Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi telah memberikan dampak yang cukup signifikan dalam berbagai bidang, termasuk salah satunya Pendidikan. Dalam aspek Pendidikan permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah keterbatasan akses mahasiswa terhadap informasi akademik secara cepat dan efisien. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan chatbot berbasis Telegram yang mampu memberikan respons informatif, akurat, dan ringkas terhadap pertanyaan pengguna terkait akademik di program studi Teknik Informatika. Chatbot ini memanfaatkan metode Retrieval-Augmented-Generation (RAG) untuk memproses informasi dari dokumen teks secara efisien. Metode RAG digunakan untuk menemukan jawaban yang relevan dari dokumen berdasarkan pertanyaan pengguna, sementara Large Language Model memahami konteks pertanyaan dan menghasilkan jawaban yang sesuai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) dengan tahapan meliputi survei questioner kebutuhan mahasiswa, preprocessing data, Pembangunan indeks pencarian berbasis vektor, konfigurasi model LLM, serta integrasi chatbot dengan Telegram. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa chatbot mampu memberikan jawaban dengan akurasi tinggi dan waktu respons rata-rata 60 detik untuk pertanyaan sederhana hingga kompleks, sehingga chatbot berbasis RAG cukup efektif meningkatkan aksesibilitas informasi secara real-time. Pengembangan lebih lanjut dapat difokuskan pada peningkatan pemahaman terhadap beragam pertanyaan dan personalisasi respons.

Abstract

Reviews are texts that contain an assessment or comment on something and can be used to provide more in-depth information. This research aims to analyze community reviews of the Mandalika Circuit using the aspect-based sentiment analysis technique CNN method. The CNN model is trained using two types of word embedding, namely Keras and FastText, and supported by the Multilabel Stratified K-Fold Cross Validation method to ensure an even distribution of data on each label and produce a stable accuracy evaluation. The results show that CNN with FastText word embedding has a higher average accuracy than CNN with Keras word embedding for both aspect and sentiment classification tasks. However, the model had difficulty in classifying the positive class in the sentiment label, which was due to the smaller amount of review data with positive sentiment than neutral and negative. Therefore, for future research, it is recommended to use data augmentation techniques on the imbalanced classes to improve the accuracy of the model.

Abstract

Information system security is increasingly crucial with the rise of cyber threats. This study identifies and evaluates security risks in education service systems using STRIDE and DREAD-based Threat Modeling. STRIDE identifies threats such as spoofing, tampering, repudiation, information disclosure, denial of service, and elevation of privilege, while DREAD assesses risk based on potential damage, ease of exploitation, affected users, and likelihood of detection. The analysis showed that information disclosure and elevation of privilege were the highest risks, mainly due to the permissive CORS configuration. Testing using Burp Suite revealed high-level vulnerabilities allowing unauthorized access and data leakage. To address this, mitigations in the form of CORS policy validation, HTTP method restrictions, data encryption, and role-based authentication were implemented. Simulation results after mitigation showed a significant reduction in security issues, such as critical issues dropping from 6 to 1. This research confirms STRIDE and DREAD are effective in identifying and evaluating security risks, providing a strong basis for designing mitigation strategies to maintain educational service security.

Abstract

The agricultural sector is a key pillar of Indonesia's economy, including in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Province. According to 2023 census data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), 768,765 farmers are engaged in Individual Agricultural Enterprises (UTP), with 46,910 from Dompu Regency, linked to the Agricultural Extension Center (BPP). BPP Kempo District faces inefficiencies in aid distribution due to manual processes using books and paper, leading to data recording errors. To address this, a web-based aid distribution information system was developed, providing aid registration and announcement features to facilitate data management and communication. This study aims to enhance aid distribution efficiency by digitizing manual processes. The Prototyping method was applied to allow early user feedback, ensuring improvements before the final system deployment. This approach helps minimize errors and aligns the system with user needs. The results, based on black-box testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), confirm the system's effectiveness. Black-box testing with end users verified that all features met expectations, while UAT showed an 87.95% satisfaction rate, categorized as "very good." Thus, this system improves the effectiveness of aid distribution in Kempo District.

Abstract

Currently, websites have become an integral component in various sectors of life, including business, entertainment, and education. Universitas Mataram (UNRAM), as one of the leading universities in the West Nusa Tenggara Province, utilizes a website as the main platform to convey information related to university programs and activities. However, with the rapid development of information technology, the vulnerability level to website security within the UNRAM environment has also increased. This research specifically focuses on vulnerability analysis on several subdomains within the UNRAM environment using the Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP) method. The analytical approach involves scanning subdomains using OWASP ZAP, identifying security vulnerabilities, and providing recommendations for corrective actions in accordance with the OWASP vulnerability list. The research results indicate that out of a total of 108 identified vulnerabilities across all tested subdomains, only 50,92% can be classified as valid vulnerabilities after the verification process. Each subdomain, such as SIA, SPI, FEB, FT, and PSTI, has different vulnerability levels, with verified vulnerability percentages of 71.43%, 45.45%, 75%, 77.78%, and 56.25%, respectively. Improvement recommendations include implementing Anti-CSRF tokens, SameSite attributes on cookies, proper server configuration, component updates such as Bootstrap, jQuery, and Chart.js, and enhancing cryptographic security measures.

