Abstract

In the era of advanced technology, technology helps various fields of industrial work, agriculture, education, and other fields. Work such as supervising the queue of visitors or counters by utilizing technology can minimize the spread of the Covid-19 virus. Robot Line Follower technology monitors the distance of the visitor queue or counter can minimize the spread of the Covid-19 virus, and its minimalist form is easy for use and storage. Sadistic Robot (Smart Detection Distance for Queue) uses Line Follower technology plus the use Internet and smartphones that can be used by anyone and anywhere, thus monitoring or supervising the queue to maintain a safe distance so as not to be infected with the Covid-19 virus. This research is to create a control and monitoring system to monitor the distance of the queue of visitors or counters using the Internet of Things system or wifi internet network. Utilization in this study using a blynk application found on smartphones. Based on the test results, NodeMCU can connect to the Internet within 10 meters of the internet source. Then, the control system can receive commands from applications with a delay of less than 1 second, and the Blynk application monitoring system can receive sensor data in real-time in conditions of 10 meters.

Abstract

Increased glucose in the blood can cause a buildup so that it cannot be absorbed by all of the body's cells, this problem can cause various disorders in the body's organs. To avoid problems, it is necessary to check the blood glucose level regularly. Monitoring blood sugar levels is currently still using invasive techniques that are painful, non-invasive monitoring is needed. This study develops a non-invasive method to predict blood glucose through image processing. For investigation, several invasive images and glucose levels were taken. Types of samples based on age classification, 20-60 years. For accuracy and simple analysis, 37 images of participants as volunteers, samples were evaluated and investigated under the gray level co-occurrence matrix (GLCM). In this study, an artificial neural network (ANN) was used for all training and hand texture testing to detect glucose levels. The performance of this model is evaluated using Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) and correlation coefficient (r). Clarke Error Grid Analysis (EGA) variance was used in this investigation to determine the accuracy of the method. The results showed that the RMSE was close to the standard value, the regression coefficient was 0.95, and the Clarke EGA analysis: 81.08 % was in the A zone. So that the blood glucose prediction model using the GLCM-ANN method is feasible to apply.

Abstract

Fibre Optics is a delivery medium to connect network points to multipoint. FTTH is a service provided to customers to meet internet needs in terms of voice, data and video (triple play) services. PT. Telkom has standards for determining network eligibility, namely Power Link Budget and Rise Time Budget. With a case study in Bontomanai Village, Bulukumba, it is possible to simulate the design of the FTTH network to measure BER (Bit Error Rate) for system performance. From the results of network design calculations that the Power Link Budget, one of which is the attenuation from STO to the customer, is 25.65 dB, where this value is still feasible because it is still in the standard range of PT. Telkom is 13 – 28 dB. The Rise Time Budget parameter obtained based on the analysis is 0.262 ns which has not yet crossed the NRZ degradation limit of 0.28 ns. Abstract

All radios, both transmitting and receiving signals, need an antenna. So the role of the antenna is very important because the antenna can work as a transmitter or receiver, depending on the application of the antenna itself. For the transmitting antenna, it is hoped that it can cover a wide area, so that the receiver can access information in a wide area as well. With the addition of elements with antenna modifications, it will affect the radiance. In this study, the vertical 2 meter band 2 x 5/8 antenna using this phase system has many advantages such as a strong beam pattern in all directions, wide bandwidth and has a large gain and wider coverage area. Then the measurements and calculations of the antenna parameters that have been determined are carried out. From the data obtained at the time of measurement, it was found that the working frequency of the designed antenna was 145.9 MHz. it can be seen that the large amplification of the 2 meter band 2 x 5/8 vertical antenna against the standard 5/8 vertical antenna is 1 dB. The vertical 2 meter band 2 x 5/8 antenna has a bandwidth of 1.4 MHz and an omnidirectional radiation pattern, with a wider coverage area.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengusulkan pendekatan pemodelan untuk peramalan beban jangka pendek 24 jam berdasarkan logika fuzzy tipe-2. Dalam penelitian ini didapatkan suatu pendekatan dalam merancang model peramalan beban, dimana sebelumnya masih menggunakan logika fuzzy konvensional. Implementasi peramalan beban pada penelitian ini dilakukan pada sistem kelistrikan 150 kV Sulselrabar. Sistem kelistrikan Sulselrabar dalam perkembangannya mengalami perkembangan yang pesat, oleh karena itu diperlukan suatu penelitian yang dapat meningkatkan performansi sistem tersebut, salah satunya adalah studi peramalan beban jangka pendek. Sebagai data input digunakan data beban dari tahun 2010 sampai dengan tahun 2016 pada hari yang sama yaitu tanggal 8 Januari. Untuk melihat keakuratan hasil, dilakukan dua pendekatan, yaitu logika fuzzy tipe-1 yang dimodelkan menggunakan Simulink dan logika fuzzy tipe-2 dengan menggunakan m-file Matlab. Dari hasil analisis diperoleh Mean Percentage Error (MAPE) paling kecil dengan menggunakan metode Fuzzy Logic Type-2, dibandingkan dengan metode Fuzzy Logic Type-1. Dimana, MAPE untuk metode fuzzy logic tipe-1 adalah 2.1%, dan dengan menggunakan metode logika fuzzy tipe-2, MAPE adalah 1.7%.

