Abstract

This study aims to analyze consumer experiences with the Huling (Haus Keliling) service in Jakarta using Schmitt’s (1999) experiential marketing framework. Studies that specifically examine multi-variant mobile beverage services based on e-bikes through the lens of the five dimensions of experiential marketing are still rare, and this research aims to address this gap in the literature. The research adopts a qualitative phenomenological approach through in-depth interviews and observations of consumers selected via accidental sampling. Findings reveal that all five experiential dimensions, namely sense, feel, think, act, and relate are present in Huling’s service. Visual elements and taste provide strong sensory appeal, while emotional connection and product consistency require improvement. The study concludes that Huling offers a consumption experience that is not only functional and practical but also shapes consumer perception, emotional engagement, and social connection. Strategic recommendations include enhancing emotional storytelling, ensuring consistent taste quality, and developing digital features such as cart tracking and loyalty programs to strengthen consumer attachment and competitive advantage.

Abstract

Personal financial management still faces limitations in both manual recording and conventional applications, such as low consistency and bias in expense categorization. This study develops a mobile application for personal finance automation using the waterfall method, integrating Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and Deep Learning to automatically record and classify expenses. The dataset consists of 900 images of local transaction receipts with varying print conditions. Text extraction is performed using a Convolutional Recurrent Neural Network (CRNN) and compared with the baseline Tesseract OCR. For expense classification, a CNN model with EfficientNet fine-tuning is applied Evaluation results show significant improvements with a character accuracy of 97.05%, word accuracy of 92.1%, and an F1-score of 82%. Transaction input time was reduced by an average of 62% compared to manual recording. A usability test using the System Usability Scale (SUS) with 36 respondents yielded a score of 70.069. The main contribution of this study is the integration of adaptive OCR and deep learning–based classification in the context of Indonesia’s local financial management.

Abstract

Hundreds of systems at PT. XYZ cause problems in managing credentials, as each user is required to remember multiple credentials. This study developed a QR Code-based Single Sign-On (SSO) system to simplify the login process using the Waterfall model Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach. The login process is completed by scanning a QR Code that represents the user's authentication token, and the login status is synchronized in real-time using WebSocket. The scope of this study is limited to the development of a login page prototype and testing login time and QR scanning time, compared with other methods. This study does not include penetration testing or cryptography. The results from black-box testing show that all features function properly, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) achieved an average score of 90.4%. Therefore, this QR Code-based SSO login system has proven to be effective, secure, and suitable for use as a modern authentication solution.

Abstract

Evaluation of student satisfaction with campus facilities is one important aspect in improving the quality of college services and infrastructure. However, this satisfaction evaluation process has a gap between student expectations of the facilities provided by the campus. This research aims to design a Decision Support System (DSS) that can help the campus in assessing student satisfaction levels using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. This method was chosen because of its ability to conduct an assessment based on criteria that have certain weights so as to produce the best alternative ranking. The criteria used in this study include cleanliness, maintenance, comfort, completeness, condition, service, and level of satisfaction. Data was obtained through questionnaires distributed to students in various study programs, focusing on various aspects of campus facilities such as classrooms, laboratories, libraries, hall areas, and podcast studios. It was then processed using SAW steps, including matrix normalization and final score calculation. The result showed that the final results of the evaluation of student satisfaction with campus facilitiesf from 100 respodents obtained a fairly high score of 44 which was said to be quite good. This SAW method is able to provide a clear ranking of the level of student satisfaction, as well as identify areas that require improvement or enchancement at the college.
