Jurnal Teknologi Informasi, Komputer dan Aplikasinya disingkat dengan JTIKA diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Teknik Informatika Fakultas Teknik Universitas Mataram sebagai wadah publikasi hasil penelitian original dalam di bidang teknologi informasi, ilmu komputer dan aplikasinya. Abstract

Parking lots are a common thing in everyday life. The problem of parking lot's density can be a problem for managers of a place. So to overcome the problem that can occur, this study aims to design a decision support system (DSS) to determine the density of parking lots by applying the concept of IoT and Tsukamoto's fuzzy method. IoT is used to automate data retrieval to create fuzzy rule patterns. In the Tsukamoto method, each rule is represented by IF-THEN. The method for system design in this study includes the design of hardware and software. In this design, data retrieval uses an ultrasonic sensor HC-SR04 and is processed with the IoT concept using Arduino UNO and ESP8266 microcontrollers. The sensor is placed on the exit and entry path of the vehicle on the parking lot to detect vehicles entering and exiting. The parking lot used in this study is miniature. Vehicle data is processed using Tsukamoto's fuzzy logic to determine parking density decisions. Data variables used are time, duration, and density of parking lots. DSS is designed using the Laravel framework. Based on the test results, it is known that IoT devices can perform their functions properly. DSS that is made in the form of a website can also function well. The results are based on error testing, obtained error for determining the parking density level is 7,68%.

Abstract

Bencana alam gempa merupakan salah satu bencana alam yang mengakibatkan kerugian materi maupun non materi bagi daerah dan masyarakat yang terdampak. Pemerintah melalui Lembaga pemerintah yakni Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) melakukan kegiatan pemberian bantuan bagi korban terdampak berdasarkan beberapa kriteria kerusakan rumah yang dialami yakni rusak ringan, sedang, dan berat. Dalam menentukan kriteria dibutuhkan data-data kerusakan rumah korban yang dalam pendataanya masih dilakukan secara manual yaitu mengisi berkas form kerusakan rumah yang dialami korban sehingga cukup membutuhkan waktu untuk melakukan pendataan dan penentuan kriterianya. oleh karena itu dalam penilitian ini akan dibangun sebuah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) berbasis website dengan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) yang diharapkan dapat membantu BPBD dalam melakukan pendataan dan penentuan penerima bantuan korban bencana alam gempa dengan lebih cepat.

Abstract

Abstract- The geographical information system for searching the fastest route of sale location by Lombok specialists using the waypoint function and the heuristic greedy method in the city of Mataram based on web is a web-based Google map mapping application that maps the location of souvenir shops and shop categories especially those located in the city of Mataram . The purpose of making this application is to make it easier for domestic and foreign tourists to search for souvenir shops in Lombok, where tourists can search 1-3 categories of existing stores and search for the closest route from the user's position based on the search category. This system uses the heuristic greedy method for route search, where geolacation is used to get the user's location which is used as a starting location for route search by souvenirs and used as a route by using the waypoint function used to create routes with more than one destination location. The geographic information system for searching the fastest route of souvenir shops in Lombok by using the waypoint function and the heuristic greedy method in the city of Mataram based on the web was created using the CodeIgniter framework with the MVP concept to build web sites. In addition, a Google Map library is needed which functions to display maps on the website created.

Abstract

Sasak’s script is the one of Indonesia's cultural heritages which is endangered language category and it needs to be preserved so its not become extinct script. If there is no preservation, Sasak’s script will be close to extinction. Given the importance of conservation efforts, a reserch was carried out to recognize the Sasak’s script handwriting patterns. This reserch aims to see the optimal model for recognizing Sasak script patterns and to see how accurate the Linear Discriminant Analysis method as extraction features and Backpropagation Neural Network as a classification method for recognizing Sasak’s script patterns. The dataset in this reserch consisted of three variations amount of data which are 13500, 10800 and 2700. According to the final results of the study the best accuracy was obtained in the 10800 dataset, 92.20% with 92% precision and 92% recall with 250,691s computing time. The test is based on the best paramater of DCT coefficient test parameters, eigen value, number of neurons, number of hidden layers and learning rate that has been tested before.

Abstract

Signature is one of the media used for verification and legalization of information, such as documents that are closely related to legality. In general, signature verification is done manually by direct comparing, this is certainly not effective, especially if doing a lot verification. Therefore, we need a computer system that can automatically verify a person's signature to save time in matching and reducing errors. This research was conducted using feature of Local Binary Pattern (LBP) method and Learning Vector Quantization (LVQ) classifier. Materials that used in this research are 600 signature images with a size of 500x500 pixels taken from 30 respondents where each respondent taken 15 original signatures and 5 fake signatures. The results of this research are that the signature identification process resulted in 93% and the verification process resulted in an accuracy of 63%, a sensitivity of 89%, and a specificity of 42%.

