Menggunakan Mobile Banking di Kota Bandung. Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis kepuasan kerja sebagai proksi dampak budaya terhadap produktivitas di tempat kerja. Teknik kuantitatif digunakan untuk penelitian ini dan melibatkan 30 orang pegawai KSU Mitra Usaha Masaran. Untuk tujuan penelitian ini, pendekatan sampel jenuh digunakan untuk mengumpulkan sampel dari tiga puluh individu yang berbeda. Untuk mengumpulkan data maka dilakukan penyebaran kuesioner. Analisis jalur dan regresi berganda adalah dua strategi yang digunakan dalam analisis data. Salah satu temuan penelitian ini adalah bahwa budaya suatu organisasi mempunyai dampak besar terhadap tingkat kepuasan yang diperoleh seseorang dari pekerjaannya. Oleh karena itu, budaya organisasi dan tingkat kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Pemanfaatan uji Sobel telah memberikan bukti empiris untuk mendukung gagasan bahwa kepuasan kerja dapat berfungsi sebagai perantara dalam hubungan antara budaya perusahaan dan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how much influence digital transformation and lifestyle have on consumer behavior (case study of visitors to the Mka Binjai cafe). The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. This data collection technique uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. This research shows that first, the influence of digital transformation has a big influence on customer satisfaction with the cafe. The new phenomenon of a cashless lifestyle supports consumer behavior. The cashless society lifestyle that is often carried out by the millennial generation makes them without hesitation be impulsive and consciously engage in consumer behavior.

Abstract

In the past few years, the number of young investors has continued to grow, but not the quality. Therefore, the authors, as an UNPRI student, wanted to conduct research related to this matter. The purposes of this research is to test and analyze the influence of investment knowledge, risk perception, investment motivation, and investment capital and investment interest in capital market among UNPRI students partially and simultaneously. This research used a saturated sample method with a total sample of 125 respondents, who were students from the law faculty, psychology faculty, and science and technology faculty at UNPRI. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis and the data is processed using the program SPSS 23.0 version. Based on the research, it was found that (1) the investment knowledge variable partially had no effect on investment interest, (2) the risk perception variable partially had no effect on investment interest, (3) the investment motivation variable partially had an effect on investment interest, and (4) the variable Investment capital partially influences investment interest. However, (5) simultaneously the variables investment knowledge, risk perception, investment motivation and investment capital influence investment interest. Abstract

Small and medium enterprises need to prepare remarkable anticipations for business continuity, one of which can develop strategic choices in the field of marketing management through entrepreneurial orientation, and develop product innovation, marketing capabilities, and competitive advantages so that it will be able to improve business performance. The population in this study is owners or managers of small and medium culinary businesses in Mataram City, with 146 respondents. Data processing methodology using Structural Equation Modeling or SEM using AMOS program. This research uses the basic theory of Service Dominant Logic (SDL). The hypothesis in this study is overall accepted except for the fifth hypothesis. Entrepreneurial orientation has a significant effect on product innovation, and marketing capability, and product innovation has a significant effect on competitive advantage; product innovation has a significant effect on SMEs’ Performance. Competitive advantage does not have a significant effect on SMEs' Performance. Competitive advantage mediates the relationship between product innovation to SMEs' performance, and product innovation mediates entrepreneurial orientation to SMEs’ performance. Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of work motivation, co-worker support, and religiosity on job satisfaction of Koppontren Al-Anis Kartasura employees. This study uses probability sampling and 30 respondents who are employees of Koppontren Al-Anis Kartasura. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study was all employees of Koppontren Al-Anis Kartasura, totaling 30 people. The sampling technique is the saturated sampling technique, which is a sample determination technique where all members of the population are sampled, so that the sample for this research consists of 30 people as respondents. The results of this research indicate that partially work motivation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction based on the ttest (3,036) > ttable (1,705). Coworkers support has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction based on the ttest (2.067) > ttable (1.705). Religiosity has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction based on the ttest (2.353) > ttable (1.705). Work motivation, co-worker support, and religiosity have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction simultaneously. Work motivation as the most dominant independent variable affects job satisfaction as the dependent variable.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and predict financial difficulties using the Altman Z-Score and Zmijewski X-Score models for property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2018-2020 period. This type of research is descriptive research. with a quantitative approach. The data used is secondary data in the form of company financial statements. The results showed that based on the Altman model (Z-Score) in 2018 there were 3 companies in the safe zone, 6 companies in the gray zone, and 13 companies in the distress zone. While in 2019 there were 4 companies in the safe zone, 4 companies in the gray zone, and 14 companies in the distress zone. And in 2020 there are 2 companies in the safe zone, 6 companies in the gray zone, and 14 companies in the distress zone. While the results of the research based on the Zmijewski model (X-Score) show that in 2018 there were 21 companies in the safe zone, and 1 company in the distress zone. While in 2019 all companies were in the safe zone, finally in 2020 there were 20 companies in the safe zone, and 2 companies in the distress zone. Keywords : Altman Z-Score, Zmijewski X-Score.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is an important aspect for economic development in a country, because entrepreneurship can maintain economic balance by opening up jobs in a country and can increase people's income. In Law Number 20 of 2008 concerning MSMEs through a conducive business climate and business development. The development of the business climate is carried out by determining various regulations and policies in various aspects of economic life. Therefore, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises get the maximum opportunity, protection and business support. Business development is carried out by providing mentoring facilities and strengthening assistance to grow and increase competitiveness. The purpose of this study was to find out 1) the effect of entrepreneurship education on the entrepreneurship interest of Tarumanagara University FEB students, 2) the influence of the family environment on the entrepreneurship interest of Tarumanagara University FEB students, 3) the effect of self-concept on the entrepreneurship interest of Tarumanagara University FEB students. The sample selection technique used in this study was non-probability sampling and the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data was taken using an online google form questionnaire with a total of 100 respondents. Data processing in this study uses SmartPLS. The sample in this study was FEB students at Tarumanagara University who had taken entrepreneurship courses and were interested in becoming entrepreneurs. The results of this study are 1) Entrepreneurship education has no effect on the entrepreneurship interest of FEB Tatumanagara University students, 2) The family environment has no effect on the entrepreneurship interest of FEB Tarumanagara University students, 3) Self-concept has a positive effect on the entrepreneurship interest of FEB Tarumanagara University students.
