Abstract

There are still very few studies on the Aisyiyah Movement in South Sulawesi. Aisyiyah's contribution to South Sulawesi's development has never been publicized. This paper analyzes the 'Aisyiyah movement's role in advancing the social lives of South Sulawesi women during the New Order Era. The historical approach is applied in four stages in this study: heuristics (source collecting), verification (source critique), interpretation, and historiography (historical writing). The research findings indicate that Aisyiyah's gender paradigm encourages its members to engage in activities other than household work. Women are encouraged to take an active role in society and preach in the same way that men do. This shift in perspective began to be implemented in order to give women with equal rights, duties, and positions. 'Aisyiyah never took a frontal position with the government during the New Order. To continue her da'wah agenda, mainly in the areas of education, social and health, Aisyiyah prefers to adopt a conformist-adaptive strategy.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the opinions of teachers and students about the use of modules in historical learning at Erlangga Pematangsiantar High School. This type of research is descriptive-qualitative. Data was taken from the informant of 1 history teacher, 28 students consisting of 15 students of class X IPA and 13 students of class X IPS and Principal through observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The validity of the data in this study is tested using data triangulation techniques, then the collected data is analyzed data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion withdrawal, so that the modules are made effective then the teacher must refer to the theory put forward by Everett M. Rogers in which the module has excellence, consistency, complexity, can be tested and can be observed. From the results of the research it can be concluded that modules made by teachers of history subjects are effective.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of online learning at SMP Tamansiswa Pematangsiantar. The implementation of the online model at Tamansiswa Junior High School has online media learning and has the flexibility of time to study. Online learning develops communication between teachers and students in the learning process. Students are also able to manage their time independently and socialize more with their families. Constraints faced in the online learning process include high costs, network, weather, power outages, and internet quotas. In addition, students' learning motivation will decrease if teachers and parents do not carry out intensive learning control. This research is a qualitative field using case study research. Sources of data were taken from the Principal, Deputy Principal, Teachers, Students, and Parents. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documenting.

Abstract

Baitul Maal wa Tamwil (BMT) is an Islamic Microfinance Institution that has two main functions, namely as collectors, distributors, utilization of zakat funds, infaq, alms, waqf and can function as productive economic empowerment that provides financial services using sharia principles. . Its presence in the community has a significant impact on the Indonesian economy, especially in the field of microeconomics. This research was made using a qualitative descriptive method to analyze, summarize, and describe its role in the development of Islamic economics. Through SWOT analysis and interviews with respondents on mudarabah financing, it is shown that BMT has an important role in increasing micro-enterprises and improving economic development in Indonesia, although it still has several weaknesses. This institution encourages the economic growth of the community through financing to micro-enterprises that need funds for their business capital.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of block scheduling with guided discovery learning on students’ mathematical problem solving. This research was conducted on class XI students at MAN 2 Deli Serdang, North Sumatra. This type of research is Mixed Method Research research with data triangulation methods, namely tests, observations and, interviews. The subjects of this study consisted of 4 people. The instruments used in this study were tests and interviews. Problem-solving abilities were obtained by tests of mathematical problem-solving abilities followed by interviews that were guided by the results of previous tests. The results showed that block scheduling with guided discovery was effective in terms of mathematical problem-solving abilities.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to analyse M. Natsir's concept of a state, which, incidentally, was refused by the Indonesian government at the time. The concern is really what M. Natsir's actual role and political actions are in reviewing the grand narrative constructed into most history textbooks about his personality and controversial side. The historical method was used in this research. According to the findings of the study, M. Natsir, as a formulator of the Islamic idea on the basis of the Indonesian state, claims that Pancasila's position in Islam does not clash with Islamic values, and that Pancasila is even in line with the Qur'an. Additionally, he is a pioneer of Islamic education reform and was influential in reviving Indonesia through his famous "Integral" motion, which unifies several federated countries into the Republic of Indonesia.

Abstract

This study was to analyze the management of the development of interests and talents of SMA Tamansiswa Pematangsiantar students. Implementation is based on grouping students' learning achievement abilities. After the implementation is carried out, supervision is carried out by monitoring every field carried out by the teacher who is appointed as an extracurricular coordinator and the development of students is carried out during the activity. There is a significant impact on the achievement of the objectives of the program by paying attention to good planning, implementation and supervision. The research method used is a qualitative research method. By using the type of case study research that is telling and describing the real findings found by the researcher. The results obtained by the researchers in the form of school profiles, school history, and findings obtained through observation in the form of facts, documentation, interviews, and document data.

Abstract

Regional autonomy gives areas the power to choose their own policies and development paths, including education. To acquire a true picture of area realities, regional independence is required. Large-scale exploitation has resulted in the neglect of regional education development. As a result, there is a natural resource and human resource imbalance in the regions. Educational institutions have an important part in the development of people's minds and creativity. The goal is to enhance education's role in promoting higher-quality change. This research takes a qualitative approach while doing descriptive research. This research tries to provide an overview by presenting a profile (issue) or an outline of the stages to answer questions like who, when, where, and how.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the management of superior school culture development at SMP Tamansiswa Pematangsiantar. Discipline culture is manifested by various actions or coaching as well as the accuracy of teaching hours and uniforms worn. The role of all components in supporting and growing school excellence for the better. The developing culture in schools should be improved so that the learning and education process runs optimally. In addition, the need to preserve the culture and values that have been built in schools. By building commitment, experiencing programs, and activities that are supported by the school community. This research method is a qualitative development with the type of case study research. The research begins with assumptions and the use of an interpretive framework about the research problem. With the meaning imposed by individuals or groups on a social problem. Because there is a problem that is not easy to measure or listen to vague information that needs to be explored.

Abstract

This article aims to observe students' perceptions of the MB-KM student exchange program, as well as what obstacles and barriers are experienced by students participating in the student exchange program. This research uses a case study method, with a focus on the implementation of an off-campus learning activity program, namely student exchange organized by the Citizenship Education study program, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Observations were made on 23 Citizenship Education students in implementing a student exchange program at the Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia in Islamic law courses. Triangulation of data from observations, interviews, and field notes was used to analyze data collected during the implementation of student exchange activities. The findings of this study indicate that students have a favorable opinion of the Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia implementation of the student exchange program. The student exchange program is viewed as a means of developing an innovative learning culture through collaboration; however, the obstacles that activities frequently face are unexpected; there are issues with credit transfer, as well as student difficulties with adapting to a new environment and time management.
