Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi implementasi kebijakan pembiayaan pendidikan di SDIT Al Izzah dari tahap pembuatan kebijakan, pengelolaan biaya implementasi dan dampaknya terhadap pengambilan keputusan. Alokasi anggaran untuk pembiayaan pendidikan sebagian besar berasal dari kontribusi pembangunan pendidikan dari wali murid yang dialokasikan untuk penyediaan sarana dan prasarana, gaji guru, pembangunan fisik sekolah, dan pengadaan buku pelajaran. Implementasi kebijakan dengan menerapkan sistem subsidi silang bagi siswa kurang mampu dan pengelolaan biaya pribadi yang akuntabel dan transparan. Selain itu, kebijakan subsidi silang untuk membantu siswa kurang mampu, seperti penyelenggaraan ujian sekolah, peningkatan mutu dan mutu pembelajaran, peningkatan sarana dan prasarana baik kualitas maupun kuantitas untuk kelancaran pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan berorientasi pada pencapaian Standar Nasional Pendidikan.

Abstract

This paper aims to find out the Islamic perspective in viewing the phenomenon of public figures who perform melukat ceremonies. The research method used in this study is qualitative with a descriptive approach, data collection techniques through literature studies. The results obtained in this study are that carrying out ceremonies that are not Islamic teachings should be avoided because they cause more harm. One of the ceremonies that many public figures participate in is the melukat ceremony with the aim of self-cleaning and calming the soul. In Islam there are many solutions that can deal with life and health problems. Religious therapy can be done by having faith in Allah SWT, worshiping by means of prayer, fasting reading the Qur'an, dhikr, and prayer

Abstract

The current phenomenon in the world of education is indicated by the fact that there are still many students who are passive in the learning process because they feel less confident, do not participate in learning activities, and do not dare to express their own opinions and arguments. To overcome this phenomenon, students must develop intrapersonal intelligence. This is in accordance with the objectives of Pancasila Education and Learning, namely developing each potential student into a person who has a close relationship with Pancasila values. The purpose of this research is to learn more about how to implement the development of students' intrapersonal intelligence through Pancasila Education. The methodology in this study is to use a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The results showed that in learning Pancasila Education, there was the development of students' intrapersonal intelligence through the application of contextual learning strategies and independent assignment methods, providing space for students to dare to express opinions, giving rewards, as well as supporting activities and habituation, namely getting used to disposing of trash in its place, and giving advice and motivation to students. Furthermore, almost all of the material in learning Pancasila Education contains the development of intrapersonal intelligence. Abstract

The effectiveness of a learning method can be seen from the level of achievement of real goals with planned results. To achieve effectiveness in learning, a strategy or method is needed to make it easier for students to understand and understand learning. The learning model presented by the teacher has a very important role in realizing effective learning, so there is a need for a story method that is able to describe in detail in increasing the absorption of students and informing moral messages full of religious values ​​that are instilled by teachers in learning history. History is the study of events that have occurred in the past. This study concluded that the application of the story method in learning the history of Islamic Civilization can be effective and enjoyable because it is able to arouse student motivation, is more interesting and not boring. So that the subject matter of the history of Islamic Civilization is understood more quickly by students, and it is easier to remember material about the History of Islamic Civilization. Abstract

Marriage is a contract that gives rise to the ability to associate between men and women in the demands of the human instinct in life, and makes for both parties reciprocally rights and obligations. But in certain circumstances there are things that result in the breaking of the marriage bond. The breakup of the marriage exists in several forms, one of the forms being fasakh. The breakup of the marriage with this fasakh brought the consequence of not eliminating the obligation to provide for his children. Point of issue What are the reasons al-Shafi'i argues that a wife has the right to file a fasakh suit for a husband who is unable to provide a living, What is the legal basis used by al-Shafi'i, that a wife has the right to file a fasakh suit for a husband who is unable to provide a living, What is the Istinbath al-Ahkam method used by al-Shafi'i. The purpose of the study is to find out al-Shafi'i's reasons that a wife has the right to file a marriage fasakh lawsuit for a husband who is unable to provide a living, to know the basis of hu kum used by al-Shafi'i about the marriage fasakh lawsuit for a husband who is unable to provide a living, to find out the Istinbath Al-Ahkam method used by al-Shafi'i. The research method used is the content analysis method because it intends to express al-Shafi'i's opinion contained in his books. Abstract