Abstract

The rise of social media, particularly Twitter, has enabled sentiment analysis in tourism. This study examines tourist sentiments toward Gili, Lombok, using K-Means Clustering on 6,030 tweets, refined to 3,156 after cleaning. The clustering yielded Silhouette Coefficient scores of 0.4382 (positive-English), 0.4173 (positive-Indonesian), 0.4258 (negative-English), and 0.4535 (negative-Indonesian), indicating well-structured clusters. Tourists expressed positive views on natural beauty and activities but raised concerns about water supply issues. This study demonstrates K-Means Clustering’s effectiveness in revealing sentiment trends, offering valuable insights for local governments and tourism stakeholders to enhance visitor experiences and address challenges.

Abstract

The availability of printed textbooks as the main learning resource remains a challenge in several schools, including SMP Negeri (SMPN) 4 Taliwang located in Sumbawa Barat Regency, West Nusa Tenggara. The limited availability of printed textbooks prevents students from fully accessing learning materials. Additionally, the results of the questionnaire indicate that most students prefer shorter texts, which suggests a low level of reading interest among the students. This becomes one of the obstacles in the implementation of learning, especially when the lesson material is presented in the form of long texts. Seeing the existing problem, the author developed a website-based books summary information system using the Personal Extreme Programming (PXP) method. The PXP method was chosen because of its quick cycle time and flexibility in accommodating new user needs, while still focusing on planning and software quality. This system is designed to enhance students' access to school lesson materials in a more concise manner, making them easier to understand, and accessible anytime and anywhere. The test results show that this system is capable of improving students' access to learning materials with a MOS percentage of 86% (excellence category), indicating that the system is functioning well and is suitable for use.

Abstract

The inefficiency in the futsal field rental process in Mataram City, which still relies on manual methods such as booking by telephone or booking directly, results in delays in confirmation and potential recording errors. This research aims to develop a web-based Futsal Field Rental Management Information System to streamline the booking and payment process. The proposed system allows tenants to make reservations and payments online while assisting field owners in managing rental data and creating financial reports automatically, thereby increasing efficiency and accuracy. The system was developed using the prototyping method, which allows the creation and refinement of the system in stages through early versions (prototypes) that are evaluated by users, so that feedback can be integrated directly in each development cycle. System testing conducted using the Blackbox method shows that the developed system can function properly, simplify the ordering process, reduce recording errors, and improve business operational efficiency. In addition, testing was also carried out using the Mean Opinion Score (MOS) method to evaluate user satisfaction from a subjective perspective, providing insight into the perceived usability and acceptance level of the system. In conclusion, the implementation of this system effectively answers the challenges in futsal field rental by providing a faster, transparent, and efficient solution for both tenants and managers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi penggunaan Internet of things (IOT) dalam sistem irigasi tetes untuk memantau kelembaban tanah dan debit air secara otomatis. Sensor kelembaban tanah dan sensor aliran air digabungkan ke mikrokontroler NodeMCU ESP8266 dan Arduino Uno. Teknologi ini memonitor kondisi tanah secara real time dan mengontrol penyiraman berdasarkan tingkat kelembaban. Pengujian selama tiga hari dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi kemampuan sistem dalam menyesuaikan penyiraman dengan kondisi tanah. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa perangkat ini dapat mendeteksi perubahan kelembapan tanah dan menyiram air secara otomatis ketika berada di bawah ambang batas yang telah ditentukan (44%) yang telah dikalibrasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan tanaman cabai. Pada hari pertama, penyiraman dilakukan satu kali, dengan total debit air 0,776 liter. Penyiraman dilakukan sebanyak dua kali pada hari kedua, dengan total debit air 0,977 liter. Sementara itu, pada hari ketiga, penyiraman dilakukan dua kali dengan total debit air 0,881 liter, untuk mengimbangi tingkat kelembapan tanah. Meskipun sistem ini telah terbukti efektif dalam mengoptimalkan penyiraman, terdapat beberapa keterbatasan dalam implementasinya. Sensor kelembaban tanah (YL-69) dapat mengalami fluktuasi pembacaan, terutama jika terdapat endapan mineral atau kondisi tanah yang berubah, sehingga kalibrasi rutin diperlukan. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem irigasi berbasis IOT dapat secara otomatis mengoptimalkan penyiraman berdasarkan data kelembaban tanah dan debit air. Dengan teknologi ini, sistem dapat bereaksi terhadap perubahan kondisi lingkungan, memastikan bahwa penyiraman hanya dilakukan jika diperlukan.

Abstract

Fajri Jaya Travel is a transportation service provider based in West Nusa Tenggara. In conducting its business activities, the company still uses the manual method, where prospective passengers are required to either visit the ticket agent in person or contact them by phone to book tickets or inquire about schedules, ticket prices, or seat availability. This method is inefficient and time-consuming, especially for people living far from ticket agents or having difficulties accessing information quickly. Furthermore, this approach is susceptible to recording errors, such as incorrect passenger data or duplicate seat numbers. To address this issue, this study aims to develop an online ticket booking system for Fajri Jaya Travel. This system will allow prospective passengers to obtain departure schedules and book tickets through a website, without the need to visit a ticket agent in person and minimizing data entry errors. This system is built using the Bootstrap and Laravel frameworks with the Extreme Programming development method. The system was tested using Black Box Testing to assess functionality and the Mean Opinion Score method to evaluate user satisfaction, resulting in average scores of 4.4 from administrators, 4.0 from drivers, and 4.55 from general users, indicating a high level of satisfaction.