Abstract

Pemberian beasiswa merupakan program kerja yang ada di setiap Universitas atau perguruan tinggi. Bidikmisi adalah program bantuan biaya pendidikan yang diberikan pemerintah melalui Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Tinggi. Dalam melakukan penetapan mahasiswa peserta beasiswa bidikmisi pihak Universitas masih menggunakan cara manual yaitu dengan cara melakukan pengecekan kembali data mahasiswa satu persatu di Microsoft excel oleh Subbagian Kesejahteraan Mahasiswa dan hasil seleksi data diurutkan berdasarkan fakultas atau prodi masing-masing. Untuk membantu dalam proses seleksi maka perlu dibangun sistem pendukung keputusan, agar dapat menjadi pertimbangan dalam mengambil keputusan. Dalam sistem pendukung keputusan ini menggunakan 10 kriteria antara lain: penghasilan ayah, penghasilan ibu, jumlah tanggungan, kepemilikan rumah, luas tanah, luas bangunan, jarak pusat kota, mandi cuci kakus, sumber listrik dan sumber air. Didalam sistem pendukung keputusan ini perhitungannya menggunakan metode weighted product. Metode weighted product digunakan karena metode ini lebih bisa memberikan nilai bobot disetiap kriteria kemudian dilakukan perangkingan dari yang terbesar ke terkecil dari hasil perhitungan nilai akhir. Dalam pembangunan sistem ini, menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan database yang digunakan mysql dengan menggunakan framework Codeigniter.

Abstract

Hybrid Application of Roads and Road Fittings Facilities Conditions in the City of Mataram is an application consisting of web applications and mobile applications. The web application is used by Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang of mataram city and Dinas Perhubungan of mataram city to manage condition data from city roads and also road fittings facilities in the city of Mataram and to receive complaints of damage from the public. While the mobile application is used by the people of the city of Mataram to see the condition of the road and road fittings facilities based on data from the department and the public can also make complaints about damage from roads and road facilities. System testing using the Black Box method and MOS testing. MOS test results indicate that the average rating of respondents from Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang of Mataram City stated strongly agree and agree were 66.67% and 33.33%. The average rating of respondents from Dinas Perhubungan of Mataram City stated strongly agree and agree were 58,33% and 41,67%. The average rating of respondents from the community stated strongly agree and agree were 52,50% and 44,17%. Therefore, this research concluded that this system is eligible to use.

Abstract

Mobile Ad Hoc Network (MANET) is a stand-alone wireless network, consisting of several nodes that can move in all directions freely. The routing protocol used as the object of this study is Ad Hoc On-Demand Multipath Distance Vector (AOMDV). This research carries out an energy calculation process at a node that can be used as a new energy-based route by utilizing topology changes. Energy efficiency in the routing protocol can be done using the Energy-Aware SHORT (Self Healing and Optimizing Routing Techniques) method. The main purpose of the Energy-Aware SHORT (EA-SHORT) algorithm is to save energy on MANET, by extending the life of nodes and networks by routing packets through nodes that have enough remaining power and avoiding nodes that have low power. AOMDV performance will be compared with AOMDV which has been modified with EA-SHORT measured from the specified parameter values. Analysis results show that the application of the EA-SHORT algorithm in the efficiency of route search succeeded in improving performance. The results of throughput on EA-AOMDV increased by 13.904% for an area of ​​500x500 m2 and 13.905% at 1000x1000 m2. The packet delivery ratio increased by 0.91% and 2.273%. Average end-to-end delay decreased by 20.482% and 18.734%.

Abstract

VANET is a subset of Mobile Adhoc Network (MANET) that utilizes wireless technology, which in the VANET network the node is presented as a vehicle and the route for a vehicle is presented as a highway that will be passed by that vehicle. In general, VANET has 3 classification routing protocols, namely reactive, proactive, and hybrid. Performance of routing protocol is greatly influenced by the propagation model. Propagation on the network is the behavior of radio waves, which in this case is used as a transmission medium from the transmitter to the destination (receiver). This research will analyze the variation of propagation models namely FreeSpace, TwoRayGround, Shadowing, and Nakagami on the performance of AOMDV (reactive), OLSR (proactive), and ZRP (hybrid). The performance of the routing protocol will be tested using test parameters including Packet Delivery Ratio (PDR), Packet Loss, End to End Delay, and Throughput. Abstract

Mobile Ad-Hoc Network (MANET) adalah jaringan wireless dari kumpulan node yang tidak memiliki router tetap. Setiap node dalam jaringan bertindak sebagai router yang bertanggung jawab untuk menemukan dan menangani rute antar node. Dalam penelitian ini, konsep energy aware menggunakan algoritma EA-SHORT diterapkan pada kerangka kerja Zone Routing Protocol (ZRP). EA-SHORT mencoba mendistribusikan beban jaringan ke semua node yang ada dengan memanfaatkan variasi jumlah energi dengan memilih node yang memiliki cukup energi yang dapat berpartisipasi dalam rute dan menghindari node yang memiliki energi rendah. Kinerja ZRP akan dibandingkan dengan EA-SHORT ZRP yang telah dimodifikasi dengan EA-SHORT yang diukur dari nilai parameter yang ditentukan. Dari simulasi, hasilnya menunjukkan, pada node 50, throughput meningkat sebesar 12,374%. Untuk 100 node, peningkatan sebesar 44.597%. Pada rata-rata average end to end delay , dengan 50 node, nilai EA-SHORT ZRP menurun sebesar 20.063%, 100 node EA-SHORT ZRP menurun sebesar 8.375%. Hasil PDR pada EA-SHORT ZRP dengan 50 node meningkat 0,545%, dan untuk EA-SHORT ZRP 100 node meningkat sebesar 21,301%