Abstract

       PLTGU Sengkang which is operated by PT. CEPA Sengkang with a total capacity of 315 MW. One of the important components in the PLTGU system is a generator. In a generator there are many problems that arise, including generator efficiency problems. The research that will be carried out is to determine the generator efficiency value and then determine how much the generator efficiency value increases. In finding the efficiency value by making daily and monthly loading curves using generator output power, generator input power data, generator nameplate and generator power losses at 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% loading. In this study, taking a sample that lasted for 1 month (31 days) of generator efficiency data for each loading and comparing the actual with the generator specifications, the difference for loading 25% experienced a decrease in efficiency of 0.35%, for loading 50% experienced an efficiency increase of 0.12%, for loading 75% increased efficiency of 0.25% and for loading 100% increased efficiency of 0.32%. In this study the generator has experienced reverse power so that the efficiency of the generator has decreased. The average efficiency in May 2022 was 96.21%, with an average load of 29.96 MW and an average input power of 31.14 MW. Referring to the manual book Block 2 PLTGU PT. CEPA Sengkang is known that the generator efficiency value is by design divided into 4 loadings. For loading 25% efficiency is 96.6%, for loading 50% efficiency is 98.45%, for loading 75% efficiency is 98.82%, and for loading 100% efficiency is 98.93% and so that the optimum efficiency of the generator occurs at a load of 54.2 MW (loading 100 %) with a value of 99.62%.

Abstract

Interbus transformer (IBT) is transformer that transfer power in different voltage level. Tello Substation has two IBT that change voltage level from 150 kV to 66 kV.  In order to maintain the reliability operation of Tello substation, both IBT must be not allowed to overload. Overload condition could occur if one of the transformers is fault, the normal transformer will be overload.  If an overload condition occurs, the two IBTs may not operate simultaneously. Due to this condition, it is necessary to prevent the occurrence of overload condition by applying overload shedding (OLS). This OLS application can prevent overload on the transformer if one of the transformers out of service due to fault condition. The OLS relay will work when the load on the IBT has reached its setting, by releasing the load on the 66 kV system line according to the OLS scheme as a precautionary step before all transformers trip. This research uses a case study on the Makassar Subsystem, which is one of the Sulbagsel System's electrical systems. The results showed that the amount of load that needed to be removed when implementing the OLS scheme at IBT #3 and IBT #5 31.5 MVA GI Tello was 16.86 MW. The OLS and OCR schemes are coordinated with the OLS setting current at each IBT GI Tello is 302.5 A, while the setting current for OCR at each IBT GI Tello is 330 and  time multiple setting ( tms) is 1.96

Abstract

In the current digital transformation era, network providers have long relied on WAN technology to support the business communications of their multi-local companies; however, in terms of infrastructure, cost, and even effectiveness, WAN technology is no longer sufficient to meet the needs and demands of telecommunications customers. In addition, given the magnitude of the company's need for internet network connections, technology is also needed to manage the use of traffic from rental links in the company so that it can optimize bandwidth usage from the link itself. Therefore one of the technological innovations to improve information processes is cloud-based digital innovation such as SD-WAN Traffic Steering technology. In this paper, the SD-WAN network design will be carried out on FortiGate series 50e devices by implementing traffic steering technology which can adjust a link's traffic flow according to the client's wishes. The results of the data obtained indicate that the utilization of ISP links owned by companies (Lintasarta and MNC) has been able to be used optimally, as evidenced by the use of bandwidth on each link successfully used according to the desired settings, where the settings provided have also been adjusted according to parameters of the type of each ISP service so that functionally the existing service link can be used optimally by the compan

Abstract

The FR-04 sensor is used on a clothesline roof, the research aims to overcome problems with clothesline when it rains it gets wet. This system functions to prevent the clothesline from getting wet by rain. This system moves to close and open the clothesline roof. The clothesline roof system will move to open or cover the clothesline, according to the input conditions of the light sensor (LDR) and rain sensor. The FR-04 sensor detects the presence of water droplets on the surface, then the Servo (as the driving force for the clothesline) will rotate 1800 Clockwise (clockwise and buzzer on. The results of the FR-04 Sensor system functioned very well to detect the presence of water droplets on the surface, and the system managed to close and open the clothesline roof by rotating 1800.

Abstract

The hydrogen control system is a hydrogen control system in the HCl manufacturing process. This control is needed to control the presence of hydrogen over capacity or low capacity in the HCl burner, resulting in product failure. Hydrogen is one of the first steps for making HCl, which needs to be considered for its parameters, consisting of a control valve, flow transmitter, and pressure transmitter. In this study, a controller can be operated to adjust the hydrogen control valve line opening on the HCl burner. Then to find out the set point value of hydrogen entering the HCl burner, 2 transmitters measure flow and pressure. Furthermore, the signal measured by the transmitter will provide feedback so that the flow and pressure values appear on the controller. To ensure that the parameter data has been observed by comparison between the data on the system and the actual data in the field. From the observational data of this control system, the need for hydrogen for the initial stage of HCl production can be carried out within 1 hour with the control valve opening parameter of 34%, so that by opening the control valve it is known that the flow transmitter indication is 34 kg/hour and the transmitter pressure is 9kPa, so from flow and pressure indications can be used for later stages of the HCl manufacturing process.
