Abstract

Tujuan pelaksanaan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis sekaligus mendeskripsikan penerapan prinsip manajemen berbasis sekolah terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (customer), prinsip manajemen berbasis sekolah dalam melibatkan 3 komponen dari 5 komponen  yaitu fokus pada pelanggan, teamwork, dan pengukuran (measurements) dalam pelaksanaan manajemen berbasis sekolah (MBS) di SMA Muhammadiyah Luwuk. Metodologi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah prinsip MBS khususnya pada pelanggan di SMA Muhammadiyah Luwuk diterapkan pada mata pelajaran bimbingan dan konseling, sementara penerapan MBS pada prinsip teamwork yaitu setiap warga dan stakeholders, harus berpartisipasi dalam informasi mutu. Mutu bukan hanya menjadi tanggung jawab warga sekolah atau komite saja, melainkan juga menjadi tanggung jawab semua pihak dan penerapan prinsip pengukuran yaitu tercermin dalam pelaksanaan efektivitas  evaluasi pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the activities and learning outcomes of Class III Science through the application of the Explicit Instruction model to Grade III students of SDN 09 Mattekko, Bara Subdistrict, Palopo City. This research is a classroom action research (PTK) and those who acted as research subjects were 26 students. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, documentation and tests. Data analysis conducted in this study is descriptive analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that: 1) By applying the Explicit Instruction model was able to increase the activity and learning outcomes of Class III Science in SDN 09 Mattekko, Bara District, Palopo City. 2) Using the Explicit Instruction model in science learning is done in stages, namely three cycles experiencing a significant increase in which the learning activities of students in the first cycle are categorized as "sufficient" from the percentage value of 66.66% with the average value of the results. learning by 63, in the second cycle observation of student learning activities categorized as "Good" from the percentage value of an average of 77.15% with an average value of learning outcomes of 77.08, and in the third cycle observation of student learning activities is categorized as "Good" from the percentage value of an average of 87.25% with an average value of learning outcomes of 82.8. Thus, the Explicit Instruction model needs to be used as a reference by the teacher in learning to improve the activities and learning outcomes of science in elementary schools, especially SDN 09 Mattekko, Bara District, Palopo City.

Abstract

Kemampuan belajar siswa sangat menentukan keberhasilan dalam proses belajar. Di dalam proses belajar, banyak faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya  di antaranya adalah  Karakter. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengetahui dan menjelaskan seberapa besar pengaruh karakter terhadap hasil belajar IPA siswa.  (2) Mengetahui dan menjelaskan seberapa besar pengaruh karakter terhadap hasil belajar IPA. Jenis penelitian ini adalah ex-post facto yang bersifat kausalitas. Sampel  dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa Kelas VI SD di Komplek Sungguminasa.Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket karakter siswa dan tes hasil belajar IPA siswa. Adapun hasil analisis data yang diperoleh sebagai berikut. (1) hasil analisis deskriptif untuk karakter menunjukkan bahwa siswa cenderung berada pada kategori sangat tinggi dengan frekuensi 70 dan persentase sebesar 35,7%. Adapun untuk hasil belajar menunjukkan bahwa siswa cenderung berada pada kategori sangat tinggi dengan frekuensi 75 dengan persentase sebesar 38,3%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan diperoleh bahwa karakter berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar pada siswa kelas VI di SD Kompleks Sungguminasa.

