Abstract

Effectiveness of PGPB (Plant Growth Promoting Bacteria) from the roots of the Putri Malu (Mimosa pudica) plant on the chlorophyll content and stomata of cayenne pepper (Capsicum frutescens). Thesis. Biology Study Program, Faculty of Mathematics, Natural and Earth Sciences, Manado State University in Tondano. 2024. Dr. Aser Yalindua, MP as supervisor I and Danny Christian Posumah, S.Si, M.Si as supervisor II. Cayenne pepper (Capsicum frutescens) is one of the vegetable commodities that people really need as an ingredient to add flavor to food. Problems often faced by chili farmers include the availability of fertilizer and the presence of pest plants for cultivated plants which affect plant productivity. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of giving PGPB (Plant Growth Promoting Bacteria) from the roots of the putrimalu plant on the chlorophyll content and stomata of cayenne pepper leaves. This research was carried out at the Biology Department Laboratory, FMIPAK, Manado State University. This research used a Completely Randomized Design with five PGPB treatments, namely; P0= Control, P1= 10 ml, P2= 20 ml, P3=30 ml and P4=40 ml in three replications. The data was analyzed using Oneway Anova and continued with the Post Hoc LSD (Least Significant Difference) test at a confidence level of 95%. The results of this research show that PGPB treatment can increase plant growth such as plant height, number of leaves and root volume.

Abstract

Development of Student Worksheets (LKPD) Based on Educational Games Guided Inquiry Model on Static Electricity Material at Rurukan Christian Middle School. The aim of this research is to know how to develop LKPD, knowing feasibility and response to produce a product in the form of a Participant Worksheet Educational Game-Based Education with Guided Inquiry Model on Electricity Material Static at Rurukan Christian Middle School which can increase motivation to learn from learners. The design used in this research is the ADDIE model with stages (1) Analysis, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation. Results of development research and data analysis that have been carried out shows an educational game-based LKPD with a guided inquiry model on the material Static electricity according to media expert validators shows a percentage of 93.74% with The interpretation criteria are very feasible and according to the validator, the material expert shows percentage of 86.28% with very feasible interpretation criteria. Level of attractiveness based on teacher responses, it shows a percentage of 92.1% according to the criteria interpretation strongly agrees. The level of attractiveness is based on group test responses small indicates a percentage of 93% with the interpretation criteria of strongly agreeing.The level of interest in students' responses in the large group test shows percentage of 90.8% with interpretation criteria strongly agree. Through this data shows an educational game-based LKPD with a guided inquiry model on the material Static electricity is interesting and can be used as a learning medium learning process for teachers and students

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this research is how the numeralia of the Raja Ampat language of the Wardo dialect in Arefi village, Raja Ampat district. This research aims to identify the forms of numeralia and types of numeralia in the Wardo dialect in Raja Ampat district. This research is in the form of qualitative research. The subject in this research is the researcher himself and the data source in this research comes from sources who are native speakers of the Wardo dialect. The data collection techniques in this research are free-involved listening, interview techniques, note-taking and documentation techniques. The data analysis techniques in this research are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The numeralia results obtained in this research are based on the types of numeralia, namely; definite basic numerals (20), collective basic numerals (5), distributive basic numerals (3), indefinite basic numerals (6). In this research, it can be concluded that the numeralia in the Raja Ampat language of the Wardo dialect has its own characteristics, namely when the numeralia in an Indonesian sentence is placed at the beginning of the sentence, in the Wardo dialect it will move to the middle or end of the sentence depending on the subject in the sentence

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of learning using virtual laboratories on students' critical thinking skills on wave materials. The research was conducted at SMP Negeri 6 Tondano, Academic Year 2023-2024. This study uses a Quasi Experiment consisting of 2 classes, namely the Experiment class with 15 students and the control class with 16 students. The results of this study showed that there was a difference in the results of the critical thinking ability of the experimental class that was treated using virtual laboratory-assisted learning media and the control class using conventional methods. This difference can be seen from the average results of the post-test critical thinking ability of the experimental class that has been given learning using the virtual laboratory is 70.67 while the pre-test of the control class that uses conventional learning is 45.63. This is also evident from the results of the t-test calculation which produced a value of .

