Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) mengetahui tingkat persepsi siswa tentang kedisiplinan guru. (2 ) mengetahui tingkat hasil belajar siswa kelas XI AK mata pelajaran jasa dagang manufaktur. (3) mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan antara persepsi siswa tentang kedisiplinan guru dengan hasil belajar siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian korelasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Negeri 1 Depok Sleman Yogyakarta. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI Akuntansi yang berjumah 108 siswa. Skala yang digunakan adalah skala persepsi siswa tentang kedisiplinan guru dengan hasil belajar siswa dengan skor item valid yaitu 48 item dan memiliki indek reliabilitas Alpa Cronbach sebesar 0,804. Skala persepsi siswa tentang kedisiplinan guru dengan hasil belajar siswa disusun berdasarkan aspek kedisiplinan guru dengan indikatorNya adalah : (1) Konsistensi dalam Penerapan Aturan, (2) Tepat Waktu dan Kesiapan Mengajar, (3) Pengaturan Kelas yang Efektif, (4) Komunikasi yang Efektif, (5) Pemberian Umpan Balik yang Konstruktif. Uji korelasi dalam penelitian ini mengunakan Pearson Product Moment yang dibantu menggunakan Program SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : (1) Terdapat hubungan yang negatif antara persepsi siswa tentang kedisiplinan guru dengan hasil belajar siswa dengan nilai Pearson Product Moment 0,151 dan ρ-value 120 yang artinya masuk dalam kategori sangat lemah. (2) Tingkat persepsi siswa tentang kedisiplinan guru berada pada kategori netral 41%. (3) Tingkat hasil belajar siswa berada pada kategori tinggi 37%.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) Describe the level of emotional regulation in traditional dancers of Yogyakarta style classical dance; (2) which items measuring the level of emotional regulation in traditional dancers of Yogyakarta style classical dance have low scores which will then be used as a proposal for guidance topics. The subjects of the study were all Dance Arts Students of ISI Yogyakarta. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. Data collection in this study used a google form of emotional regulation in traditional dancers of Yogyakarta style classical dance which contained 74 items. The questionnaire was compiled using aspects of emotional regulation according to Thompson in Sawitri (2017), the reliability of the instrument was tested using the Alpha Cronbach approach. (α) was obtained from the results of the coefficient value of (0.975) with the number of valid items of 69 items. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistics with categorizations of very high, high, medium, low, very low. The results of the study showed that (1) there were 34 students (64.2%) whose emotional regulation level was categorized as very high, 14 students (26.4%) were categorized as high, and 5 students (9.4%) were categorized as medium. (2) This study also identified that there were 51 items (74%) that were categorized as very high, 7 items (10%) were categorized as high, 11 items (16%) were categorized as medium, and there were no items (0%) that were categorized as low and very low. Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of, (1) describing the level of phubbing behavior in Generation Z by students of the Guidance and Counseling study program at the Sanata Dharma University of Yogyakarta, class of 2021, and (2) proposing activity topics for the Guidance and Counseling study program based on the highest score of the item scores. Descriptive quantitative is the research method in this study. The subjects of this study were students of the Guidance and Counseling study program at the Sanata Dharma University class of 2021, who are included in Generation Z and 103 students became respondents. The level of phubbing behavior in Generation Z reviewed in this study is based on the development of the Generic Scale of Phubbing with aspect nomophobia, interpersonal conflict, self-isolation, and problem acknowledgment. The data collection techniques were carried out directly using a 52-item questionnaire. There are 46 valid items, with a Cronbach Alpha reliability index of 0,899. The result of the study revealed that: (1) there are no students who have very high level of phubbing behavior, 1 student (1%) has a level of phubbing behavior in the high category, 26 students (25,2%) have a level of phubbing behavior in the medium category, 58 students (56,3%) have a level of phubbing behavior in the low category, and 18 students (17,5%) have a level of phubbing behavior in the very low category. The results indicate that the majority of students from 2021 have low levels of phubbing behavior, they have a concern and directed focus on ongoing communication with others, without smartphones as a distraction. (2) Based on the results of the study, several activities are proposed for the Guidance and Counseling study program at Sanata Dharma University in Yogyakarta, including individual counseling and stadium general with topics such as “Phubbing and Social Bonds in Generation Z”, “Phubbing: Understanding the Psychological Aspects behind the Rise of Smartphone Use”, and “Phubbing: Interpersonal Communication Challenges in the Digital Era”.