Abstract

Abstract[English]:This study aims to analyze the errors in the use of capital letters in writing narrative essays for fourth grade elementary school students. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection in this study uses observation techniques, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this study are through data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing and verification. The research results obtained are that there are some mistakes in writing capital letters in the middle of the sentence because students lack understanding in the correct use of capital letters and are often reversed in using capital letters. The factors causing these problems are due to the limitations of students and poorly trained. In addition, the lack of motivation to learn, responses and attitudes of students in the learning process.Abstrak[Indonesia] Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesalahan penggunaan huruf kapital pada penulisan karangan narasi siswa kelas IV SD. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu melalui reduksi data, sajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan serta verifikasi. Hasil penelitian yang didapat yaitu terdapat beberapa kesalahan penulisan huruf kapital di tengah kalimat dikarenakan siswa kurang paham dalam penggunaan huruf kapital yang benar serta sering terbalik dalam menggunakan huruf kapital. Faktor penyebab permasalahan tersebut karena keterbatasan siswa dan kurang terlatih. Selain itu rendahnya motivasi belajar, respons dan sikap siswa dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the foreign language learning in Indonesia, starting at the junior high school level from grade one to tertiary level. But it does not show development and progress and meaningful effectiveness. This research applies the method of autoethnography. Data collected through the retrospection of the author's personal experience and the narrative expressions of the experiences of others were analyzed using descriptive - qualitative methods and techniques. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that although education and learning of foreign languages have a long duration in Indonesia, they do not show satisfactory results. The reason is that foreign language learning is assumed to be mere knowledge. Not a practical skill that requires cultural experience taught in the target languages. Therefore, it is recommended that education policymakers and teachers in Indonesia should make various efforts to consider the component of practical skills in the use of foreign languages in the form of cultural engagement.

Abstract

Abstract: [English]This research aims to apply the CIRC type Cooperative learning model in Indonesian subjects about reading comprehension to improve the learning outcomes of fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 68 Parepare. This type of research uses a class action research design. The approach used in this study is qualitative. The results of a survey conducted on November 8, 2018, in class V of SD Negeri 68 Parepare were seen to have a low level of reading comprehension still. This was also evident from 18 students from the KKM 70 that had been determined by the teacher. The average grade of Indonesian reading comprehension materials ranged between 30-60. The low reading comprehension results are caused by several factors involved as a learning component, namely the causal factors of the teacher and the causal factors of the students. Keywords:   Abstrak[indonesia]Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan model pembelajaran Kooperatif tipe CIRC dalam mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia tentang membaca pemahaman sehingga dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas V SD Negeri 68 Parepare. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian tindakan kelas. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan pada tanggal 8 November 2018 di kelas V SD Negeri 68 Parepare terlihat masih rendahnya tingkat kemampuan membaca pemahaman. Hal ini pun terbukti dari 18 siswa dari KKM 70 yang telah ditentukan oleh guru diperoleh rata-rata nilai Bahasa Indonesia materi membaca pemahaman berkisar antara 30-60. Rendahnya hasil membaca pemahaman tersebut disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor yang terlibat sebagai komponen pembelajaran, yakni faktor penyebab dari guru dan faktor penyebab dari siswa.

Abstract

Abstract[English]:This study was conducted in fourth class Sukowinangun 2 elementary school District Magetan which aims to determine whether or not the effect of inquiry learning method through media environment on student learning out comes. The population of this research is all students of fourth class Sukowinangun 2 elementary school Magetan Regency who totaling 19 students. This data collection techniques using test method performance in the form of multiple-choice questions and answers. Data were analyzed using t-test derived from the value of post-test.The survey result revealed that t-count obtained was 18,56 is α = 0,05, meaning 18,56>1,734 there fore H0 is rejected and Ha accepted. So, there is the effect of this method of learning trough the media envinroment as a source of learning on student learning out comes fourth class Sukowinangun 2 elementary school Magetan Regency.Abstrak[Indonesia] Penelitian ini dilakukan di kelas IV SDN Sukowinangun 2 Kabupaten Magetan yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidak pengaruh metode inkuiri melalui media lingkungan terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen. Adapun populasinya adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV SDN Sukowinangun 2 Kabupaten Magetan yang berjumlah 19 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode tes unjuk kerja yang berupa soal pilihan ganda dengan 4 alternatif jawaban. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan uji –t yang diperoleh dari nilai post tes. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa nilai thitung yang diperoleh adalah 18,56 dengan α = 0,05, artinya 18,56> 1,734 sehingga kesimpulan yang didapatkan H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Jadi, terdapat pengaruh metode pembelajaran inkuiri melalui media lingkungan sebagai sumber belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SD Sukowinangun 2 Kabupaten Magetan.

