Abstract

This research is a descriptive quantitative research which aims to: 1) Describe the level of academic procrastination in students of SMP Negeri 3 Yogyakarta for the 2021/2022 academic year. 2) Knowing the items in the academic procrastination questionnaire that are identified as high to be proposed as tutoring topics. The subjects in this study were 123 class VII students of SMP Negeri 3 Yogyakarta for the academic year 2021/2022. The data collection in this study used a survey method by filling out a questionnaire of 39 valid items out of 50 items that had been made previously and had a Cronbach Alpha reliability index of 0.877. The scale is arranged based on aspects of academic procrastination, namely: (1) there are delays in starting or completing work on the task at hand. , (2) slowness in carrying out tasks, (3) time gap between plans and actual performance, (4) doing other activities that are more enjoyable than doing the tasks that must be done. The results of the study show that (1) the level of academic procrastination carried out by students of SMP Negeri 3 Yogyakarta for the 2021/2022 academic year tends to be at a moderate level, in more detail, including 4.87% in the high category, 60.97% in the medium category, 29.26 % in the low category, and 4.87% in the very low category. (2) the results of item analysis showed 4 items (10%) identified as high, in the medium category there were 17 items (44%), 18 items (46%) in the low category. Based on the items in the high and medium categories, it can be proposed as personal study guidance topics. The proposed guidance topic concerns all aspects of procrastination.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari seberapa baik tingkat peran orang tua dalam mendukung prestasi belajar siswa, mengidentifikasi capaian skor item pengukuran orang tua yang teridentifikasi belum optimal untuk dasar pengusulan topik diaolog orang, dan mencari hubungan peran orang tua dengan prestasi belajar. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional. Penelitian ini melibatkan 87 siswa kelas 10. Dengan menggunakan skala Likert dengan teknik analsis data menggunakan uji korelasional. Dari skala pengukuran peran orang tua terdapat 42 item yang valid dan 8 item dinyatakan gugur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) terdapat peran orang tua yang berada dalam kategori sangat tinggi yaitu dengan frekuensi 44 orang atau 51%, kategori tinggi dengan frekuensi 33 orang atau 38%, kategori sedang dengan frekuensi 9 atau 10%, dan kategori rendah dengan frekuensi 1 atau 1%. (2) Hasil capaian skor item peran orang tua yang teridentifikasi belum optimal sebesar 2% atau 1 item terkait peran orang tua sebagai motivator. Maka dari itu usulan topik dialog orang tua dibuat dalam rangka pencegahan, pengembangan, penanganan. (3) Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh 0,002 0,05, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya terdapat hubungan peran orang tua dengan prestasi belajar siswa kelas X. Hasil penelitian kiranya dapat memberikan sumbangan ilmu yang bermanfaat bagi para orang tua agar dapat mempertahankan dan meningkatkan peran yang positif serta bijak dalam mendukung anaknya meraih prestasi belajar yang baik