Abstract

The aims of this study were to: (1) find out the counseling teacher's strategy in increasing student learning motivation at SMKN 5 Yogyakarta. (2) Supporting factors for counseling teachers in increasing student learning motivation at SMKN 5 Yogyakarta. (3) Development of counseling teacher inhibiting factors in increasing student learning motivation at SMKN 5 Yogyakarta (4) Development of counseling teacher inhibiting factors in increasing student learning motivation at SMKN 5 Yogyakarta. This type of research is qualitative research in the form of a case study. Collecting data using in-depth interview techniques and observation of the two respondents. Respondents who were the main respondents were a senior counseling teacher and a junior counseling teacher. The validity used in this study is triangulation in which the researcher checks the results of the data that has been obtained from other sources to ensure that the things asked are true. The qualitative data analysis technique used by the researcher is to make verbatims, make coding from verbatims, then group themes. data filtering, and interpretation. From the results of this study, it was found that (1) the counseling teacher's strategy in increasing student learning motivation was an approach to students and acceptance of students, collaboration between lines such as: homeroom teacher, vice principal, principal, parents, and the community. (2) the supporting factors for counseling teachers in increasing student learning motivation are having an appropriate educational background, interlinear cooperation, and student background. (3) There are inhibiting factors for counseling teachers in increasing student learning motivation, namely the lack of a sense of parental loyalty and the absence of test assessments at school. (4) To overcome this, the counseling teacher immediately moves to the student to help him get the right to learn and maximize the non-test assessment used.

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) describe class XI students' perceptions of individual counseling services at SMA Stella Duce 2 Yogyakarta, (2) find out suggestions for guidance topics to help students understand and have a good perspective on individual counseling services. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The research subjects were 88 class XI students of SMA Stella Duce 2 Yogyakarta. Data collection used a perception scale with 49 valid items and had a Cronbach Alpha reliability index of 0.925. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale and is arranged based on aspects of perception: (1) affective, (2) conative, (3) cognitive. The results of the research show that there is a perception of students participating in individual counseling services in class individual at school. Then, in the perception item scores there are 26 (53.10%) perception items in the very good category, then there are 2 (4, 10%) perception items in the good category, there are 4 (8.20%) perception items in the sufficient category, and 17 items in the poor category (34.70%). Researchers propose guidance topics based on poor item scores with affective aspects (6 items), conative aspects (6 items), and cognitive aspects (5 items).

Abstract

Effectiveness of Group Counseling Services Using the Ability Potential Response Technique to Improve the Learning Discipline of Class. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of the effectiveness of group counseling services using the ability potential response technique to improve student learning discipline, whether there are changes after this research was carried out or there were no changes at all after the research was carried out. The method used in this research is quanttative with a pre-experimental design research type in the form of one group pre-test post-test. The sampling technique used is Nonprobability Sampling with Purposive Sampling type. The data collection technique used in this research is a learning discipline questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used in this research are validity test, reliability test, normality test, homogeneity test, and t-test analysis. Based on the research results, it shows that the provision of Ability Potential Response technical group counseling services has an effect on increasing the learning discipline of class XI students majoring in Pedalangan and Theatre.

Abstract

This research aims to (1) identify the various ways to interpret the dynamics of personal development for organizational leaders who have experienced a Gap Year, (2) understand the different perspectives of organizational leaders who have experienced a Gap Year regarding suffering in finding meaning in life, (3) determine the various influences felt by organizational leaders who have experienced a Gap Year as a result of their search for meaning in life, and (4) identify the various obstacles in the process of finding meaning in life within each dynamic of the organization led by organizational leaders who have experienced a Gap Year. This research employs a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Data collection was conducted through observation and interviews with two research subjects who are organizational leaders who experienced a Gap Year due to working before attending university. The research results indicate that both subjects were able to find meaning in life as organizational leaders who had experienced a Gap Year. The data obtained shows that both (1) subjects had their own ways of finding meaning in their lives. (2) Although some events within the organization evoked negative emotions such as anger and disappointment, both subjects tried to accept and be grateful for them as part of the journey. (3) Age differences with their members also influenced the emergence of problems that hindered the discovery of meaning in life, although both subjects were ultimately able to overcome them. (4) Various problems present in the organization served as a form of maturation and supported self-actualization as organizational leaders.