Abstract

Education takes effect in human life. Education must depend on empowering all sector of society. Now, in industrial revolution 4.0, education is important to create the students' innovative. So, the school of Indonesia compete to get many new students to fill the amount of the students that were targeted by the Indonesia government. Based on the phenomenon, the purpose of this research was to identify the teacher perspective toward classroom management in the big class. This research was conducted at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Bantul. This research used a descriptive qualitative approach, and the major instruments used were interview and observation. There were two English teachers that were being involved as a participant in this research. Based on the result of the study, there were three difficulties faced by the English teacher in managing large classes. They are grouping the students, using English in large classes, and making students active. The strategies used by the English teacher in managing large classes are: Arranging the students' seat position, grouping the students, using the media, controlling the students, using humour, interacting, managing the time.

Abstract

Abstract: [English]This research aims to determine the learning styles of 2019 CPNS basic training participant in Tanah Laut district totalling 156 people. The Instrument that been used un this research was a google form learning basic questionnaire which refers to De Porter & Hernacki’s learning styles theory, which are visual, auditory and kinesthetic learning styles. Based on this research, it is known that 40 participants tend towards visual learning style, 55 participants have a tendency to auditory learning style, 48 participants have a tendency to kinesthetic learning style, and 13 participants have a tendency to mixed learning style. Therefore, it can be said that the majority of CPNS basic training participants in Tanah Laut district have a propensity to auditory learning styles. With this participant learning style profiling, it will be easier for lectures to choose the learning methods that will be used in face-to-face studying so that the training materials can be optimal.Abstrak[indonesia]Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gaya belajar peserta pelatihan dasar CPNS Kabupaten Tanah Laut tahun 2019 berjumlah sebanyak 156 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket gaya belajar De Porter & Hernacki yaitu gaya belajar visual, auditori, dan kinestetik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa 40 orang peserta mempunyai kecendrungan gaya belajar visual, 55 orang peserta mempunyai kecendrungan gaya belajar auditori, 48 orang peserta mempunyai kecendrungan gaya belajar kinestetik, dan 13 orang peserta mempunyai kecendrungan gaya belajar campuran. Oleh sebab itu, daat dikatakan secara mayoritas, peserta pelatihan dasar CPNS Kabupaten Tanah Laut memiliki kecendrungan gaya belajar auditori. Dengan adanya profiling gaya belajar peserta ini, akan memudahkan widyaiswara untuk memilih metode belajar dalam tatap muka pelatihan agar materi mata pelatihan dapat terserap secara optimal.

Abstract

Abstract[English]:This paper aims to obtain an overview of the quality of education in the revolutionary era 0.4 amidst Covid-19 which is full of great challenges, which require teachers and education observers to make and create new changes and paradigms facing the revolutionary era 4.0 amid the Covid-19 outbreak. Currently the world of education is one of the sectors that has been heavily affected by the Covid-19 outbreak, which has experienced a decline in quality which is the background for this research. Based on the goal of creating high quality education quality in achieving true educational success. This study uses a critical analysis method that produces several points including the importance of the role of teachers in dealing with education in the era of 4.0 which is all machine-driven. The defense of the role of teachers in facing the challenges of the 4.0 revolution amid the Covid-19 outbreak and the creation of a new paradigm for teachers in facing the era of the industrial revolution 4.0.Abstrak[Indonesia]:Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai mutu pendidikan era revolusi 0.4 ditengah Covid-19 yang penuh dengan tantangan hebat, yang mengharuskan guru dan para pemerhati pendidikan untuk melakukan serta menciptakan perubahan dan paradigma baru menghadapi era revolusi 4.0 di tengah wabah covid-19.  Saat ini dunia pendidikan menjadi salah satu sektor yang terkena dampak besar dari wabah covid-19 mengalami penurunan kwalitas yang kemudian melatar belakangi penelitian ini. Berdasarkan tujuan untuk menciptakan mutu pendidikan yang berkualitas tinggi dalam mencapai keberhasilan pendidikan yang hakiki. Penelitian ini Menggunakan metode analisis kritis yang menghasilkan beberapa point diantaranya pentingnya peran guru dalam menangani pendidikan era 4.0 yang semua serba mesin. Pertahanan peran guru menghadapi tantangan revolusi 4.0 di tengah wabah covid-19 serta terciptanya paradigma baru bagi guru dalam menghadapi era revolusi industri4.0.