The center for the development of religious moderation in the mosque can become a center of information, a place for managing all matters so that the mosque becomes a source of knowledge, a source of reading and a source of warnings, advice and direction in the form of da'wah. The shift in da'wah patterns for the millennial generation coincides with technological advances that make things easier, so that strategies, methods and media are needed to spread da'wah. And all of its activities aim to invite the millennial generation to good and forbid evil. The emergence of the millennial generation Islamic community is an attraction and a challenge for the millennial generation in understanding and implementing Islamic religious values ​​that have been conveyed through da'wah in accordance with the conditions and phenomena after the Covid-19 pandemic. The research methodology was carried out based on the purpose of writing, in the form of field research, using a descriptive qualitative approach that is conceptually adequate about specifics, topics, subjects, and targets. The displacement of people's lives in the digital era has changed a new order of life that ignores geographical, cultural, political and economic boundaries, which emphasizes the flow of information and communication. The challenge of religious moderation in digital preaching for millennials and other social media users has social implications in society. Various positive and negative impacts arising from positive impacts include making it easier to get information, being able to join the community, and being able to actualize. And social media preachers are one of the reference choices for the Muslim middle class who are religious. And many of the preachers have a special team to document social media as one of the reference choices for the religious Muslim middle class. Abstract

Intelligence Quotient atau IQ merupakan suatu indikator untuk mengukur kecerdasan seseorang. Kecerdasan yang dimaksud, yaitu kecerdasan yang terbentuk atas proses pembelajaran dan pengalaman hidup. IQ menggambarkan kemampuan seseorang dalam berpikir, mengingat, memahami, mengevaluasi, mengolah, menguasai lingkungan, dan bertindak secara terarah. Pendidikan pada masa kanak- kanak memegang peran penting dan sangat esensial memberikan pengaruh yang sangat dalam, yang mendasari proses pendidikan dan perkembangan anak selanjutnya. Pada usia lima tahun pertama masa kanak-kanak penuh dengan kejadian penting dan unik (a highly eventfull and unique period of life) yang meletakkan dasar bagi kehidupan seseorang di masa dewasa. Pendidikan Islam adalah proses bimbingan kepada manusia yang mencakup jasmani dan rohani yang berdasarkan pada ajaran dan dogma agama (Islam) agar terbentuk kepribadian yang utama menurut aturan Islam dalam kehidupannya sehingga kelak memperoleh kebahagiaan di akhirat nanti. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penerapan pendidikan secara Qur’ani untuk mengembangkan kecerdasan anak usia dini secara intelektual (IQ). Pengembangan kecerdasan tersebut diharapkan mampu memberikan bekal anak dalam menempuh tugas perkembangan di usia selanjutnya serta memberikan dasar yang penting dalam mempersiapkan anak menjadi pribadi yang utuh, berakidah mantap, berakhlak mulia, berkemampuan akademis tinggi, serta berguna bagi masyarakat, bangsa dan negara. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis pustaka dari beberapa referensi dan data yang ada di lingkungan sekitar.

Abstract

Islam came to Indonesia since the 7th century through Muslim traders and merchants who made trade contacts in the archipelago. This study discusses the factors driving and inhibiting the process of Islamization in Indonesia. This study uses a library research method whose sources are obtained through books and previous studies which are used as data samples and research instruments. The process of Islamization that occurred in the territory of Indonesia did not always run well. In addition to the many things that support the process of spreading Islamization, there are also those that hinder the process of spreading Islam due to the influence of various aspects. Behind the easy process of accepting Islam in the territory of Indonesia that occurs through various channels of Islamization, the obstacles experienced also have a major influence, resulting in the acceptance of Islam which is not equally welcomed by several community groups who are still thick with previous teachings and beliefs.