Abstract

Masa remaja merupakan masa di mana banyak terjadi perkembangan, termasuk perkembangan perilaku dan emosi. Remaja perlu memiliki kemampuan regulasi emosi serta perilaku prososial untuk memaksimalkan perkembangannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui seberapa baik kemampuan regulasi emosi pada remaja (2) mengetahui seberapa baik remajamampu melakukan perilaku prososial (3) mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara regulasi emosi dengan perilaku prososial pada usia remaja yaitu siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas (4) menyusun usulan topik bimbingan siswa kelas 10 SMA BOPKRI 2 Yogyakarta yang kurang optimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 10 SMA BOPKRI 2 Yogyakarta yang berjumlah 90 siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner berdasarkan aspek regulasi emosi dan perilaku prososial. Pada aspek regulasi emosi terdapat 37 item valid dan 8 item tidak valid. Sedangkan dalam aspek perilaku prososial terdapat 51 item valid dan 1 item tidak valid. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) tingkat regulasi emosi siswa berada ditingkat sedang sebesar 40% atau 36 siswa (2) tingkat perilaku prososial berada ditingkat tinggi sebesar 45,6% atau 41 siswa (3) adanya hubungan yang linier, positif dan signifikan antara regulasi emosi dengan perilaku prososial dengan hasil nilai r = 0,477 dan nilai p = 0,000 (p0,05) (4) Topik yang relevan untuk capaian skor sangat rendah mengenai regulasi emosi, supaya siswa lebih mampu mengendalikan dan memahami perasaannya

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) describe the level of self-concept in students of Guidance and Counseling Study Program class of 2020, Sanata Dharma University Yogyakarta; 2) describe the level of interpersonal communication anxiety in students of Guidance and Counseling Study Program class of 2020, Sanata Dharma University Yogyakarta; 3) analyze how much the relationship between self-concept and interpersonal communication anxiety in students of Guidance and Counseling Study Program class of 2020, Sanata Dharma University Yogyakarta.The type of research is quantitative correlation. The research subjects were students of the Guidance and Counseling Study Program class of 2020, Sanata Dharma University Yogyakarta, totaling 115 students. This study used purposive sampling technique. Data collection uses a self-concept scale and an interpersonal communication anxiety scale.The results showed that: 1) 6 students (9.4%) had a very high level of self-concept, 28 students (43.8%) had a high level of self-concept, and 30 students (46.9%) had a moderate level of self-concept; 2) 1 student (1.6%) had a very high level of interpersonal communication anxiety, 16 students (25%) had a high level of interpersonal communication anxiety, 44 students (68.8%) had a moderate level of interpersonal communication anxiety, and 3 students (4.7%) had a low level of interpersonal communication anxiety; 3) There is a significant positive relationship between self-concept and interpersonal communication anxiety with the results of the Spearman's rho analysis test, namely rxy = 0.579 with a significance of p = 0.000 (p 0.05, so the level is significant). The results of this study are not in line with the hypothesis built so that it is discussed in the limitations of the study

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) Mengetahui seberapa tinggi perilaku prososial yang dimiliki siswa kelas X SMK PL Leonardo Klaten, (2) Mengetahui seberapa tinggi tingkat motivasi belajar pada siswa kelas X SMK PL Leonardo Klaten, (3) Mengetahui hubungan perilaku prososial dengan motivasi belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan desain penelitian korelasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK PL Leonardo Klaten. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas X tahun ajaran 2022/2023 yang berjumlah 74 siswa. Peneliti menggunakan dua skala, yaitu skala Perilaku Prososial dan skala Motivasi Belajar. Skala Perilaku Prososial terdiri atas 41 item valid (koefisien reliabilitas 0,943). Skala ini mengukur lima aspek perilaku prososial, yaitu berbagi, menolong, kedermawanan, kerja sama, dan kejujuran. Skala Motivasi Belajar terdiri atas 46 item valid (koefisien reliabilitas 0,943). Skala ini mengukur enam aspek motivasi belajar, yaitu adanya hasrat dan keinginan berhasil, adanya dorongan dan kebutuhan dalam belajar, adanya harapan dan cita-cita masa depan, adanya penghargaan dalam belajar, adanya kegiatan yang menarik dalam belajar dan adanya lingkungan belajar yang kondusif. Peneliti menganalisis korelasi dengan rumus Pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Tingkat perilaku prososial siswa cenderung pada kategori tinggi (41,9%), (2) Tingkat motivasi belajar siswa cenderung pada kategori tinggi (48,6%), (3) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan positif antara perilaku prososial dengan motivasi belajar siswa dengan nilai korelasi Pearson 0.699 dan nilai p-value 0.000 (0,05) yang artinya masuk dalam kategori sangat kuat.