Abstract

Penerapan media audio visual dalam pembelajaran adalah penggunaan teknologi multimedia secara audio (suara) dan visual (gambar atau video), dengan tujuan meningkatkan pemahaman, keterlibatan, dan hasil belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar fisika Efek Doppler dengan menerapkan media audio visual pada pembelajaran model Problem Based Learning. Penelititan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Pre-Eksperimenta Design dengan rancangan one-group pretest-posttest. Teknik sampling menggunakan non probability sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas XI 1 dengan jumlah 20 siswa sebagai kelas eksperimen. Data diperoleh dengan observasi, dokumentasi dan tes. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah nilai dari pretest dan posttest. Selanjutnya dianalisis dengan uji normalitas dan hipotesis (uji-t). Perolehan nilai rata-rata untuk pretest 38,45 dan posttest 81,70. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menerapkan media audio visual pada pembelajaran model problem based learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Model Problem Based Learning disertai media audio visual dapat diterapkan dalam pembelajaran fisika sebagai alternatif dikarenakan minat dan hasil belajar yang cukup baik.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh implementasi model Project Based Learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa materi sistem peredaran darah manusia pada siswa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 3 Siau Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian quasi eksperimen one group pretest-postest design. Subjek penelitian yaitu siswa kelas VIII yang berjumlah 10 orang siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan tes hasil belajar dan angket respon siswa. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan uji paired sample T-tets dengan nilai signifikansi 0.00 < 0.05, maka tolak Ho dan terima Ha, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan implementasi model project based learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa materi sistem peredaran darah manusia pada siswa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 3 Siau Timur.

Abstract

Performance is the fulfillment of official tasks by staff members in order to accomplish a goal in compliance with the policies set forth by the institution. Many people are interested in this public service and people from many walks of life can directly benefit from it. A publically accessible component of the Department of Population and Civil Registration Office government apparatus is the State Civil Apparatus or Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN). We aim to find out how well the apparatus at the Sorong Regency Population and Civil Registration Service perform. We employed a qualitative descriptive research. Interviews, documentations, and observations were utilized for gathering data. The Head of the Population Registration Services Division and the Head of the General and Personnel Subdivision served as the research's primary informants. Two personnel and two community service users served as supporting informants. To analyze data we employed data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing method. The findings demonstrate how apparatus performance in delivering public services was evaluated using metrics related to the tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy dimensions. We discovered that attempts to enhance service quality, specifically by creating a positive impression through these five dimensions, have been demonstrated by the growth in services offered. Nonetheless, there was still a need to raise the standard of service in relation to the five suggested dimensions.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan pendekatan pembelajaran Jelajah Alam Sekitar (JAS) berbasis Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) pada materi pokok Ekologi dan Keanekaragaman Hayati. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian Quasi Experimental dengan desain penelitian Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik Porpusive Sampling. Sampel penelitian yaitu siswa kelas VIIA berjumlah 12 orang sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VIIB berjumlah 10 orang sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan tes. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa postest pada kelas eksperimen lebih besar dibandingkan kelas kontrol yakni 81,66 > 65,90 serta hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan uji Independent Sample T-Test dengan nilai signifikansi 0.001 < 0.05, maka tolak Ho dan terima Ha, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pendekatan Jelajah Alam Sekitar (JAS) berbasis Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi ekologi dan keanekaragaman hayati.

Abstract

Many studies have been conducted on electronic word of mouth (eWOM) and have shown varying results, therefore a more comprehensive review needs to be carried out. The aim of this study is to build a model of the relationship between eWOM variables (quality and quantity) on impulse buying which is mediated by trust. The analytical method used was an explanatory method by explaining the causal relationship between eWOM variables (quality and quantity), trust, and impulse buying. The population in this study were people who had shopped online with a sample of 340 people. The analytical tool used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS software tools. We found that eWOM (quality and quantity) influences impulse buying.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the science literacy profile of junior high school students in Tomohon City. Tomohon on the topic of environmental pollution. Descriptive with quantitative approach was the research method used in this study. The sample of this study amounted to 578 students consisting of 234 students of SMP 1 Tomohon, 169 students of SMP Negeri 3 Tomohon, 84 students of SMP Kristen Tomohon, 83 students of SMP Katolik Bunda Hati Kudus Wolouan, and 8 students of MTs. Mardhatillah Tomohon using purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used was a written test in the form of multiple choice. The results of this study showed that the science literacy profile of 578 junior high school students in Tomohon City on the topic of environmental pollution was in the range pollution is in the “medium” category with a percentage of 41.2%. The conclusion obtained in this study is the profile of science literacy of junior high school students in Tomohon City on the topic of environmental pollution is in the moderate category.