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengetahui seberapa tinggi tingkat bermain game online siswa SMA Pangudi Luhur St. Vincentius Giriwoyo, (2) Mengetahui seberapa tinggi tingkat prestasi belajar siswa SMA Pangudi Luhur St.Vincentius Giriwoyo, (3) Mengetahui hubungan antara intensitass bermain game online dengan prestasi belajar siswa SMA Pangudi Luhur St. Vincentius Giriwoyo. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan kuesioner. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 50 siswa kelas X dan XI. Teknik analisis dengan uji kategorisasi, uji normalitas, uji linearitas, dan uji hipotesis korelasional. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat intensitas bermain game online di SMA Pangudi Luhur St. Vincentius Giriwoyo rendah (44%),, tingkat prestasi belajar di SMA Pangudi Luhur St. Vincentius Giriwoyo dengan menggunakan rumus Guilford memperoleh hasil 0,414 dan dalam tabel interpretasi termasuk dalam kategori sedang, dan terdapat hubungan yang negatif dan signifikan antara intensitas bermain game online dengan prestasi belajar dengan nilai signifikansi 0,0020,05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengetahui seberapa tinggi tingkat stres kerja karyawan-karyawati CV. Sanjaya di Pangkalpinang; (2) Mengetahui butir item skala stres kerja karyawan yang teridentifikasi tinggi yang dapat diusulkan sebagai topic program manajemen stres. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah karyawankaryawati CV.Sanjaya yang berjumlah 45 orang.Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala stres kerja karyawan dengan 33 item yang valid dan memiliki indeks realibilitas Alpha Cronbach sebesar 0,964.Skala disusun berdasarkan aspek stres kerja, yaitu: (1) Aspek biologis, berupa gejala fisik; (2) Aspek psikologis, berupa gejala psikis. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah statistik deskriptif yang mengacu pada norma kategorisasi dengan kriteria sangat setuju, setuju, tidak setuju dan sangat tidak setuju.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan : (1) Tingkat stres kerja karyawan CV.Sanjaya diperoleh hasil 27% dengan kategori sangat tinggi, 29% dengan kategori tinggi, 31% dengan kategori sedang, 13% dengan kategori rendah, dan 0% dengan kategori sangat rendah.(2) Hasil analisis item menunjukkan 24 item yang terindikasi capaian tinggi dan hanya 2 item yang akan diusulkan menjadi topik bimbingan klasikal manajemen stres.Adapun usulan topic-topik bimbingan klasikal, yaitu: (1) Strategi Menghadapi Tuntutan Kerja yang Tingg; (2) Teknik Relaksasi Mengurangi Stres

Abstract

The aims of this study were to: 1) Find out how high the phenomenon of toxic relationships is in dating among students of the 2020-2021 batch of the Guidance and Counseling Study Program, Sanata Dharma University. 2) Knowing the dominant forms of toxic relationships experienced by Guidance and Counseling students at Sanata Dharma University. 3) Knowing the efforts made to escape from a toxic relationship. This research uses quantitative descriptive analysis. The subjects in the research were 105 students of the Guidance and Counseling Study Program at Sanata Dharma University, class of 2020-2021. This study uses a toxic relationship scale instrument with a total of 32 items. There are 28 valid items and have a Cronbach Alpha reliability index 0,934. The results of this study indicate that 1) 7.55% or 8 students experience a toxic relationship in the very high category. 2) 10.36% or 11 students experience toxic relationships in the high category. 3) 16.04% or 17 students are in the medium category. 4) 12.26% or 13 students show the level of toxic relationship is in the low category. 5) 53.77% or 56 students show a very low toxic relationship phenomenon. The highest forms of toxic relationships experienced by students were in the psychological aspect with a total of 40 students (38.1%) and 13 students (12.4%). Most students acquire the ability to consider solutions with a total of 91 students (86.7%) and 80 students (76.2%).

Abstract

Masihkah mahasiswa pengguna aplikasi Tinder (mencari jodoh via online) punya muruah/martabat/harga diri? Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Menakar level self-esteem pada mahasiswa pengguna Tinder; (2) Mengidentifikasi hal-hal terkait self-esteem pengguna tinder yang teridentifikasi buruk. Subjek penelitian ini 45 orang mahasiswa Universitas Sanata Dharma Yogyakarta yang menggunakan tinder sebagai aplikasi pencarian jodoh. Kolekting data menggunakan skala Self-esteem Mahasiswa Pengguna Tinder. Skala disusun berdasarkan kombinasi aspek-aspek self-esteem yang dikonsep Coopersmith dan Heatheron Polivy, yaitu power, significance, virtue, competence, performance, social dan physical. Skala memuat 30 item valid dengan nilai reliabilitas Cronbach’s Alpha 0,925. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik kuantitatif deskriptif kategori. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar mahasiswa pengguna tinder memiliki self-esteem pada level kategori tinggi. Teridentifikasi 2 item pengukuran selfesteem yang capaian skornya buruk.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk: (1) Mengetahui bagaimana tingkat kebahagiaan siswi perempuan di SMA N 1 Karangdowo Klaten terkait belajar menggunakan sistem full day school, (2) Mengetahui bagaimana tingkat kebahagiaan siswa laki-laki di SMA N 1 Karangdowo Klaten terkait belajar menggunakan sistem full day school, (3) Mendeskripsikan perbedaan tingkat kebahagiaan peserta didik SMA N 1 Karangdowo Klaten. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dimana peneliti melakukan pengumpulan data lewat teknik observasi dan menggunakan metode kuisioner. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik SMA N 1 Karangdowo Klaten yang berjumlah 70 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah melalui proses validasi menggunakan JASP versi 14. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) Tingkat kebahagiaan Siswi perempuan mayoritas 18 siswa (48%) masuk dalam kategori tinggi. (2) Tingkat kebahagiaan siswa laki-laki mayoritas 12 siswa (57%) masuk dalam kategori sedang. (3) Terdapat perbedaan tingkat kebahagiaan antara laki-laki dan perempuan 2 siswa (2%) yang kebahagiaannya masuk dalam kategori sangat tinggi, 40 siswa (70%) masuk dalam kategori tinggi, dan 21 siswa (20%) masuk dalam kategori rendah.

Abstract

Based on the results of the assessment of student needs through the distribution of problem checklists, data were obtained that students experienced problems in the field of career and work. The subjects in this study were students of class X Phase E SMA Negeri 2 Yogyakarta in the 2024/2025 academic year. The focus of study in this research is to analyze the level of students' career planning ability through classical guidance services assisted by the website. The steps of counseling guidance action research carried out in three cycles include action planning (planning), action implementation, observation, and interpretation observation and reflection of the series of steps that have been implemented. The results of the study prove that there are values of students' career planning abilities in cycle I with the provision of material “the meaning and importance of career planning”, there are 35 students in the Medium category, and only 1 student in the High category. These results indicate that students' career planning skills are still low. Then, in cycle II using digital learning media in the form of a website with the provision of material “Tips and Tricks for Career Planning Information” on Study Programs in Higher Education through the “Website” Application Career planning with data results 30 students are in the High category and 6 students are in the Medium category. This indicates that the success indicator in cycle II using website media with the percentage value of the success indicator is high.

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) Find out whether there are differences in problem-focused coping in students majoring in humanities and non-humanities. (2) Find out how high problem- focused coping is for students majoring in humanities. (3) Knowing how high problem-focused coping is for students majoring in non-humanities. (4) Knowing which problem-focused coping scale items are identified and which items on the problem-focused coping scale are identified as low. This study is a comparative quantitative study that involves 200 respondents who are active students of the 2020-2022 batch of Sanata Dharma University Yogyakarta. There are two types of questionnaires in collecting the data in this study, there are an open questionnaire to determine the study program and class, and a closed questionnaire with a Likert Scale to calculate the problem-focused coping items of the students between the two sample groups. The questionnaire consists of 33 valid items, categorized into five aspects: self-activity, planning, minimizing competitive activities, self-control, and social support. The questionnaire's Alpha Cronbach reliability index was 0.722. As the assumption results were not met, the researcher used the Mann Whitney non-parametric t-test with the assistance of JASP 0.16.0.0 for Windows. The results of this study are: (1) There is a significant difference in problem-focused coping between students majoring in humanities and students majoring in non-humanities; (2) The level of problem-focused coping of students majoring in humanities tends to be in the high category; (3) The level of problem-focused coping of students majoring in non-humanities tends to be in the high category; (4) There are eight items with the number of item score achievements that are identified as moderate. So, the researchers propose guidance topics with the themes: (1) Deft in overcoming problems; (2) Planned life makes happy; (3) Building healthy relationships (4) Building positive openness.

Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior is work behavior outside of an employee's obligations that is carried out voluntarily. If OCB is not implemented, there will be a decline in company growth, an unproductive work environment, and employees who are stagnant in growth. This study builds a hypothesis that permanent employees have a higher level of OCB than non-permanent employees, because permanent employees have more benefits, higher salaries, and are treated better by institutions or companies. This type of research is quantitative research that has a comparative research design. The subjects of the study were 95 Permanent Cleaning Employees and Non-Permanent Cleaning Employees of Sanata Dharma University. Consisting of 44 permanent employees and 51 non-permanent employees. The scale instrument used was a Likert scale of 55 questions with 4 alternative answers. The study was conducted via Google Form. The results of the study stated that there were differences in the OCB levels of permanent and non-permanent employees.
